In the game, you play as Lillet Blan, a new student at Silver Star. It's a school of Magic, and she's there to study Grimoires. Lillet soon realizes that her school is full of strange teachers and a lot of unusual stuff going on. After a series of unexpected events, she goes through the same five days over and over until she makes the right decision... [Basics........................................................] [Magic Introduction] Glamour: Weak to Alchemy, and strong against Necromancy. The summoning cost is cheaper, so quite often, they are used in large numbers. Necromancy: Weak to Glamour, and strong against Sorcery. Their forte lies in the majority of Astral type familiars. Sorcery: Weak to Necromancy, and strong against Alchemy. They have a higher amount of HP compared to units of the other magics. Alchemy: Weak to Sorcery, and strong against Glamour. It costs a little more to summon, but they have various types of area attacks. [Runes Introduction] Glamour is the oldest form of magic that works with nature. You can work with fairies and elves, who live in the mystical world. [Prologue] Lillet Blan, a talented student from the Magic Academy, arrives at the Silver Star tower to study grimoires. She meets with her teacher, Gammel Dore, and Gaff, an elf. The professor warns her not to wander around the halls at night. She then meets Margarita Surprise, and quickly the two girls become friends. First........................................................I The Night Before [At Night] Lillet decides to go get some fresh air outside, but Gaff reminds her of the professor's advice. He tries to scare her with a witch story, but at this moment, the two are surprised by the arrival of Margarita, who thought the witch roaming the halls at night was pursuing her. Margarita then leaves the room and Lillet decides to stay inside for the night. First Day 1 [Gammel's Lecture] The professor teaches Lillet about Mana and elves. New Grimoire: Fairy Ring [Gammel's Practice] Victory Condition: Summon 10 Elves Select the elf with the [] button. Move the cursor to the crystal and press the X button to command him to gather Mana. The elf will carry the Mana to the rune. Now select the rune with [] and press X to summon an elf to help. You need 50 Mana to summon an elf. Command the new elf to gather Mana as well. Now you'll need to summon 10 elves. Everytime you get more than 50 Mana, summon an elf from the rune and have him help the others gather more Mana. Keep it up this way until you get enough Mana to summon all 10 elves. Hint: You will need Mana for everything. Use many Elves to gather effectively. New page: Fairy Ring Lv2 - Summon - Fairy [The Two Guys] While walking in the hallway, Lillet meets Bartido Ballentyne and Hiram Menthe, interrupting a curious discussion between the two. Bartido is rude to Lillet, but she doesn't let it get to her. Hiram leaves Lillet with Bartido, who seems to remember Lillet from somewhere, though the two have never met before. First Day 2 [Gammel's Lecture 2] The Professor teaches Lillet about fairies. [Gammel's Practice 2] Victory Condition: Destroy all devils Select all of the fairies at once by holding the cursor over them. Move the fairies to the blue arrow with X. An enemy will come to you and the fairy will take it down. Now move the fairies to the new blue arrow. Repeat the same thing with the elves and move them down to the arrow. Now select the fairies and elves with the Left and Right arrows on the directional pad. Select them all at once with the Up arrow. Select all elves and have them gather Mana. The next step is leveling-up the rune. Select the green rune with [], then use R1 to select the Level-Up icon. Once the run has leveled-up, you can summon more fairies. For now, select all fairies and use R1 to select the attack icon. Move the fairies to the arrow and they will attack the nearby enemies. Now make sure you have eneough Mana and summon more fairies. Select them and move them to the northeast corner to defeat the Imps. Make sure to check all around to defeat all the enemies. Hint: Move around in a group to beat multiple Imps. [Butterfly and Snake] Lillet meets Amoretta Virgine in the hallway. Advocat comes along and makes advances to Amoretta. He then introduces himself as a teacher and devil. Amoretta thanks Lillet for defending her in front of Advocat. First Day 3 [Gammel's Lecture 3] Lillet and the professor have a chat