Q1. What are the A-spec points for? (From Justin English)
A1. They are basically a measure of the difficulty of the races you've been
    taking part in. If you use a completly overpowered car for the race, eg. a 
    Group C racecar in the Sunday Cup, youll get alot fewer points than if you
    used something like a Fiat Panda. Someone who has 20% completion and 1000
    A-Spec points is having a much easier time winning races than someone who
    has 20% completion and has 5000 A-Spec points.

Q2. How do you complete Driving Mission 23? (From numerous people)
A2. You need to slipstream the pack of cars until you pass them, they will
    eventually then pass you as they slipstream each other, and you when they
    get close enough. After they pass you, slipstream them again and keep
    leapfrogging like this until you reach the lead car. Who you can then
    slipstream and pass.

Q3. What is the best car in the game? (From ForeverZero)
A3. The short answer is there isn't one, nearly all the cars are good at
    something. The best car for a certain race might be useless in another,
    the RUF CTR2 is great for the Boxer Spirit race, but take it into the 
    Gran Turismo World Championship and you won't stand a chance. The car with
    the best acceleration and handling is probably the F1 car you win from the
    Nurburgring 24H Race.

Q4. How do i set up my car (From TheeMikester)
A4. Go into your home and press the Start button, this will take you to the
    car set-up screen

Q5. What are the B-Spec points for? (From Paul Byland)
A5. The Overall skill is basically the same as your A-spec points, an
    indicator of skill, the other 3 numbers affect how well your driver does
    in a race. Course skill is raised by B-Speccing different courses so that
    your driver "knows" them better. Machine skill is raised by using
    diffferent cars. Bttle Skill is raised by racing against other drivers.
    The higher these four numbers the better chance your driver will have of 
    winning a race.

SAVING TIME IN A TOURNAMENT (From TheeMikester)
It is possible to skip some races in tournaments, for example the 1000 Miles!
race would normally take 12-16 hours, however if you skip one of the races in
the series then it is still possible to win the championship, and get the prize
saving you about 3-4 hours of driving time. (NOTE: You will not be able to get
100% complete without finishing all races)

EASY MONEY (From TheeMikester)
In the special condition races, just sell the cars you win. They are a good 
source of money. (Note: Especially the 2nd race on easy)

CHICANES (From TheeMikester)
On courses like Circuit De La Sarthe 1, Fuji Speedway 90's and other courses 
with chicanes. It can actually be faster to drive over the grass/gravel than to
brake and slow down for the bends. EG:

The cars you win from the licence tests are great as starter cars.

Cheap modification for a dramatic increase in acceleration

GOOD CARS (From TheeMikester)
Here's a list of whats good in the car world.
Chevy - Nice cars. The 00' Camaro is a great bang-for-buck deal!
Dodge - So-so. The Viper SRT-10 doesn't handle so great.
Ford - The newer GT40 doesn't handle well either, they're underpowered too. 
Buick - The gnx is nice, but a 580 HP car at 50,000? NICE!!!!s!

Aston Martin - They have power, but not enough for their cost.
Lotus - Nice, lightweight sports cars.
TVR - Nice cars for cheap prices.
AC - Costly, but can race it in many world classics

PROTOTYPES (From TheeMikester)
You can't sell prototype cars.

EASY A-SPEC POINTS (From Rodrigo Taurizano Torres)
Sometimes we take some very fast cars to race with some others not that fast.
That makes us win only 1 A-Spec point. I was testing some cars I have in the
game's garage to run the "Like the Wind" race, and realizaed that my full-tuned
Mercedes SL 65 AMG had the best final speed.
When I took it to the race, I almost threw it away, cause it was a 200 A-Spec
points worth race. I've been surprised when I could win the race. All you have
to do is to set the transmission to manual and take the soft tires. When you
draft the other cars, the final speed is more than 390kph... I managed to beat
the Mercede C9 and the Minolta Toyota, in my opinion the best ones in this
race...
