Tim_Roast aka The Mighty Roast suggested I knock this game off of the SMS CP as
it was a game that is right of my alley in a sense that I do like to FAQ a lot
of fighting games.

         STORY
o---------------------o

In the year 20XX, a UFO landed near Megalo City. An observation team was sent to
research the area where the ship supposedly landed. But when they arrived on the
scene, they found no traces whatsoever.

A year later, Megalo City's Mayor suddenly declared that he was holding a match,
to decide the strongest fighter on Earth. However, behind this plan the mayor
was hiding a dreadful secret.

1 button: Attack 
2 button: Jump
Pause Button (on console): Pause

Throw: b or f + 1
Rush: hold f + 1

       MOVELIST
o---------------------o

~Hayate~
Shuriken: db, uf + 1 
-Hayate throws a single shuriken forward.

Double Shuriken: (db, uf)x2 + 1 
-Throws two shurinken, one high one low.

Sonic Elbow: db, ub + 1
-Rising elbow smash used as an anti-air

Rushing Punch: df, uf + 1 
-A series of punches that ends with an uppercut.

Rushing Kick: ub, uf + 1
-Hayate lunges towards the opponent and performs a series of kicks.

Katana Slash: ub, db, df + 1
-Hayate pauses before lunging forward with an upward slash with his sword.

~Gonzales~

Fire Shock: db, df + 1
-Gonzales pounds his fist then sends a fire wave along the ground.

Rushing Punch: ub, uf + 1
-The manual got this wrong. You can perform this by rapidly pressing 1. Gonzales
pounds his chest then performs a series of punches.

Rocket Uppercut: db, ub + 1
-A simple rising uppercut used as an anti-air but not much horizontal range.

Cannonball Kick: ub, db, df + 1
-Gonzales pumps up then leaps forward with a dropkick.

~High Volt Man~

Stun Wave: ub, uf + 1
-Sends a wave across the screen that looks like Sagat's Tiger Shot.

Ground Wave: db, uf + 1
-Same as above only it attacks low.

Overhead Kick: db, ub + 1
-A failed back flip that results in High Volt Man kicking the opponent.

Spark Fist: ub, db, df + 1 when close
-A close-range hammer fist.

~Wingberger~

Mega Attack: db, ub + 1
-Wingberger does an anti-air dropkick that moves vertically.

Diving Crush: db, uf + 1
-Dives forward with a flying clothesline.

Mega Bazooka: ub, db, df + 1
-Wingberger shoots a bazooka round that does massive damage. Makes him fall down
though.

Alien (Playable on Extra difficulty)

Spit Beam: db, uf + 1
-Alien spits a beam at the opponent.

Rolling Attack: ub, uf + 1
-Alien rolls along the ground and bowls into the opponent.

Special: df, db, ub + 1
-Alien crouches then spins around in place.

       EPILOGUE

At last, evil was destroyed and the city returned to its former harmony.

One hit kills enemy , No Wait For NTSC & Extra Difficulty - Beat Game on Normal
or Hard. You can also play as the Alien. You can also unlock this by entering
