So subtract 20 to get their promoted level. Note that Akane starts at 14, Lisa at 22, and Forte comes back at 15. A * means they start with that magic. A - means it doesn't get to that level. According to Rune, the levels are different if you don't promote till much later. I only have the promoted magic levels.