about Advocat. He then teaches her about magic defense. New Grimoire: Wicca [Gammel's Practice 3] Victory Condition: Destroy Gammel's Rune Now you'll need to summon a talisman to protect your rune from the enemies. Press the (Triangle) button to bring up the Grimoires. Select the only one you have right now with X, then select the second grimoire. Choose a location for the new rune. Once it's settled, select and elf and select the last icon with R1 to advent a Talisman. Choose a location for the Talisman. Advent another talisman next to it to increase your defense. The talismans will take down the Imps that come nearby. Now start by having the elves gather Mana. Level-up the Fairy Ring rune, then summon as many fairies as you can. Once you have enough, select them all and move to the southeast corner. Have them attack the red rune until you destroy it. If you're having trouble, destroy the talismans first. Hint: The enemy Symbols are also strong. Gather enough Mana and prepare your force. Destroy enemy Symbols one at a time. [Beauty in Love, and Beast] Lillet runs into Chartreuse Grande, the Alchemy teacher. Opalneria Rain, another teacher, comes along. It seems there were something between the two before Chartreuse was transformed into a beast. Lillet feels uneasy and sneaks out. First Day 4 [Opalneria's Lecture] Opalneria asks Lillet to forget everything she saw the day before. She then teaches her about Necromancy and Astrals. New Grimoire: Hades Gate [Opalneria's Practice] Victory Condition: Destroy Opalneria's familiars & Runes Select all the ghosts, then send them to the crystal to gather Mana. Once you have enough Mana, select the blue rune and level it up. Then, summon a Phantom. It will take down the Imps coming at you. Summon as many Phantoms as you can, then select all of them and move over to the Northeast corner. Take down all the Imps and red runes with your Phantoms. Hint: Phantoms are strong against Imps and can defeat them easier than Fairies. New page: Fairy Ring Lv3 - Elf: Heal Hades Gate Lv3 - Ghost: Charge [Grave Keeper] Opalneria asks Lillet to memorize her new Grimoire. At this moment, Advocat barges in the room, acting suspiciously. After a harsh discussion between the two, Advocat leaves the room and Opalneria orders Lillet to return to her room. First Day 5 [Trouble] Bartido runs to Lillet in the hallway, looking panicked. He explains to her that someone broke the Seal of the Archmage. He orders her to go find Margarita in the room next door and to wait for him and Chartreuse, adding that they should run away if nobody comes after twenty minutes. [Defending the Escape] Victory Condition: Endure the onslaught for 20 minutes This level is different from the others as you don't need to defeat enemies to win. All you'll need to do is to defend during 20 minutes while the enemy attacks you. In other words, protect your runes at all cost. You'll have two Grimoires open for this fight, Fairy Ring and Necromancy. Start by ordering the elves and ghosts to gather Mana from two respective crystals, then start summoning a couple of Phantoms and Fairies. Also advent a few more talismans around the place. Now it's only a matter of holding for the next 20 minutes with your Phantoms and Fairies. Just make sure to not get surrounded or outnumbered so protect both sides. Hint: Build a Talisman and tighten the guard. Symbols and Runes should be placed with enemy invasion in consideration. New page: Wicca Lv2 - Summon - Unicorn Wicca Lv3 - Unicorn: Holy Light Hades Gate Lv4 - Phantom: Berserk [Archmage Calvaros] Lillet falls face to face with Calvaros as she tries to escape, searching for Margarita who went missing. Everyone else has disappeared, too. Just as it seems it's her turn, she hears the sound of bells ringing in the distance... Second......................................................II The Night Before [At Night. Again] Lillet wakes up in her room. She experiences a feeling of deja-vu as Gaff tells her about the witch roaming the halls. Someone knocks on the door; it's Margarita. Lillet wonders if all that was just a bad dream. It seems she is back on the day of her arrival at Silver Star tower. Second Day 1 [Looking for Advice] Lillet tells all that happened to her to Gammel. He wants to believe her, but thinks it was all a dream. Lillet insists that she still has the Grimoires from her dream and can use their magic although Gammel hasn't taught