Revision History== ======================= 02/21/10 - Version 1.18 First time ever...Gameshark/Codebreaker codes for the European version of Soccer Life 2 that aren't mastercodes. However read the notes carefully, since there are some issues with them. I'll also include the memory addresses if you are playing the game on the PC with the PCSX2 emulator so you can cheat using Artmoney. Big special thanks to Azagthoth (Mastercodes), Skiller (memory addresses into Codebreaker/Gameshark), and Lance (who found the codes with ArtMoney). Also means I don't need to delete my theory post in this guide thankfully. In the future (AKA when I feel like it and not busy with real life) I'll do a rewrite of the explanation of the game randomizer. Although parts of it is still correct/relivant. Also need a clean up. 10/10/09 - Version 1.16 Added more Interview answers, some fixes to the list of girls you can date thanks to Google Translation being better, and Codebreaker/Gameshark codes added. I really need some more codes other than the Mastercodes for this game. Please contact me if you have any that are NOT from the Japanese version. I'll rework on some other sections (whenever I feel like it) later on since I do need some revision work due to new discoveries. 06/20/09 - Version 1.13 Gift list to each type of girl is finally complete. In the future I'll clean up the FAQ a little bit (when I feel like it that is) and add some more information for when it arrives. But the main priority for the future is the Children section. And yes I'll give my in-game son this important life lesson that I learned from a TV show: "To be a man you must have honour, honour and a PEEEEEEEEEEEENNNNNNNNNNNIIIIIIISSSSSSS!!!!" 04/20/09 - Version 1.08 - 2 Girls 1 World Cup Edition Happy 4/20 everyone! I decided to update the guide with a few things. For on this day and to celebrate Wolves being promoted to the Premiership. First the match guide. I made a few new discoveries that can help alter the game's randomizer to help you win. Plus an explanation of how match results and other things are stored in the Playstation 2's internal RAM. Also I added the Internationals section, which isn't much since there is hardly any difference, but I added it for the sake of completion anyways Finally updated business section, an explanation of results and the possibility of earning 5 times the amount of money you invested. Next version, I'll hopefully update the gift list for each girl type since I have unlocked a few more gifts...Unfortunately I can't test it out since some gifts are 25 MILLION EUROS. The hell? 03/13/09 - Version 1.06 - The "Warner Music Group hates MaffewofBotchamania" Edition Noble gift list finally added, updated gift list for all girlfriend types (includes the unlockable gifts), and updates to the interviews section. Next Version: 2 Girls 1 World Cup 03/03/09 - Version 0.99 - Corrections to the Endorsement section, added the Parameter Break section, and added the unlockable gifts in the Gift List section. 02/23/09 - Version 0.98 - Added Suggestion List, Japanese Version Differences, Links, Contribute, proper "Match Up/Challenge Opponent" descriptions, and Endorsements/Sponsors list. Public release. 02/20/09 - Version 0.97 - Work completed. Initial release. 12/22/08 - Work on FAQ/Guide started 1.1. Author's Note ================== Well it's been a while. Here I am going back to FAQ writing for a game that I like before I probably retire for good. I really only made this as a reference for myself, but I decided to make it into a FAQ/Guide to share with the other fans of this game (all 6 of you.) Please note, my focus on here will be personal life, real club names, and career guidance. ========================== ==2. About Soccer Life 2== ========================== The best way to describe Soccer Life 2 accurately is a player management game. Not a team management game like the Football Manager series, but managing the life and career of the players. The game box advertises things about creating yourself and living out a virtual simulation of the life of a football star, but the game isn't exactly that. You're really managing the lives of many different players. But the way things are handled, you COULD easily make yourself and your friends and control their lives, or hotswap the controllers with your friends and they can control their virtual selves' career. And it's even possible for you and your friends to play at the same team at once! Overall, in my view, I liked the game for most of the part (despite the very low review scores from gaming critics.) But like every single game out there, this game has its flaws (which game doesn't? There's no such thing as a perfect game.) Basically with thincs like not much guidance and advice to help players with, the hidden stats, unrealistic transfers and stats, lack of management changes at teams and teams not being able to invest in better facilities, and lack of private life chances to say a few. But if you can deal with those and have a lot of patience, you will be able to enjoy this game. ====================== ==3. Getting Started== ====================== When you first start a new game, you read the agent's instructions and what this game is about. It's pretty straight forward actually. Place a training center in any of the five countries listed, and plck a player or create one. At this point, I recommend only to create a player if you can afford a "Good Player" ranking. If you can't, reset the game and try again. Prices vary every time. Although I recommend that if you're going to create yourself, wait until you get at least a super player ranking. Although you CAN use a "Good Player" ranking to create yourself since you can have some success, if you play your cards right. Now once you got your player, you choose a test players from a list. These of course are rental players to help you get used to the game, and potentially earn a grant for your training center. So, do your best. Even if it means reloading the game so your test player's team can win. Now first screen you see is the training center screen. At this point, you go to the player that you have created or selected from the list in the training centre and go to "Player Search" and choose two players for him to emulate. However I'll cover advise on this in the "Career Guide" section. After you chose two players for your player to emulate, go back to the Training Center screen (the previous one.) Doesn't seem like much to do, is there? Actually, there is. Hit the triangle button and you go to the main screen. You can't do much at the moment with your trial player, but use this chance to get familiar with the interface and other sections (especially with setting the training condition and agent since it tells you how many points you have.) Once you are ready, you can now enjoy the game. ========================== ==4. Career Advice Guide== ========================== I really can't make a full step by step guide in how to succeed in this game. There are so many factors in this game that affects how your career will span out. I'll try to list all of the factors here in this section as well. 4.1. The Beginning ================== First let's start off with selecting a player. As I stated earlier, you can either select a player from the list or create one (such as yourself.) But, only do this if you can afford at least a "Good player" rating. The prices vary so you may have to restart the game until you're able to get the rating. Notice that you can only choose and create players in the same country that you built your training center in. After you've selected your player (or created him) you get to select a trial player. These are "super players" based on real life footballers. After you've selected your trial player you'll find yourself at the Training Center screen. Select your player and then go to "Player Search." You now have to choose two players for your player to emulate after. Or don't and have an averange growth rate (doesn't excel in one area I assume.) As for the player to choose, I recommend to model him after the most valuable player for that position. Do this by searching for a player by searching for a specific position and sort by "transfer" (which means transfer value.) Players for that position will be listed from most expensive to least expensive. So you now have two options here. You can either select the two best players in that position (like selecting Thierry Henry and Alessandro Del Piero for a forward), or you can choose to emulate the two best players in