With the addition of the Tribunal expansion, 11 new ingredients were introduced, and the Bloodmoon expansion has added 21 new items to its list of alchemy ingredients. Each ingredient has 1 to 4 different effects. If an effect shows up as question mark (?), that means your Alchemy skill is too low. As your Alchemy skill increases, you will be able to see the different effects. With an Alchemy skill of 15, you will be able to see the first effect. At 30, you will be able to see the second. At 45, you will be able to see the third, and at 60, you will be able to see the fourth. The first effect is what you will get if you successfully eat the ingredient. You will have a higher chance of successfully eating an ingredient if you have a high Alchemy skill. The remaining effects are used to create potions.
