Date: Fri, 12 Jun 1998 18:02:33 +0800 KOF97 codes for the PS version (japanese import) ------------------------------------------------ Version 1.1: Sorry about the BIG mistake I made in the last version!!! Sean Goh (Singapore) http://www.geocities.com/tokyo/dojo/6184 Any questions can be directed to psyke@pacific.net.sg Intro: ------ This is just a very very short faq on the codes to get the orochi characters in the PS version of King Of Fighters 97. The codes are changed from the arcade and the saturn version (slightly, but still changed). The game came out here a while back and I have been trying to do the arcade codes but can't find them. I got one of my friends over to try it out and whaddya now, he discovered the codes to use all the orochi characters, and I also found out how to use Orochi!! (don't get too excited about using Orochi now, see below for details) Visit my homepage at the address listed above to see animated images of Street Fighter characters and lots of other goodies. Sign my guestbook if you can too.. :) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well here goes: To enable Orochi Iori, Orochi Leonna, Orochi Chris, Orochi Yashiro, and Orochi Shermie, follow these simple steps at the character selection screen. At anywhere on the screen, simply press L1 and R1 together. Some times I take 3 to 4 tries to get the code right. If done correctly, the screen will reload and ALL the orochi characters will be available!! In the last faq I made I mistake on the left and right thing. Sorrieeeee To use Orochi, you must be in the practice mode or versus mode as it's the only modes where he can be accessed. Shucks. At the practice mode character selection screen, simply press L2 and R2 together. Try again if you don't succeed. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- That's it!! Until new codes are found there won't be any updates to this faq! PS: Can anyone do the infinite combos on the PS version!! I can't seem to do any of them! If anyone manage to find anything on the infinite combos gimme an e-mail, and I'll write a infinity combo faq on KOF97! Do You Know : Gambit has a 2 button infinite in Marvel VS Capcom Bye Bye!!!!
