真・三國無双３ Shin Sangoku Musou 3 Item Unlocking Guide Version 2.00 (4.4.03) Written by 無二　忍 Muni Shinobu (muni_shinobu@yahoo.com) 真┃・┃三┃國┃無┃双┃３┃ ━┛━┛━┛━┛━┛━┛━┛ SHIN SANGOKU MUSOU 3 ITEM UNLOCKING GUIDE General Requirements: * All items can be obtained in all three difficulty levels. * All items can be obtained in both Musou Mode and Free Mode unless otherwise noted. ------------------------------------- 鐙 Saddle Items * Found in colorful wooden boxes that appear after the 貴重品発見 Precious Item Report. * Can be obtained in all three difficulty levels. * Can be obtained in both Musou Mode and Free Mode unless otherwise noted. 赤兎鐙 Red Hare Saddle - start stage with the Red Hare Horse - fastest horse Stage - 下[丕卩]の戦い Battle of Xia Pi Side - 呂布軍 Lu Bu Scenario Method - Don't kill any enemy generals (killing enemy soldiers is okay), wait for the 関羽 Guan Yu meet Red Hare event, defeat 関羽 Guan Yu, be prepared because 関羽 Guan Yu is very strong in attack and defense here, 貴 重品発見 Precious Item Report on the little island at the bottom right of map. 的廬鐙 Di Lu Hex Mark Saddle - start stage with the 的廬 Di Lu Hex Mark Horse (劉備 Liu Bei's horse) - luck up horse Stage - 劉備討伐戦 Campaign Against Liu Bei Side - 黄巾伝 Yellow Turban Musou Mode Note - Must be obtained in Musou Mode Method - In 黄巾伝 Yellow Turban Musou Mode Chapter One, first choose 黄巾砦 攻防戦 Yellow Turban Fortress, then choose 劉備討伐戦 Campaign Against Liu Bei. Defeat 趙雲 Zhao Yun and 関羽 Guan Yu before all the enemy back-up troops appear, then deplete 劉備 Liu Bei's HP to about half, 貴重品発見 Precious Item Report on the little island at the bottom right of map. 飛電鐙 Fei Dian Flying Lightning Saddle - start stage with the 爪黄飛電 Zhua Huang Fei Dian Yellow Claw Flying Lightning Horse (曹操 Cao Cao's horse) - ride attack up Stage - 曹操討伐戦 Campaign Against Cao Cao Side - 呂布軍 Lu Bu Scenario Method - See through either 徐晃 Xu Huang or 楽進 Yue Jin's ambush troop, cross the right circular mountain path from the South to see through 徐晃 Xu Huang's ambush troop or approach the left fort from the South to see through 楽進 Yue Jin's ambush troop, then after 夏侯惇 Xiahou Dun appears as back-up troop general, defeat 夏侯惇 Xiahou Dun, 貴重品発見 Precious Item Report to the left of the map bottom entry point. 絶影鐙 Jue Ying Matchless Shadow Saddle - start stage with the 絶影 Jue Ying Matchless Shadow Horse (曹操 Cao Cao's horse) - won't fall off any horse Stage - 潼関の戦い Battle of Tong Gate Side - 劉備軍 Liu Bei Scenario Method - First defeat the 4 enemy generals at the bottom right area, then wait for the 韓遂 Han Sui meet with 曹操 Cao Cao event, Ice Castle gate opens, defeat 于禁 Yu Jin and 徐晃 Xu Huang, defeat 曹操 Cao Cao's 2 sub-generals, deplete 曹操 Cao Cao's soldiers until his moral star drops to 1 star, wait for the following two things to happen, found lots of horses event & 韓遂 Han Sui refuse to defect message, 貴重品発見 Precious Item Report at the right side of the bottom right area. 象鐙 Elephant Saddle - start stage with the elephant Stage - 南蛮夷平定戦 Nan Man Campaign Side - 南蛮軍 Nan Man Scenario Method - Ride on an elepant and enter enemy base, 貴重品発見 Precious Item Report inside ally base. The difficult part is getting an elephant from an ally to ride on. Chances are better if you play on a higher difficulty setting. An interesting thing to know, 黄蓋 Huang Gai's bomb can knock allies off their rides. ------------------------------------- 玉 Jade Items * Randomly found in wooden boxes or dropped by enemy generals. 炎玉 Flame Jade - Attacks with flame element - Enemies that receive this attack will continue to lose HP for a certain period of time 雷玉 Thunder Jade - Attacks with thunder element - Enemies that receive this attack will cause damage to other enemy soldiers around them 斬玉 Slash (Vorpal) Jade - Attacks with slash element - Normal soldiers will be instantly killed at a certain probability - Enemy generals will receive a set amount of damage 氷玉 Ice Jade - Attacks with ice element - Enemies will be frozen in place for a certain period of time at a set probability 烈玉 Blaze (Blast) Jade - Attacks with blaze element - Deals out additional damage, enemies will lose HP even when guarding 毒玉 Poison Jade - Attacks with poison element - Enemies that receive this attack will become poisoned - In this poisoned condition they will receive more damage than usual when you attack them ------------------------------------- 能力 Ability Items (Random) * Found in wooden boxes or dropped by enemy generals. 