her yet. Advocat comes in, after listening to their conversation discreetly. Advocat challenges Lillet to a test to prove her words. [Advocat's Test] Victory Condition: Destroy all of Advocat's Runes This level is pretty easy. You'll start with a Fairy Ring rune, but press the (Triangle) button and select the Necromancy Grimoire. Set a rune somewhere, then start gathering Mana and summon as many Phantoms as possible. You start with a good number of Fairies already, so no need to summon more. The Phantoms are better for this level anyways. Advocat has four runes to destroy; one in each corner of the level. Ambush the enemies one corner at a time with many Phantoms to destroy all enemies and runes. Keep the Fairies around your runes to protect. Hint: The enemy often has Sorcery familiars, so Phantoms will often give an advantage. New Grimoire: Hell Gate [Old Teacher and the Devil] Gammel puts an end to the test. He then mentions that for an unknown reason, the Seal of the Archmage does is broken. Lillet thinks Advocat is suspect, but Gammel decides to give him the benefit of the doubt. He then entrusts Lillet with a charm to protect herself. Second Day 2 [Advocat's Lecture] Lillet goes to see Advocat to learn about Sorcery. She's scared of him at first, but he proves to be harmless by answering her questions. New Grimoire: Chaos Nest [Advocat's Practice] Victory Condition: Destroy all of Advocat's Runes You'll be introduced to a new rune. Select all Imps and have them gather Mana from the crystal, then level-up the rune. Now summon a dragon egg. You'll need to do that really quick before the enemies come to you. Once you've summoned the egg, select it and have it hatch. It'll take a while for it to hatch, so summon other eggs meanwhile. Once you get the dragon, have him defeat the enemy's dragon, that should be nearby by now. While they're fighting, you can set Talismans around or summon other runes like Necromancy. When you have a few dragons and enough armies to attack, head for the Northeast and Southeast corners, there are two runes in each to destroy. If you see an enemy dragon egg, make sure to destroy it first before it turns into a dragon. Hint: Hold off Dragons with Grimalkins's Sleep. Position and attack while asleep. New page: Hell Gate Lv2 - Summon - Demon New Grimoire: Purgatory [Chartreuse's Lab] Lillet runs into Bartido in Chartreuse's lab. He doesn't recognize her, but then Lillet recalls they aren't supposed to know each other yet. Lillet uses the opportunity to ask Chartreuse about Calvaros. Amoretta then comes in and Chartreuse urges Lillet out of the room after asking Bartido for his help. Second Day 3 [Chartreuse's Lecture] Chartreuse teaches Lillet about Alchemy. [Lab Clean-Up] Victory Condition: Destroy all of Opalneria's Runes For this battle, you'll have allies, represented by the yellow bar. Start by having your elves gather Mana, then level-up the green rune. Summon more Fairies from it and also more Skullmages from the blue rune. When you feel you have enough, head over to the left and take down the enemies on your way. Move by your allies so they become part of your troops that you can also control. Have the Blobs gather Mana and summon some Homunculus. Keep the Golems near the runes and head north with a bunch of Fairies, Skullmages and Unicorns. Destroy the Astrals with the Skullmages, then destroy the two blue runes. Once you've cleared the area, head right to corner full of Imps and Demons. Defeat them with the help of the Unicorns and bring in the Golems to help you defeat the hord. Destroy the two last runes. Hint: Draw enemies with the Unicorns' Holy Barrier while destroying the enemy Symbol. New Grimoire: Laboratory [Teacher and Student] Lillet sees Opalneria coming down the hall and hides. Opalneria and Hiram are having a conversation but Hiram is against Opalneria's plan to stop the Archmage. Margarita then finds Lillet. Second Day 4 [Discussing with Margarita] Lillet tells Margarita what she heard in the hall, and Margarita comes up with a plan of her own. Lillet's not sure if this is a good idea, but Margarita convinces her. New Grimoire: Titania [Opalneria's Sealed Room] Victory Condition: Destroy all of Opalneria's Runes Level-up both of your runes and send the elves gathering Mana from the crystal on the left. There's another crystal on the right for the Imps. Enemies will come at you from the right side where the Imps' crystal