their seperate positions so your player will have an alternative place to play (which will help since I made a striker with a Good Player Rating, but can only get a spot on the team in the midfield, so I had to convert him to a midfielder.) I'll list examples below. Forward emulates himself after Thierry Henry (First Choice) and David Beckham (Second Choice) Midfielder emulates himself after Zinedine Zidane (First Choice) and Roberto Carlos (Second Choice) It really is up to you. The only time this choice doesn't apply is when you have a goalkeeper. Then you would usually choose to emulate him after Oliver Kahn and for some reason Jens Lehmann. It also doesn't apply if you have a extremely high rated player. So a world class striker can model himself after Henry and Del Piero if you like since he'll have a much higher chance of breaking into the first team. Or you can still go and choose two players that play in two different positions to make your superstar have a utility player aura around him (but one that can do that well, something like Stephen Ward but better.) Keep in mind to also look at players' stats and ratings. You may find someone that suits your players' needs and play style, but not at the top of the list (when searching for people on their transfer value that is.) Like you may model your midfielder after Patrick Vieira, but also want to model your player after someone who has a good place kick (free kick) rating. So that's where you search for another expensive midfielder, but has a good free kick rating. That or a striker or defender to make up for that poor free kick rating. Now that we're finished here, you can finally try out the game with your trial player. Now once you're done with your trial player, hopefully you'll get a grant. Now what? Hopefully before the end of the trial (after February or at the start of August) you accepted a contract offer for your player. But you may be asking, how do I know whether or not I'm accepting the right offer? Well first, you may notice a lot of offers from French teams. Which is actually a good thing since most of the French teams, even the small teams have some really good training facilities. Of course to make sure their training facilities are good, just select the team's enviroment. The higher the rank, the better. Another thing to look out for is what country the team is from. It is highly recommended your player plays for the same team of the same nationality so you can eliminate language barriers and have a high team communication at the start. Another benefit of this is that you don't have to waste money on language books meaning you can use that money for other purposes. But how about being able to earn a chance on the first team with an occasional starting spot? You have to check your "Coach Type" (should be MANAGER Type) and there are two you should look out for. A "Potential" coach (listed as "Poten.") will give players chances from time to time to help them achieve their potential. The other one is a "Fatigue" style coach. Meaning once the first team players are tired, the coach will give other people a chance in the first team at any position he chooses (since when you sign a contract with a team, the option "Let the coach decide" will be set on default when it comes to playing position.) So those are the coaches you should look out for. I prefer the fatigue coach myself due to more chances to break into the first team. But I had to do it by playing as a forward converted to a central midfielder. Finally another thing to take in considerations are the "Projected Position" and "Offs. sched." (Off Season Schedule.) Projected Position is the position that your player will most likely play in on that particular team, and the Off Season Schedule should tell you how many times you get to enjoy your private life while playing for that team. Check out the Private Life section for more information, but I suggest you always go with a team with a Off Season Schedule of "Normal". So once you see a team that suits you, it's time to enter negotiations and sign a contract. From here on, I suggest you save the game first before entering contract negotiations. It's so that if talks break down, you can just reload the game and try again. Try to put in a reasonable amount of money, and a 1 year contract. Also keep in mind of the coach types, plus a lower rank team (H rank) gives you a higher chance of getting a starting chance. Once that is done, you should join your new team by next season. 4.2. Living the Soccer Life =========================== Here you are. You made it by signing for a pro club, and in the first divsion of that country no less. You may notice that you get to choose a number you want (if it's available) and a small press conference. Then what? Well, you can refamiliarize yourself with the main menu and its options now since you can play around with the new options (like changing your agent, but you don't want to do that at this point.) And that's pretty much that's all there is to it. All you can hope to do is that you perform well each match and impress other teams and get a first team spot. 4.2.1. The Training Section =========================== Notice how in the training section it is set to "Prac." and you can also switch it to "Rest". It means that your player either practice or rest (I can't make that any more clearer.) Only rest if the stamina meter is low (like close to the red zone.) But go into the actual training menu and you notice all of these smiley faces. How it works is that the smiles mean a high form (your player plays better), the straight face is a normal form (no difference), and the blue face is a low form (player is a little worse than usual.) This is usually set up just about right for your player by default, but you can modify it. You can change the arc of the faces so you can reach a red face which is top form. But becareful, set it on top form or change the arc where you have more high form and a top form your player crashes afterwards and has a gray face (off form, where he is at his worst.) As I mentioned earlier, it's usually set up about right where the most important games are usually high form. Which is what you want. But usually for the last games of the season you want to be able to set the form as high as you can, unless you're on international duty. That's when you try to balance it out or leave things alone, only to change the arc to top form for the final game of the tournament. However you can't do it ahead of time, so at the beginning of may or at the end of April, that's when you want to change the arc and increase your form for the last games of the season. Especially for regulation battles. 4.2.2. Agents, Contracts, and Transfers ======================================= Most of the contract negotiations and transfers (for your players at least) happens in the Agent screen. Here you can change your agent, look at transfer offers, or even request a transfer to a club of your choice. Depending on their rank and their speciality, Football Agents can help increase your chances of getting a transfer to a team you want (through "Request a transfer") and increase the amount of times you can negotiate with a club. When negotiating a contract with a club, save your game before you do because this way, you can reload the game if contract talks break, and you can keep increasing or decreasing your wage demands until you can get the most money out of that club. When you do sign the contract, and it is before the end of the season, your coach's trust level in you will drop. Another piece of advice is to go for 1 year contracts, since clubs rarely accept 2 or 3 year contracts unless you're a big superstar, and you can potentially earn more money this way. As previously mentioned, take into consideration the other teams' Off Season Schedule, the Coach Type, Project Position, and Training Enviroment. Finally, another thing to point out is that the teams' transfer funds is a good indication of how much a club is willing to pay you. The higher it is, the more money you could earn in your contract talks. Now, there's another time to transfer, and that's the end of season screen. If you're at the end of a season and out of a contract, you can resign with your current team, or transfer to another team, IF they put in a offer for you. Normally you would wait it out to the end of the season to resign with your current club or transfer to a new club without having to lose the coach's trust in you drop during the season, which means less first team chances and risking the loss of your captaincy. 