You’ll see the complete list of trading cards and some tips to help you collect all the cards. I do know that if you confirm to trade a card, your Game Boy will wait for the other person to press A. How to Collect: --------------- You can collect cards in two ways. First, you can find them while you are playing the levels. When you find one, the girl (depends on the game you’re playing) will talk about showing it to the Professor. Once you pick it up, it will be added to your collection. Cards can only be picked up once. So, if you thought about redoing the Pokey Oaks School Level in Paint the Townsville Green to amass Buttercup cards, forget it. Usually, after you defeat the boss in the level, a card will appear. You may have to go back to the previous area to collect it. Cards also appear in really obvious places, or they are tucked away in a remote part of the level. You can also enter passwords to add cards to your collection. Passwords can only be answered once. You cannot collect all the cards without trading. Cards 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28, 31, and 34 can only be found in Bad Mojo Jojo. Cards 2, 5, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23, 26, 29, 32, and 35 can only be found in Paint the Townsville Green. Cards 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33, and 36 can only be found in Battle Him. To trade cards, you need two copies of any PPG game, two Game Boy Colors, and a link cable. Follow the instructions on the screen to trade cards. You do not need to collect all 36 cards to complete any game at 100%. It’s just a fun thing to enjoy with your friends (it may also be a way to mooch of some of the success of Pokémon).
