Judge Rejects Class Action Suit from Katrina Survivors

The Wall Street Journal reports a federal judge has denied class-action
status to thousands of hurricane victims who were exposed to dangerous
levels of formaldehyde gas while living in mobile trailers provided by
the federal government after hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Researchers
have found toxic levels in the trailers at between four to eleven times
higher than those in average US homes.
