*HOW TO PLAY----------------------------------------------------------

On the World Map, press the RUN button to bring up the 
Command Menu.

The Commands, from left to right are:

STATUS, ITEM, EQUIP, MAGIC, CAMP, TALK

Left of the Commnds is a box that dislplays your Gold, 
and below it, you Magic Points(AKASHIEKU).


*STATUS MENU: When the STATUS, EQUIP, or MAGIC Menus are 
open, press left or right to scroll through the characters.


*ITEM MENU: There is a window with 3 Commands.
>From left to right, they are:

USE, SWAP, DROP


*EQUIPMENT MENU: There are 8 columns on the left side.
They are:

Weapon:
Shield:
Armor:
Helm(met):
Pouch:

Attack:
Deffense:


*MAGIC MENU: After selecting the MAGIC MENU, scroll 
through to the character whose spells you like to choose 
from.

You all share the same Magic Points(AKASHIEKU). 

You recieve more Magic Points with each fight, just like 
Gold and Experience Points. 

There is a limit of 9999 points, so don't waste them when 
it reaches 9999.


*CAMP MENU: The Command below TALKSPEED is ORDER. It allows 
you to change the positions of any two part members.


*TALK MENU: This just starts a converstation between your 
party members. It probably would be useful if you're stuck, 
and are fluent in Japanese. 



*GUILD-----------------------------------------------------------

Inside most cities, there is a building with a pointy swirl 
patterened roof. This is the GUILD, where you do all of your 
healing, storing and shopping.

Bottom floor: STORAGE SHOP and HEALING SHOP.
Middle floor: ITEM SHOP and MAGIC SHOP
Top Floor:    EQUIPMENT SHOP and ROBOT SHOP


*STORAGE SHOP: There are 3 Commands. From top to bottom, 
they are:

*HEALING SHOP: Heals everything except Magic Points. 

HEAL

*MAGIC SHOP: There is a limit to the number of Spells 
each character can hold. If you run out of room, delete

*FAR THE EARTH: NEO METAL FANTASY- WALKTHROUGH-----------------------

I've divided the game/walkthru into sections so that it'll 
be easier to find the spot you were reading last, each time 
you check back. 


*SECTION 1-----------------------------------------------------------

You begin the game as ATEIMA in SAMARUKANSA City

After speaking with your parents, open all the chests in you house. 
Then go into RESIDENCE B and open the chests there. Equip the dagger 
and armor.

Now go to the large building at the top center of the city. Talk to
the old man(BEKUTORA) at the top of the first room. He'll give you 
an item(MEBIUSU).

*You don't need to buy any equipment or items in this area, and 
I'd recomend waiting until the next city. But in case you're 
curious, the items in the shops are-

*OPTIONAL: You can find an item(Puka Osu) in a circle of trees south
 of the city.

Head West to a large building surrounded by trees. When you pass 
through the trees, there will be a flash, you just used the MEBIUSU
to enter. Go inside of the building. 

After a few steps into the area, some soldiers will try to stop you. 
A centaur named SADNESS will save you and then leave. Enter the 
dungeon.

Grab all the chests you find as you make your way through this short 
maze. At the end you'll enter a large blue room with a statue. After
the cinema, equip the boy(DEIMEORA) and exit.

Head back to SAMARUKANSA and talk to Bekutora. Now leave and enter 
the large floating fortress. 

After the fortess has left with ATEIMA, and you're now all alone as
DEIMEORA, go back and talk to Bekutora. He'll give you the key to 
the basement. Go downstairs and open the chests. Equip the new armor
and leave the city.  

Head south through the building that was guarded by soldiers earlier.


*SECTION 2------------------------------------------------------------

After the cinema, you'll now have a party of 4 characters. Their 
names(match up with the Status screen picsif you can't read 
Katakana) are-

SEED(man), KATOUN(robo-centaur), SATERA(lady), DEIMEORA(boy).

*It looks like the manual description of KATOUN says that he was 
made using SADNESS's DNA.

Head Southwest to the large city(ALEF BASE).

Go into the building in the upper lefthand corner. Talk to the 
group of people in the upper righthand area who have pictures 
when they speak. A blonde haired girl(MOBIRU MONRO) will walk away.

Now go to the Bar, in the lowerleft hand corner of the city, 
and talk to the guy(GAENETA BOBI/Guy Net Bobby?) at the top. 
During the conversation, SADNESS will appear and start hitting 
GAENETABOBI, who then leaves.

