Bailed-Out Firms Spend Millions on Lobbying

Newly disclosed records show some of the top recipients of the federal
bailout continue to spend millions on political lobbying. According to
the Washington Post, the top bailed-out firms spent more than $10
million in the first three months of this year, $22 million over the
last six months. The lobbying included efforts to block initiatives such
as executive pay caps and new financial regulation.