4.2.3. Matches, Skills, and Flash Impact ======================================== You may notice you have skills to use in your matches. They increase certain stats during and after a match, and could help you win the match since it changes the team's offensive and defensive rating. So I really do recommend to fill your skill slots with the skills you need the most, or at the beginning you should fill up the slots with the skills you have. However don't use the two purple ones (Challenge Opponent and Timing) at the beginning, especially if you rarely get a chance at the first team. Also: Pick the skills that will boost the stats that you need the most for your main position. Or when you hit your peak for that skill stat, before parameter break, switch to another skill to boost another stat. Keep in mind that at the start you can only pick 2 and move up to 3 or more, depending on the player, but the cost comes in stamina. The more skills you have, the more stamina it uses usually. During matches though, scenes are generated seemingly at random, but that certain series of scenes is also pre-determined depending on what you do. The way the match system is handled though is odd though. On one hand you have a series of pre-determined scenes, but on the other, you have once in a while chance for your player to do something special that cannot be duplicated, even if everything is set the same way like last time. I'll try to explain. Usually to change the outcome of matches, you switch your skills around that will not only give your player a high rating, but gives your team a chance to win, You can tell when things change when the offence and defence meter goes up and down. However, once in a while you'll have a match where your player and team performs at their best and dominates the other team. However, in the special match if you decide to reset the game or reload the game (usually when you miss the timing of a flash impact or challenge opponent or give a bad answer in a interview) you won't be able to get the timing sequence and series of events again. Under normal circumstances you CAN, if you do everything you did exactly before the match and that means your skill set in the same order as they were in the match before you decided to reload it or reset the system. This ALSO means that you have to remember the way you chose the order of those skills. Here's an example: At Wolves, I faced against Arsenal at Highbury. Usually we got owned by Arsenal. But there was once instance we beat them 1-0 thanks to a good goal by Jermaine Defoe (yes Defoe at Wolves on my game.) Now I had my skills like this: Top bar was Challenge Opponent, middle bar was Counter Attack, and my bottom bar was Team Morale. However, I chose the wrong thing to say in the interview so I reloaded the game and chose the same skills in that order. But I did it by just changing the top bar to challenge opponent. However I only got a draw. Turns out I had to do what I did before that and that was removing all of my skills and choose them from the bottom up, and THAT set the game into place to reload my 1-0 win over Arsenal. Later on when I decided to start again from the start of the season, I couldn't get the 1-0 win over Arsenal again. I was still able to get the 1-0 win over Portsmouth though like normal. Turns out I had to do this: When I invested in a high class restraunt I had to do it at the very beginning as the first thing to do then try to sign a player to my team. Then when I play Portsmouth I had to choose Team Morale (Bottom), Timing (Middle) and Overlap (top), and succeed in the flash impact. Then when I went to face Arsenal, I removed all three skills then chose Team Morale (Bottom), Couner Attack (Middle) and Challenge Opponent (top) and I was able to get the 1-0 win over Arsenal again, played out EXACTLY like last time. So I thought that's how the game acted. But I tried to recreate it again, I STILL didn't get the result I wanted. Then I came to the conclusion that a possibily I forgot is that I saved the game on the 3rd Week of September (in game) while we were trying to sign a Left Back. And that could of triggered the 1-0 win over Arsenal along with the steps above. Strange huh? But that's how the game works. So you have to remember EVERY STEP you've done. Even the little things since the game tracks it. Update for this topic (04/19/09): I found something huge. The situation was this: I had a match, won it, but gave a bad response in the interview. I reload the game, couldn't get the same result. Infact I ended up losing. I reset the system, still not the result I needed. After much toying around I decided to turn off the system. The theory was that the game was loading the results from the system's internal RAM instead of generating a random one like usual. I got the result where I won, the same way I won the match the first time I played it. Turns out that the game stores results or something in internal RAM. And the only way to clear out RAM of any kind completely is to turn off the power for at least 10 seconds. So in some cases you might have to cut the power if you made a mistake in the game and want to reload it. On to the timing (flash impact) and challenge opponent skills that I mentioned about. The two purple skills you get to choose are Timing, which increases the chance of a Flash Impact, and Challenge Opponent which increases the chances of having a match up with your opponent. You don't need to have these two skills selected to get a Flash Impact or Challenge Opponent. They just increase the chances of those two things happening. Flash impact happens during the match where you hear a sound and the screen turns grey. From there on you have to time your player kicking the ball, or make a tackle or make a save at the same time you hear a chime. If successful, your players' rating will go up and perform better, as well as your team, thus increasing the odds of your team winning. For me, the best way to time the Flash Impact is to sync yourself with your player doing the action, like kicking the ball. You usually start to sync yourself when you first see the blue target over the ball or in some cases for preference, when the player starts a kicking motion. Interception, tackle, and Goalkeeper Flash Impacts are harder to do than the shooting and passing ones. Challenge Opponent/Match Ups are when two players face off against each other. To activate the possibility of a Match Up happening, you have to choose an opponent to match up against in the pre-match screen. Pay close attention to the opponent's stats since this affects Match Ups. When a match up starts, there would be nothing but the match shown on the screen. No scoreboard, no players' names. Suddenly it shows your player and lists his name, then it will show the opponent with his name. Suddenly, the screen goes black, only the two players will be shown, everything goes slow motion, and you will have 3 seconds to decide what your player should do. 3 seconds, 3 choices. When you make a selection, it will highlight the skills that are affected. Choose an action, and hit the X button quickly. If you don't hit the X button after making your selection, then you will automatically lose. Now what determines the winner is if your affected skills are higher than the opponent's. Win this and you will get a small rating/performance boost. However it won't have much of an impact on the match like a flash impact, so I really can't recommend doing these unless you can only manage a draw and you want something to raise your player's match rating. Remember that those two skills don't happen all the time in a match (with the timing/flash impact happening more often than the Challenge Opponent.) If you want to try to get it during your match, reload then change the skills around until you can get a Flash Impact or Challenge Opponent. You can also use the same skills and put them in a different order if you like, but that doesn't usually changes the outcome. But in some cases it does. So, just experiment. Who knows, you might find a combination that wins you the match, even without having to choose the Timing and Challenge Opponent skills! After the match there will usually be a player growth screen. If not, just go select your player after the match results screen. Here it will show and growth to your players' parameters (like speed, stamina, etc.) If there is no growth, it means your player peak and needs to "Parameter Break" to be able to boost skills again. Parameter Break will be covered in another section. So in conclusion of this topic: If you got a timing or challenge opponent and you mess it up, go ahead and reset the system, and try again, if you can remember the order of your skills that is. Also try turning off the system to clear out the RAM. Other factors that can affect the result is: Requesting to sit out a game and the manager asks you to reconsider and you decide to play, suggesting a new strategy, playing the timing and/or challenge opponent skills or choose not to at all, and combinations of these actions. 