To unlock the extra pages (Pages 8,9,and 10) beat the game with system direction set to normal with at least 16 different characters (same as the DC version). SF3 and everything related to it is copyright of Capcom and it's various international subsidiaries and other corporate mumbo jumbo. Real credit doesn't belong to me, it belongs to the people at Capcom who made such a fine game.
