NOTE ON ENHANCED MODE:

To turn on enhanced mode (used only when APU'S are not mixed on the cable 
with AM-355's,AM-338's or AM-324's) place the following statement in the .INI 
after the SYSTEM command:

SETAPU ENHANCED

To turn enhanced mode off, type SETAPU NORMAL.