4.2.4. Interviews, Reputation, and PRIDE ======================================== Interviews is another situation that will pop up after a match. These are important because not only can you increase the coach's trust in you, raise the teamwork meter, and love meter (with your girlfriends in private life), it is the ONLY way for you to increase your PRIDE meter, Reputation, and Pressure skill. All you have to do is choose the right answer. What does PRIDE do? Two things: Being able to boost your skills just a little bit without parameter break, and it's the only way for your player to get endorsements. Which means extra money in your pocket. Reputation, I'm not sure what it is but it's in there for a reason. It is a hidden stat, and if you can raise that up you can increase your player's value tremendously, which in turn can help you get more money in contract negotiations. Pressure is somewhat the same but it's not a hidden stat. And interviews is the only way to increase pressure. That said, it is best to choose an option that will increase your PRIDE and pressure stats. Reputation boost is good too, but there are not many answers to boost that. But if it's there choose that answer. Only choose the love rate answers if you want to increase your relationship with your current crop of girlfriends quickly. Only choose a coach trust answer if your trust is low and you don't want to lose your captaincy or you want to increase your chancing of gaining captaincy. And only choose the teamwork answers if you want to increase teamwork with your team mates, and become friends with them (which will help if you move to another team and you want them to join you, and so they can be a instructor for your child.) To earn a chance at being interviewed, you must win a match. However you cannot do this via a shortened match, instant results, or end a match in the middle of a match. It HAS to be this way, and you only get a chance of being interviewed. However, when you're the team captain, you will be interviewed everytime, IF you win the match. Here's a incomplete list of the answers listed from the best to worst, also be aware that you have a limited time in choosing your answers. Another thing to point out is that, your answers might affect different stats, depending on the situation. So the ratings aren't always consistant. But the way I listed things are usually the best answers possible. "I'm happy for such a great result!" - Can only get through cup win. Pride up 3, coach's trust up 3, team work up 3 "I want to give myself a pat on the back." - Only get through cup win. Pride up 3, Pressure up 3. Training Sessions ======================== Training Sessions are interactive versions of training, but these only show up twice a season, more so if you're on the national team. These are good since you can boost your stats, increase teamwork rating/friendship rating with a team mate, and even challenge for a first team spot. When you go to training, you put points in certain areas to improve your game, and you even get to select a training partner so you can increase your teamwork rating with him, and hopefully become a friend with him (friendship status will be explained in the Private Life section.) However, this makes training harder unless your team work rating with that particular player is high and/or if you are a highly rated player. So you may want to consider skipping training with a team mate. Of course, training will come at the cost of stamina, and if you train too much you may be too tired for your important match next week, or even get injured! But if you're not a first team player yet and is only getting a chance on the reserves, you can go ahead and use as many points needed. Otherwise, becareful with using points. If you're too tired however (like stamina meter is yellow) you may want to choose rest instead and skip training entirely. Now for battle for position, you basically challenge for a spot against someone who is in the same position as you. However, even if you do the session perfectly, it still doesn't guarentee that you'll earn a starting spot. To play the training session and battle for position, you have to hit the right button at the right time (in that brighter gap section of the bar.) The more successes you have, the higher your stat boost, teamwork rating, and coach's trust will be. So try to get the training session down perfectly or miss pushing the button at the final button press since you'll still get a big raise in stats. 4.2.6. Being the Captain ======================== To become the captain of your team quickly, you must have a maxed out coach's trust rating. But even that won't guarntee you captaincy right away. Especially if you have a world class player as captain at the moment. But when you do become captain, what do you do? Well for starters you have access to two captain skills, and you can try to convince the manager to sign certain players to strengthen your team as long as the players you want to sign has a transfer fee that fits into your budget (in other words, you can sign Zidane to Norwich.) Becareful when you sign people. Because if you want to sign someone from another team, they might end up replacing a player you signed previously that you wanted! The game doesn't handle transfers well, and you can tell the manager who to get rid of. So becareful. I lost players that I wanted to keep, thinking those players will stay on the team while the crappier ones leave. One final thing you can do is change the coach's strategy in the match up screen to help increase the chances of winning. Win, and your coach's trust meter will go up. Lose, it goes down. However there is not many options to choose from. 4.2.7. Internationals ====================== International Duty also known as National Team Call-Ups. It's a goal that every footballer in the world strives for. To represent your country in a quest for the World Cup and the right to be called: "The best in the world." How does this play out in the game? Well not much difference. Once you accept the call up (you can actually refuse if you wish to) you'll be on your national team. You still have training sessions, you can still earn captaincy and call up which players you want on the national team, and well it is pretty much the same except it's on your national team. However there is one real advantage of the national team. You can become friends with your team mates on the national team, and they can become teachers for your child! Other advantages? Well play well, earn World MVP or World Best XI and your transfer value will go up. Which means big clubs are willing to give you more money for your services! 4.2.8. Parameter Break ====================== Parameter Break is extremely important because, you can break your player's peak point in a certain stat (go beyond what the current limitation is set on your player for a stat.) So you can make your player quicker, have more stamina, make him a better passer, etc. Doing this will also help increase your player's value, and make sure your player's child won't be limited by his father's peak parameters without the break. So if you have a parameter break in stamina, and then your child is born, your child's stamina will peak simular to the father's stamina stat after the parameter break. When does parameter break happen? It happens after a match, and when you meet certain requirements. However the parameter break will only happen when there is a break icon in a stat for his team in the team enviroment section. Also this only happens after you play a full 3D match and win, and don't quit in the middle of match. Instant results and shortened matches don't work either. It MUST be the full 3D Match. So how do you know when you get a parameter break? Well after the match you'll hear this guitar sound and the screen will be black. Your player will be shown on the screen and suddenly... OMFGHESTURNINGSUPARSAYAJINWTFZOMGHISPOWARLAEVLITSOVARNIIIIIINNNNNNEEEEETTTTTTTH HHHHOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUSSSSSAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNDDDDDDDDDD!!!! Okay not really, but it somewhat looks like that, without the bull**** that comes with Dragon Ball Z. So after that it will tell you what stat got the parameter break. However, you can influence which stat gets the parameter break by choosing the skills that gives you the stat boost. Just make sure your team has a break icon for the stat you want in the team enviroment section. Below are the requirements. However these are not 100% clear, since these might not come up depending on the player. 