________________________________________________________________________________ ====Monster Hunter==== Monster Faqs by LongGrimReaper ________________________________________________________________________________ NOTE: I’ve put down chances more than once to show the two different chances you have of obtaining that item. Hi and welcome to the wonderful world of...oops wrong intro. Hi how ya doin and welcome to my faqs on Monster hunter, I'll be tellin' you folks about the monsters you will encounter in your journey. If you wish to contact me, my email is grimreaper8908@yahoo.com. FAQs came from a bunch of friends (and some of the people who contact me) who I taught how to play and are only relevent to the monsters so if your looking for a certain item in places, try another guide because this won't help you. Anyways...if you have any problems or don't understand my description, which I will admit is very vague but it is the best way I can describe them, of the monster, contact me and you should get a picture or whatever in a day or two. Ok well here it is the guide, I hope it helps you, and if it doesn't well then go to hell, just kiddin. And for legal reasons I must tell you that some of this is not my work, some is some ain't, it came from the player's guide. (which is metioned a couple of times, and don't trust it either cause it is filled with mistakes, which i have corrected) ________________________________________________________________________________ I. Monster FAQs Q. How Later in game do I have to be to see the changes? A. Half-way through (1-4 star is early) you should be able to tell the difference. But don't worry if you want to go back to the old chance percetages just go to older mission. Q. What is a wyvern? A. A very tough usually dragon-like monster. Q. What angers the Felyne? A. Hitting them or if another monster such as a Rathalos does. Q. What effects what item I get by carving? A. Absolutly, positivly, nothing at all will effect what you get except luck, which can be earned by making pig in guest house happy, carving in certain spots, like say you wanted a Kut-Ku ear, carve in the neck to raise your chance at it, and certain armor gives luck up too. All luck does is raises chance of getting rare items. Q. Are the carved items really worth getting? A. Hell Yea, the can help you create/improve weapons or armor or even be used for ammo or items such as bombs. Q. How do i cut off (insert Wyvern)'s tail off? A. Well lets see, first you'll need a weapon such as a sword, (cmon folks if you can't figure it out then go back to fighting vespoids) SWIPE AT THE TAIL!!!!!! Q. How do I tell the difference between a Rathalos and a Rathian? A. The Rathalos (male) is a brownish-red color the Rathian (female) is a forest green color. ________________________________________________________________________________ V.