*If you watch the TV near the Bar counter, you'll see the MOBIRU 
MONRO give a news report.

Now enter the large building at the top(ALEF BASE 1F). 

If you like, talk to the old man in the room to the left(KANOSAKAN), 
or the lady(EBIRUAIZU) in the room to the right.

*OPTIONAL: Move the bookcase on the left side of the room to reveal 
a secret passage that leads to several chests.
 
Grab the armor in the chest at the top of the room(I recomended 
equiping it with DEIMEORA).

Talk to guy guarding the stairway in the middle and go upstairs.

In the next room you'll talk to GIMERU, during which a bald 
guy(SHADOW RUNNER) will appear and join in the conversation.

Open the chests in the room to the right.

Leave and go back to the building in the upper lefthand corner.
The soldier who was guarding the stairway is now gone. Go downstairs.

*The chest at the bottom of this floor is a Monster Trap, you'll get
a Heal Drug 1 after the fight.

Inside this dungeon you will find a chest with the HOLOGRAM inside.

Exit and go to the Camp, -the building in the lower righthand corner 
of the ALEF BASE area. Walk through the Camp and talk to the soldier 
at the end. He'll give you the CYBER SCOPE.

Return to the dungeon to the area with the cracked wall. KATOUN will
use the CYBER SCOPE to blow open an entrance.

Continue through the dungeon until you encounter MOBIRU MONRO and 
then RADEI.

*BOSS: GUIGU

After defeating GUIGU, proceed through the doorway ahead and make 
your way through the section with the pitfalls. When you reach the 
machine, KATOUN will turn it off.

Now return to the doorway and take the stairs. Continue until you 
exit the dungeon.

Return to ALEF BASE and talk to GIMERU and SHADOW RUNNER. When you 
wake up after your conversation, go back and talk to GIMERU again.

After this conversation, SATERA will stay with GIMERU.
 
Leave the ALEF BASE and head East to the Camp that blocks your 
passage. Talk to the soldier blocking your path and he now move 
out of you way.

Proceed to the next area. 


*SECTION 3----------------------------------------------------------

Head East to a large city(RAROGUSU/Laragus). Inside you'll meet RADEI again.

*BOSS: RADEI 900 HP

After the fight, KADOUN leaves with RADEI.

*OPTIONAL: Push aside a bookcase on the bottom floor of RESIDENCE D 
to reveal a secret passage that leads to a chest(Heal Drug 1).

Go inside the castle and talk to the guy near the throne(TARESU). 
He'll give you the GATE KEY.

*OPTIONAL: Head South to a clearing of trees to find a Puka Mace.

Head back to where the floating fortess landed. You can now enter.

Go downstairs and find a room with 2 soldiers. Talk to them to 
start a fight. Defeat the spidor Boss(ZOFU) and you'll recieve an 
item.

Now go back upstairs, and up the next level. Make your way through 
leftward until you reach a musical door. 

I think that you're supposed to touch a few of the blue music 
switches in the room the right, in the correct order, to open the 
door. 

After testing a couple, the door opened for me by accident, 
so I can't retry it to make sure of the correct order. I do know 
that I ended up on the switch to the far right.

In the next room you'll free ATEIMA, who then rejoins your party.

As you try to go back downstairs, you'll encounter another ZOFU. 
Make sure to stop by the fountain on the way, and heal before 
approaching the stairs.

As soon as you've defeated the ZOFU, you'll immediatly face 
another boss(HELL BALOON).

After defeating the HELL BALOON, SADNESS will join your party.

Head back to RAROGUSU castle and talk to TARESU. 

Now go East and enter the cave. Most(if not all) of the chests 
here are booby trapped, so be careful(and buy some Anti Drugs).

At the end of the mine you'll face TSUAGORU(the first full screen 
boss!).

*BOSS: TSUAGORU

After defeating TSUAGORU, SEED and SADNESS leave your party.  

Head back to RAROGUSU castle and talk to TARESU.

Now go back to where the floating fortress had landed last. 
You can now cross the bridge.


*SECTION 4-------------------------------------------------------------

Head West until you find another city(RIGAN).

First go to the ALEF HQ, in the bottom righthand corner. Talk
to KADOUN. He'll join your party. Also, it appears that RADEI
is now a good guy(I guess he was brainwashed or something).

*OPTIONAL: Go inside RIGAN castle and grab all the chests.

Go East to a pile of rubble on the shoreline. Walk into it to 
enter a cave. 

