Obama to Speak in Muslim Capital

Obama, meanwhile, has announced he plans to deliver a major speech in a
Muslim capital soon after his inauguration. Obama says he also plans to
take the oath of office using his middle name Hussein. In an interview
with the Chicago Tribune, Obama says he sees the moves as part of an
effort “to reboot” the US image around the world, particularly in Muslim
countries.