1 Star Match - Win a match at age 19 or win a match at age 25 2 Star Match - Win the match at age 21 or under 19 years of age?? 3 Star Match - Win the match at age 25 or more or at age 25, win and have a match rating of at least 8.0 4 Star Match - Win the match at age 25 or more with a 7.0 or more match rating. 5 Star Match - Win a match at age 25 or more with at least a 6.5 match rating. *NOTE* For the 5 star match I actually got the parameter break at age 23 at a UEFA Champions League final with at least a 6.5 rating. The amount of parameter breaks seem to be unlimited. You just need to fill the criteria and make sure your team has a "Break" in a skill section. 4.2.9. Events ============= One final thing to point out is a pretty straight forward thing: Events. Here, events happen and it is signalled by a exclamation mark (! for those who didn't know.) Events can reduce your teamwork rating with a player and motivation, raise the team work rating and motivation, notify you if you gain skills, sign endorsements, and more. To check your events, go to the event screen and select any closed envelop. Now, with your Soccer Life mostly covered, it's time to go to the next section that every football player has to deal with... 4.3. Retirement =============== Your player has finally come to the point in his life where he decides whether or not to continue his footballing career or hang up the boots for good. Your player has gotten old and now he is starting to lose his form. So should you play one more year to get another trophy, or to earn enough and buy that dream home of his and finally retire with a healthy nest egg? Well despite the hard choice to make, be grateful that your career didn't end early through a horrific injury or poor personal life choices since this game doesn't have those real life features. So you don't have to worry about your player doing a George Best or Paul Gascoigne and end up going down a path of self destruction of epic proportions. You have two options for when to retire: At the end of the season where you can either renew your contract, transfer to another team (if they put in a offer), or retire. The other option is in the agent screen and you decide to abruptly retire. Although you really don't want to do that since I find it unclassy, but at least with that you can cancel the decision to retire incase something changes your mind. But if you retire, what happens is that you choose a post football life career, and you are treated to a movie of your players' Soccer Life and accomplishments. They will even give you a rating based on your success. Back to the issue of post football life career. It does matter what you choose but only if you have a child who becomes a footballer as well. But I'll cover that in the "Private Life" section of this guide. But I will list the careers here. Please note that you might have to meet a certain criteria to unlock some of these jobs. Director - Unknown criteria Manager - Unknown criteria Assistant Manager - Unknown criteria Youth Coach - Unknown criteria Main Scout - Unknown criteria Commentator - Unknown criteria Model - Unknown criteria Actor - Unknown criteria, possibly PRIDE level related Stadium Manager/Groundsman - Unsure - Player worth at least 7 million pounds? Reporter - Unknown criteria, possibly PRIDE level related Attendant - Job is listed on default, no matter what. 4.4. Conclusion =============== In conclusion, this is pretty much how your "Soccer Life" will go. As you could tell, I wasn't able to get the International and Parameter Break sections up since I didn't make it to the national team yet or earn a Parameter Break as of this writing. However I believe this guide, and making wise decisions in your football and private life will help you have a prosperous footballing career. Good luck! =================== ==5. Private Life== =================== When it comes to games list this, this section should be the main focus since people will want to play as themselves and imagine that they're a big celebrity footballer. However in this game, you only have three chances to enjoy your private life (which I find to be highly unrealistic.) And on top of that, your team's off season schedule determines how many times you get to enjoy your private life (WTF?) Anyways, to find out how many times you get to enjoy your private life, check out the team's off season schedule listed on the team info page. And when you transfer, take the schedule into consideration. The schedule is listed below Normal - 3 Chances Busy - 2 Chances Vrybusy (Hetic) - 1 Chance As you can tell, it may be better for your player to start off with a not as highly rated team first, then once you do all you want in your private life (mostly with girlfriends), you can move onto bigger teams. Now we got the schedule out of the way, you might be asking: What is there to do in your private life? Oddly enough, not much, but the things that are there can have a big impact on your footballing life. You can run businesses, obtain endorsements, spend money on yourself to improve your lifestyle, and even marry a beautiful girl and start a family with her. And yes your kids can follow you in your footsteps. 5.1. Girlfriends ================ Girlfriends are an integral part of the game, simply because of the stat bonuses they can give you if you get married, unlock the ability to run a business, and being able to give birth to your child who could become a great football player like his old man (as well as having an effect on the child!) Here, you'll find a guide that should hopefully help your relationship with the girlfriend you have chosen to become your wife. You'll usually meet a girlfriend through a event in the off season. And once that happens, you'll be able to go on a date with her whenever you have a Private Life opprotunity Girlfriends fall into 5 different categories. Some have bonuses if your date goes well, some don't. When it comes to gifts, all that matters is what category that girl falls into, and being able to buy the best gifts you can afford for her. All of this is based on the category she falls into and her reaction to the gift, regardless of price. However, more expensive gifts MIGHT beable to increase the love meter (also known as heart meter) quicker. But that is unconfirmed. Also you can date up to 8 different girlfriends at once, but if you don't see any of the in particular, they will be replaced (even if you have a full heart meter with them!) It is also possible that during a event, your girlfriend will break up with you if the heart meter goes down, or you simply don't see her. But it's okay to do that with girls you have no interest in (particularly "casual type" girls.) 5.1.1. Girlfriend Types ======================= There are five types of girlfriends. Each type has their own particular gift list, and each have bonuses or none at all. The type of girlfriends listed comes from a Japanese site. Note: I listed a google translation of a Japanese player's description of each types. Original text here: http://www.geocities.jp/playsoccerlife Noble/High Class - Simular to flashy, but maybe more status bonus and maybe more money to keep them happy (more expensive gifts?) Probably has marriage bonus Japanese: Climb up the morale and motivation and also flashy. But the drawback of cost money. Flashy - Status up and motivation increase. - Has marriage bonus Japanese: Like a gift extravaganza. II rather YARU also because I feel like I get nervous MOCHI Healing - Status up, stamina doesn't decrease - Has marriage bonus Japanese: Never at a loss for a recommendation of stamina. Keep in mind that this would be her first. Casual - No bonuses, only decreases stamina - No marriage bonus Japanese: Stands covering a number of casual (?) In the decreasing number of starts in a number of unnecessary (ry Tidy - Status up. - Marriage bonus unknown
Japanese: The meeting had also ignored the family can not recommend much OK

