Email Rules:- Please try to avoid email-ing me without any good reason, especially for things' which you may find in my guide, as once a famous FAQ's writer said "Use the Find option...it's your best friend and all that all you need." Also if possible try to write as simple AND in good english, I can try to decipher it if you want, but it just will be a waste of time for you and me. Other Rules:- None that I know so far, if you want to be credited for something you did (such as correcting a few boss tips for example) than tell me and so on. You want my phone number? Nah sorry can't do that... By the way, my FAQ so far can be supported by GameFAQs.com, if you want it on your site, good...just make sure you tell me or else i'll get you for that... nah just kidding, but it's is annoying, so just tell me beforehand, OK? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My Guide:- My FAQ doesn't consist of any spoilers, and is 150% Spoiler-Free (how the hell did I get that number?) I won't even tell what the Multi-Dialouge Options will do (with which alignement you will go with and etc...), because you must make your own choices at least once to see "your" ending, then if you do want more, near the end of my guide I will add all the plot critical points and what option will get you what. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ========================== ==Table of Contents/Menu== ========================== (Alpha) Characters--------------------------------------(CHR) Tip, Hints, Tricks and Helps--------------------(TTH) (Beta) Walkthrough/Guide-------------------------------(WALK00) (Kappa) Yoyogi Station/Park-----------------------------(WALK01) Shinjuka Medical Center-------------------------(WALK02) Yoyogi Park-------------------------------------(WALK03) Shibuya-----------------------------------------(WALK04) Amala Network-----------------------------------(WALK05) Labyrinth of Amala------------------------------(WALK06) Ginza-------------------------------------------(WALK07) Harumi Warehouse--------------------------------(WALK08) Great Underpass of Ginza------------------------(WALK09) Ginza-------------------------------------------(WALK10) Great Underpass of Ginza------------------------(WALK11) Ikebukuro---------------------------------------(WALK12) Mantra HQ---------------------------------------(WALK13) Ikebukuro---------------------------------------(WALK14) Mantra HQ---------------------------------------(WALK15) Assemlby of Nihilo------------------------------(WALK16) Ikebukuro---------------------------------------(WALK17) Mantra HQ---------------------------------------(WALK18) Kabukicho Prison--------------------------------(WALK19) Ginza-------------------------------------------(WALK20) Ikebukuro---------------------------------------(WALK21) Ikebukuro Tunnel--------------------------------(WALK22) Asakusa-----------------------------------------(WALK23) Mifunshiro--------------------------------------(WALK24) AsaKusa-----------------------------------------(WALK25) Ginza-------------------------------------------(WALK26) Assembly of Nihilo: Back Entrance---------------(WALK27) The Obelisk-------------------------------------(WALK28) Amala Network-----------------------------------(WALK)* Asakusa Tunnel----------------------------------(WALK)* Yoyogi Park-------------------------------------(WALK)* Amala Temple------------------------------------(WALK)* Mifunashiro-------------------------------------(WALK)* Yurakucho Station-------------------------------(WALK)* Diet Building-----------------------------------(WALK)* The Obelisk-------------------------------------(WALK)* Tower of Kagutsuchi-----------------------------(WALK)* (Delta) Labyrinth of Amala------------------------------(LAO00)* First Kalpa-------------------------------------(LOA01)* Second Kalpa------------------------------------(LOA02)* Third Kalpa-------------------------------------(LOA03)* Fourth Kalpa------------------------------------(LOA04)* Fifth Kalpa-------------------------------------(LOA05)* Labyrinth of Amala Warp Zones (Hell's Vault)----(LOA06) Graveyards--------------------------------------(LAO07) (Gamma) Magatama List/Abilities-------------------------(MLA01) Important Spells and Skills---------------------(SNS01) Items List--------------------------------------(ITL01) Puzzle Boy Game---------------------------------(PBG01) Evolution---------------------------------------(EVO01) Boss Data---------------------------------------(BOS00)* Rag's Jewelry-----------------------------------(RAG01) (Omega) Credits/Copyrights/Thanks-----------------------(CRD01) ========================================================== == *More to Come* == ========================================================== Note: The part(s) with * mean incomplete and/or unstarted. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- =================== ==Chracters (CHR)== =================== -Hero: The Hero is the character who you control, you can choose his name, abilities, stats, etc...pretty much you can customize him as you like. Also your choices will affect his Reason. -Isamu Nitta: Your so called "Classmate", who is a bit dark. He as normal as any other human, but after the Conception he changes, into what...well you find out. -Chiaki Hayasaka: Another "Classmate", but this time a girl. She starts of friendly, but the deeper she travels the more her Reason changes, thus changing her forever. -Yuko Takao: The Hero's teacher, she has an important role in the Conception at the start, after that she turn from a "Queen" into a "Pawn". How this happens is up to you to find out. -Yoji Hijiri: A Cult magazine writer, you meet him early on and it seems he was able to get through the Conception, has he any realtions with it? How did he survive? Even though he helps the Hero in many situations. -Hikawa: An unkown man, always in major plot events...what are his intentions? Is he behind all this? Only time will tell. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ====================================== ==Tip, Hints, Tricks and Helps (TTH)== ====================================== Mystical Chests: ---------------- Never open a Mystical Chest...unless it's a Full Kagutsuchi, this will ensure that you recieve the highest prize possible out of the chest, an example? You may get a Soma Doplet or even better...a St Incense which are already hard to come by as they are. Full Kagutsuchi: ---------------- Apart from giving you neat stuff from chests they will also cause several other things, first of all they'll increase the drop rate of Gems, if you're going Gem hunting keep this in mind. Secondly they will cause some of the demons to join you randomly, the chances that you can "Talk" with a demon will be low, but "if" by chance they talk or you talk to them, the odds that they might join you increase by 70%. Other than that, Kagutsuchi will help you solve some puzzles, as well as get some special event item, an example of such is Tyrant Mara, you can only meet it in Shibuya at Full Kagutsuchi behind some building. Also you can get some battle advantage out of it, if you have Dark Might you can critical almost always during a New Kagutsuchi. As a conclusion, whatever you're doing...always keep the Kagutsuchi in your mind, as it really turn the tides of battles....sometimes anyway. Buff's and Duff's: ------------------ What are buffs and duffs? My way of saying Raise your stats (Buffs) and Lower your opponents stats (Duffs), a simple way of just making the battle fall in your lap. Whenever you see this, give it all you got. Cover the Weaknesses of your demons: ------------------------------------ Once you start having the cash, start using Mitamas to make "Perfect" demons... what I mean by this, is that if you have a demon that is weak to Force, then why don't you fuse with it a Mitama to Void or even better...Drain Force? Not only will you eliminate the Weakness of the demon but will also eat up the opponents press turns. Exploit the Weaknesses of your opponents: ----------------------------------------- If you want a easy or at least a good time in this game...then learn how to exploit Weaknesses, this is your single most useful weapon, and take my word, if you can't master this tactic, then prepare for long and frustating time in your life. Never depend on one way: ------------------------ Most RPG's have a tendency of driving the players in one way, this game isn't at all the same as the others...during your play you'll find several enemies that are either Immune to Magic or Physical attacks...thats why you must always have a team consisting of different attacks, having different magical attacks and have at the same time different Void Skills, this will ensure a successful party...one more thing to note is that don't always rely on -kaja or -nda type skills...as most bosses will be able to negate them. Know your surrounding: ---------------------- Sometimes you may find youself in a place full of traps, powerful demons and also a party which is low on MP or HP, you haven't saved over that...bad scenario isn't it? What you have to do is examine you surrounding, the best way to do this is using the camera to scan the enviroment, this way you may find an Exit, Save Terminal, or a short route to go to a safer area. Another simple yet useful tactic. The Enviroment is your foe: --------------------------- More true than not, especially the ground. In many parts of the game you'll need a certain skill in order to proceed, here's a quick list down... 1) Red Magatsuhi: Or more commonly know as the "Red Stuff" on the floor, this can be both found on the World Map and Dungeons, damages you party's health by around 5% per square. Not really the most dangerous there is, but still...to avoid it, use a Lift Ball. 2) Dark Areas: In these type of areas the only restriction is your sight, you can walk, run, jump, do whatever you like even engage in random battles but for venture wise it's not a good idea to travel in these conditions...as you can get lost easily, advice? Buy some Light Balls or use Light Skills. 3) Dark Zone: Another type of area that are hard to avoid, when you step in a "shadowed" area, you get dragged in another dimension, this is most commonly found in the Amala Temple. 4) Cursed Zone: The cursed zone can be found in the 2nd-4th Kalpa, and each square takes away 50% of party's HP, this mean a 100HP --> 50HP --> 25HP --> and so on. They're also dangerous as you can usually find high level foes in here. Keep these notes by you and you should be fine...most of the time anyway. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ============================== ==Walkthrough/Guide (WALK00)== ============================== In this guide I will include the items, enemies and other factors that you will find in the "dungeons", this game also is very punishing if you don't know how to play it. An example could be the first Fiend Boss, Matador...he can be a real JERK if you don't know how to tackle him, also this game is ginormous (is that a real word?), meaning you can get lost easily and spend countless hours in just wandering around. So I decided to create a guide, my first guide, reason? Well, SMT Nocturne is soo good, that I just had to do it, period. Anyway, enough blabbering, let's get going. One more note, I shall not force the player to adopt a certain tactic, an example of such decision is stated in the part of the Pixie, when you depart from her in Yoyogi Park, it's up to the player to choose what to do with her, not me...so don't expect lot's of "advices" from me ok?...You make the decisions. ================================ ==Yoyogi Station/Park (WALK01)== ================================ Items: Mysterious Drink/Ayakashi Monthly Enemies: None Others: None Ok, just got into it, take a moment to familiars with the camera, controls, movement, and so on. Once done, from your starting point, look East, you should see a vending machine, take a look at it and you'll find a Mysterious Drink. Go through the "Door Ways" and talk with the Employee, continue and leave the area from the Exit. Now on the world map, there's a park, go towards it and enter it. As you enter you'll encounter your first plot Character, Hijiri. Once obatined the Magazine, Exit the area, return to the world map, and head toward the Hospital, one door is closed, take the door on the East of the Hospital. ==================================== ==Shinjuku Medical Center (WALK02)== ==================================== Items: Mysterious Drink Medicine x6 Maragi Rock Mabufu Rock Life Stone x5 Revival Bead x2 Chakra Drop x2 Mazio Rock 300 Macca Bead Enemies: Will o' Wisp Kodama Skikigami Gaki Kahaku Others: ID card Annex Gate Pass Maga: Marogareh Note: This is a good practice place, get in as many fights as you can, and try to learn weaknesses, strenght, etc...get a feel of the controls and remeber... train, train, train. Creepy place, reminds me of Silent Hill...*brrr*...anyway, speak with Chiaki, then head to the doors to the East, keep going till you hit the stairs. Go up, and you should see a scene, after that keep going straight till the end then turn West. By the way you should notice another vending machine, same routine, check it out to get another Mysterious Drink (whats so mysterious with a drink?) Continue as before till the end, when it turns to the North, enter the first door next to you. Another scene when you enter it.