Enabled by pressing a punch and a kick of different strengths (ie: Jab+Forward...). Requires one level of the Super Meter. Note that you cannot perform Super Moves while in this mode, but you can link Super Moves to combos that begin in it Guard Break: An unblockable move that renders the target unconscious, performed by pressing a punch and a kick of the same strength (ie: Fierce+Roundhouse) Meteo Combo: Each character now has a specific Level 3 Super Move, enabled by performing a specific motion and pressing one of the x's 3 buttons (Kick x 3/Punch x 3) as noted.         is to use Forward for both parts of the Windmill Kick, as well
        as the Dart Kick. Use the Fierce version of the Force Ball so
        it reaches the target, immediately canceling into the Meteo
        Combo #2)

        target doesn't have time to block it)

14. Guard Break, Jumping Roundhouse, Jumping Fierce, Cancel into
        Super Spinning Sword (strike with the jumping Roundhouse
        extremely late, so that the target has almost landed on the
        ground from the Guard Break. This will launch the target
        high enough for you to connect with the Jumping Fierce on
        your next jump. Immediately after striking with the Jumping
        Fierce, cancel into the Super Spinning Sword)

15. Jumping Fierce, Crouching Strong, Crouching Forward, Sword Slash,
        Cancel into Sword Barrage, Cancel into Rising Sword, Cancel
        into Super Spinning Sword

16. Jumping Roundhouse, Activate Excel Mode and perform, Standing
        Jab, Standing Roundhouse, Flip Sword, Sword Slash, Spinning
        Sword, Cancel into Super Spinning Sword (cancel into the 
        Super Spinning Sword extremely early or the target will fall
        away. Also, add an extra Standing Jab and Standing Roundhouse
        to the Excel Combo if necessary to lengthen the combo, 
        thereby allowing Excel Mode to end as you are in the air and
        attempting the Super Spinning Sword. Start this combo with
        the target in the corner)