Please note on some Japanese sites they identify girls with letters.
A is Noble, B is Flashy, C is Healing, D is Casual, E is Tidy

5.2. List of Girlfriends
========================

Here's a list of the girls you can get in the game, and what type they are.
Note that I got the table that covers the Japanese version so in the European
version, expect some minor changes (like changing Japanese to Qatar, WTF?!)

If you encounter a girlfriend that isn't on the list (through mistranslation of
the names, or the girl doesn't appear at all), the best way to find out what
type of girl they are is how they react to a gift, and if the message
"She seems very satisfied with today's gift and has a big smile on her face."
appears, you can figure out what type of girl she is.

5.3. Dating and Marriage
========================

Of course, once you get a girlfriend, you have to treat her well, take her out,
and try to make her happy. Luckily in this game, it's much easier to do than
in real life. Simply take her somewhere on a date, and give her the right
gift. Doing so will raise her heart meter. Be careful though, a girlfriend
may want you to change your goal celebration after you give her a gift. Try
to make sure that you only agree to do that for one girl. Doing so with
multiple girls might end up with annoyed girlfriends!

When it comes to taking a girl out on a date, you'll only start with 5 places
to go. To unlock the final 4 places, you'll need to buy a car, in a related
issue, to unlock more gifts to buy for your girlfriends, you'll need to buy a
certain amount of "Lifestyle" items for yourself. We'll cover this in the
"Lifestyle and Support Items" section later on.

As for marriage, you can SUCCESSFULLY propose to a a girl once her heart meter
has 3 full hearts. And depending on the type of girl you marry, you'll get a
stat bonus as well (particularly in the pressure rating.)

5.3.1. Date Costs
=================

Like in real life, taking girls out on dates will cost money. But keep in mind
that the most expensive place might not have an effect on a girl, so you can
take her to a cheaper location if you like.

5.4. Team Mates
===============

In the game you can take a team mate out and spend time with him to increase
your team work and motivation rating with that person. That person will
usually give out a yes or no question. Answer right, your team work rating and
sometimes your motivation goes up. Answer wrong, and it goes down. Note that
this costs money. But it may be worth it in the end cause it means you could
end up being friends with that team mate, and your training session with a
partner is easier since your team work rate is higher, and when it's easier to
do training with a team mate, it makes it easier to increase the team work
rating through training and not having to spend money to take that team mate
out. However, be careful on which team mate you choose because they might not
be with the team next season.

When you do become friends with that team mate, it is possible for them to
become the instructor for your child, if they haven't retired yet.

5.5. Children
=============

As of this writing, my player currently does not have a child. However I do
know that the requirements to have children is this: Married with a heart
meter of 4.5 out of 5. Once that happens and your wife ends up giving birth
to a boy, that child could possibly follow in his father's footsteps.

With that said, you can have events with the children like having them watch
the game, giving them presents, that type of stuff. Then, when they are old
enough, they can enroll in the training center and become a footballer just
like his old man! And someday they'll have kids of their own and they can
become footballers as well. But you'll probably be asking: How do you know if
your child will become a good footballer, and what affects his growth? Many
things. And I will cover as much as I can in this section.

Of course I'm getting the information from the Japanese sites, so things may
not be clear.

From the father's side the father's parameters (like speed, etc.) will affect
the parameters of the kid. I do not know if this means if the parameters
peaked for the father will be the same as the kid or not. All I see was "peak
parameters" and "capacity carried over the peak". The only thing that's known
for sure is your kid's inheritance money is 10% of the father's total money.

As for the mother's side. The nature/characteristics of the mother (maybe the
thing with casual, tidy, flashy, etc.?) will affect the child's toughness and
mental abilities.

Another thing that affects the child is his instructors and his parameters.
Instructors are the father's footballing friends (which is why it is important
to get the teamwork meter up to "friend" status with a world class player.)
The more highly rated the instructor is, the better the child will be. Better
raise up that team work/friendship rating with Thierry Henry then, eh?

Finally there are two more factors that affect the child's growth: Age of the
father at the child's birth and the father's occupation on retirement. Below,
I have listed these factors.

Father's Age - Type of Growth - Child's Peak Age (Random)

25 and below - Very High - 24 - 25
26 - 28 - High - 26 - 28
29 - 31 - Normal - 29 - 31
31 - 33 - Low - 31 - 33
34 and older - Very Low - 34 - 39

As you can tell the father's best age while the child is born is 25. This
means that you have to get your wife pregnant at age 24 then hopefully at age
25, she'll give birth to your son. Another benefit of waiting is that the
father's parameters and value are at a high point, and that should hopefully
carry on to the child.

Father's Occupation on Retirement

Director - Type A and B Ability bonus is Big
Manager - Type A and B Ability bonus is Normal
Assistant Manager - Type A and B Ability bonus is Minimal
Youth Coach - Type A and B Ability bonus is Huge
Main Scout - Type A Ability bonus is Big
Commentator - Type A and B ability bonus is small
Model - Type A abillity bonus is minimal
Actor - Type B ability bonus is minimal
Stadium Manager/Groundsman - Type A ability bonus is small
Reporter - Type A and B Ability bonus is small
Attendant - Type B ability bonus is normal

However I don't have a clear answer on what Type A and B is. From what I
understand in the translation, Type A is toughness or mental or both. Type B
is the rest of the stats. It could be just one, a few, or all of them. I'm
not sure.

5.6. Lifestyle and Support Items
================================

In this game, not only can you use your money to take girls out on dates, but
you can use the money you've earned to buy Llifestyle and Support items.

Support items are items that can help your footballer's career. You can buy
items that will greatly reduce his fatigue, and even buy language books to
help him learn the language of the country that he plays in!

Lifestyle items are items that improve your footballer's private life. At
first, they seem like nothing but materialistic, worldy possessions, but in
reality, they can help you unlock more gifts, unlock more lifestyle items like
more houses and cars, POSSIBLY increase the chances of landing sponsorship
deals, and enable businesses! The manual also mentions that it improves
your player on the pitch as well, but I haven't noticed any differences.

To unlock more gifts and lifestyle items, you have to buy a certain amount of
items, paritcularly a penthouse apartment and sports car at first. With the
car, you can take girls out to a new location on a date. To unlock the other
three cars, you have to buy the other three houses first.

