TENCHU 2: the birth of assassins, when may playstation begins to work (PS CD holder

FREE ITEM:

GRAPPLING HOOK - This item is infinite, you can use it as many times as you want and it
is most usefull in every missions of the game.
========================
NORMAL ITEMS:
========================
SHURIKEN - This item is use in long range distance or in a short distance. if in long
[MAX 99] distance range, press triangle and hold it then target the enemy then release
the triangle botton. if in close distance range, just simply press the traingle
botton without holding it and use your estimating target.
HEALING POTION - This item is used when your character is badly injured. by using this,
[MAX 99] it will restore the health of your injured character, but use this item
wisely.
CALTROPS - This item is used when you are followed by one or more enemies, to injure
[MAX 99] them and to stop them from pursueing you. this will scatter on the ground.
GRENADE - This item is used in one or gather enemies, when you throw this item and impacts
[MAX 99] with the enemy's body or near it, this will explode and gets a great damage in
the health of a certain enemy.
SMOKE BOMB - This item is used when you are surrounded by enemies or use it just on enemy
[MAX 99] bosses. this generate smoke to obscure and confuse a certain enemy to have
them out of defense.
MINE - This item is used when a strong enemy is a your front, just simply press the
[MAX 99] triangle botton and you'll automatically plant the mine on the ground and when
the enemy steps on it, this will explode and inflects huge damage on the enemy.
POISON RICE - This item is used in a long distance, after throwing it on a certain enemy,
[MAX 99] that enemy warrior will have a temporary paralysis, if he eats that rice.
COLORED RICE - This item is used as a trail maker, to let you stay in the path and not
[MAX 99] getting you confuse on you way in, but letterally will not be used mostly
in the game.

SPECIAL ITEMS:
========================
LIGHTFOOT SCROLL - This item is used if you're in a hurry im reaching your destination,
[MAX 3] this makes your moving ability to run like a lightning.
SUPER SHURIKEN - This item is used when there's lots of enemies head in your way, you'll
[MAX 3] throw at least 8 shurikens in a different directions simultaneously.
FIRE-EATER SCROLL - This item is used when you have no other choice but to burn your
[MAX 3] enemies alive, this will execute you to breath fire from your mouth.
PROTECT AMULET - This item is used when you need a super strength in offence and defense
[MAX 3] capability, but it's just temporaryly boost.
SLEEPING GAS - This item is used when you need your enemies to put them to sleep, to kill
[MAX 3] them easily and without hard effort.
NINJA ARMOR - This item is used when you need powerful defesive cloth and this will reduce
[MAX 1] the damage that the enemy attacks inflects on you to 30%.
SHADOW DECOY - This item is used when you need to out smart your enemies by using a ninja
[MAX 3] dummy to create an attention towards the enemy and getting them as decoy.
RESURRECTION LEAF - This item is used when accident happens in the game, when you forgot
[MAX 3] to use or no time to use the healing potion cause of lots of enemies
attacking you and your health runs out then this will automatically
restores your health upon death.
CHAMELEON SPELL - This item is used when you need to sneak in and you'll be temporarily
[MAX 3] disguise as an enemy to let them not detect you.
DOG BONE - This item is used when you need help or backup, this will summons a ninja
[MAX 1] dog and helps you attack the enemies.
DECOY WHISTLE - This item is used when enemies sees you at far, and use this creating
[MAX 1] a sound of an animal to fool enemies.

RIKIMARU: A very strong sword slashing damage, but he has a problem with his
speed and agility.
AYAME: A very quick ninja girl that is easy to move away from attcking enemies
but her problem is, she can only take out small amount of damage to the
enemies.

RECORD - This is where your records of scores and time in the game, after a certain
mission/level is cleared.
DIFFICULTY - This submenu, is where you choose the enemies skills wether it has to be
hard or normal.
STEREO/MONE - This submenu, is where you choose what type of sound out come whether it
is stereo or mono.
VOLUME - This submenu, is where you adjust your volume in the game, by using the music
and effects.
MUSIC TEST - This submenu allows you to hear the music sound track in the game or play
music and the other one is the sound effects in the game or play effects.

The directional arrows like the up, down, left, right are moving commands of the
character, to easily attack and avoids enemies.

assassin but this has no use at all if the autosave is on.
AUTOSAVE - This sub menu activates the autosave of the game after completing a certain
mission in the game.

This training is so easy, that you don't have to confuse your way in. you just climb
high wall using your grappling hook, and hide from enemy using your stealth skills
and kill them without noticing you from come near atr their back. use shurikens for
the bow warrior acompanied by a samurai warrior in the second to the last obtacle
part of the training and you'll pass your training.

Stealth one move, one kill:

Bloody throat slit - This one move death attack is simply sneak behind your enemies
and press forward and square.
Frontal sword stab - This one move death attack happens when your enemies is facing
you and didn't notice you at all or when you sneak in at his back
and he just face toward you and pressing forward and square.
Ninja bone breaker - This one move death attack happens when you are facing away from
your opponent, facing back to back with your enemy press forward
square. or when you are in the left or right side of the enemy press
left or right sqaure. or when you pass the enemy by and press
forward square.