is; send your fairies and demons to defeat them. Summon a Morning Star from your green rune. You'll need to level-up that rune three times before you can summon the Morning Star. Once you have it, select it and select the last icon to stock up on magical starchild bullets. They only cost 10 Mana so get as much as possible. Summon a few more demons and head southeast with the Morning Star. Her attacks are really strong so make good use of her. Stock up on more starchilds as soon as you can. When you have enough Mana, summon a second Morning Star and more demons to help you. Destroy the blue rune here, then head down and left to find the three last runes. Bring all your demons and at least two Morning Stars packed up with starchilds. Hint: Charons will attack from the lower left. Defeat them before they send in an army, or build defense with Symbols. New page: Chaos Nest Lv3 - Grimalkin: Mana Burn Chaos Nest Lv4 - Grimalkin: Power Up [Betrayal and Truth] Margarita and Lillet come into Opalneria's room to put their plan to action. Hiram is already in there. Margarita makes a revelation to Lillet, that she never expected. Second Day 5 [Danger] Lillet wakes up in Opalneria's room with Hiram. The two decide to go find the professors to stop Margarita. [Chaotic Assault] Victory Condition: Destroy all enemy Runes Send the elves gather Mana and level-up both of your runes. When you have enough Mana, summon two dragons. Summon more fairies and send them to the right to join forces with your allies. Make sure to destroy the red rune on your way. You can bring one of your dragons along to help. Once you take control of the Astrals, send the Ghosts gather Mana and summon a couple of Phantoms after leveling up the rune. Now move north from the left side with your Phantoms and a dragon. Destroy the two runes here. Take down the Golem here with your dragon and call in the fairies for reinforcement. Move up again to find a third rune. Once you're cleared the area, move to the east and destroy the rune in the middle. Call in your second dragon and defeat the demons. Destroy the final rune on the right, but it's guarded by a dragon so either destroy it before it sees you, or send both of your dragons on him. The enemy will send specters to attack your Astrals below, so make sure you have enough Phantoms there to counter the attack. Hint: Alchemy cannot attack Astrals. Phantoms and Grimalkin's Mana Burn are effective against Golems and Gargoyles. New page: Fairy Ring Lv4 - Fairy: Astral Change New Grimoire: Gehenna [The Two Devils] Lillet is saved by Advocat. Only her and him are left. It seems Lillet failed once again to save her friend as a new foe arises. The bell rings again in the distance as Advocat advices Lillet to think carefully about what to do next time... Third......................................................III The Night Before [At Night. Third Time] Lillet wakes up to the sound of the bell, back on the first day of her arrival. The events repeat themselves. This time, she will have to ponder on her acts as they are decisive to change the course of the events that have yet to come. Third Day 1 [Failed Chimera Experiment] Lillet goes in Chartreuse's lab and finds herself in the middle of some trouble Chartreuse and Bartido are into with a Chimera experiment gone wrong. Bartido runs out to seek aid, while Chartreuse requests Lillet's help. [Chimera Testing] Victory Condition: Destroy all Chimera Runes You'll start with two runes. Have the Blobs and Imps gather Mana, and level-up the runes. I'd recommend adding a Chaos Nest rune and a Titania rune. Summon a dragon and a Morning Star, plus a few Demons. If you go directly north, you'll fall face to face with the Chimera, which is hard to defeat at this point so instead, start by heading left and destroy the first rune, guarded by a few enemies. Have the Demons head north with the dragon and destroy the second rune. Most of the enemies are pretty weak so it shouldn't be a problem. Once you reach the top, go right and destroy the last rune. That way, the Chimera shouldn't even appear on screen. Hint: Sanctify the Crystal, gather Mana, and destroy the target Rune with Morning Stars and Demons. New page: Laboratory Lv3 - Homunculus: Psychic Storm New Grimoire: Engrave [After the Chimera Clean-up] After getting rid of the Chimeras, Chartreuse and Gammel discuss Lillet's high skills. Lillet lies about learning this stuff at