My advice though is to not go overboard with lifestyle items, and just buy the
things that appeal to you, but the house and car is always a priority at first
since it can enable much bigger things.

5.7. Businesses
===============

Once you get the invitations to invest in a certain business, you can invest in
that said business through the "Private Life" menu. There are three businesses
that you can invest in: A Brand Business, a Restraunt Business, and a Race
Horse Business. Manage your businesses well, and you can earn more money than
you ever will as a footballer. According to the Japanese sites and the game
manual: How your businesses performs relates to how well you perform on the
pitch. However I haven't really seen this myself. It might be random with
your perfomances increasing or decreasing the chance of success. I'm not
really sure.

What I am sure about is how you know you earn a lot of money or not. At the
end of the season and the game goes right to the Training Center, you'll earn
at least 2 times the amount of money you have invested. However if you see
your agent on the screen, he'll give you a year end performance review. He'll
always say "I hate to break this to you." What really matters is if he says
Success or Failure. A success can earn you the max amount of money you can
earn for that particular business (like a Restraunt Success can give you 5
times the amount of money you invested) along with stat bonuses, and bonuses
with your team mates and girlfriends.

A failure of course is the exact opposite. You lose your investment money, you
lose stats, and bonuses with team mates and spouse, and you feel like someone
that got ripped off by Bernie Madoff.

Of course you can reset the system and reload. It's what I did to earn a
success. So just keep trying. And DO NOT save at the last week of the season.
Save it at the second last week (which is a Private Life week for some.) This
will help increase your chances of getting a success.

5.8. Endorsements
=================

During the course of the year, you'll find opportunities to land a endorsement
through the event screen. This is another way to earn extra money since you
get a fixed amount of money right away, but once you've signed, you are stuck
with that company for the specified amount of time. In previous versions of
this guide, I have incorrectly stated that you will get the amount of money
they are offering to you per year, but that was incorrect. You sign, you get
money, that's it you're stuck with that sponsor. However, once you sign that
contract, there is no way for that contract to be broken. That company will be
forced to live up to their end of the deal regardless of your performances on
the pitch!

Now you can have up to 5 sponsors at once. But how do you land good sponsors
and not cheap minnows? The main way to do it: Raise your PRIDE meter as high
as you can, and the only way to do that is through interviews. The other way?
Your player value must be high as well. Playing well on the pitch MIGHT
increase your chances as well. But when should you expect endorsement offers?
they happen at certain weeks of the year, and that is random. For instance I
kept reloading the game for an "Alpine Motors" contract. I thought I could
only get the endorsement by buying lifestyle things, but during a reload, I
suddenly got the offer, without having to buy anything! So don't get
discouraged if you don't see a endorsement offer. Reload and try again.

==6. Club Renaming==
====================

The format I listed for my list below is this:
In-Game Name - Real Name - Name to use for renaming

Note that due to the horrific renaming tools, that you cannot put spaces in the
team name unless there is already a space. Same goes with periods. Also, it
is possible for you to rename teams beyond the character limit. However there
is only two teams that will let you do this. How this works is this: When the
name is past beyond the character limit or at the limit, the game will start to
overwrite each letter you input. So you end up choosing letters, pushing R2 to
go to the next letter, and input another letter again. Now there are two teams
that let you rename them to their real names beyond the character limit:
Hamburger SV and Bayern Leverkusen. Since the two last letters in their name
ends the exact same way as their real life name, you can overwrite the existing
letters then delete the rest of the unneeded letters with the square button to
get the desired result. Of course I hit the start button to finish to see if I
got the name right, and if I don't, I delete a few more letters until I get the
desired result. That's all there is to it.

==7. Enable NTSC Mode==
=======================

When you first start the game and you're playing on a NTSC TV, wait 10 seconds
after the Playstation 2 boot logo. The screen should have a snow wash effect
for a split second. What happened is that the language options loaded up first.
Hit X once, then hit down on the D-pad, then X again. Then quickly press start.
This should enable you to play the game in English in NTSC mode. Also note that
there will be no timing problems or audio/video sync problems when playing in
NTSC mode. It's the same as playing in PAL.

To play in French on a NTSC TV, just hit down once before hitting the X button,
then follow the rest of the instructions.

For Italian, just hit down twice at first.

==8. Gameshark/Codebreaker/Artmoney==
=====================================

In this section I'll put in Gameshark/Codebreaker codes for this game. Also
I'll add the memory addresses for people playing the game on a emulator and
want to just using ArtMoney. If there are people besides me that are still
playing this game, and is good at creating Codebreaker codes, then please
e-mail me some codes or post them on the forums at Neoseeker or GameFAQs.
Below, I also wrote in on my two cents for people having trouble making codes.

Also, if you guys need the .elf file and you have the game, it's on the disc
as SLES_538.46. Just to warn you, some of the labels are still in Romanized
Japanese (Japanese spelled in english.)

Special thanks to Azagthoth at the Codemasters Project for the Mastercodes,
Lance for finding the ArtMoney addresses, and Skiller for the conversion.

Joker Command
D0B6C082 0000???? <== No idea what this is.

Player Slot 1 Personal Transfer Fee - As seen in team menu. You really
shouldn't need this. All it does is change the transfer fee of your player.
If you rotate players it might cause a crash. This code is really more of a
joke code just to show off your player is worth more than what Real Madrid
payed for Cristiano Ronaldo.

20598B60 00000000 - Change the 00000000 to a hexidecimal number or put 1 in
place of the first 0. Or else your player would be worth nothing.

Infinite Training Center Cash
2053FC30 1000FFFF

Big Monthly Wage for Player Slot 1
2068E19C 1000FFFF <-- TURN OFF during contract negotiations. Will cause
loading issues. Leave it on for the month, save on pay day then turn it off.
If using more than 1 player (especially when they just signed onto a team out
of the youth training center) rotate the player 1 slot so others can get the
big pay day then turn it off. With this code your player will get the maximum
amount of money allowed. Need to find 11 more codes so all player slots will
have the big pay day.

No Agent Fee for Player Slot 1
2084D118 00000000 <-- Again, only affects Player Slot 1. You'll still have to
pay to hire an Agent and it will only show that you're paying nothing at the
monthy pay screen. On other screens it still says you're paying the agent when
you're really not.

