One by one, people are taken by the evil spirit. Ash survives the horror, only to go through it again in Evil Dead II. Evil Dead II: Ash and his girlfriend, Linda, go to the same cabin as in t- he first Evil Dead. They play the same videotape and wake the evil again. Linda is taken, and Ash is forced to lop off her head with a shovel. Ash buries Linda, and sticks a cross on her grave. Later, the cross falls a- nd Linda rises from her grave. Then Linda pops up right in front of Ash, and her head falls backwards off her neck. Ash wakes up screaming and it seems to have all been a dream. Until Linda's head falls in Ash's lap and bites his hand and won't let go. Ash goes to the work shed and removes Linda's head, and kills Linda, head and all. Back at the cabin, the evil gets into Ash's hand, so he cuts it off. Later, some other people arrive at the cabin. One girl, Annie, seems to be the daughter of professor Knowby, the guy on the videotape. They all decide to throw Ash in the fruit cellar. The others play the tape and find out that Knowby's wife is in the cellar. Down in the cellar, Knowby's wife rises from the dead, and attempts to swallow Ash's soul. Ash gets out of the cellar and restrains the deadite. For a while. One guy turns into a deadite, so Ash grabs an axe and kills the green-blooded deadite. Then they hear a sound from another room, so they all go in there, but one girl's hand is being held by Ash's severed hand. So that girl runs out into the woods and gets killed. The last guy goes nuts and throws some Necronomicon pages into the cellar, and forces them to go out into the woods. Outside, Ash gets possessed and they all go back into the cabin. Annie accidentally stabs the guy and he dies (look before you stab). Ash breaks free from his possession and Annie says an incantation that shows the evil spirit in the flesh. She says another incantation to open a rift that sends the evil back to where it came from. Annie dies because Ash's hand stabbed her. Then Ash gets sucked into the rift and ends up in a medieval time. Army of Darkness: In medieval times, Ash gets thrown into a pit with a deadite. Ash escapes and is declared "the chosen one" and gets a synthetic hand. He gets attacked by mini-Ash's, so he kills them and eats one. This results in evil Ash. Ash kills his evil counterpart and buries him. Ash gets sent on a quest to find the Necronomicon, and he finds it. Three of them. Ash finds the right book, but wakes the army of darkness, as well as evil Ash. Back at the castle, Ash leads the army of knights into battle against the army of darkness lead by evil Ash. Ash conquers the army of darkness and is sent back home. Back at S-mart, Ash kills another deadite. And now... Evil Dead: A Fistful of Boomstick: On a TV show called "Mysteries of the Occult", a lady named Trisha, and a creepy guy named Eldridge, play the same videotape(Ash just can't seem to catch a break) as before. This allows the deadites to enter the world. Here we go again. Go down the street and turn left. A lone deadite will try to attack a h- uman, but a cop kills it. Go up and talk to the cop. Follow him, but a deadite jumps out of a wall and kills the cop. Go to the road block and grab the shovel. Leave the road block and kill the deadite, and pick up anything he drops. Go into the area across from the fallen deadite and grab the save game token. Go talk to the lumber yard worker and he will tell you that the boss has the key to the lumber yard. Head past the road block and go down the street until you see another cop kill a deadite. F- ight your way to the truck at the end of the street. Kill the two cop dea- dites, causing another cop deadite to attack. Kill him and grab the police badge he drops. Then the lumber yard boss rises from the dead. Kill him and collect the lumber yard key. Fight your way back, and eventually you will fight 3 deadites. Kill them and go to the lumber yard gate. The wo- rker is gone. Access your inventory and select the lumber yard key to un- lock the gates. Go in the shed and grab the chainsaw, the very chainsaw that Ash used to cut off his evil hand. Grab the health pack and exit t- he lumber yard by cutting through the wooden barricade. Kill the many deadites that run out of the lumber yard and talk to the cop standing by the barricade. Talk to him again and turn left and go straight. Save the person from the deadite that jumps out of the wall. Turn r- ight and follow the road until you find a parking lot full of trucks. Save the bikers and talk to one. He will give you a cheap, tin ring. Continue down the street to the TV station. Talk to the girl and she will give you the TV station gate key, but you need the security key card. So, head back to the area where you saved the first human, and go down the other path and turn left. Walk forward and turn right. Kill the deadite that jumps out of the wall. Head forward, grab the shotgun shells, and follow the path until you can grab the park key. Walk back to the beginning and unlock the gate and enter the park. Collect the health pack and prepare for a large deadite attack. Kill all of the deadites with the chainsaw, shovel, and boomstick. When they're all dead, grab the dynamite and the collectables lining the fence. Head all the way back to the barricade by the kitten club lot and chuck some dynamite over the wall. Fight your way back to th- e area where you got the park key, and go in the newly opened doorway. Pick up the save game token and kill the cop