OPEC Calls for Emergency Meeting as Oil Drops Below $70

Oil has dropped below $70 a barrel for the first time in fourteen
months. The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, OPEC, is
calling for an emergency meeting amidst predictions the price could fall
to $50 before the end of the year.