*Phew* Go back and speak with Chiaki, get the ID Card (how the hell did he get it?) and head North and hit the elevator, take B1. Once done check out the large gate and take a look at the Red Panel, insert the ID Card and proceed as usual down the hallway, check the two south rooms for a suprise. Continue by entering the room down the hall, the one that is leading North. Choose "Yes" and watch the scene that ensues, another option pops up...choose which ever you want. Once it's all over, Exit the room and head for the elevator (another scene occurs here). Choose R in the elevator to go upsatirs now you see Yuko your teacher, and now enjoy the scene, your adventure just started. After all that, you receive the first Magatama, Marogareh. From the room that you'll start from, Exit it, talk to the Blue Soul and now go East, another event (Geez, how many event's are there?) Keep on going and now you can save your game, once done just choose "Leave", now you can go South, then for a few steps turn East, then just keep South all the way into another room. A healing room, free healing here...warning though, this is the only area and only time that you will get free healing, so make the most of it and try to use the smallest amount of healing items as possible, at your current level thier both hard to come by and expensive. ok, after Exit the room and head North-East, until the elevator, go inside it.Now head on the path, by the way you should notice on your East there's a Cube, check it out to get Medicine x2 (better than nothing I guess) keep going North, again this time on the West encounter, Dr. Dark a healer basically. Exit the hallway in the North direction, take the East at the fork, and you'll find Cube with Maragi Rock, go back to the fork and this time go West, till the end of the path, a scene should occur here. Now, hit the elevator and head to the 2nd Floor, head down the West hallway and enter the door before the stairs, you'll find a Cube with Medicine...go back to the elevator. Now, there are two doors going South, enter the West hall and go till the end, pick up the Cube with 2 Life Stones (finally something useful), now go all the way back and this time take the East door, keep going till you....find a Fairy Pixie (isn't she cute?) Speak with her and take her with you. Now back-track to the two rooms, till you find yourself standing the in the area from the elevator (it's a small room/area) now from here head East, and check out the first door you come across, after some "talking" and once entered the room an option pops up just choose "Yes"...you guessed it, it's time to battle. Don't worry nothing too hard, especially with your new ally. Now, go all the way back to where you found the Fairy Pixie, and use the Annex Gate Pass on the system to get through. Keep going (you'll see something here) When in the new area, there's a demon here (on the floor) speak to get some tips for the game. Go East and enter Room 203B and speak with the demon to get a Medicine (yay another one -_-). Get out and go to Room 204B and get the Cube with the Revival Bead, other than that go back to the area with the demon on the floor and this time go to the West area...check Room 201B and hit the Cube for a Life Stone x3 (Wow...now we're talking!), ofcourse get out and go North towards the stairs and descend them. Once down, go all the way down (no pun intended) and as soon the chance, head East...another set of stairs. Go till the end of the hallway. Unlock the East door and (drum rolls) a save point on the other side. (Wonder why it's there?) Anyway save the game, go back to the locked door and this time go West, you will now a reach an area...with two doors, enter the North one first. Keep going and enter the first door you get to see, another Cube (who the hell lives them around like that?) and check to get a Chackra Drop x2, nothing else here...go back out and go North and take the ladders, another Cube, this time it's Mazio Rock and another Mabufu...hold on a third item? 300 Macca for your bank account (Cool!). Take the ladders again and this time head South, back to the area with the two doors. Enter the other one this (the West Door) and ofcourse as usual keep going till you hit a door leading West, inside nothing much...apart from a Cube with Bead. Leave the room and continue along till you hit the stairs at the end. This time, go North at the fork...yep the healing room is the one on the West. Take the North door and save, after that go down and this time at the fork proceed East. Now at the door, before you enter it, make sure that in your party you have a Shikigami, it will be very useful for the upcoming boss fight (did I say there was a boss fight?) Once done, examine the door and select "Yes". ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Boss #1 (BOS01) + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Boss:---Forneus +++++++++++ This guy downright easy peasy,if you know how to + HP:-----500 +++++++++++ play your cards right. Next destination...Yoyogi Park. ======================== ==Yoyogi Park (WALK03)== ======================== Items: Chakra Drop Life Drop Dis-Poison Life Drop Enemies: Pixie Others: Maga: Ankh (Optional) Back to the Park, mmmm...anyway in this loction you will depart from your Pixie, you get to choose to "keep her" or "leave her", choose either one you like but here's what will happen: 1)Keep Her: She stays with you, also in the Labyrinth of Amala you'll be able to unlock some special ablities for your Pixie. 2)Leave Her: She fly's away saying good bye and you get a new Magatama: the Ankh. Up to you really...after your decisions check out the Cube for a Chakra Drop and another Cube can be found in the Northen room, from the main area. In the second Cube you'll find a Dis-Poison. Now take the South direction and as usual enter the far-most door, check as usual on the way the Cube for Life Stone x2, now enter the door. You'll see a strange door here, this is what we call a Fountain of Life, in here you can heal, revive, remove curses... basically your new Healing Center. Now Exit the Park, and this time go to Shibuya. ==================== ==Shibuya (WALK04)== ==================== Items: Dis-Charm x2 1,000 Macca Enemies: Will o' Wisp Pixie Kodama Shikigami Gaki Kahaku Slime Datsueba Moryo Others: Maga: Iyomante (Junk Shop) Maga: Shiranui (Junk Shop) Note: Another good place to train, a few powerful opponents here, but still play with tactics and take advantage of any situation and you should be fine. A city (you can find everything here can't you?), anyway at the North-East area there should be some stairs leading down, hit them and you'll come an area full of different colored doors,mmmm...ok let's recap...Green is the Fountain of Life (healing), then we have the Junk Shop which has a Purplish- Violet color (buy items), after that there's the Cathedral of Shadows which consists of Purlple type color (to fuse demons) and of course last but not least the Save Terminal which is again a Red color (to save duh...). Now go to the room next to the Save Terminal and open the Mystical Chest for an item, then go back to the top floor or the "Streets" and this time hit the stairs on the Eastern Side of the map. When downstairs, go North first, and then take the East after that the North route again. Three doors, enter the Eastern one to have a fight and get Dis-Charm x2 from a Cube. Back-track till the fork, and this time take the South road, on the way hit some stairs and you'll see a Mystical Chest, take it. Now take another set of stairs on floor lower (check the map). Take a South, and enter the door, another Cube with 1,000 Macca. Go back to the fork and head North, at the end of the path should be a door...guess what? Enter it. An event occurs, talk to the Nekomata and choose "Something Naughty". ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Boss #2 (BOS02) + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Boss:---Nekomata +++++++++ Not exactly a boss fight, even if she isn't one + HP:-----160 +++++++++ her Charm effects can be annoying, but again + MP:-----72 +++++++++ nothing serious, just keep using Electrical + Macca:--????? +++++++++ based attack and you should be fine. Great, now we're stuck in the network...*sigh*...oh well let's just see how can we get out of here. Ok, let's go North through the door and when you come to a fork, take the Left route. You'll find a Cube with a Dis-Stone, after take the Right way. WARNING! Do not take the path behind the Cube, apart from that go to the end of the hallway, another scene, then just hit the stairs. Go on the path till you reach a fork and from here head East and through the door to get another Cube with Bead (seriously who the hell lives these Cubes around? They're litter bugs I tell ya). Anyway Exit the and back-track to the fork and this time head West, continue straight till another scene occurs. At this point you'll notice that access to the stairs is impossible, so head East and you'll reach another fork. North is a Healing Room, East a Save Terminal and after those, head South to continue on. On the South way you'll come across a Southern door and another Eastern door down the hallway, take the Eastern doorway down the hall for now. Another fork (how many are there in this game?), take the Cube on the way for Life Stone x2 and head on the Left route. Another fork, same routine, take another Left...and again another fork (guess what!) take Left again. Another, door, take it and watch another scene, and after that's done your can now take the stairs. Once you go upstairs, run to the end of the hallway and enter the next door. After that you'll get a suprise (yes it is!), another fork...*sigh*...simply take Left again and then go Right on the second, before you know it you'll reach a 4-Way-Split-Fork, simply continue in the same direction as before till the very end and when you reach a door, enter it for an event. Now go West, then West again and you'll be back at the good 'ol 4-Way-Split-Fork, now go South and on the next fork go East and enter the door. Hit the stairs to the next area and after that head Left on the fork, keep straight till you come to another 4-Way-Split-Fork. Go Left and keep at the path all the way to a set of stairs. You'll find a Cube near them and inside it is a Mazan Rock plus a Chakra Drop as well as a Mystical Chest. The bottom-side Cube will just damage the party so no need to open it. Exit through the door and head North, then East...at the 4-Way-Split-Fork. Take the first route to the North that you come across, and at the next fork go East till you hit the stairs. Keep going till you meet another fork, and from here take the East route that take you to a Save Terminal. Down the route is a Healing Room, after that return to the fork and this time head West, prepare, for a boss fight is coming up. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Boss #3 (BOS03) + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Boss:---Specter +++++++++ Your second official boss fight...this little + HP:-----148 +++++++++ bastard will summon his allies (well actually + MP:-----100 +++++++++ more like copies), anyway try to take down as + Macca:--160 +++++++++ many Specters' as possible because the more + EXP:----100 +++++++++ of them survive near the 3rd turn, the harder + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ the next fight will be, so take down as many as + Boss Stats: (Boss x 6) ++ possible...and the only way to do this is via + Physcial:-------Normal ++ physical attacks as magic is pretty much usless. + Fire:-----------Resist ++ Once he talks, you'll finally see the next part..+ Ice:------------Resist ++ + Force:----------Resist ++ + Electricity:----Resist ++ + Almighty:-------Normal ++ + Expel:----------Void ++ + Death:----------Void ++ + Curse:----------Normal ++ + Nerve:----------Void ++ + Mind:-----------Void ++ + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ..which is, they'll all fuse into... ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Boss #4 (BOS04) + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Boss:---Specter +++++++ Now it's big, it's bad, it's the Specter...a + HP:-----550/260/120 +++++++ pumped up version of it's self. Can't do much all we can do is see, oh well, go into the main area and check the Peephole for a scene...finally after that we'll get to Ginza, use the Save Terminal if you desire than leave. ================== ==Ginza (WALK07)== ================== Items: Repulse Bell Enemies: Pixie Kodama Shikigami Gaki Kahaku Jack Frost Datsueba Apsaras Lilim Angel Choronzon Yakka Chatter Skull Others: 1,000 Yen Bill Note: Another hot spot for strong demons, don't be suprised if a few of them refuse to join you because of your low level, just play carefully and keep trainig, soon all of them will subdue to you. Finally, we reached our destination. Let's step out and....wow...a mall (I didn't know demons went shopping, heheh) apart from jokes lets look around us. We can see a Fountain of Life for healing of course, now stright from the Save Terminal (infront of you) you should see a door, enter if you wish to gain access to the Catherdral of Shadow (to fuse if you need), or we can visit the shop next to it...it has a Diamond Figure (yellow color) check it out...this is Rag's Jewelry, you can trade the Gems that you collect for rare and useful items, as well as a few neat Souls (see Rag's Jewelry Section for more info.) Anyway, return back to the Save Terminal and from there head to the door opposite of the Fountain of Life, once in, go down the hallway and enter the first door to the South, another Cube (even here O_o!)and get the Repulse Bell, back-track to the place where Rag's Jewelery is located. On the East side from Rag's you'll enter a type of "Demon Bar", aka Nyx's Lounge, talk to everyone in here...then leave the building through one of the Exit's. Good ol' World Map. Go to the next location: Assembly of Nihilo, you'll get an event. Now return back to Ginza and go back to Nyx's Lounge, speak with the Nyx herself (it's the demoness with yellow hair at the bar) after some info. get out of the building again, go in the Eastern direction, after crossing some bridges go South for a Warehouse. ============================ ==Harumi Warehouse (WALK08)== ============================ Items: Muscle Drink Makajam Rock Enemies: None (I don't know, because I never got attacked) Others: None Wow...this dungeon is short, only two Cubes with Muscle Drink and a Makajam Rock, another door...enter it and you'll come to Road-Split, West is a Save Terminal and East is a gate, nothing to brainy, just activate the Panel next to it, once it's done go down the ladders to a another area. (Why did I even bother with this area, I have no idea -_-!). ===================================== ==Great Underpass of Ginza (WALK09)== ===================================== Items: Maragi Rock x2 Mahama Rock x2 Medicine x2 Life Stone x2 Poison Arrow Smoke Ball Some Droplet Enemies: Kodama Gaki Slime Choronzon Sudama Isora Nozuchi Blob Yakka Fomorian Chatter Skull Others: Manikin's Letter Candelabrum of Foundation Maga: Hifumi Note: The first long area of the game, some enemies aren't hard, but some others can be a problem as they'll use all types of stat lowering attacks that can really wipe out your team should the lowring continue. Now this area is big and long, so be prepared well. As soon as in, go straight on the path, you'll get a scene...what the hell? Keep going and hit the ladder and you'll find a Cube with with Maragi Rock x2, after that back-track and this time head North (in the place before you hit the ladders). Follow the path till the end for another ladder. Again another event, enter the second door at this point...follow the path and into the next door, another scene will occur at this point, keep going till the path divides. Go West to find a Cube with Mahama Rock x2. Now back-track to the divide and go North, follow the path till you reach another door and another event. Once inside you'll see a Save Terminal, take the second door to talk to some Manikins. Go down-stairs and into the sewage (after this I need a bath), on the other bank you should see a Junk Shop and another Manikin, check them both. Go back in the sewage and this time go West and hit the ladders you come across, once on the top side pay visit to the first room for a Cube with Poison Arrow, the other rooms have Manikins inside, speak to them if you wish. Keep going till the end and climb the ladder you see. Go East on the path...after that enter the first door you see, for another ladder, hit it, and you'll get a scene. Now take the ladder again. Continue on the