the Magic Academy. She then remarks the professor's broch. He tells her that it's dangerous, and that she shouldn't get close. While Chartreuse and Gammel are talking about Chartreuse's curse and the witch that haunts the tower, Bartido sneaks in behind Lillet, telling her he senses she is hiding something. He then asks her to come with him, asserting he won't tell anyone. Third Day 2 [Amoretta in Danger] Bartido follows Lillet in the hallway, asking her if she's after the Philosopher Stone. Lillet then notices Amoretta's cat coming at her. Apparently, Amoretta is in danger. Lillets hurries to rescue her while Bartido goes to seek help from Chartreuse. [Devil's Strike] Victory Condition: Annihilate the devils This level has no runes to destroy, only a lot of enemies, and the goal will be to defeat them all. Start gathering Mana, then level-up the green rune and start summoning a lot of fairies. Imps will start attacking you from the south, bring your fairies and take them down. Continue summoning more and more fairies, and set a Chaos Nest rune so you can summon a dragon. Head down and keep taking down the Imps coming at you. Make sure to defeat the Grimalkins first as they can put your dragon to sleep. Otherwise, the dragon and fairies should be enough to wipe out the whole area of enemies. In the northwest corner, a dragon is waiting for you, so have your dragon take it down while the fairies take care of the Imps and Grimalkins. Make sure to scout the whole area to find all the enemies. If you're having trouble, summon Phantoms. Hint: Attack the middle early and increase Mana income. Use Psychic Storm to wipe out large enemy armies. New page: Laboratory Lv4 - Blob: Gum Drop Laboratory Lv3 - Skullmage: Astralize [Ultimate Homunculus] Advocat comes to the rescue and save the girls. Then ensues a chat between Chartreuse, Amoretta and Lillet. Chartreuse tells Lillet to not trust devils, but Lillet insists that Advocat saved them. She then learns a lot of unexpected stuff about Amoretta, who is not what she thought she was... Third Day 3 [Bartido vs Advocat] Bartido calls out Lillet in the hallway. He looks badly injured. Advocat then shows up. Apparently, the two had a fight over Bartido's "secret". Bartido gets mad that Advocat is talking about it in front of Lillet. [Stopping the Fight] Victory Condition: Destroy all of Bartido & Advocat's Runes Right when you start, you'll be attacked by a Chimera and a Dragon. Send the Demons after them, but your talismans should destroy them both. Once they're gone, set a Chaos Nest and Hades Gate runes. Summon Phantoms and more Demons, in addition to one or two dragons. Send the dragon to the northwest corner to take down the Chimera hiding there (or just avoid it). Head down with the Demons and destroy all the runes on the left side. Once you've cleared the left side, take care of the right side with the Phantoms. Destroy the rune in the southeast corner to finish them off. Hint: First take over one side of the enemy force. Use Phantoms and Astral types to attack Bartido's Alchemy side. He then reveals Lillet has a crush on Bartido, who doesn't seem too surprised. Third Day 4 [Infiltration] Bartido decides to help Lillet after she tells him her secret. The two sneak into Opalneria's room to get the soul container before Margarita. But they then hear Opalneria coming. [vs Opalneria] Victory Condition: Destroy all of Opalneria's Runes Start by heading up with the Golems and Skullmages to get rid of the enemies coming at you. Start building units of Demons, Phantoms and perhaps a dragon would be good. Head all the way north and destroy all the runes on this side. For the next part, you'll need to summon Charon from the blue rune. Select him, then select the Board icon. You can board 5 passengers at a time. Select the five with the cursor to board them. Then move Charon across the gap and unboard them. Try to choose a safe point with no enemies and go get more units until you have a lot. Dragons and fairis are good for this level since they can cross the gap without the help of Charon. Destroy all the runes on this side. Hint: Move to the right with Charon to increase Mana income, then head towards the upper left. Use Clairvoyance wisely to attack the Golems and Phantoms. New page: Engrave Lv3 - Golem & Gargoyle: Range Up New Grimoire: Chimera Spawn [Bartido vs Hiram] Opalneria passes out after the fight. Hiram comes in and sees