deadite and grab the sec- urity key card he drops. Then, grab the "lightning" spell to get a b- ook of spells. You can now collect deadite spirits to fill your new mana meter. Battle your way back to the TV station gate, and unlock it, oops. The lock is jammed. Kill deadites on your way back to th- e area where you got the lumber yard key and cut through the wooden blockage. Grab the save game token and the "extra strength" spell. Get back to the TV station gate and open it. Walk up to the door a- nd use the key card on the panel to open the doors. Go into the b- roadcasting area where you'll find Trisha and Eldridge in peril. Kill every deadite and talk to Eldridge. Level 1/6 complete. Level 2/6 Downtown Dearborn [DTDB] You begin in the TV station lot. Turn left and go behind the truck and grab the mana upgrade. Exit the lot and walk left and go down the street killing deadites that attack you. D- on't forget to go into the small alcoves and grab the health pickup and t- he health upgrade. Talk to the cop and follow him to the police station. DO NOT GO BEHIND THE POLICE STATION!!! There are hundreds of invincible deadites back there! Instead, head back to the area where you talked to t- he cop and go the other way. You will arrive at the church. Many deadite- s will pour out of a vortex. It's tricky, but battle your way into the c- hurch and talk to the preacher and he will say you need something silver to close all the vortexes in the town. Leave the church and go left while facing the church and go up to a blockade of police cars. Collect the hea- lth pack and go around the blockade and go up to the donut shop. Save the biker and talk to him. He will give you a silver item, but you need more that one silver thing to close multiple vortexes. Fight your way back to the vortex by the church and close it. Take a look at the street sign and follow the sign that points to the university. Talk to the cop and he will say you need to find another way in. Walk around the bus to find another biker. Save him and talk to him. He will give you something silver as well. Also killing biker deadites will give you an item made of silver. Look around for an alley with a biker in it. Save him and talk to him. He will give you the "possess deadite" spell. He left his silver at the TV station, so head back to the lot and go in the opposite direction you did to get the mana upgrade to find a silver item. Close as many vortexes as you can. When you close the last vortex you complete another task on your to-do list. When you close the university vortex a cop gives you a pistol. Walk through the archway to find a professor in danger. Save him and talk to him, but if the professor dies, you fail the level. He goes to get you Knowby's notebook, but the deadites rise again. Kill all of them and the professor comes out. Talk to him and you will get Knowby's notebook, and the professor will task you with finding Knowby's gold watch. Head back to the church, but you will find the church doors destroyed and the preacher dead, and Trisha and Eldridge missing. Talk to the cop outside and he will tell you to go check the park. Go back to the police station and possess a deadite and grab the stuff behind the grate. Talk to the guy outside the auto parts store to get explosive shotgun shells, then go to the park. The gate is padlocked shut but Trisha and Eldridge are in there. Go by the area you closed the vortex by the TV station and head up to the gate. Unlock the gate wit the park key you found in the first level. Quickly close the vortex and kill all the deadites. Talk to Eldridge and he will say you need to find "the kandarian summoning stone". Exit the park and go by the truck you passed to get to the cop you talked to, and you will find a biker. Save him and talk to him and he will give you Knowby's watch, a silver spoon, and the "stun" spell. If the biker dies, you do not get the "stun" spell. Close the vortex by the police station and return to the university. Talk to the professor and he will give you the key to the museum. Go to the museum, grab the health pack if you haven't already done so. Unlock the museum doors and enter. Level 2/6 complete. Level 3/6 Nathaniel Payne museum [NPMU] You begin in the main lobby. Walk forward into the basement. Kill the Sabertooth tigers and turn left and grab the weird vase. Look around to find a cop deadite. Kill it and grab the security pass and the lighter. Go back to the basement entrance and unlock the gate with the security pass and leave the area. Head around to the colonial America exhibit. There is a portion of wall with a white sign on it. Throw some dynamite at it and grab the green crystal behind it. Enter the gate and go in the locker room. Pick up the Spraypump and walk to the wall. Turn right to find another health upgrade. Go right and turn right at the wall again to talk to the security guard. He'll open the doors in the basement so you can get in them. But one of them will close when you get close to it. Go back into the basement and hunt around for the "possess dog" spell and the other vase. Exit the basement and go in the art room. Walk up to the painting of Nathaniel Payne and put the vases on the podiums. Grab the supernatural divining device. Go back to your starting point and go up the stairs to the east. Open the gate with the east wing security card you got from the guard in the locker room. Enter the ancient Egypt exhibit and go up to the gate to find Trisha and Eldridge. Talk