path and enter any doors if you like to speak to more Manikins. When-ever you can, take the South route, and again take the ladders that you'll see. Cross the sewage and you should come across a Mystical Chest. Back-track and take the ladders again, this time head to where you took the South route and continue West, you should shortly reach a Manikin. Great...we cannot pass, now what can we do...let's pay a visit ot the Junk Collector and see what we can do. Once reached there, lets enter and he'll ask if we want to pass...well what do you think we must answer? "Yes", that obvious...and now he'll give us a "Mission"...to bring him a Green Bill, don't know where to get one? Let's go back to Ginza (it's a long way I know ;~;). =================== ==Ginza (WALK010)== =================== Items: None Enemies: Pixie Kodama Shikigami Gaki Kahaku Jack Frost Datsueba Apsaras Lilim Angel Choronzon Yakka Chatter Skull Others: 1,000 Yen Bill *Phew* finally we're back, (hope they don't smell the sewage on us) head back to Nyx's Lounge. You'll see a demon sitting down (has a purple color or so), talk with him...ok after that Exit Ginza. You should notice a Red Location in the North direction, it's a back entrence, enter it. Before you continue any further make sure your prepared and all... trust me, just do as I say. Go down the path and enter the door you'll come across, inside you'll find the 1,000 Yen Bill, you can't exit through the other door, so you have to go back the way you came in. So + Curse:----------Void ++ what can you do? Raise your own also, and at + Nerve:----------Void ++ least once lower his dodge/aim, this should give + Mind:-----------Void ++ you a fair chance of hitting him. Ingest Hifumi + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ is another thing you can do as well as bring a + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ demon or two who are Force Void, WARNING: If you + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ lose a demon or two don't worry just keep + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ hitting him, also don't summon any Force Weak + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ demons, as it's last you would want to do. + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ *Phew* That was challenging. Once you deafeat him you'll get the Candelabrum of Foundation, can't do much with it now so just keep it to one side. Go down the path, then head East at the next fork, you'll get a Cube with Smoke Ball, very handy to escape some battles. From this point head West to another door, go inside and straight till you reach another fork, take the North direction, go till the end and hit the ladders. You'll find a Mystical Chest, raid it and take the ladders again. Head in the Eastern direction untill you find a path going South, go on it till you reach another door. A Save Terminal, wanna save? Do if you desire, then go hit the ladders...you'll spot a Life Stone x2, go into the sewage, head West to the other stairs and go up the ladder on top of the next platform. Go forward till you come next to a fork, go West and take the second door, go till the end and down the ladder, you'll see a Cube and a Mystical Chest, don't open the Cube as it'll only damage your party. Take the same ladders again and back-track to the fork, go East this time and as usual take the ladders you'll see...take again the next ladder...enter the door you'll see, keep going and enter the first door you'll come across on the Northern direction, you'll find a Cube and in it are Medicine x2. Now go out of the two doors and head West to a ladder, when you pass again through the sewage you'll notice two stairs, one to the South and the other to the North. Take the South for now, and hit the ladders over there, as well as the second one. Another Mystical Chest, check it and back-track all the way to the sewage water...this time take the North stairs, as usual climb the ladders. *Phew* Almost there, take the next ladder you see...you'll now go back to the sewage water...again you'll see a North and South stairs, the South one has a Saver Terminal if you need, now go to the North stair and climb it. Keep going on the path and you'll come to fork, take the East direction...for a Cube with a Soma Droplet (finally a precious item for your efforts), now go back to the fork and this time head West, hit the door and hit the next ladder. Finally *pant, pant* we're on the outside...but wait we're in Zoshigaya Cemetery, *ugh* more dead people. Anyway in the Northern part is hidden a Mystical Chest...now talk with the Blue Soul and Exit the area. You'll come soon an area with several rooms for you own pleasure, we have a Fountain of Life, Save Terminal, Cathedral of Shadows, and a Junk Shop...once you finished your "Shopping Spree" you can now talk to any demon without the worry of getting attacked, so go ahead if you desire. Once done all this head back to where you fought Dante, instead of going in the Mantra HQ, go East and you'll enter a room, a battle will occur and you'll get a Mystical Chest again, there will be two Cubes here, the Southern one will damage you, so check the next one for a Bead x2. Once taken the item...leave the room and head South, hit another door and inside take the stairs. You'll come to a hallway, go down the hallway and you'll see that you're back in the battle arena, to exit this area go to the other bank, and take the West door on that side. Once out, head South from the fork and normal routine, till ...you reach another room and as usual check it out for a Cube with Attract Pipe. Return back to the hallway and this time take the West door (check map), an Elevator (cool, even they have it), go to 3F. You'll see a scene and...guess what?! You can now summon two extra demons, this mean a total of ten demons. Now leave the room and go next to the Elevator, you can either take the Elevator to go down or you can jump down near the ledge to the bottom of the screen. WARNING: Once you jump down you're health will drop down to 1 HP, this effect applies to all the demons in in your party, not in your stock. Ok, now at this point you can fight the next "Optional" Boss, unlike Matador it's optional so you can and can not, up to you really, anyway I'll just write down how and where to fight it. ============================================================================== At the bottom of the Golden Stairs, infront of the HQ is a Blue Soul, you have to talk to it and it'll tell you something. Now go back to the Save Terminal and head East this time, enter the room you'll come across and check it for Cube with the Red Kila, now prepare for you'll get into another fight. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Boss #14 (BOS14) + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Boss:---Berith ++++++++ Say hello to Eligor's cousin, a bit harder and + HP:-----1,000 ++++++++ much more resistant, he also comes with some + MP:-----103 ++++++++ beautiful Succubus's, which can really screw + Macca:--600 ++++++++ you up with thier aliments attcks. + EXP:----1,000 ++++++++ Nothing major to do else, same as Eligor + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ basically, only that the quicker you finish this + Boss Stats: ++ battle, the less you'll have to suffer. + Physcial:-------Resist ++ + Fire:-----------Drain ++ + Ice:------------Weakness ++ + Force:----------Normal ++ + Electricity:----Normal ++ + Almighty:-------Normal ++ + Expel:----------Void ++ + Death:----------Void ++ + Curse:----------Void ++ + Nerve:----------Void ++ + Mind:-----------Void ++ + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Ally:---Succubus + HP:-----300 + MP:-----220 + Macca:--300 + EXP:----500 + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ...hope it was the last of them, now go back to the Southern Exit and again go South till the very end, till you can't go anymore...you'll be in the third and final puzzle room... -Go West One -Go North One -Operate The Switch -Go East Two -Go North One -Jump -Go South Two -Go West One -Ladder -Go South One -Go North One -Ladder -Go East One -Go North One -Go West One One -Ladder -Use The Switch -Ladder -Go East One -Go South One -Go West One -Ladder -Go South One -Go East Two -Go North Four -Go West One -Use The Switch -Go East One -Go South Four -Go West Four -Go North Two (Open Cube w/ Life Stone x3) -Go South Two -Go East Two -Go West One -Go North One *Phew* now thats alot...let's keep going... -Go to North of the Area (Upper North-East Location) -Use the Switch -Go in West direction and use the other Switch -Go back to the Upper North-East location to use Switch again -Go to North Middle place and enter the door *Pant, pant* we did it? Finally...oops not over yet...more exploring I see. Ok, let's go down the corridor till you reach a room with several doors on each side, what you have to do is LEAVE them, you'll see why after...go for now to West door directly. Once inside you'll come across a door next to you, this is a Save Terminal... apart from that head West from here and you'll come to a divide, take the Left route...when you come to the next divide take the South direction. A Cube it inside 3,000 Macca (ehehe, that'll come handy), after the raid go North to another room, nothing inside...just leave it and you'll get a scene, that demon has the KEY! Chase him till the room with the several doors on the sides. At this point you can gain some neat EXP for your team, check all the rooms but if you want to get straight to the point, go tp the third door on the West, as usual prepare for a boss fight. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Boss #15 (BOS15) + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Boss:---Kaiwan ++++++++++ Physical is the way to go, as in normal routine + HP:-----650 ++++++++++ buff and duff the enemy and don't forget to heal + MP:-----300 ++++++++++ when you need. A ramp will open up (cool technology I have to say), go down the ramp and you will come to a door, once inside head in the in the hall and you'll some to a divide...take the West route, then at the next divide take South and then again at the next divide take the West again. At the first turn, take the South door for a Cube with Revival Bead inside, once taken head out on the path, and go North till another room for another Cube with Sacred Water, once that's done also return to the first fork, near B14F and this time take the Eastern path... Go down the corridor, than go North near the end. Enter the first door you come across after the divide, you'll find a Mystical Chest, now return to the divide and this time take it...soon another split... this time take the North directio, at the end you'll find an Elevator, as usual take the B15F flight. Once out of it, you'll an Eastern door...it's actually a Save Terminal...get prepared and all, another boss figh is waiting behind the South door. You'll get an event, and you'll fight.... ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Boss #16 (BOS16) + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Boss:---Ose ++++++++++ A cat with underwear, a SMT version of Dante if + HP:-----3,800 ++++++++++ you want to know the truth. This guy has lot's + MP:-----500 ++++++++++ of HP and more over that he has some really + Macca:--3,000 ++++++++++ strong Physical attacks, so you need demons with + EXP:----1,200 ++++++++++ a good Physical and Magical arsenal. + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Also, it casts Dekunda and Dekaja which can take + Boss Stats: ++ away the advantage in this battle, so use the + Physcial:-------Normal ++ -kaja/-nda skills sparingly...on more thing is + Fire:-----------Normal ++ that at half HP he'll start casting Magic Immune + Ice:------------Normal ++ and Physical Immune shields, so you have to + Force:----------Normal ++ switch between magic and physics every so and + Electricity:----Normal ++ then. Heal whenever below half HP, and you + Almighty:-------Normal ++ should be fine here, just don't count so much on + Expel:----------Void ++ buffs and duffs, ok? + Death:----------Void ++ + Curse:----------Resist ++ + Nerve:----------Resist ++ + Mind:-----------Resist ++ + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ After the battle with underwear tiger you'll get the Magatama Anathema...now all thats left to do is leave this place and head back to Ikebukuro. ====================== ==Ikebukuro (WALK17)== ====================== Items: None Enemies: Inugami Bicorn Yakka Momunofu Oni Others: None Nothing to do here...apart from run to the Mantra HQ... ====================== ==Mantra HQ (WALK18)== ====================== Items: None Enemies: Inugami Yakka Nekomata Jack o' Lantern Taraka Badbh Cathach Oni Orthrus Others: Candelabrum of Dignity As soon you enter it, a scene occurs...Now once inside head West to the Elevator, take it to the lower levels, to the prison cells, the second one has indside a Mystical Chest...there's a demon on that floor, check the door next to it for an event. (NOTE: If you have 25+ Strenght, at the end of the prison is a couple of Heavy Doors, you can open them for a Magatama...you need a Strenght of 25+.) Other than that, take the Elevator to 1F, there should be an Exit (check map) in the North-Eatern direction, there are two Manikins Guards, talk to them then go to floor 3F, by Elevator or Stairs...you choose. The rooms are open on this floor now, so check the Northern prison cell for a Mystical Chest, now take the Elevator to 60F and go back to the top floor to see the big guy (Gozu-Tennoh), another scene...poor guy...someone has to clean him up now. Now go and get prepared...once done, take the Exit that was gaurded by the two guards...Exit and you'll be on a.... Highway? Cool...no cars here so no worry of being run over, but be WARENED!!! The next "optional" boss is here and you'll be suprised about him...I'll write him down, so just keep going on the highway and you'll getter another message about your Candelabrum, you'll get the option of either running or fighting him...guess what you have to choose? ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Boss #17 (BOS17) + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Boss:---Hell Biker +++++++ Wowzy, a Grim Reaper in biker form, nice idea, + HP:-----3,000 +++++++ but we need to fight so on we go. + MP:-----1,000 +++++++ Ok, what do we need? Follow the highway as far as you can, when you get off it...go West and pass over the Red Magatsuhi, it'll damage you party by a bit but nothing to worry about, and you'll see a town... here you'll see a Cube (O_o I wonder how big it must be), take it for a Soma Droplet, go East then South down a slope...after that keep going West and you'll come a building surrounded by Red Magatsuhi, enter the building an you'll be in... ============================= ==Kabukicho Prison (WALK19)== ============================= Items: None Enemies: Gaki Yakka Raiju Naga Mizuchi Yakshini Others: Umugi Stone Spoon Maga: Miasma Note: Enemies in here tend to rely on Electrical attacks, also they're weak to Fire attacks....so guess what? Another point is that you have no Healing Room in this map, therefore you have to rely upon Magic and Items to keep you up, if you're of high enough level then you should be able save some MP by using normal attacks only.....but remeber should you be in a tight spot don't gamble ...give it all you go. Once you enter it, you 'll see a Save Terminal...where you want to go is North, so head there and behind a corner you'll get an event...wierd -_-? Go back to the Save Terminal and you'll get another event...now go back to where you saw the demon...you'll enter a quick battle with a Naga (Fire is your friend). Once done with it you'll pick up the Umugi Stone. Go toward the Magic Portal and enter it, a soft white, cool mist will cover you and.... What the heck!!!!?? Upside down? So this Magic Portal isn't that magic...