Dink2Idea notes:

	Dink2Idea will, I hope, convert Think Tank (aka Dink Tank) files
	to Idealiner outlines.  I wrote it quick, and I don't guarantee it;
	be sure to make a backup before you convert.
	
	IMPORTANT:  Dink2Idea will not cope with pictures!  Be sure to
	delete any pictures before you convert.
	
	One more note:  Dink Tank does not word wrap text, and Idealiner
	does.  This means that you will find a lot of short lines after
	you convert.  These are caused by hard carriage returns put
	in by Dink Tank.  Just put the insertion point at the beginning of
	the next line, and backspace.