to Trisha and access the panel with the east wing card. Talk to Trisha again. Go to the area where the sand is not and blow the section of wall up. Grab the yellow crystal and head back into the basement. Look for the boiler room to find a dead security guard. Collect the locker key and find the door that closes when you get close to it. Possess the hell hound and leave its body. Pick up the dynamite and blow up the big box-like thing. Exit the basement and go back to the guard in the locker room. He's a Deadite, so kill him and grab the case of incendiary pistol rounds. Walk up to the locker with the picture on it and open it. Collect the west wing security pass. Head back to your starting point again and go up the stairs to the west. Open the gate and blow up the polar bear statue with dynamite and grab the blue crystal. Open the gate and go to the earth's core exhibit and throw some dynamite into the middle of it. Pick up the red crystal and go further to find another area. Pick up the mana upgrade, the "summon" spell, and the launcher. Fight your way back to the gate with Trisha and Eldridge and talk to him. Head up to the portion of wall with a huge crack in it. Blow the wall piece up and collect the piece of torn parchment. There are 4 holes cut into the door. Put the crystals in in the following order: Red, green, blue, yellow. Follow the pathway to the entrance to Payne's temple. Grab the save game token and go up the ramp and through the doorway. Level 3/6 complete. Boss fight 1/3 Nathaniel Payne [NPBS] This is why Payne never came out of his temple. Payne is mounted into the middle of the floor so he doesn't move. Note that you have the shovel pre-equipped. Hold down the attack button and release before Payne's first attack hits Ash. This reflects the attack back at Payne and drains some of his health. Now he will shoot red orbs at you, avoid these until Payne does that first attack. Keep reflecting the attack back at Payne until he runs out of health. Boss fight 1/3 complete. Level 4/6 Colonial Dearborn [CODB] You begin in the woods outside town. Immediately draw the launcher, because you will be facing two guardians. Kill them both and take out your incendiary pistol rounds. Battle your way down the path to the right to reach a burning house. Remember where it is. Head back to your starting point and talk to the guy in red. Go back to the burning house and talk to the guy. He will give you a silver ring, but if you give him the cheap tin ring you got from the biker in the first level, he will give you some Molotov cocktails. If the biker died, you won't get the cocktails. Make your way back to the vortex by your starting point and close it. Head into town and find a guy in green. He will say you went back to the year 1695 (ah, great). Fight your way down the street and eventually you will find a church across the street from a mansion. From the mansion, go into the wall to the left (while facing the church) and go down the hill to find the house of the blacksmith. Talk to the blacksmith and he will give you a hand cannon but he will take your lighter and Spraypump. Head back to the area with a pathway and follow it to a barn. Cut down the wooden blockade with the chainsaw and grab the pickups inside, including the billy can. Make your way back to the blacksmith, grab the spell scroll piece and talk to him. He will give you the upgraded boomstick, and flamethrower. He will also give you a set of bolt cutters. Head back to the barn and open the doors with the bolt cutters. Grab the various shotgun ammos and the piece of scrap metal. Before leaving look around the buildings to find the sickle. Make your way back to the blacksmith's house to find him missing. Collect the pentagonal piece of stone. Go to the church and open the doors with the church key you got in level 2. Talk to the preacher to get another spell scroll piece. Enter the graveyard and go up to the area with a door. Possess a deadite and enter the door. Follow the path to a small group of deadites. Kill the warrior and grab the spell scroll piece. Kill the deadites and cut through the wooden blockage and grab everything in the area. Go back to the graveyard area and go in the opposite direction to find another door. Open the door with the pentagonal piece of stone. Collect the "rain of fire" spell. Follow the path to find Eldridge. Go back to the area with the mansion and follow the right side of it to find another deadite warrior. Kill it to get the 4th spell scroll piece. Walk back into the graveyard and kill the warrior. Grab the last spell scroll piece and head back to Eldridge. Talk to him and he goes into the vortex. Kill the deadite warrior that sneaks up behind you and grab the "possess guardian" spell it drops. Possess one of the two guardians around the blacksmith. Kill the other guardian and talk to the blacksmith. Lastly, go through the vortex. Level 4/6 complete. Level 5/6 Civil war Dearborn [CWDB] You begin in front of a fort. Enter the corner to the left of the fort to find some pickups. From your starting point, turn right to find a health upgrade and the sword (the sword will replace the sickle). Walk up to the solder and talk to him. Now you need to find an army. From your starting point, turn around and follow the path to a barricade. Use the launcher to blow up the barricade. The map is very much like the colonial Dearborn level, except the barn area is the unionist's camp, and another area (don't know where it is) is