(Damn! what a rip-off >:( thats real cheap) Ok, now we have to go back to where the so called Save Terminal used to be...talk to all the Manikins in here to get some info. Once done, go South and you to your West you'll se a path...hit and at the end take the ladder at the end. On this floor go to the end of the map and hit the other ladder you'll find, next map do the same. At 4F, go North and you'll find a Manikin in a prison cell...speak with it and choose "Yes". Now go West then North and again use the Umugi Stone on the Magic Portal...Now go South then East, you'll come across a Hole to the South, just jump into it. When you land you'll see two Control Panels, use them both and hit the ladders in the South. Once arrived use the switch you see infront, then head East, after a while go North, then Head West and go North...then lastly go East and hit the ladders. You'll see a path...lead to a Gate, unlock it and go West... there should be a Saver Terminal nearby. Now go East, back to the Second Floor, go and check the Magic Portal as usual...now go South and hit the ladders. (Check map if lost). On the South sie of the map are three ladders, you have to go to the South-Middle one, once reached it...hit it. Now west when you get the chance, you'll encounter Collector Manikin (What the hell is he doing here from Great Underpass of Ginza, I have no idea.) anyhow check him for a Spoon... go a bit to the East and jump on the next hole. Go West and take the next hole, after that check around to find the Manikin asked for the Spoon...talk to it and give it the Spoon, after that's done go West and then take North and nothing new...use the Umugi Stone. Backtrack to the location of the Manikin and in the cell you'll find a hole... take it. Now go down the corridor to the next ladders, on the way you'll see to your West a Control Panel, use it...keep going South and take the ladders, you will see a door infront of you with a Save Teminal (I really do recommed saving now, as dieing now would be a real shame) *Phew* Now head back-track to the ladders, and return back to the Control Panel that you just used...you'll have noticed that the Gate opened, go through it and check the Magic Portal to return back to the other dimension...go East through the Gate again and re-back-track to the Save Terminal, you'll notice that it's not there anymore, just ignore it for now and instead look for a Manikin, talk to it for some information, now heal, prepare, have a rest, and get ready for boss fight. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Boss #18 (BOS18) + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Boss:---Mizuchi +++++++ First of all ingest the Wadatsumi Magatama, then + HP:-----4,800 +++++++ make sure any Ice Weak demons are out, other + MP:-----500 +++++++ than this have some nifty Fire Skills and you're + Macca:--1,500 +++++++ all setup. + EXP:----1,000 +++++++ Next, make sure you have a Skill that negates + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Panic or some Sacred Water. Another thing is + Boss Stats: ++ that this guy can use some heavy attack...so + Physcial:-------Normal ++ heal on regular bases. + Fire:-----------Weakness ++ Another point is that he can negate any effects + Ice:------------Void ++ duffs on himself but he can't negate the buffs + Force:----------Normal ++ on you, so go high and cast as many power spells + Electricity:----Drain ++ possible on yourself to make this fight easy. + Almighty:-------Normal ++ + Expel:----------Void ++ + Death:----------Void ++ + Curse:----------Normal ++ + Nerve:----------Normal ++ + Mind:-----------Normal ++ + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ After this funny battle you'll get Miasma, another Magatama. Ok, this prison is finished, just before you leave open all the Mystical Chests for some nice rewards...once done with the raid, go North, Exit the room and you'll get a scene. Now go to the room on the right for another Scene. Now go South to find ...(Mmmmm...) another scene, after that go to the Save Terminal and select to Teleport to the main Save Terminal, from there choose to go to Ginza. =================== ==Ginza (WALK20)== =================== Items: None Enemies: Pixie Kodama Shikigami Gaki Kahaku Jack Frost Datsueba Apsaras Lilim Angel Choronzon Yakka Chatter Skull Others: None When you set foot there you'll see another scene...now head to Ikebukuro and on the way... ====================== ==Ikebukuro (WALK21)== ====================== Items: None Enemies: Inugami Bicorn Yakka Momunofu Oni Others: None ...buy some Light Balls (I didn't know that "Balls" could emit light), soon you'll come to a Dark Area, and since it's the first time you should know a Light Ball or two will help you see, or if your have a demon with the "Light" skill, then no need of wasting Macca. Once done with this problem, Exit the place through the Mantra HQ, go on the Highway...from there go South, on the world map you'll see a new building in Red Location...this is your destination. ============================= ==Ikebukuro Tunnel (WALK22)== ============================= Items: Life Stone x3 Bead Medicine Soma Droplet Light Ball Muscle Drink Dekaja Rock Enemies: Slime Sudama Blob Kelpie Black Ooze Nue Sarutahiko Mothman Others: Maga: Murakumo Note: In this dungeon you will need lots of Light Skills and Items as well as some good high level demons, you might want to take some time and train in here as some encounters can dish out some neat EXP, other than that if you find this place too hard or challenging, then train near an Exit or Save Terminal...so should things turn out ugly you can retreat to another place and heal, did I mention already this dungeon is both long and lacks Healing Rooms? Ok, first of all start by going to the stairs on the map, when on B2F go straight and you'll see two Train Tracks, take the Right one and you'll come to a Dark Area, use a Light Ball or Skill, now you should see a hole in a wall, enter it for a Mystical Chest. Once done with that back-track and this time take the other tracks, follow them till you see another hole, as usual enter it and you should see a demon, go past it and you'll see a Save Terminal, from there head Right and don't stop till you reach the end, you'll see a pair of ladders. Hit it and when done go outside of the room and you'll see another door on other end...go to it and enter the room, you'll find a Cube with Dekaja Rock...ignore any ladders now for now and head out. Now from here take the North path...soon you'll come to a divide, take the North path when you get the chance, soon you should see a Cube and inside it is an Attack Mirror...once done with this STOP, going any further will result in a fall, this map is full of Magical Holes, so becareful. Now back South to the divide and this time take the West door, then inside go West and take the next pair of ladders you see. From here on leave the room and go on the path...you'll come to divide again, take the South direction and on the way you should see a Save Terminal, use it if you like...when done go back to where the divide was, from there go North this time...soon you'll come to a path that leans and has a door, hit the door and inside hit the ladders. Go down the path and take the second divide, in here you'll be surrounded by the "Red Stuff"...what do we have on the other side? A safe spot...quickly head there and you'll be dropped by the Magical Hole (don't worry, it's all planned) You'll be in a hallway, go straight and when the hall starts leaning it means that your near you treasure...another Mystical Chest on the South direction... STOP, once you collect your Chest don't go further as there's another Magical Hole. At this point run on the Red Stuff instead and come near the door...just before you open the door make sure you heal and get prepared...for another boss fight will happen. Once inside, you'll talk to the demon, when he asks you a question select "N-no Way"... ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Boss #19 (BOS19) + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Boss:---Sui-Ki +++++++ Ok, this guy is real hard now and you need a + HP:-----3,500 +++++++ Magtama that is Ice Resistante...Miasma is the + MP:-----1,500 +++++++ way to go. Demon wise you need a few allies that + Macca:--3,000 +++++++ are strong on Fire attacks...any other method is + EXP:----1,000 +++++++ futile since this guy can reduce Physical Damage + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ by 60%...YES 60% and add over that he can reduce + Boss Stats: ++ Magic attacks by 50%, you have challenge here. + Physcial:-------Resist ++ BUT...there's a weak point with this guy here, + Fire:-----------Weakness ++ with all his muscles he cannot remove any duffs + Ice:------------Drain ++ and buffs...so this mean use any skill you want + Force:----------Resist ++ as much as you want, till this guy is as weak as + Electricity:----Resist ++ any normal encounter. + Almighty:-------Normal ++ When all the casting is done just wack away at + Expel:----------Void ++ him with Fire, and this should all be over + Death:----------Void ++ sooner or later. + Curse:----------Void ++ + Nerve:----------Void ++ + Mind:-----------Void ++ + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ *Phew* If your badly hurt I recommend that you Exit the area via a Save Terminal...once you healed and all, simply use the Map to come back here. Anyway, after the fight Exit the room and go South...go to where the Mystical Chest was found and fall in the Magical Hole behind it. From there on check the Cube for a Light Ball, then go North till the end...another Cube in here and this inside there are three Trolls (how the producers where able to fit three giant Trolls in a Cube is way beyond my Knowledge -_-?), fight them if you want but if you want a real prize check the Cube to the East for a Soma Droplet... go all the way South from here and then go East to find another Cube with Medicine inside. Keep going South and this time take a East to find another Cube with inside Life Stone x3 (YAY! ^_^)...as usual keep South and when you come to a pair of ladders, take them. From here onwards go East, then turn South at the end for a Save Terminal...now go North and you'll come to a some paths, DON'T TAKE THEM...ignore the West and North branch, at the third West divide, take it....heal and get prepared for this time you'll face... ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Boss #20 (BOS20) + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Boss:---Kin-Ki +++++++ YOU MUST INGEST A PHYSICAL RESISTANTE MAGATAMA...+ HP:-----3,000 +++++++ it's a must and if you don't your as good as + MP:-----2,000 +++++++ dead. Ok this guy now is plain down a pushover + Macca:--3,000 +++++++ he can die quickly, yet he can also make quick + EXP:----1,000 +++++++ work out of you. First of all increase all the + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ buff youself as much as possible, just increase + Boss Stats: ++ your Magic attacks, then comes defense...once + Physcial:-------Resist ++ done concentrate to release a full Magic Barrage + Fire:-----------Weakness ++ on him... + Ice:------------Weakness ++ After a while he'll get pissed off at you and + Force:----------Weakness ++ gets four Press Turns, he will buff himself to + Electricity:----Weakness ++ insane levels so you need to play smart...use a + Almighty:-------Normal ++ Attack Mirror and he'll reflect back the damge + Expel:----------Void ++ to himself, quickly after use another Magic + Death:----------Void ++ Barrage and it should all be over...if he does + Curse:----------Void ++ survive...then simply repeat the process. + Nerve:----------Void ++ Did I mention he cuts down the physical damge by + Mind:-----------Void ++ 90%? This mean only magic. + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ After that fight, go back to the Save Terminal and Save as well as Link-Up and Heal if necessary. From this place, go North and on the way take the West branch. Hit the first North route you find and find the ladder at the end of the route...From here go along the hallway, then take the North branch you'll find and hit the ladders. (Use a Lift Skill to void the Red Stuff). Once done go South...if you keep going South you'll find a Save Terminal, and on the West path is a door to continue. Do not enter the door...just go infront of it, then go round it by either path, follow the road to the West, then go Down and then another West. Once on the tracks go South...go up the stairs and head to the West tracks, from there go deep in the North Tunnel and...another hole? (Who made them?) Head West then North, some of the Red Stuff will be infront of you, once you reach the end, another boss fight is up...prepare all and when he asks for the money...(it's tempting I know) don't give him any, he'll get angry and... ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Boss #21 (BOS21) + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Boss:---Fuu-Ki +++++++ Ingesting a Force Strong Magatama is advisable + HP:-----3,500 +++++++ as it'll make the fight easier. He cannot + Macca:--3,000 +++++++ counter your buffs/duffs, secondly he doesn't + EXP:----1,000 +++++++ use his Force attacks as much and lastly he's + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ has a double edge weakness...Electricty, a few + Boss Stats: ++ of these and he'll get paralyzed getting you + Physcial:-------Resist ++ some extra Critical Damage. Apart from that just + Fire:-----------Normal ++ pound him till death. + Ice:------------Normal ++ + Force:----------Drain ++ + Electricity:----Weakness ++ + Almighty:-------Normal ++ + Expel:----------Void ++ + Death:----------Void ++ + Curse:----------Void ++ + Nerve:----------Void ++ + Mind:-----------Void ++ + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ After this walk in the park, return to the last Save Terminal you cam across, Save and now pay a visit to the door that you couldn't enter at first, be prepared for a boss fight...oh while at it, make sure that the Kagutsuchi is Full before you enter...as you'll soon see why... When inside you'll be welcomed by the host, answer anything you like...'cause he'll attack anyways... ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Boss #22 (BOS22) + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Boss:---Ongyo-Ki +++++++ Ok, this guy is easy if you have the right skill + HP:-----5,500 +++++++ set. First get Rakunda and Sakunda, or simply + MP:-----1,500 +++++++ just get Dekaja...and Full Kagutsuchi, once set + Macca:--10,000 +++++++ let's get going. + EXP:----5,000 +++++++ This guy will split himself into Four, now the + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ point is only one of them is the real one, so + Boss Stats: ++ you need to get him...how? Well, during the Full + Physcial:-------Normal ++ Kagutsuchi you'll see a small shadow below the + Fire:-----------Normal ++ Real Ongyo-Ki, hit him every chance you get. + Ice:------------Normal ++ Note that every turn he will buff himself...just + Force:----------Normal ++ cast Dekaja or lower his stats and you should + Electricity:----Normal ++ finish this show faster than you know. + Almighty:-------Normal ++ + Expel:----------Void ++ + Death:----------Void ++ + Curse:----------Void ++ + Nerve:----------Void ++ + Mind:-----------Void ++ + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ After the battle you'll get a "dramatic" death...mmmm...anyway go in the back room and you'll see two Cubes, one with a Bead and another one with the Magatama Murakumo. Now just exit the area and head to the train tracks from before, from there go Up and take the stairs of the station...once your outside on the world map, go in the Northern direction to the Town of Manikins. ==================== ==Asakusa (WALK23)== ==================== Items: Magic Mirror 3,000 Macca Attract Pipe Enemies: Chirei Kodama Sudama Inugami Nekomata Pishacha Black Ooze Orthrus Sarutahiko Titan Others: Candelabrum of Compassion Candelabrum of Insight Maga: Geis Note: This is by far the best area in the game, let's say we can call it our new "Base"...the Save Terminal is near the Junk Shop, Fountain of Life and also the Cathedral of Shadows, the demons variety here is unmatched (later on in the game), so take some time and rest...why not create some new fusions or level up bit while at it? Ok, at this point go back to the Labyrinth of Amala and finish the first and second Kalpa, also witness the third Kalpa...if you did all this or want to do it, you'll get to fight you next Fiend...the White Rider. Caution as this guy likes camping infront of the Save Terminal's so once done with the Kalpas, all you simply need to do is: 1) Go to Save Terminal 2) Link-Up to Ginza (or so) 3) Save the Game 4) Exit the Save Terminal 4) And the Candelabrum will start reacting, this is you sign the battle is near 5) Prepare and enter battle... ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Boss #23 (BOS23) + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Boss:---White Rider +++++++ Ok, this guy is no pushover, but still... + HP:-----4,000 +++++++ So, what do we need here? Ankh Magatama is a go + MP:-----1,500 +++++++ here or if you want you ingest the Gehenna + Macca:--3,000 +++++++ Magatama, do so...bring in some demons that have + EXP:----5,000 +++++++ Sakunda and Rakunda, bring all the duff skills + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ you can. The catch here is that this guy has no + Boss Stats: ++ Dekunda, meaning he cannot cancel the negative + Physcial:-------Normal ++ effects on him, so lower his stats as much as + Fire:-----------Void ++ you like. + Ice:------------Normal ++ One thing to watch out for are his two Virtues + Force:----------Normal ++ and God's Bow. The Virtues will lower you teams + Electricity:----Normal ++ defense to extreme levels, so thats why you need + Almighty:-------Normal ++ to duff the White Rider ASAP. The latter (God's + Expel:----------Void ++ Bow) has the Expel ability, meaing one shot and + Death:----------Void ++ and the targeted character is "bye, bye"... + Curse:----------Void ++ ofcourse unless immune to expel, then you're + Nerve:----------Void ++ fine, or simply lower his accuracy to extreme + Mind:-----------Void ++ levels and he'll keep missing (loser). + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ One last note is that he has a poerful fire skil + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ known as Prominence, just take care to heal if + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ hurts you badly. + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Once this battle is over, you'll get the Candelabrum of Compassion (wonder why it's called like that?). How can you + Ice:------------Normal ++ counter them is really simple, just keep using + Force:----------Void ++ Rakukaja on your team and every so and then cast + Electricity:----Void ++ Dekaja. + Almighty:-------Normal ++ His attacks? Only one has potential danger, his + Expel:----------Void ++ unique skill Terror Blade, it does heavy damage + Death:----------Void ++ and also panics the team, to counter it simply + Curse:----------Void ++ use Sacred Water or Patra or Prayer (from the + Nerve:----------Void ++ the Fiend Daisoujou). Anyway just heal and have + Mind:-----------Void ++ patiance, sooner or later it'll finish. + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ After the battle, you'll get the Candelabrum of Insight. Now if done all this, simply return to Asakusa and in the Save Terminal "Talk" to Hijiri. Visit any shops...buy, fuse, heal. Now go North and then go East through the door. On the world map go to the next Red location. In this "building" you can find a Manikin boy who will "give" you another Magatama (Geis), the catch? You need to play puzzle game...to see the answers and place, simply browse the Puzzle Boy section (for more info.) Anyway, go down the hallway till you reach a North branch, just follow it and at the next split, take the Eastern route and Exit the area. Now on the world map you have to cross the bridge...and you'll find a good 'ol Cube with a Magic Mirror, now head back into the building and this time take the other Exit. From outside onwards go in the South-West direction till you reach the next area... ...from this area go North, and soon enough you'll see two doors. One room has an Attract Pipe and the other has 3,000 Macca (not bad at all), once raided the place head back South and this time take the first East branch you see and again Exit the map. Now on the world map go in the middle, in a Red Location known as Mifunashiro. ======================== ==Mifunashiro (WALK24)== ======================== Items: None Enemies: None Others: None Can't do much in here for now, so just go Up in the straight path and you'll soon get a scene with an old friend. After the scene go back to Asakusa. ==================== ==Asakusa (WALK25)== ==================== Items: None Enemies: Chirei Kodama Sudama Inugami Nekomata Pishacha Black Ooze Orthrus Sarutahiko Titan Others: None Now take the West Exit out of town, travel to another area and here you'll see a Manikin, talk to it for some disturbing info...just go by him and enter the door to the Eastern part...another scene and...? What the hell was that? Mmmm, could me be more than meets the eye I guess...anyway go back to Asakusa Town for now. Go and check out the Save Terminal, have a chat with Hijiri for you next stop, which is no less than Ginza...so let's head over there (duh!). ================== ==Ginza (WALK26)== ================== Items: None Enemies: Pixie Kodama Shikigami Gaki Kahaku Jack Frost Datsueba Apsaras Lilim Angel Choronzon Yakka Chatter Skull Others: None From here, leave the place and head for the Exit. Once on the world map go East across the bridge, then take a North on the highway...follow it and you'll be on the other side of the map. Here you'll find a Cube, inside is a Succubus and the prize for beating her is a Ruby Gem...and just North from here is your next Location, the Assembly of Nihilo. ============================================ ==Assembly of Nihilo: Mifunashiro (WALK27)== ============================================ Items: Life Stone x3 Bead Medicine Tetraja Rock 10,000 Macca Enemies: Yoma Dis Incubus Eligor Succubus Others: None Ok, let's get this straight, this is not the same Assembly as before...it's more or less a back-door to another area. Just one word...get a Light ball or Skill. Now once inside, simply go Up and take the first Elevator you see, hit the B15F and get off. In here you must use a Light Skill/Ball, now go a bit to your West and then go Up in a room with a Cube containing Medicine. Get out of the room and head all the way to South to find another Cube with a Tetraja Rock (it's very useful...). Once done with them, go back to the Elevator and from there go East...another Cube, another Bead...head done the hallway going South and hit a door on the South, go after the linear-long-dizzy path (the producer's are crazy) and at the end you'll find an Elevator. Go to the 1F and you'll find yourself in a familiar hall, there's a Save Terminal and the other one leads to an Exit. ======================== ==The Obelisk (WALK28)== ======================== Items: Life Stone x6 Dis-Mute Chakra Drop x2 Sacred Water Dekaja Rock Bead Medicine x2 8,000 Macca Enemies: Koppa Dis Incubus Karasu Eligor Arahabaki Baphomet Onkot Berith Succubus Phantom Pazuzu Others: Candelabrum of Wisdom Note: This is a long...a LONG Dungeon. Ok so let's recap: It's has 33 floors in which you'll explore, has a whole bunch of enemies, you'll meet your very first Physical Immune encounters and over that you need a bunch of MP healing items and also Save Terminals are spread out thin. Oh...did I say there is NO Fountain of Life here...only near the end? Ok, this place is so "unoriginal", typical Entertain-O-Style type. First go to the to the Centeral Pillar, from here you go a good view...in the North-East corner is a Dis-Mute, in the West is a Save Terminal and North is an Elevator. Take the Elevator till the 15F and head again in the Middle...West is a dead end, East is another Elevator with a Mystical Chest and South is our Elevator. When you come near the Southern Elevator a Scene will progress...creepy -_-; Once you take the Elevator and reach topside, hit the stairs on the East side and keep going up till you reach the next Elevator. Take it...once you get off it, go Up the linear stairs and you'll soon see a Glowing Sphere, get ready for some puzzle gaming. Ok, here's how stuff go about, this game is based upon the phases of the Kagutsuchi, step on the correct "Diamonds" and you'll pass by, step on too many of them and you'll fall down one level. Touch the Glowing Sphere and you reset the Kagutsuchi back to New. Ok let's start then... 1) Touch the Glowing Sphere 2) First, step on the 3 Diamond block 3) Second, step on the 1 Diamond block The door is open now, just go through it and your done...for now. Keep going onward and up the stairs, take a quick West for a Cube with Chakra Drop x2, now continue up the stairs and hit the Elevator...from there off, go East and then South for a Save Terminal (Save here for a quick relief). Now go East and slowly the path will take you North, when you see a West branch, take it and keep going till you see another split, from here take the East path and you'll find another Cube with Life Stone x4. Go bit to the West and go now South on the stairs...another Cube with a Sacred Water, now go back on the path and continue West. Keep travelling till the end and you'll see another Cube with a Dekaja Rock, now all you need to do is backtrack till you find a side path going South, hit it and follow it to an Elevator. On this level, go West and hit the Floating Block (it's like a mini Elevator... only it's much cheaper) it'll take you to an area with Cube, in it is a Bead. Now back-track and this time go East, you will see on your way two paths...one that Left and one Right. For now take the Right one. When you reach the bottom go West, when you reach the end go North on another set of staircases. You'll see another Glowing Sphere...Puzzle Time! Ok, if you want to get a Mystical Chest, you need to this... 1) (Touch the Glow Sphere) Step on 3 Diamond Block 2) Step on 4 Diamond Block 3) ...2 Diamond Block 4) ...1 Diamond Block 5) ...2 Diamond Block lastly Collect you Treasure, then return back and as usual hit the Glow Sphere Now, in-order to progress you have to... 1) (Touch Glow Sphere) Walk on the 1 Diamond Block 2) Move on-to the 3 Diamond Block 3) And lastly step on the 4 Diamond Block Go through the "Gate" and hit the Elevator...*Phew* What do we do now? Five Elevator's...One choice...one Destiny. (I sound very dramatic don't I?). Apart from jokes, take the Centre Elevator Block, it'll take you to a Mystical Chest, raid it and then go on the East Block...once you land back, go South and take the Block you see. Again same routine here...go West and the take the next Block you see. Go Down the stairs and you'll see the Five Block's again...take the Second one on the West side, when you reach topside, take the next Block you see. Finally when you reach your stop get the West Block, after some time you'll arrive to your destination and....Aowww man! Another Puzzle Game! *sigh* For some Macca just simply, again, touch the Glow Sphere and start by... 1) Step on 2 Diamond Block 2) Go on 1 Diamond Block 3) Next comes 4 Diamond Block 5) Go back to 1 Diamond Block 6) Last is the 4 Diamond Block again From here go past the "Gate" and from there go South...take the first path East you see...and you'll find a Cube with 8,000 Macca inside. Return back to the Glow Sphere again, this time... 1) Go on 2 Diamond Block 2) ...1 Diamond Block 3) ...2 Diamond Block again 4) Next is the Empty Block 5) Finally...reach the 3 Diamond Block Go ahead and hit the Block you'll come across, keep North and you'll see another Glow Sphere, final Round is Up! Ok, one last time, for one last Mystical Chest...keep it up! 1) Hit the 3 Diamond Block 2) Empty Block 3) ...3 Diamond Block 4) Diamond Block 5) Empty Block 6) Continue back and forth till the Gate open's up Raid the Chest and run back to the Glow Sphere... ...now it's really going to be the last time... 1) Reach the 3 Diamond Block 2) Next is the 1 Diamond Block 3) ...3 Diamond Block is after 4) Last is the 1 Diamond Block Once done with that, get off the Diamond Block's and go straight to the Block in the North, ride it. You'll find here a Cathedral of Shadows and a Save Terminal, neat! Use them both if you like...then just take the Block again and use the Elevator this time. When you come to a halt, hit the staircases and keep going till you reach a split...take the West path to find another Cube with Life Stone x2. Return to the fork and go on the East path this time, when you reach the Block at the end, ride it...then go Down the hallway, when you reach the other fork take a South...another fork, another West simple as that. Keep traveling till you get to 99F, when you do, go South at the first split...guess what you'll find here? A Fountain of Life! Quickly heal up and enjoy, for this is your last rest point and your near to finishing the map, so little more and it'll all be over soon. From the Fountain of Life, head West and get near the Elevator...from here go down the East route, keep going on the linear path. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT take any splits, till you reach the 103F...once you do, hit the North branch and you'll come infont of an Elevator, just use it! Once done, go on the stairs...a fork! Go West till the very end to find a Cube with Soma Droplet inside, in the opposite side you'll find a Save Terminal, use it as a boss fight is near! Now go North on the stairs that take you Upwards, and you'll find another Elevator, as usual take it (this is starting to get boring -_-;). Ok, another Glow-O-Sphere puzzle and three bosses, make sure your ready...touch the Glow Sphere and let's begin 1) Step on 1 Diamond Block 2) Empty Block is next 3) Last is a 3 Diamond Block...and a battle begins... ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Boss #24 (BOS24) + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Boss:---Clotho +++++++ Umm, this must be a joke -_-;...2,200 HP is a + HP:-----2,200 +++++++ child's play at this point. If you got some big, + MP:-----1,200 +++++++ nasty demons with you, then don't be suprised to + Macca:--None +++++++ see a 1-2 hit kill here. REMEBER! Do Not Leave the Puzzle Area! 1) Step on Empty Block 2) ...1 Diamond Block 3) ...Empty Block 4) ...1 Diamond Block 5) ...last is 2 Diamond Block...and a boss fight is on... ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Boss #25 (BOS25) + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Boss:---Lachesis +++++++ Ok, one thing I don't understand here is why do + HP:-----2,200 +++++++ people say that she lower's here defense but + MP:-----1,200 +++++++ raises her attack? From what I've seen she uses + Macca:--None +++++++ Tarakuja and Rakunda! Those skill are both not + EXP:----None +++++++ good fo 'ya. + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Don't be suprised if she deals heavy damage here + Boss Stats: ++ as she's a physical attacker. Now it's a wise choice to go back down and Heal, Save and do anything elses you like. Anyway, from this point go South, hit the Elevator and as soon as you reach the end, STOP! Now there are two things you can do: 1) Run at the Block on the other side of the Map, take it down and you'll see two Mystical Chests. Raid them. 2) Return back and take the other Block (the ones you left un-touched), select "YES", to ride it up. You'll be greeted by the Sister's and a scene, brace yourself... ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Boss #27 (BOS27) + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Boss:---Atropos +++++++ Ok, there are three ways to go 'bout this. Use + HP:-----3,000 +++++++ either a Mind Magatama, Physical Magtama or use + MP:-----1,500 +++++++ a Magic Magatama. The girls here mean buisness + Macca:--1,000 +++++++ and we're gonna get out good share. + EXP:----3,000 +++++++ Demon wise, bring in a variety team, but what is + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ important here is Sakunda (lower accuracy), + Boss:---Lachesis +++++++ Rakunda (lower defense) and last is Tarakuja + HP:-----2,000 +++++++ (raise attack). With these skills in stock your + MP:-----1,000 +++++++ pretty much the leader here. + Macca:--1,000 +++++++ The opponents will rely on each other, so should + EXP:----1,000 +++++++ one fall, the entire Dynasty falls! Here's how + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ things go, Clotho is the healer, the life of the + Boss:---Clotho +++++++ team. Lachesis is the Buffer, so she has a part + HP:-----2,000 +++++++ in there. Last but not least is Atropos, she + MP:-----1,000 +++++++ does most of the attacks as elemental spells, so + Macca:--1,000 +++++++ her role is faily common. + EXP:----1,000 +++++++ How to win is simple, have your team buff up to + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ max. (they can't negate it, so be happy). Once + Boss Stats: (Common All) ++ done, attack Clotho with full force. + Physcial:-------Normal ++ Once she's gone, it a downhill battle for the + Fire:-----------Normal ++ other Sisters, just duff them and keep attacking + Ice:------------Normal ++ at will. Man, I hate beating ladies, don't you? + Force:----------Normal ++ + Electricity:----Normal ++ + Almighty:-------Normal ++ + Expel:----------Void ++ + Death:----------Void ++ + Curse:----------Void ++ + Nerve:----------Void ++ + Mind:-----------Void ++ + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ After this battle you'll get the Magatama Djed, there will be a White Square somewhere on the floor, find it and Examin it. At the top you'll see a scene... which is fairly strange if you ask me. Ok, at this point head to a Save Terminal and go to any location and Heal up, stock on items, new fusion...blah, blah, blah...the usual routine stuff. Next coming up is another Fiend fight. Link-Up to the Hospital and take the Elevator to the 2F, from here go into room 204B, again the usual stuff...you get sucked in another dimension, a little chat, chat..blah and on with the fight...finally! ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + Boss #26 (BOS26) + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Boss:---Black Rider +++++++ For a guy who has a cool name like that, he sure + HP:-----4,600 +++++++ is a loser. Ingest the Djed Magatama and he's as + MP:-----1,800 +++++++ good as dead. Bring in a few War Cry's and Fog + Macca:--3,000 +++++++ Breath's, add Rakunda over that and buff youself + EXP:----5,000 +++++++ to max. levels and the battle turns out to be + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ very...VERY EASY! + Boss Stats: ++ He'll summon two legions, just make sure you got + Physcial:-------Normal ++ demons that are Expel/Death immune. Oh...did I + Fire:-----------Drain ++ say the two Legions can be muted? + Ice:------------Normal ++ + Force:----------Normal ++ + Electricity:----Normal ++ + Almighty:-------Normal ++ + Expel:----------Void ++ + Death:----------Void ++ + Curse:----------Void ++ + Nerve:----------Void ++ + Mind:-----------Void ++ + ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ After that "insane" battle you'll get the Candelabrum of Wisdom...*pfft*, bet it's not worth the weight in Gold... Once done, return back to Asakusa for a chat with Hijiri. Chat...chat...more chat...and more chat...and MORE CHAT! Choose any option you like. Once done talk to him a bit more and you'll be send back to a good 'ol place. =============================================================================== ====================== ==To Be Continued...== ====================== ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ======================================================= ==Labyrinth of Amala Warp Zone (Hell's Vault) (LOA06)== ======================================================= Whithin the Labyrinth of Amala, there are Wrap Zones...whats so special about them? Well...let's just say that they can give out large amounts of cash, here's how the game works. You travel at high speed in a hole area, inside them you can find money and items...whats so hard with that? Well...they all have obstacles inside them which should they hit you, they will damage you and your party thus losing health and money. Lower down is a recap. Yellow Coins: 1) Small Yellow colored. 2) Each is worth 5 Macca. 3) Easy to pick them up. Blue Coins: 1) Small Blueish-Purplish colored. 2) Each is worth 100 Macca, but they add up. The first one you get is worth 100 Macca, and the next one doubles meaning 200, then we get 400, after that 800 and so on. 3) Should you get hit, or miss one Blue Coin, the counter sets back to 100. 4) They are always hidden in obstacles. Items: 1) Blueish-Whiteish balls of light. 2) Randomly placed. 3) If hit, you will drop it. Red Rocks: 1) Red colored rocks. 2) They're obstacles. 3) If hit you, you'll drop 10% of your coins collected so far. 4) If hit you, you'll lose 10% of health of the party. 5) Can be destroyed with a punch. Orange Boulders: 1) Orangish-Yelowish boulders. 2) They're obstacles. 3) If hit you, you'll drop 25% of your coins collected so far. 4) If hit you, you'll lose 25% of health of the party. 5) Need Strenght of 15 to destroy with punch (Magatma bonuses don't count) After this recap let's make some money...read below to know all the Blue Coins locations for Hell's Vault. (Note: If you desire all the Blue Coins location for the other Amala Warp Zones...don't ask me...as Ikelley has done a very good job in his FAQ already, so I won't copy and paste, as it would be stealing and a pain in the ass!) ============================================================================== = *Directions for the Amala Warp Zone (from Start) Hell's Vault.* = = = = Go left, and you'll find a teleportation point, use it. Once you defeat a boss you'll see thier grave with their name written on it. Once you find the special item known as the "After Life Bell" you can use it to fight each boss battle again. The entire purpose of these battles is to kill the bosses within a limted amount of attacks, basically how many Press Turns you need in order to beat the bosses. Here's how it works: 1) You need to defeat the boss within a limmted number of press turns. 2) A "critical" or "weakness" count as one attack, but infact you'll recieve ANOTHER blow, this mean stringing criticals and weaknesses is important to beat off the bosses easily. What else can we say? Make sure you have a strong party, and that can hit hard, if your team does puny damage, well..just forget 'bout it ok? So on with the bosses, let's see thier positions. ========================================================================= Zone #1: = Zone #2: = -------- = -------- = 1F: Forneus (3) = B3F (West Room): Ose (5) = Troll (2) = Chiun (5) = = = B1F: Yakshini (2) = B3F (North Room): Mizuchi (6) = Orthrus (2) = The Moirai Sisters (5) = ========================================================================= Zone #3: = Zone #4: = -------- = -------- = 1F (West Room): Kinki (7) = 1F: Sakahagi (2) = Suiki (7) = Specter (2) = Fuki (7) = Arciel (12) = = Albion (6) = 1F (North Room): Ongyoki (10) = Skadi (8) = Mara (6) = = "Black" Frost (7) = = ========================================================================= Zone #5 = Ok, here are the bosses we have the boss name = B3F: Mithra (6) = then the limit of hits you have. = Thor (10) = EX: = = Floor #: B. Well, once the Hero ingests a Magatama, he abosorbs it's properties, this means the Hero can become weaker to certain elements while at the same time, he may become strong to some others bascically they: 1) There are 25 different Magatamas. 2) They each have ther own properties (weaknesses/strenghts/skills). 3) The Hero can learn different skills from the different Magatamas, in order to gain a skill you need to level up with the Magatama. 4) They may cause a reaction sometimes, if you let it continue it may heal you, increase some stats, etc...But also it may curse you, paralyze you or others. Basically Puzzle Boy is a game that consists of moving around blocks and flips to get through the levels. There are in total 20 levels, each getting more complicated the deeper you go, the reward? Well, when you finish all the 20 levels you will recieve the Magatama: Geis. Whats so difficult? Apart from the fact that the stages are complicated and brain-aching you have to complete all the 20 levels in one sittimg...YES...in one full sitting, this means you cannot quit and continue the next day...you HAVE to do it in ONE SITTING. =============================================================================== = *Location of the Puzzle Game* = = = = 1) From Asakusa go to the are with the two doors (one door Left and other = = on the Right) = = 2) Go Right (pass the little Manikin boy) and go outside on the world map. = = 3) Cross the "bridge" and enter the next building. = = 4) Head down the stairs, take two Right turns and enter the thirs room from = = your loction (the very end) = = 5) Accept the challenge and start playing. = =============================================================================== (Note: The following strategy is directly from Matthew Segura's Guide of Puzzle Boy, aka entropic_soul, his Guide I found so far to be the most efficient, and least time consuming, meaning it's almost perfect. I did try to find my own way, but ended up with a longer route or the same as entropic_soul...so big time credit is entropic_soul) =========== ==Level 1== =========== Goal: The goal is on the left. 1) Push past the L swivel. 2) Push the (4) block all the way up. 3) Push up on the L swivel. =========== ==Level 2== =========== Goal: The goal is on the left. 1) Push the Block up one space. 2) Push the Long swivel so that it is horizontal. 3) Push the Block all the way to the left. 4) Push the Long swivel so that it is vertical. 5) Push the block down one and over one into the hole. =========== ==Level 3== =========== Goal: The goal is on the left. 1) Push the Block as far to the left as you can without moving it up or down at all. 2) Then push it up, then left, then up, then all the way left. 3) Push past the left + swivel so that you are below the Block. 4) Push the block up to drop it into the hole. =========== ==Level 4== =========== Goal: The goal is on the left. 1) There are 3 Blocks lined up vertically. Push the top one and the bottom one to the left. 2) Push the remaining Block (the middle one) down or up to get it out of your way. You should be able to pass the Blocks and get in between the L swivels. 3) Now push the first two blocks you moved. Move the top one all the way up and the bottom one all the way down. You should be able to turn the L swivels now. 4) Get next to the | swivel and push up in the top swivel to move it out of the way. 5) Push down on the bottom swivel to move that one out of the way. 6) You should be able to push past the | swivel now. =========== ==Stage 5== =========== You start out next to two + swivels. You can't move the right one at all. Your goal is to free up the area around the right + swivel so you can move it around and move past it. Goal: The goal is at the bottom right corner. 1) Push up and left on the left + swivel. You should be inbetween that swivel and the leftmost L swivel. 2) Push up past that L swivel. 3) Push right past the T swivel. 4) Push up past the L swivel that is now above you. 5) You should be next to the tiny swivel. Push it so that it is like this: -- instead of upright. You should be standing above that T swivel you just pushed a minute ago. 6) Push down and flip it around so that it looks like and upside down T. 7) Go to the top right. Remember that L swivel you moved a minute ago. It should still be in the L position. Flip it so that it looks like a backwards L. 8) Go around that one to the right and flip the L swivel on right side of the screen. It should look like this after you flip it: L 9) Now go inbetween those two L swivels and push left on that sideways T block. You want it to be upside down like the other one. 10) Go directly left after that and to the leftmost L swivel. It should still look like an L. Push down on it so you are next to the left + swivel. 