her passed out. He gets angry and blames Bartido, who doesn't seem too concerned. The two start fighting while Lillet gets the container. Bartido tells her to go hide with it in her room. Lillet is certain this time she has made the right decision... Third Day 5 [Dark Clouds] Lillet is back in her room. Bartido comes in, panicked. Professor Gammel is holding off the devils all by himself. Bartido and Lillet runs to help him, while Margarita suspisciously sneaks into Lillet's room... [Grimlet's Awakening] Victory Condition: Endure 20 minutes until help arrives You'll finally get to use your own Chimeras for this level. Summon two to start out, then send the Blobs gathering Mana. You can only use Alchemy this time. When you have enough Mana, set an Engrave rune and summon Golems. Also level-up the rune. It's another one of those levels where you need to survive for 20 minutes. Just make sure you have enough units to defend yourself and send the Chimeras to destroy enemies around. They are extremley powerful, but sadly, they can't hit Astrals so you'll have to rely on the fairies to defeat them. Also watch out for Grimalkins since they put the Chimeras to sleep. Hint: Raise the Rune Level to increase the Golem's range to defend easier. Advocat and Bartido come alone. Bartido sells his soul to Advocat in exchange for Lillet being saved. Lillet then remembers the soul container is in her room and she hears the bell ring... Fourth......................................................IV The Night Before [Scary Ghost Witch] Lillet is back in the hallway on the first night. Gaff warns her not to stay there, but Lillet surprises a conversation between Opalneria and the Witch. Margarita then appears, looking for something she can't remember. Fourth Day 1 [Appeal] Lillet tells Gammel what she heard from the Witch. Advocat enters the room. Apparently, he was listening again. He has no memory of his pact with Bartido, but wants to punish Lillet for walking in the hallways at night. [A Devil's Interrogation] Victory Condition: Destroy all of Advocat's Runes You'll start off with almost nothing and very little Mana. Summon more Elves to speed up the Mana gathering process. Once you have enough, set a Hell Gate and Chaos Nest rune. Summon a couple of Demons and a Dragon. Move up to destroy the first rune, then right for the second one. Advocat will then say something, but the battle isn't over just yet. Keep a few Demons around your runes as Phantoms will start coming down at you. Now send your Dragon and other Demons to the Northwest corner and destroy the remaining runes. Hint:You can endure the devil's assault by using Astral Change and Morning Star. Bartido then barges in the room, seeking help due to the failed experiment with the Chimeras. Gammel leaves the room with Bartido and Lillet stays alone with Advocat. She asks him about time travel. Advocat admits devils can do it, but that it is extremely hard to do. Fourth Day 2 [Margarita's Punishment] Margarita has entered the forbidden room and Opalneria punishes her for it. Lillet can't just stand still and decides to help her friend out. [Rescue Mission] Victory Condition: Destroy all of Opalneria's Runes This level is quite easy. Gather more Mana and set the Hell Gate run and Chaos Nest rune. Summon Demons and a Dragon. Keep the fairies around the runes to protect, then destroy the enemy Talismans around your runes. Head for the Northwest corner and destroy all the enemy runes. Hint: Most of the enemy are Astral familiars. Destroy the Phantoms with Skullmages, and Guardians with Golems. She then implores her not to go after the soul container. Margarita doesn't understand what she's talking about. The girls then hear someone coming, so they hide. It turns out to be Bartido and Opalneria. Apparently, they are talking about Amerotta, and Opalneria has a plan of her own involving her. Lillet then returns to her room, leaving Margarita to her thoughts. Fourth Day 3 [Sacrificial Lamb] Lillet looks all over for Amoretta and finds her. She begs her to come with her, but Amoretta doesn't want to trust her because she insists that she doesn't know her. Lillet promises her the only thing she really wants if she comes: love. [Saving Amoretta] Victory Condition: Destroy all Opalneria's Runes Glamour runes are the best for this level. Set one of each and summon a few Unicorns and a Morning Star. Also summon as many Fairies as possible, they