the confederate camp. A group of confederates talk to you. Head for the church (you should know where it is) and open the doors with the church key you got way back in the 2nd level. Talk to the preacher and exit the church. Go the area with a very small clearing in colonial Dearborn and talk to one of the guys. Lead the people back to the church and talk to the preacher again to get half of a map and the other half of the torn parchment from the 3rd level. The two halves form the "possess slavelord" spell. Exit the church and make your way to the confederate camp entrance. Talk to one of the guys and then give him your S-mart name badge to enter the camp. The leader of the confederates is near a pole so find him and talk to him. He won't believe the deadites exist so make a deadite warrior follow you to the confederate camp and talk to the "head honcho" again. Now battle your way to the unionist camp and talk to the leader. He will say the blacksmith left you a gift so fight your way to the blacksmith's house and grab his gift: a Gatling Gun. Fight your way back to the unionist camp, cut open the wooden barricade, and grab all of the various Gatling rounds, then talk to the unionist leader. Battle your way to the graveyard and get to the area where you used the pentagonal piece of stone in the previous level and grab the silver bars. Close all of the vortexes and talk to the unionist leader one last time. Battle your way back to the fort at the starting point and enter. Grab the silver items and close the vortexes in the fort to get to Eldridge. Level 5/6 complete. Boss fight 2/3 Eldridge [EBO] Now that you have caught up with Eldridge, Ash will kill him. But then Eldridge reappears as a hideously grotesque behemoth. Note that you have your pistol pre-equipped. When Eldridge gets close to a barrel, shoot it to flip him over. If you haven't already equipped your Gatling Gun, then do so now and use the incendiary round for maximum damage. Eventually, Eldridge will start to charge at you. If he hits a wall, this will also flip him over. Repeat the process until Eldridge is defeated. Boss fight 2/3. complete Level 6/6 Evil Dearborn [EDB] You begin in front of the church. Turn left and grab the save game token then head down into the tunnel. Kill enough deadite warriors to perform the "possess slavelord" spell and do it. Open both slavelord only doors. From the one across from the warrior only door, grab the cell key. From the first slavelord only door, talk to the guy and unlock the cell door and talk to him again to get a wrench. Open the other cell door and grab the Leecher. Open the sewer grate and get to the surface. Head down into the tunnel across from you and fend of a storm of hell hounds. Walk down the ramp and possess the slavelord and open two slavelord only doors. Leave the slavelord's body and enter the door in the small rock formation to grab the "dispel runic lock" spell. Enter the other slavelord only door, grab all of the collectables, and fight your way to the end of the path to find the diamond-bladed chainsaw. Get back to the surface and enter the first tunnel you went into and cut the fences to grab various collectables and the final spell: the "possess warrior" spell. Exit the tunnel and enter the other tunnel you entered and go left. Possess a warrior and open the warrior only door (or two) in the area and the warrior only door outside of the small room. Leave the warrior's body, kill the guardian, and collect the Extanguisher. The Extanguisher replaces the Leecher but, like the Leecher, the Extanguisher can siphon deadite blood, but the Extanguisher can also shoot the deadite blood it siphons. Enter the other room where you possessed the warrior and enter the warrior only door and collect the bizarre occult thing, fend off an ambush from a bunch of deadite warriors and exit the door. Enter the first tunnel you entered and open the warrior only door to find the second occult thing. Get back to the area with the two warrior only doors and enter the one you didn't already. Follow the pathway around and go into the sewer tunnel. Locate and open the warrior only door and grab the last occult thing. Head back to the path you took to get the 3rd occult thing and put them in the podiums from left to right in the following order: green, red, blue. This causes a bridge to roll out, so stand on the icon and perform the "dispel runic lock" spell to move on to the queen's lair. Level 6/6 complete. Boss fight 3/3 Trisha [TBO] This is it. The queen's lair. The final chapter. The last stand. Ash versus Trisha! Chainsaw versus hideousness! Dynamite versus giant creature! Anyway, comedy aside, it's time to end this and save Dearborn from ruin. Trisha will shoot weird things that look like smog balls so stand behind a crystal pillar, and when Trisha opens her mouth to launch a seismic wave, throw dynamite in her mouth. Keep doing this and Trisha will eventually die. Be careful, though. If you fail to get the Dynamite in her mouth, or you wait too long, Trisha will launch the Seismic Wave, which not only damages you if you're out in the open, it damages the Pillars. Be quick about getting the Dynamite in her mouth. Boss fight 3/3 complete. CONGRATULATIONS! YOU HAVE BEATEN THE EVIL DEAD: A FISTFUL OF BOOMSTICK GAME! Now all you have to do is complete arcade mode. Good luck. VI: Contact me [VICM] If you have any Suggentions, Questions, or Comments, feel free to send me an E-Mail at nathanielm63(AT)yahoo(DOT)com
