- [ 2.0 BATTLE 100 ] - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

 Battle 100 mode is where you race against 100 opponents, usually one at a 
 time. It really isn't as bad as it sounds. You'll never have to race more than
 one lap, and sometimes you'll race against several opponents at once. Below 
 are some Battle 100 specific terms explained.

 Combos

 Defeat more than one opponent in a row and it will count as a combo. Each 
 combo will grant you bonus money. The amount of bonus money increases with 
 each combo obtained. When you reach the eleventh combo, the bonus money and 
 the prize money is equal. The amount of bonus money will not exceed the amount 
 of prize money. Hope that made sense...

 Hunter 1

 Stay ahead of your opponent during the entire race, or you will lose. You'll 
 start a few seconds before your opponent.

 Hunter 2

 You need to pass your opponent before he/she crosses the finish line. The 
 easiest way is to pass your opponent at full speed while he/she is slowing 
 down for a corner.

 Boss Select

 Sometimes, you get to select one of several opponents to battle. As far as I
 know, it doesn't matter which one you choose. Prize money and other rewards 
 are the same.

 New Challenger / Revenge

 "New Challenger" seems to appear at random whenever you are at the Battle 100
 screen. They're just like any other Battle 100 opponent. Sometimes a "Revenge"
 will appear. These are New Challengers which you have previously defeated. The
 maximum amount of prize money gained from New Challengers seems to be 30.000.

 Extreme Battle is unlocked once you have defeated the last opponent in Battle
 100. You will then be able to choose between Normal Battle or Extreme Battle.
 Choosing Normal Battle will take you all the way back to the first battle.
 Choosing Extreme Battle will let you race against 30 of the hardest opponents.

 Extreme Battle is really just another 30 opponents. They are, however, a bit 
 tougher than the Normal Battle guys.

 Rival Notes

 You will also be able to view the Rival Notes, which is located in the Status
 Screen (press the O-button twice). Here, you can take a look at all the 
 opponents you have defeated so far. You can also battle them again.
 Explaination of the different symbols:
 
   White RS symbol
   Defeated opponent (Normal difficulty)

   Blue RS symbol
   Defeated opponent (Hard difficulty)

   Green RS symbol
   Defeated New Challenger

   Broken semi-transparent RS symbol
   Opponent which you have lost against

   Yellow helmet
   An opponent which you didn't select on one of the Boss Select screens

   ?
   This is an opponent which you haven't faced yet, or one of the New 
   Challenger guys. I don't know how to unlock all of them.

 Q. How do I enter/unlock the hidden groups (aka Special Stage 1 & 2)?

 A. They appear at random and will remain open as long as you do NOT enter any
    other races where a BIKE can be won. Winning suits or helmets is ok. So is
    doing the training courses. Loosing any races, within the Special Stages or
    elsewhere, will not lock the hidden groups either.

    your PlayStation 2 so it can run PAL games. The units in this game can be