11) Push right past the + swivel and push up on the L swivel that should now be above you. 12) Now just head left and push down past that leftmost L swivel again and you should be able to get by both + swivels and to the goal. =========== ==Stage 6== =========== Goal: The goal is on the left. 1) Push top (1) Block one space left and one space down into the hole. 2) Now you have two (1) Blocks left. Push the top one up, two spaces left and then go around it and push it one space to the right. 3) You can now push right past the T swivel and end up back on your starting side. The T should be upside down at this point. 4) Push the bottom (1) Block all the way to the left. 5) Get above the T swivel push down on it's right side. It should be pointing to the right now. 6) The other (1) Block should still be above the T swivel. Push left on it once and then push it all the way down. =========== ==Stage 7== =========== This one is really easy. Just ignore the (1) block for a minute and set your swivels up first. Goal: The goal is on the left. 1) There are two swivels. Push down on the T swivel so that it points to the right. 2) Now flip the L swivel around so that it looks like a L. 3) You should have one space open. It should be all the way to the left of both swivels. Stick your (1) block through there. All the way down. 4) Now just flip the L swivel around so you can get past it. You can do this by going around it and pushing it left so that it looks like a backwards L. =========== ==Stage 8== =========== Getting tougher. You don't need the (4) blocks. You can't get rid of them, but you need to get them out of your way. Goal: The goal is at the top of the screen, over to the left side. 1) First get that (4) in front of you out of the way. Push it all the way to the right and to the bottom. 2) There are two (4) blocks left in your way. Go ahead and move them both up for now. We don't need them. 3) Now there are two (2) blocks we need to move around. For now I will refer to them as HOR and VER (for the HORizontal block on the left and the VERtical block on the right.) 4) Go around and move HOR right 2 spaces, down 2 spaces, left 1 space, then go around the other side and move it right 2 spaces. It should be kind of above that first (4) you moved out of the way earlier. 5) Go over there to VER and push it left 2, down 1 and left 3 more. It's bottom right corner should now meet with the top left corner of HOR. 6) Push HOR left 2, then go around the other side and push it right 2. Basically, you want it right where it was, but with you on the other side. 7) Now push both HOR and VER up one space each. 8) Go over to VER and push it once to the left, go around it and push it back to where it was. The blocks should be in the same place, just with you on the other side. 9) Push VER down 2 spaces so that its top lines up with HOR's top. 10) You should now have a space to push those (4) blocks through. Get the one that is on the left side and push it down as far as it can go and then as far as you can to the right. Once you do this, all (4) blocks should be on the right side of the screen. 11) Get under VER and push it all the way up. It should fall into the hole. 12) There is another (2) block up here. Just push it up once and it should be out of the way. 13) Now go back down and get HOR. It should be easy to manuver it into the hole up here. ========== ==tage 9== ========== You need to get that (3) block out of the way so you can move those swivels around. It should be easy. Goal: The goal is at the bottom - on the left side. 1) Don't push any blocks yet. Play around with those top two T swivels. Flip them around so they are both upside down. It should be easy. Don't touch anything else until they are! If you have to go through them several times it's OK. Just keep doing it until they are both upside down. 2) Go down and get below that (3) block. Push it up one space and all the way to the right. (You'll go past a T swivel. Don't worry about it.) 3) At this point all of your swivels should be upside down T's. To get around just push through the T swivel on the top left. It doesn't matter how you push around it, just get above the (1) block. 4) Push the (1) block all the way down. You should be able to get past the T swivel on your right so you can push the block into the hole with no trouble. ============ ==Stage 10== ============ This one has four (2) blocks and they are all vertical. It also has two (4) blocks. You only need one of them, though. The trick is to get all of the (2) blocks down in the large gap, but to leave a space at the left side of the big gap. Goal: The goal should be at the very bottom-left corner. 1) Push that long swivel so that it is vertical. 2) Go around the bottom right (2) block and push it left two spaces so that it is next to the vertical swivel. 3) Go around to the top and push past the top right L swivel so that you can position yourself above the (2) block you just moved. 4) Push that same (2) block straight down and into the hole. 5) Now go back to the top and get that top right (2) block. Push it a little to the left and down to the bottom so you can drop it beside the other block you just dropped. Move some L swivels if you have to. I suggest dropping it on the left side. That will leave you one free space on the left of the big gap. 6) Go back to the top and grab the top-left (2) block. Push it right and down through that same path you've been using. Drop it next to the previous two block, but be sure to drop it on the right side. 7) You shouldn't have moved either of the (4) blocks yet, but now you can push the one on the left side up so you can get on top of the last (2) block. 8) There is a L swivel blocking your path. That L swivel is the one that is right below the last (2) block. Flip it so that it looks like a backwards L. 9) You should now be able to get around and move the last (2) block to the bottom. Remember to drop it on the right side! 10) At this point your big gap should have one empty space on the left side and three empty spaces on the right side. Now we need to move the top right (4) block down to the bottom. You'll have to get past 3 swivels: the long swivel and the top L swivels below it. Remember, you should not have moved this (4) block at all! Make sure the long swivel is vertical. 11) Make sure the L swivel that is cloest to the bottom of the map is flipped around so that it looks like a 7 if it isn't already. 12) Now, push the (4) block on the right side left one space so that it is next to the long swivel (which should still be vertical.) 13) Now push it all the way down. That should be three spaces. 14) Push through the long swivel, making it horizontal. 15) Push past the L swivel that's under the (4) block so you can get on the right side of it. 16) Push the (4) block left two spaces so that it runs into the bottom L swivel on the left side. That L swivel should still be facing like a backwards L. 17) Now just push the (4) block all the way down and left into the skinny gap. ============ ==Stage 11== ============ The trickiest part is figuring out what to do with the blocks at the beginning. Goal: The goal should be at the very bottom-left corner. 1) Push the bottom block up one so that it is next to the other one. 2) Go around to the top and push the right T swivel down so that both T swivels are pointing to the right. 3) Now go around to the other T swivel. Flip it around so that it is pointing in the opposite direction (which should be left.) Doing that should get you in between both swivels. 4) Now, back to the first T swivel. The one on the right. You should be able to easily flip it around so that it looks like a T. 5) Push that top block over to the left and into the hole. 6) Now flip that same T swivel so that it is upside down. 7) Push the last (1) block down and under the T swivel. You want to push it down one space and left three spaces. It should be right behind the left T swivel. 8) Flip that same (right) T swivel again so that it is pointing right. 9) Go up and around so you can get above the (1) block and push it all the way down. It should move only one space. 10) Now go around and flip both T swivels so they are upside down. Flip the one on the left first and then the one on the right. Your path is open! ============ ==Stage 12== ============ Only three blocks here and you only need to use one. You need to get those two (3) blocks out of the way. Goal: The goal is at the very bottom of the screen. 1) Push the (3) block on the right side down two spaces so that it is just above the hole. 2) Push the (3) block on the left side down one space and then over three spaces so that it aligns with the other (3) block. They should look like a big rectangle (6) block now. 3) Push the (2) block left two spaces and down three spaces so that it goes through the space on the left and it sits right below it. 4) Go around the other side and push the (2) block four spaces to the right so that all the right edges of all the blocks are lined up. 5) Now go around to the right side of all the blocks and push the middle one three spaces to the left. 6) Get below that same block and push it up one space. 7) Go around to that first (3) block that you moved in step 1. Push it up one and then all the way over to the left. 8) Push the (2) block all the way down and left into the hole. ============ ==Stage 13== ============ It's starting to get more confusing now. You have to play with the top (3) block so you can get the little (1) block up there around it twice. Don't mess with the blocks at the bottom until you are finished with the blocks at the top. Goal: The goal is at the very left side of the screen. 1) Go to the top and push the top (3) block left one space. 2) There should be a horizontal (2) close to you. Push it down one space. 3) Now push the (1) block up one, right two and down one. It should end up on the opposite side of the hole it was next to. 4) Go to that top (3) block again and push it all the way to the right. 5) Get under that horizontal (2) block you moved earlier and push it up 3 spaces until it runs into that (3) block up there. 6) Now go back around the other side so you can push it all the way to the left. 7) Now push it down. It should only be able to move one space. 8) Go back to that same (1) block you moved earlier. Push it up one and left four spaces so that it almost touches the wall. 9) Walk around the (1) block and push it right one and all the way down. Drop it in that hole next to you. 10) Now move the bottom (3) block to the right. 11) Now you can push that vertical (2) block all the way to the left and up one into that hole. ============ ==Stage 14== ============ There are a lot of holes here, but basically, it just amounts to matching up the right sized block to the right sized hole. Goal: The goal is at the bottom of the screen. 1) You start next to a huge (6) block. You need to move it out of that space you are in. You can do this by moving it down two spaces, then going around and pushing it left one space. Get under it and push it back up again until you have enough space to move around it and get on top of it. 2) When you get on top of it, you should be able to push it down by walking over the small space in the middle. Push it down seven spaces so you can get under it. 3) Now push it up two, left two, up one and then left one. That should drop it in the hole next to the other (6) block and leave some space so you can get behind that new (6) block. 4) Get on the left side of the new (6) block and push it right six spaces. 5) Push it up one space and then go around above it and push it left one space. 6) Now you can push it down by walking over that same small space in the middle that you walked over earlier. Push it down four spaces. 7) And then push it right until it falls into the hole. 8) There is a tall (3) block there. Just push it all the way to the left as far as it can go and then down into the hole. 9) Now you have a horizontal (3) block next to you. You should be able to easily manuver it to the hole at the top-right by pushing it up one, right three, up five, all the way to the right and then up into the hole. 10) Now you have a square (4) block. Move it all the way down, three spaces to the left and then all the way down into the hole. 11) Now you are next to the vertical (2) block. Move it left three, up four left three, up five and left three. It should fall into the hole. 12) Now the last block. It is a horizontal (2) block. Move it down one, right four, all the way down, right three, down two and left one - into the hole. ============ ==Stage 15== ============ There is a huge (9) block in your way. The trick is to push the two smaller blocks in the hole first and just keep the (9) block out of the way. Use the (9) block last. In this stage, I will refer to the swivels by their directions. For example, swivel Top Right will just be called "top-right." Goal: The goal should be at the left side of the screen. 1) First push the (9) block one space left. 2) Flip Bottom-Left so that it looks like a 7. 3) Push past Top-Right and push the (9) block down three spaces. 4) Make sure Bottom-Right looks like a backwards L. You should not have touched it at all so it should. If for some reason it doesn't, UNDO and fix it. 5) Now go to the top and push the (2) block up there all the way to the back so you can get around it and push it all the way to the front. Easy. 6) Slip it between all the swivels and into the hole. Put it in the middle. 7) Flip both top swivels so they both look like a 7. 8) Now push past Bottom-Right and move (9) block almost all the way to the top. Be sure to leave at least one space up there so you can move it back down. 9) Take a moment to make sure Top-Right looks like a 7 like I said. If it doesn't, UNDO and make it right. 10) Flip Bottom-Left around so it looks like a L. 11) Go get that bottom (2) block and stick it in the gap. Just like you did for the other (2) block. 12) With both (2) blocks in the gap, flip Bottom-Left so that it looks like a 7 and flip Bottom-Right so that it looks like a backwards L. 13) Push past Top-Right and get above the (9) block. Push it down five spaces. 14) Flip Top-Left so that it looks like a L. 15) Push past Bottom-Right and move (9) block up a few spaces. You should have a clear path to the hole now. Drop it in there. That completes the path. 16) Now you have 3 (2) blocks stacked on eachother. Push both the top one and the bottom one all the way to the left. 17) Push the middle one out of the way and get your crystal! ============ ==Stage 16== ============ Goal: The goal should be all the way on the left side of the screen. 1) There are five (1) blocks next to where you start. Move the bottom one down one space. 2) There is another block almost right next to you. Move it left two spaces. At this point you will have moved the bottom two blocks and left the other three alone. 