Inside here you'll come to an ememy that cannot be 
hurt(KATORADORA). You have to use an item on him(it's name is in 
Hiragana). I don't remember where exactly I got this item, but 
I'm prettysure that it was in one of two places.

Either in a chest in the same dungeon, or I bought it for $1000 
from someone at the ALEF HQ(I'm pretty sure it was GAENETABOBI). 
I think it was in the chest(...but, it could also have been from 
the next dungeon(which I went to first)).

*BOSS: KADORADORA 1200 HP

Anyway, be careful, because KATORADORA is still tough to beat.  
After you've defeated him, open the chest he was gaurding to get 
the CAP.

Head South towrds a patch of tress shaped like a backwards "C".
Walk into the middle of it to enter another cave. Make your 
way to the bottom and talk to the guy by the boat(SHIZA). He'll 
use the CAP to fix the boat.

Now go back to the dock near RIGAN and you'll find the boat 
waiting for you. 


*SECTION 5-------------------------------------------------------------

Take the boat North past the city of ALEF. You'll encounter the 
sea monster RADAMIA.

*BOSS: RADAMIA

After defeating RADAMIA, sail Norteast around the continent past 
SAMARUKANSA, and then South to the village of RU/Roo.

In RU, go to the ALEF HQ and talk to SUKERUTO.

Now go to the topright house(MOROU's). Talk to MOROU on the 
top floor, and then follow him downstairs. He'll give you a PUKA. 

Now leave and walk to a plain grassy area. Use the item 
PUKA(should be your last one right now, -memorize what it looks 
like). You'll now be a PUKA on the map.

Go East to a city(ERIESHINA) in the middle of a large forest(South
of where the floating fortress has now landed).

Make your way up to the top level to face MORASHIE.

*BOSS: MORASIE 1100 HP

After defeating MORASIE, the townspeople will return and give 
you a key. You can now peruse the city.

Now go North to the temple in front of the floating fortress.

When you walk into the temple, there will be a flash. You just 
used the key you recieved from the people in ERIESHINA. Now you 
can enter.  

Near the entrance you'll meet a green haired girl(WINNONA).

At the end of the maze you'll meet EMITASUA. After the cinema, 
EMITASUA will leave with WINNONA, and then SADNESS and MATELU will 
join your party and KATOUN will leave.

Go back to the castle in ERIESHINA and talk to the purple haired 
guy.


*SECTION 6-------------------------------------------------------------

Now go back to RU and talk to MOROU. He'll upgrade your PUKA to 
a PUMIN.

Sail back to RIGAN. Use your PUMIN to cross the river and go 
South to the city in the desert(SHINAN). From here, head 
East(and a little North) until you reach another city(KEEL/Keal).

Make your way up to the top to face the first of the 3 Fiends: 
TOTEM.

*BOSS: TOTEM 3000 HP

After defeating TOTEM, the city will be opened up.

Go to the BAR and talk to MOBIRU MONRO.

Now enter the castle and talk to the red haired lady(KASUIRUDA).

Leave the city, and head East(and a little South) to another 
city(RAGUREA/Lagura). You'll meet the second of the 3 fiends: 
AIAGO.

*BOSS: AIAGO 3200 HP 
 
After defeating AIAGO, the city will be opened up.

Go upstairs in RESIDENCE C. Talk to the red haired girl(ANNA). 
Then go to the next floor and fall down the hole to get to 
the chest.

Go to the large crop field. Talk to the women there. 
Now go back and talk to ANNA again.

Now I'm not completely sure how to make this next part happen, 
butyou have to go back to RU and talk to MOROU, and have him 
say something about ANNA, and then he leaves to go see her in 
RARUGEA.

It took me a while to get this to happen, but I think that 
you have to talk to ANNA, and then use the warp in her house, 
without leaving her house first, and warp to RU to talk to MOROU.

After you manage to get MAROU to meet up with ANNA, he'll 
upgrade you PUMIN to a PUTON.


*SECTION 7-------------------------------------------------------------

Now go back to KEEL. Talk to the "person" in RESIDENCE B. It'll 
give you an item.

Now leave the city and use your PUTON to head Northwest to a 
cave in a mountain along a shoreline.

Near the bottom of the dungeon, you'll run into NORMA JEANNA, 
who's being chased by some zombies(MEA). This is sort of a mini 
boss, so watch your health and don't just hold down the button 
with the turbo switch on.

After the fight, continue down to the bottom and touch the spring.
You'll fill the cup(or whatever it is the guy ib KEEL gave you) 
with spring water.