Wealth is one thing, power and status is another, many of merchants class
become rich, but merchants class is large step below nobility. merchants,
no matter how wealthy cannot become samurai. This cause many merchants to
lust for power that they were officially denied, few of many men named
Echigoya. Echigoya begins his carreer as an honest trader, but before long
his rivals become turn up dead, and Echigoya expanded into protection, loan
sharking, and gambling. His methods are brutal, his profits fast. If his
rescued, Echigoya would simply bribe himself free, you must make him pay for
his crime with his life.

In level 1 mission, you'll start a place near a wall then use your grappling hook
to climb on the wall then head to the right way of the wall, in stealth or running
motion as long you will not be detected by enemies and after you've reached a
huge house in your left, again use your grappling hook to travel yourself going to
the house and at the top roof of the house head straigth north in your position now
and in the next house you'll see a window entrance, enter in that window entrance
and kill if there's enemy sleeping near by and after that jump into a square hole
in that floor area to find out Echigoya.

The man is a samurai slasher, hired by Echigoya to protect him as his bodyguard.
This boss has a simple moves he just slash twice and put down his sword then
he'll have no defense, so attack him after he'll slashes you twice and repeat
this method until he dies and after you've kill him.

And after the fight, head back up where you have junp in using your grappling hook
and outside of the window entrance, head to the wall in your right and kill enemies
by sneaking in or using your items and here you'll see two small houses in the second
house there you'll see Echigoya, but clear the area first from warriors patroling in
there and then go inside the house to execute Echigoya.

This fat greedy old guy is so easy to defeat or assassinate, he just use his little
greedy old gun to defend himself. he always panics and then shots his gun saying "die!",
well the only guy should die here is him. so, just simply slash him before he fires his
pistol gun.

A large and well-organized group of outlaws intend to attack lord Gohda's territory,
you have stolen a copy of there plans. If these plans are delivered to lord Gohda,
his forces will crash the outlaws at little cost, without the plans lord Gohda faces
a brutal fight. the enemy has sent a group of ninjas to the town, outside of your
lord's castle to stop you from delivering the plans, delute or destroying the enemies
and get the plans to lord Gohda.

From your current position use a grappling hook to go on the roof of the house in the
right then just watch the map and head straight forward and careful about ninjas on
the roofs and after you've passed the bridge or river there may be enemies near by but
they can't swim, then just head to the end point of the map and see your lord's
stronghold and your done with the level 2 mission.

missing ninja is in the torture chamber deep under the dangerous forest. with orders
to immediately to free the captive, lord Gohda has release you from the ninja code
which forbeds recues. you must free the captive and quickly.

From your position, try to see your map and head for the entrance cave int the right side
of your map, in the woods you'll encounter wolves and spear warriors and bow warriors
and after that, at the cave you encounter lots of enemies guarding so be careful. in the
entrance cave go in straight and after you've see two path ways the upper way and the left
way. choose the left path and then after that you'll see again two path ways, now choose
the upper path and afterwards you'll see a bridge with an enemy guard and after killing
the guard go to the center of the bridge and face to the right and jump or use grappling
hook to travel the other side and after that head straight to the path and encounter many
enemies and after reaching again two path ways, the left and the right path. choose the
left and after heading left, go up and fight Goo and his bear.

GOO: So! the mice come out to play! that means Goo can get plat too.

This bear seems to attack first, it has huge damage amount when you are hit, but
it takes time for him to attack. when his off guard slash him good and it will be
fine.

This seems inflects greater damage than his pet bear, he attack three blows continuesly
and after that he'll be off guard, he also has a turning blow attack, and a trust blow
attack. when his off guard slice him good and then mission is done.

Years of bloody civil war have ended a fragile truth. it's a time for peace, for
tried of attack is constant. death and destruction is the prize of complasantcy. ever
vigilant, Lord Gohda sent you to spy on suspisious movements in a potentially hostile
in a neighbor in territory. Lord Gohda's worst fears are truth, this neighbor intends
to attcks with an army of 20,000 men. Lord Gohda must be informed. you rush back towards
his territory under the cover of darkness. near the border you come accross an enemy
checkpoint. there's no may around you, you must get through the checkpoint and deliver
your report.

After you've defeated her, once you eneter the gate head to the right and watch out for
enemies near by, and after you've arrive in the most corner right, head forward and you'll
see a bridge. near the bridge you may sometime see a wolf or an enemy warrior walking
around and after you've pass the bridge you'll see lots of enemies especially the watchful
archers and spear warrior. from here just head straight forward and use your stealth
ability to kill enemies, in here you may climb small hills and once you see a gate, that
will be you escape route. but their are enemy archers watching in the tower to protect
from enemies like you and their are guard from the ground too. after you've killed all
enemy in the surrounding , enter the gate and fight the next enemy boss.

grappling hook and after examining the statue from top to botton and then you'll fight
the Manji.

you are one on one with them, just use stealth to beat all surrounding enemies
and from your position head to the left when you get accross to the bridge and just
follow the map with a huge pirate ship and your in the docks, you'll see the ship
and head to it using a small wooden brige and face Captain Bulmer.