朱雀翼 Red Sparrow Wing - HP gage up 青龍胆 Blue Dragon Gut (Courage) - musou gage up 白虎牙 White Tiger Tooth - attack up 玄武甲 Black Turtle Shell - defense up 神速符 Super Speed Spell - speed up 翔靴 Fly Boots - jump strength up 黄忠弓 Huang Zhong Bow - arrow attack up 籐甲鎧 Vine Armor - arrow defense up 羌族角 Jiang Tribe Horn - ride attack up 騎甲鎧 Rider Armor - ride defense up 七星帯 Seven Star Belt - luck up 活丹 Alive Pill - musou gage increase faster 仙丹 Fairy Pill - charge attack up ------------------------------------- 能力 Ability Items (Precious) * Found in colorful wooden boxes that appear after the 貴重品発見 Precious Item Report or dropped by Supply Team Captains that appear after the 輸送部隊出現 Supply Team Appearance message. * Can be obtained in all three difficulty levels. * Can be obtained in both Musou Mode and Free Mode unless otherwise noted. 孫子兵法 Sun Tzu's Book of War - temporary in-battle items effect longer Stage - 孫堅討伐戦 Campaign Against Sun Jian Side - 董卓軍 Dong Zhuo Scenario Method - Defeat 孫権 Sun Quan and enter the top castle, then defeat any 3 out of the following enemy generals 孫尚香 Sun Shang Xiang 周泰 Zhou Tai 呂 蒙 Lu Meng 甘寧 Gan Ning, 輸送部隊出現 Supply Team Appearance from the entry point to the bottom left of the map top castle, moving towards the map bottom entry point. 発破伝書 Explode Legend Book - when life is critical, attack strength x2 when getting up after falling Stage - 二喬奪還戦 The Two Qiaos Side - 孫堅軍 Sun Jian Scenario Method - Rescue in order 大喬 Da Qiao and then 小喬 Xiao Qiao, 貴重品発見 Precious Item Report to the bottom left of the bridge at the bottom of the map. 護衛心得 Bodyguard Learned Lesson - bodyguards become stronger Stage - 関羽千里行 Guan Yu's Escape Side - 劉備軍 Liu Bei Scenario Don't backtrack to defeat 夏侯惇 Xiahou Dun, let him approach, time it so you defeat the last gate general when 夏侯惇 Xiahou Dun is around the bridge in front of the 4th gate, after passing through the 5th gate, 夏侯惇 Xiahou Dun will catch up to you and speak to 関羽 Guan Yu, 貴重品発見 Precious Item Report at the end of the path in that area. 真乱舞書 Real Musou Attack Book - real musou attack regardless of HP Stage - 関羽千里行 Guan Yu's Escape Side - 曹操軍 Cao Cao Scenario Method - Player passes the 5th gate, 輸送部隊出現 Supply Team Appearance to the right of the bridge in front of the 4th gate, moving Eastward. 剛柔法書 Hard Soft Method Book - won't lose weapon locks Stage - 黄巾砦攻防戦 Yellow Turban Fortress Side - 黄巾党 Yellow Turban Scenario Method - Defeat 関羽 Guan Yu and 趙雲 Zhao Yun, 輸送部隊出現 Supply Team Appearance in front of the small square area at the top left of the map, moving upwards and around the map top area towards the entry point at the right of the map top area. 真空書 Vacuum Book - attack radius increase Stage - 許昌の戦い Battle of Xu Chang Side - 蜀軍 Shu Scenario Method - Succeed in both protecting 月英 Yue Ying when she's setting up the 雲梯 Cloud Ladder, and also defeating 許チョ Xu Chu's ambush-troop appearance in the ally base, 司馬懿 Sima Yi surprised by you succeeding in two separate tasks simultaneously, 貴重品発見 Precious Item Report at the top of the left half of the map. 浄炎火矢 Cleansed Flame Fire Arrow - arrows become fire arrows Stage - 荊州鎮圧戦 Unification of Jing Side - 呉軍 Wu Scenario Method - Before the enemy join forces message, defeat 王朗 Wang Lang's sub-general 周[日斤] Zhou Xin, 輸送部隊出現 Supply Team Appearance at the right entrance of the map left castle, moving towards map top right. 鉄甲手 Iron Shell Hand - can stand damage during charge attack Stage - 孫堅討伐戦 Campaign Against Sun Jian Side - 袁紹軍 Yuan Shao Scenario Method - Enter map top castle before enemy back-up troops arrive, 輸送部隊出 現 Supply Team Appearance South of the castle, moving towards the the entry point to the bottom left of the castle.