Exit and return to KEEL. Talk to KASUIRUDA and NORMA JEANNA(you'll 
get a heal drug 3). Now make your way to the top of KEEL castle to 
the spring with the statue.

A purple haired girl(RAMIN) will appear. After you've finished 
speaking to her, exit and head West to SHINAN.

Eneter each RESIDENCE and use the computers.
There are a couple of chests in RESIDENCE C, but no computer.

Go into the castle and grab the chests and use the computers on the 
top floor.

Now go to building in the upperleft corner. Eneter the dungeon.

Part way down, find and use the computer. Read all 3 data bases.
After reading the second one, you will get/learn something about 
the Mega Cannon. 

Continue down to the bottom until you reach the end. After 
searching the wall mural, exit and go back to the hidden cave 
south of RIGAN.

Talk to SHIZA about the Mega Cannon. Exit and jump in your boat.


*SECTION 8-------------------------------------------------------------

Sail South to the warship blocking your path. No you'll be able 
to board it.

Make your way through the ship until you reach the engine room.
Push the middle button to stop the ship.

On your way out, you'll run into MIROSU.

*BOSS: MIROSU 4400 HP

After you leave the ship, it explodes, clearing the way.

Return to shore and use your PUTON to cross the rapids to the 
island where you'll find a temple.

At the end of the temple maze the child DEIMEORA will face the 
teenage DEIMEORA.

*BOSS: Middle Aged DEIMORA 4500 HP

After the battle, the younger DEIMORA will become the middle 
aged DEIMORA.

Now that you're the older DEIMEORA, return to the dungeon in SHINAN.

You'll find the third and final fiend(NOMAD) gaurding the entrance 
to the bottom chanber.

*BOSS: NOMAD 4000 HP

After defeating NOMAD, exit SHINAN. A giant mech will rise out of 
the desert, followed by the arrival of EMITASUA and the flying 
fortress.


*SECTION 9-------------------------------------------------------------

By the time everything has played out, you'll resume as MATERU.

Enter the flying fortress, and use the air ducts to reach new 
areas.  

The floor with holes only changes everytime you take a step. 
Memorize the next row each time as you fall. When you reach the 
last row, walk all the way to the right and a platform will appear.

After you reach DEIMEORA, you'll reappear outside the flying 
fortress as it takes off.

Go to ALEF BASE and talk to SATERA. Answer YES, and she will join 
your party along with KATOUN.

Speak to SHADOW RUNNER. Then go to the cannon room at the very top 
of the ALEF BASE and talk to NIKO TESURA. He'll give you something 
that'll let your ship approach the sea base Northwest of RU.

Go to the sea base. Inside the boat section of the dungeo, sail 
around to the back end of the middle area to find the proper 
entrance.

At the end you'll face GRUMBLE.

*BOSS GRUMBLE


*SECTION 10-------------------------------------------------------------

After you've destroyed the sea base, return to ALEF and talk to 
NIKO TESURA again. Now go back to where the sea base was and 
sail East. 

You'll see a dock near a city surrounded by snow(SARAN).

First go to the buiding to the topleft. Talk to the person 
at the top middle of the room(looks like the adult DEIMEORA). 

Some DA DA Cult members will take SATERA away, and you'll have 
to fight one of them. Afterthe fight, you'll get a DA DA Robe.

Leave the city and walk South to a cave. DEIMORA will be dressed 
as a Cult member. Just talk to the gaurds to pass through.


On the island you'll come to the DA DA Temple. On the second 
floor, enter a room to the right and talk to the person dressed 
in different purple robes(GULLIVER).

Now go back down and take the stairs on the lower right side. 
Talk to the purple Cult member(FUARASU). They will give you 
several DA DA items.

Go back downstairs and talk to the person gaurding the room in 
the lowerleft corner. In the chest, you'll get another 
DA DA item.

Now go talk to the person gaurding the room on the right side. 
Open all the chests.

Go back up and talk to GULLIVER again. Now you'll all be bonifide
Cult members. Even MATARU has a little cloak.

Now leave the Temple and walk into the mountains to the Northwest.

Make your way to the top of the mountain. GULLIVER tries to scarifice 
the adult DEIMEORA and SATERA to the mountain god.

*BOSS: GULLIVER 5500 HP

After defeating GULLIVER, SATERA rejoins your party.

Just as you're about to leave the mountain, the angry mountain 
god attacks you.

*BOSS: DA DA God