Here it is important that you watch your step or you'll fall in an instant death. in this
level, from your position just watch your map and head straight up and beware of wolf and
demons enemies and after that you'll see a cliff, head to the left of the cliff and pass
to the bridge and after you pass the bridge head to the right and another way to pass
through the opposite cliff is to just simply use your grappling hook and aim it to the
opposite cliff then from here you'll climb small mountain cliffs and then enter the tunnel
cave and killed the enemy walking in the place then head through out of the tunnel cave
and use grappling hook to a high cliff then climb again several short cliffs and you may
use your grappling hook for assurance, from here just follow the path and kill enemies
guarding near you until you arrive in the area where the heling herb is located.

climb the roof and then go to the top floor and fight Onikage.

all enemies to have no difficulty in fighting Onikage in the next door gate. and after
you've killed them all open then the door gate and fight Onikage again for the last time.

After you've killed Onikage and jump down, head straight forward then go right and jump
down and then go forward from your position and then go right where the lava flows then
go in from the second entrance from the last and then jump forward to avoid from the lava
then go left and head straight forward. and after you'll see a bridge with a river of
lava, here there are group of enemies standing by, so be careful and don't fall in the
lava pool, pass the bridge and go to the right until you see another bridge heading to an
entrance to the right. jump to the entrance from the bridge and then jump down and from
here just go forward and after you see a small lava pool, jump to the right and you'll
hear the voice of the princess then the huge stone opens up and after that jump down and
fight the final boss lord Mei-oh.

and in the next house you'll see a window entrance, enter in that window entrance

archers and spear warrior. from here just head straight forward and use your stealth
ability to kill enemies, in here you may climb small hills and once you see a gate, that
will be you escape route. but their are enemy archers watching in the tower to protect

enemy in the surrounding , enter the gate and fight the next enemy boss.

Here it is important that you watch your step or you'll fall in an instant death. in this

demons enemies and after that you'll see a cliff, head to the left of the cliff and pass

through the opposite cliff is to just simply use your grappling hook and aim it to the
opposite cliff then from here you'll climb small mountain cliffs and then enter the tunnel
cave and killed the enemy walking in the place then head through out of the tunnel cave
and use grappling hook to a high cliff then climb again several short cliffs and you may
use your grappling hook for assurance, from here just follow the path and kill enemies
guarding near you until you arrive in the area where the heling herb is located.

This guy is so powerful that he only uses kick on you and could defend by his
knees with your sword. he attacks with his front axe kick, turning back kick,
and kick exellent common attack the combo round house kick, and his greatest
damage move the scissor kick and when his HP is in critical condition he'll
get a healing potion to recover his life, so attack him before he uses it.

power is unlimited. you are lord Gohda's only hope, you must rescue the princess and
destroy Mei-oh.

WALKTHROUGH

From your position, head straight up and after you'e arrive in a bridge near a river,
you'll encounter dog, archers, and spear warrior. so use your items or your stealth to
kill the guarding enemies in order to pass through and after you passed the bridge, open
the door gate and encounter again dogs, enemy warriors in the open field of snow. kill
all enemies to have no difficulty in fighting Onikage in the next door gate. and after
you've killed them all open then the door gate and fight Onikage again for the last time.

AYAME: Don't make me laugh. how many times should do have to kill you.
ONIKAGE: How naive, you can't beat me when I try.

After you've killed Onikage and jump down, head straight forward then go right and jump
down and then go forward from your position and then go right where the lava flows then
go in from the second entrance from the last and then jump forward to avoid from the lava
then go left and head straight forward. and after you'll see a bridge with a river of
lava, here there are group of enemies standing by, so be careful and don't fall in the
lava pool, pass the bridge and go to the right until you see another bridge heading to an
entrance to the right. jump to the entrance from the bridge and then jump down and from
here just go forward and after you see a small lava pool, jump to the right and you'll
hear the voice of the princess then the huge stone opens up and after that jump down and
fight the final boss lord Mei-oh.

MEI-OH: So. you killed Onikage, who would have thought it possible.
AYAME: Meioh, shut up and tell me where Kiku is!

This guy is power but he doesn't uses his brain, if you go near him he'll use his
lightning strike against you, but you'll not be hit if your running. just go near
him and attack, to not let him give a chance to attack you. if he teleports you
use your side step to the left to avoid being hit by his sword. and if this doesn't
work for you at all, use your remaining offensive items like grenades, mines, smoke
bomb, shuriken and if you have a low HP bar life use you healing potion to heal your
damages.

This cheat only works on stages 3,6,9,10. During the cinematics the character will speak in
japanese instead of English. At the Stage select screen Hold L1 then press Left, Left, Down,