will be very effective against Phantoms in groups. Keep the Unicorns to protect your runes and head down with the Fairies and Morning Star. Defeat all the enemies and destroy the rune. There's another one on the right too. Once you're done, you'll need to head down to the bottom of the level although there is no path. It shouldn't be a problem for your Fairies and Morning Star anyways. Destroy the last rune here. Hint: Enemy uses Necromancy, so use Glamour. Psychic Storm is also effective. She then decides to sell her soul to Advocat in exchange for a book able to summon Grimlet and send him back to hell. Advocat hesitates but finally consents to it. Lillet is afraid Advocat is aware of her scheme. Fourth Day 4 [Catastrophe] Lillet hides Amoretta in her room. Gaff then comes in, reporting that he heard Gammel talk to himself and then turn different. Lillet senses bad things coming. [Summoning Grimlet] Victory Condition: Endure 30 minutes for summoning Grimlet Another level where you have to hold off, but this time during 30 minutes. Or you could just go around the level and destroy all the enemy runes to complete the level before 30 minutes. Start by building good defenses and summoning your big team, so a couple of Chimeras and Dragons. Astrals work well against Alchemy so also summon an army of Phantoms. Watch out for the Chimeras the enemy will send at you, take them down with Dragons or Chimeras, or you could put them to sleep with Grimalkins. Psychic Storm is also effective. You should also summon Gargoyles to set around your runes. Hint: Quickly summon Phantoms to destroy Gargoyles. Use Gargoyles and Psychic Storm for enemies coming down the stairs. Advocat comes out, followed by Amoretta who gives herself in place of Lillet. Grimlet is destroyed and Gammel is saved. Fourth Day 5 [Margarita's Rebellion] Margarita confesses to Lillet and warns her that Calvaros is free and coming this way to get the Philosopher's Stone. The girls escape together. [Defense] Victory Condition: Protect Lillet & Margarita's initial Runes Destroy all of the Archmage's Runes This level is harder than previous ones. You'll need to defend two runes that are far from each other at the same time while destroying many enemy runes scattered all around the level. Summon a balanced number of Dragons, Chimeras and Phantoms. The first rune you should make sure to destroy is the Chaos Nest in the southwest corner. This will avoid you having to face enemy Dragons. The second rune you should destroy is the one in the northeast corner. Once those are gone, take care of the rest and always check on your two bases to make sure things are fine. Summon more units if you run low and keep some for protection. Scout the whole area to find enemy runes, they are everywhere. Hint: Strengthen defense with Dragons and Symbols to protect Margarita's Hell Gate. Since the enemy is Sorcery familiars, Phantom attacks will easily destroy them. Advocat arrives and confronts him, saying he owns the grimoire now. Lillet pleads Advocat to save them, but he only came to take his grimoire back. Lillet then hears the bell ring. Next time, she promises to save Margarita and Amoretta. She gets to keep the grimoire after all... Fifth........................................................V The Night Before [Lujei the Witch] Lillet is back on the first day. She finds the ghost witch Lujei in the hallway and sets a plan with her. Lujei accepts. Fifth Day 1 [Love to Destruction] Opalneria is angry because of what Lujei told her, causing her to barge into Chartreuse's lab to break everything. Lillet arrives and tries to stop her before she breaks Amoretta's flask. [Chimeras and the Witch] Victory Condition: Destroy all of Opalneria's Runes Start by building enough Mana to summon a dragon, a Morning Star, Skullmages and Phantoms. Head north and destroy the two runes that belong to Opalneria. Chartreuse has runes to the east of your base, but don't touch those ones, only Opalneria's. Make sure your base is well protected as Chartreuse will send enemies to attack you, including a Chimera. Finish off quickly by destroying the two last runes near the northeast corner. Hint: Don't attack Chartreuse's Runes, but use Skullmages and Morning Stars to attack only Opalneria's Runes. New page: Chimera Spawn Lv4 - Alchemy: Max HP Up 2 Hell Gate Lv5 - Demon: Power Up 2 [Heartbreak] While Lillet and Bartido disscuss as if they already knew each