My Codemasters Project forum post (edited)

Converting NTSC/J codes to PAL (Although I play it in NTSC with the built in
NTSC converter) may be in vain. When the game was released in Europe, 505
Gamestreet/Digitial Brothers actually altered the code and removed quite a few
things from the original release. All of the Japanese players were removed, you
couldn't train in Japan, and no Japanese national team. Which is quite stupid
since the EU version of the game advertised Japanese players as well. So yeah,
I couldn't sign Shunsuke Nakamura to Wolverhampton (which sucked.)

They also altered the appearance of some instructors and agents (to not make
them Japanese actually.) And altered how your date would react to locations.
From what I read, in the Japanese version the location of the date had an
affect on the girlfriend, now it doesn't.

Now when you're asking for codes like Max money, etc. You need to specific
money for what. If you want money for your player (non youth players), you need
to remember that there are 12 player slots and you can play up to 12 players at
the same time, or you and 12 fans can take turns via hotseat.

So for things like infinite money/never lose money you'll have to specify which
player slot or ask for a code that will affect all 12 players.

The same thing applies for other things like Stamina Meter always 100%,
Accident meter always at 0, PRIDE meter always at 100, coach confidence always
at maximum, motivation always at maximum, and player condition always at
maximum. You need to specify which player you want to be affected (usually 1)
or do it for all 12 players (hopefully the code will still work even if you
have just one player in a player slot and no other players in the other slots.)

This will also affect personal life as well since you are going to spend money
on dates and other things. Luckily you shouldn't need codes for love life and
friends/team mates since those are very easy, plus for children when they grow
up, they'll just take two more player slots once they sign with a team. You
just need the money. However if you are investing in businesses and need a code
where you get a "Critical Success" all the time at the end of each season,
you'll need to specify which player slot, and which business (business type or
business slot, not sure, but there are 3 business slots for "Brand",
"Restaurant", and "Race Horses.)

As for transfers and team budgets, again the same thing might apply, if you
want a code where ONLY the team that your player/players are playing has
infinite transfer budget (which also means much better pay for your players),
and a code where you request for to transfer a player to your team and the team
ALWAYS succeeds in getting that player, you'll have to specify the slot or try
to find a code that affects all 12 players.

Finally the only thing that doesn't affect slots (theoretically) is the
training center. It should be easier to make a infinite money code for that
since there is only one training center and a code for infinite skill points
for created players should hopefully be easier to do as well. Another thing
that is overlooked is the training center rank. A code for this would be nice
since a player from a B rated academy is better than a a player from a G rated
academy. Even the "low quality" players from a highly rated academy are better
than the top quality players from a lowly rated academy.

Anyways, that's all that I can think of right now. Hopefully we can get some
codes for this game. Any other questions for me, please ask.

For codes, I would like to see:

"Always successful in player requests/transfers" (when you suggest to the
manager a player to sign)

Infinite transfer funds for the team you play for (imagine Norwich being the
new Manchester City)

Always earn parameter break after a match

Any stat can have a parameter break (instead of only the certain ones for the
team you play for, code may have to change to training environment is Rank A
for every single stat)

Accident Meter always at 0.

Stamina Meter always at 100%

Player Condition (Their form) always at maximum (always red smiling faces)

Infinite money for training centre.

Training Centre Rank is A (or S. Can't remember if S rank is in the European
version)

Pride meter always maximum.

A code to unlock the Japanese players, Japanese national team, and the Japanese
nation for your youth players to train at if they wish to.

Infinite money for all players (although I really don't need it)

Businesses always achieve Critical Success (Where your agent gives you a
business review at the end of the year and says your business is a failure or
success.)

Lance's e-mail for those who want to find more memory addresses in ArtMoney,
especially if they have more than 1 player (like your main player's kids.)

Hello,

To change the money I am using a memory editor called ArtMoney, the
game stores money in memory as such, I'll try and use examples because
this is how I understand it:

Say you have £17000 in your characters bank, the game actually stores
it as 170 (always chops the last 2 zeros off any money figure,
character, training center and club).

You would think then, now that I know that, I can just search for 170
directly? Nope the game makes it hard for you and stores it in a
redicously high random number (usually 8-9 figures, generated at
random every time you load the game), and then adds 170 onto it.

The way I find the number, is when your account balance changes
(whether you get paid or you buy something),

If you buy something that costs £25000, you search for an unknown
value that has decreased by 2500, if you get paid say £25000 you look
for an unknown value that has increased by 250, training center is
basically the same.

With club balance, as an example Manchester United's club balance is
normally 150000000, say you talk the club into buying a new player,
you want till the club has managed to sign the player than check the
club balance again. You then subtract the 150000000 from the current
balance to get the difference (the difference being the signing fee),
you then search for an unknown value that has decreased using the
difference (subtract the last 2 zeros).

0x00598B60 - Personal Transfer Fee

0x0068e020 - what player 1's contract is worth (as it appears in
personal life, doesn't effect wage or do anything useful other than
for show)

0x0053FC30 - training center cash

0x0068E19C - personal wage (player 1 at least), affects how much you
are paid each month

0x0084D118 - player 1 agent's fee, or that specific agent (Italian
"Lontri", Rank A, specialty Almighty, even though the agent window
still says his salery is $260000, when it comes to subtracting the
money each month this is the number, can set to 0 if you want him for
free)

==9. Japanese Version Differences==
===================================

There isn't much differences, except in the European version, all of the
Japanese girls are now from QATAR, and even the country of Japan has been
removed from the game, and you can't even train there (which is free.) There
is a small chance that Japanese data would still be on the disc, but I don't
think a Codebreaker will be able to enable it.

Even if it did, it might end up crashing the game.

I don't get it though, why remove Japan from the game and the Japanese
players? The game even ADVERTISES that JFA (Japanese Football Association)
players are in the game, yet in reality it is removed! I can't even get
try to aquire Shunsuke Nakamura onto my team!

What the hell is 505 Gamestreet/505 Games/Digital Bros. S.p.A. are thinking?
They shouldn't of messed with the game in my opinion and concentrate on having
a good translation instead (since the translation mostly sucks.)

That's pretty much it from what I know. They could of removed other stuff that
even I don't even know.

- UPDATE - Looking at the .elf file of Soccer Life 2, the LABELS for Japanese
players are there, but the only labels I found are .pig file face textures like
for example: "nakamurashunsuke.pig" Could mean just the textures are there,
and nothing else.

Suggestions for the next version (if they're considering it) by me.

- I wish you can walk around places in this game like in Nippon Daihyou Team no
Kantoku ni Narou! Sekaihatsu Soccer RPG for Sega Saturn.

- I'll add more whenever I feel like it.
