NYPD Officer Indicted for Shoving Cyclist

A New York police officer has been indicted for body-checking a
bicyclist during a Critical Mass bike ride. Patrick Pogan has been
instructed to appear in court today for the unsealing of the indictment.
A video of the incident was posted on You Tube and was viewed over one
million times.