other, Chartreuse lets Opalneria know he doesn't need her. Opalneria leaves, crying. Fifth Day 2 [Holy Offering] Gammel and Advocat talk about offering Amoretta to defeat Grimlet. Lillet comes in and take Amoretta with her. Advocat laughs at her foolishness. [Mouse Trap] Victory Condition: Destroy all of Advocat's Runes This level is pretty tough. You should summon a bit of everything, Phantoms, Demons, Dragons and Chimeras. The first rune you should destroy is the Chaos Nest in the middle of the left side. It will spawn a lot of dragons if you don't. The other runes are placed all around the level in corners and on the sides. There are a lot of enemies so make sure your troops are maxed out and always keep an eye at producing more when you loose units. Hint: Protect the left side from the nature spirits with Golems and Gargoyles. Advocat will attack with mostly devils, so use Phantoms and Skullmages. New page: Purgatory Lv4 - Necromancy: Attack Up Wicca Lv5 - Glamour: Max HP Up [Innocence] Lillet convinces Amoretta to trust her and follow her, although Amoretta has no memories of Lillet. She promises her all she wants. Fifth Day 3 [Strange Cooperation] Margarita is already in Opalneria's room to awaken the Archmage. Lillet arrives and pretends to be on their side. But Surely has doubts and wants to take the Grimoire away from Lillet by using Margarita. [A familiar's True Nature] Victory Condition: Protect Margarita Destroy all of Opalneria's Runes This level is extremely easy. Send the Imps to gather Mana, then summon a lot of Demons and a Dragon. Don't go to the north as there are only enemies and no runes. Move right and destroy the runes there, then move south for more runes, and finally, left for the last runes. The level is very small so it shouldn't take too long. Hint: Move quickly to destroy Opalneria's right Rune to decrease the number of enemies and increase Mana income. Fifth Day 4 [Leaving the Nest] Chartreuse comes knocking at the door as Lillet is hiding Amoretta in her room. After a talk, Chartreuse accepts to leave Amoretta to Lillet. Gaff then comes along, and while leaving the room, he knocks down the Soul Container, which breaks open... [Summoning Grimlet Again] Victory Condition: Endure 30 min for summoning Grimlet For this level you need to hold off during 30 minutes, but I found it easier to just go around and destroy all the runes to finish the level more quickly. There will be a lot of Dragons and Chimeras hidden in corners, and enemies all around you, so summon a few Dragons and Chimeras for yourself. Set Talismans around the base for defense and summon other familiars like Demons and Golems. Make sure to destroy all the Chimera Spawns and Chaos Nest. Always travel with large troops and only attack one corner at a time. Hint: Tighten the defense with Symbols. Destroy one of the four enemy Runes in the corner to make defense easier. New page: Chimera Spawn Lv5 - Alchemy: Max HP Up 3 Gehenna Lv4 - Dragon: Power Up [How to Beat the Devil] Grimlet gets rid of Calvaros, and Lillet makes a pact with Grimlet to send him back to Hell. Advocat then arrives and seems happy with the outcome of things. Fifth Day 5 [The Secret Room] Lillet crushes the floor of her bedroom to find where the Philosopher's Stone is hidden. She declines Advocat's help and decides to go alone. Lillet will need to break the Stone to stop the time loop she is prisoner of. [Calvaros' Defense] Victory Condition: Destroy all of Calvaros' Runes The level isn't as hard as it seems but there are a lot of Runes to find and destroy. The problem lies more in finding them than destroying them as they are really scattered everywhere. Start by clearing the area around you, then move down little by little. You should use a Chimera to scout the area as they are pretty fast and powerful. You should summon a bit of everything, since there are Runes of all kinds. I personally prefer Dragons, though they're a bit slow for this level. A group of fairies, Demons, or Phantoms should work well here. If you take it one step at a time, it shouldn't be too difficult. Hint: Sanctify the Crystal right underneath the starting point to increase Mana income. Since the map is huge, gather more Mana than usual before starting the attack. [Outside the Loops of Time] Well, you'll have to see for yourselves... Once the game is completed, you can try out the 25 bonus stages or different difficulty settings. End.