3) Get under those two (1) blocks that you did not move. There should be a L swivel that looks like a backwards 7 right below you. Push through it and go all the way down to the bottom. 4) There is another L swivel next to you now. Push up on it so that it looks like an L. You should have access to the T swivel down there. 5) Push past the T swivel's bottom part so that when you push past it, it flips and looks like a T. 6) Push down on the L swivel you are next to. 7) Push past both tiny swivels to your right, but flip the second tiny swivel so that it's pointing up. 8) You should be able to get up to that first swivel you pushed in step 3. Push right past it. It should look like a backwards 7. 9) Step down once and head left. That should push you past the swivel right below it. 10) Take two steps up (putting you right below a orange block) and head all the way to the left as far as you can go. You should be above that T swivel you moved earlier. 11) Push down on the left side of the T swivel, making it point right. 12) Walk over to the (1) block to your left, but DON'T PUSH IT. 13) Down one step and left through the L swivel. The path is clear. ============ ==Stage 17== ============ You will have to go around and through the + swivels a lot. Remember that as you read this. Goal: The goal is at the bottom left side of the screen. 1) Head right and push past the T swivel. Don't worry about its position. 2) Walk over to the top L swivel. Flip it around so it looks like a L. 3) Push through the top + swivel and get on the right side of that (1) block so you can push it three spaces left. 4) The L swivel that is next to you needs to be flipped so it looks like a backwards 7. Do this by going back through the top + swivel and getting above the L swivel to push down on it. 5) Go around so you can get on top of the (1) block. Push it all the way down. That should be four spaces. 6) There is now a T swivel next to you that is pointing right. You need to flip it so that it is upside down. Do this by going around through both + swivels and getting on the right side of it. Push through the top part to flip it upside down. 7) There is a L swivel to the left of your (1) block. Flip it so that it looks like a 7. 8) Make your way all the way around the board again so you can get on the right side of the block. You need to push it left two spaces. 9) Now go all the way around again and get above the block. Push it down two spaces. 10) Push through the L swivel and go around the block so you can push it into the hole. ============ ==Stage 18== ============ This takes less moves than you might think. In this puzzle, we are going to move the swivels around in sets of two. Goal: The goal should be at the bottom. 1) You start stuck in between two L swivels. Push up on the top one so that it looks like a L. 2) Push left on the other one so that it looks like a 7. You are finished messing with those two. Leave them alone. On to the next set. 3) Head over to the left side. There is a L swivel there and a T swivel. Flip the L swivel so that it looks like a backwards L. 4) Flip the T swivel so that it points left. 5) Go around and flip the L swivel so that it looks like a L. 6) Go around and down so you can flip the T swivel. Make it an upside down T. We are done with those two. Leave them alone. On to the next two. 7) Head to the right side. There is another L and another T swivel. Push the L swivel so that it looks like a L. 8) Push past the T swivel and get next to the (3) block. 9) Push the (3) block all the way to the left. ============ ==Stage 19== ============ This one is probably the toughest one. It took me like 30 minutes to figure it out the first time. Just remember not to use your (1) blocks without purpose. Each (1) block you place in a hole *must* lead to the goal, otherwise it is wasted. Goal: The goal should be at the bottom-left of the screen. 1) You start next to two tiny swivels. Just go right as far as you can. You will run into a (2) block. Plow through it and push it into the hole. 2) Look below you. There is a (3) block. Push it down as far as you can. That should be three spaces. 3) There is a (1) block in the top right corner. Push it down until it falls into a hole. 4) Push that (3) block all the way back up. 5) There is a (1) block next to the (3) block. Push it all the way up and to the right. You should put it in the exact spot that first (1) block was in before you moved it. 6) Go to the (2) block in the middle. Push it right two spaces. 7) Push through the L swivel and get above the (2) block. Push it down one, right one, then down one again. That should drop it into a hole. 8) Take a moment to make sure the T swivel on the right is turned so that it looks like a T. If not, fix it. 9) Now head to the left side of the map. Push past the T swivel there and get below the big (6) block. Push it up one space. 10) Flip that same T swivel around so that it is upside down and you are below it. Just keep flipping it until you get it right. 11) Now you need to get that (1) block that is there past the T swivel and move it past (under) the (6) block. To do this, get below the (1) block and move it up one, right two and then up one. Now push up on the right side of the T swivel to get next to the (1) block. Move the (1) block all the way to the right and into the hole. 12) Flip the right T swivel so that it is pointing left. 13) Move the (3) block down three and go around it so you can push it up one and then left one. 14) Remember that (1) block you left at the top? Now you can push it all the way down and into a hole. 15) Go ahead and move the (3) block all the way to the right so it sits in that little alcove on the right side of the screen just to get it out of the way. 16) Flip both T swivels so they point to the right. 17) There are two (1) blocks left. They are in the upper-left corner. Get the left one and push it down six spaces. 18) Push right through the T swivel (forcing it to look like and upside down T.) 19) Get next to that (1) block you just moved and push it right one, up one, right two and up one. Push the T swivel out of the way so you can push this block all the way to the right. It should not hit the wall. It should run into the T swivel over there that is pointing right. 20) Get above the (1) block and push it all the way down. Slide it into the hole. One to go. Go past the swivel if you have to. 21) Fix the T swivel on the right side so that it is pointing right again. 22) Go to the last (1) block and push it right two. 23) Look at those two tiny swivels right there. Flip the top one so that it is pointing up. 24) Flip the L swivel right there so that it looks like a backwards L. 25) Push the (1) block down one, right three and all the way down. 26) Go around and throw that block into the hole! ============ ==Stage 20== ============ There is only one T swivel and one L swivel in this level. There are 3 tiny swivels, but we are not going to use the one at the very bottom at all. So remember - as far as these instructions go - IGNORE IT! You do not need to touch it at all. Goal: The goal should be in the bottom-left corner. 1) When you start, move straight down and force that first block into the hole. 2) Flip the L swivel so you can walk past it without disturbing any of the (1) blocks. 3) Get next to the (1) block at the very bottom. Push it one space right so that it falls into the hole. 4) Go to the top and push the top tiny swivel so that it points left. 5) Push that upper-left (1) block over left one space. 6) Go to that (1) block in between the tiny swivels. Push it right one space. 7) Push both tiny swivels so that the top one points up and the bottom one points down. 8) Go around the bottom and right so you can flip the L swivel so that it looks like a backwards L. 9) There should be a (1) block to your left. The one that is in the middle of those tiny swivels. Push it left one space. 10) Go around bottom again and get under that same (1) block. Make you that you don't flip the L swivel on the way through. Push it up once so you can get above it and then push it down five spaces. 11) Now, go and flip the L swivel so that it looks like and L. 12) Flip both of the tiny swivels so that the top one points left and the bottom one points to the right. 13) Get under that (1) block at the bottom - the one you just moved five spaces - and push it up one space. 14) Head left and up to get to the T swivel. Push up on it so you can get next to the (1) block that is up there. 15) Push the (1) block right two spaces. 16) Flip the T swivel around so you can get past it on the right side and back to that same (1) block you've been pushing all over the place. (It should be the one that is roughly in the middle of the screen now.) 17) Push the (1) block all the way to the left. 18) Go up to that T swivel and flip past it so you can get above that same (1) block and push it in the hole. 19) Go to that (1) block that is right below the L swivel. Move it all the way to the left. 20) Circle around to that T swivel, making sure not to disturb anything. Flip it around so you can get past it on the right side again. You should be above the (1) block you just moved. 21) Push the (1) block down one and all the way to the left. 22) Use the T swivel to get above that same (1) block and push it into the hole. There are three blocks remaining. 23) Go back to the tiny swivels. Flip the bottom one so that it points up and flip the L swivel so that it looks like a backwards L. 24) Go to the (1) block at the bottom. Push it right one and up two spaces. 25) Circle around and push up on the L swivel so you can get above it. Flip it again so you can get on the right side of that (1) block you just moved. 26) Push the (1) block all the way to the left. 27) Circle around and go through the T swivel again so you can get above that (1) block. 28) This should be familiar by now. Push the (1) block down one and all the way to the left. Use the T swivel again to drop it into the hole. There are now only two blocks left. They are both at the top. 29) Go over to the L swivel and flip it so that it looks like a L. 30) Push the (1) block on the left one space to the left. 31) Flip the tiny swivels so that they both point down. 32) Use the T swivel to get on the left side of that (1) block you just moved. Push it one space to the right. 33) Go down and around so you can get above that same (1) block. Don't touch anything else. 34) Push the (1) block down five spaces. 35) You should be next to the bottom tiny swivel. Flip it so that it points to the right. 36) Push the (1) block all the way to the left and use the T swivel to get above it so you can push it into the hole. One left. 37) Walk all the way to the last (1) block in the top right corner and get beside it. Push it left three spaces and down five, then all the way to the left. 38) Use the T swivel to drop it into the hole and head towards the goal. That's about it, after the sweat (if you have any) get your price...Geirs *Credit is to entropic_soul, for his outstanding Puzzle Guide* ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ===================== ==Evolution (EVO01)== ===================== There are officially 24 demons that can evolve. What is evolution? Basically the demon changes form, gains stats and also boost in overall performance, not to mention the level. They also usually gain skills, which can be very useful if managed properly. The only downside is that you MUST evolve to complete the Demon Compendium, which can take a while to reach the level to evolve. How can you evolve? Well, nothing too brainy...just level up the demon, make sure that they have the following quota filled in: a) All the skills must be learnt, those that are available b) Beat some bosses, to allow evolution c) The demons cannot be higher than 4 levels than that of your Hero Here's an evolution list: Some Special Evolutions: (These demons can evolve twice) ----------------------- Pixie (6) --> High Pixie (10) High Pixie (16) --> Queen Mab (56) Koppa (24) --> Karasu (28) Karasu (33) --> Kurama (38) Onkot (42) --> Hanuman (46) Hanuman (50) --> Wu Kong (54) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Common Evolutions: (Just level them up) ------------------ Lilim (8) --> Lilith (80) Inugami (17) --> Makami (22) Nozuchi (18) --> Dragon Gui Xian (24) Nekomata (22) --> Holy Senri (27) Momunofu (24) --> Vile Arahabaki (30) Dis (27) --> Wargod Valkyrie (33) Naga (32) --> Snake Naga Raja (37) Mizuchi (38) --> Dragon Long (44) Setanta (48) --> Cu Chulainn (52) Jinn (48) --> Efreet (52) Sati (52) --> Parvati (57) Purski (53) --> Ganesha (58) Sparna (58) --> Garuda (63) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some Special Boss Evolution: (You need to defeat the boss in order to evolve) ---------------------------- Gogmagog (60) --> Albion (64) Throne (68) --> Uriel (73) Scathach (69) --> Skadi (74) Abaddon (74) --> Aciel (77) Beelzebub (86) --> Beelzebub (Fly) (95) *Credit is to SnyperWolf, for his excellent Evolution Guide* ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ===================== ==Boss Data (BOS00)== ===================== Whats this section about? An example of such is Void skills, if you want you can almost put any Void skill on any demon with little effort. The second thing is to know that you can only record 4 at a time, so you may need to use a combination of your recorded mitamas, ones newly bought from Rag's, and custom ones made just for a certain demon. You should use a special save slot just for your fusing. There's nothing worse than combining 4 demons to make 2 elementals to make 1 mitama and having sacrificed another one to get a rare skill, then having a fusion accident, or worse realizing you used the wrong demon in there somewhere. To be most effective, they should have the skills you want on them but avoid filler skills. For instance, if you have Pierce, Mediarahan, and Zio on a mitama, you're going to be reselecting the fusion results a lot because Zio is going to show up as a choice 90% of the time. Mind you, if you only need 1 skill it's not a big deal. But if you're doing a lot of customization, you'll probably find it to really make it tough to get several exact skills on a demon, especially if they were created by fusion and start knowing almost all the skills they can (even if you're going to replace most of them through levelling). You can create your own mitama by fusing 2 elementals together; you can either make them yourself or buy them from Rag (and again, his elementals get some skills that are unique, mostly Void skills). It's important to note that you can perform sacrifice fusions while making both elementals and mitamas. So, if you want a skill that's not in the bloodline, so to speak, you can still get it. Mitamas primary function is to boost stats; each of the four types boosts two stats when fused with a base demon. In addition, if there are open skill slots on the base demon, some of the mitamas skills will transfer over.
