**Just fill in the ## with any of the values listed to get that gift
  in your ? box, when you place that gift you have to go back to the
  ? box and re-select the gift to use it again. You can do this as 
  many times as you like, with an emulator you can give yourself a
  gift for your city without waiting for the green haired freak to
  give it to you.
