HUNTER X HUNTER :MABOROSHI NO GREED EYE LAND COPYRIGHT: Yoshihiro Togashi/Shueisha/Fuji TV/Nippon Animation 1999 Game Design by konami KCEJ 2000 FOREWORD: Yokoso minasan!(welcome ladies & gents) to my FAQ of HUNTER X HUNTER:GREED ISLAND’S ILLUSION for the Playstation and as you all know its highly doubtful if Konami of America will ever publish an English version of this game because believe me when I say that this game isn’t all that great but I played it anyway and I DID finish it. So don’t ever suspect I guessed my way out of this game because I can read Japanese characters (Herigana & Katakana) except the convoluted Kanji that is .I am a HUNTER X HUNTER fan and I’m very familiar with every character presented in this game because I watched the anime series so I suggest that you watch the anime as well in order to fully familiarize yourself with the characters and their names. Why no walkthrough? Simple because a map will be automatically outlined whenever you are traversing in a dungeon. Areas in the world map will gradually appear when you successfully complete a dungeon. So I decided instead to make a complete translation of the numerous menus & submenus that are presented in Japanese text because a lot of players are getting confused because of this, hence not knowing when to start the game. Below is a step by step in–order-of-screen-appearance guide in which it will help players understand the game more clearly.
