I. - Story -------------------------------------------------------------------- Stars Alpha team is called for help to investigate strange murder incidents in Raccoon Forest where Stars Bravo recently disappeared. While Stars Alpha team is searching they suddenly get attacked by aggressive dogs and take shelter in the nearby mansion.You gain control of either Stars Members Chris Redfield or Jill Valentine.It's up to you to find the Bravo team members now and solve this mystery. II. - Characters -------------------------------------------------------------------- The cast of characters in Resident Evil: Deadly limits itself to the members of the STARS Alpha and Bravo teams.The following descriptions are taken from the original game manual. While Chris is a qualified piloz, Brad had become the helicopter for Alpha Team. Name: JOSEPH FROST Previous member of STARS Bravo Team,and already stationed in Raccoon City Joseph was recently promoted to serve as vhicle specialist for Alpha Team. Many members of the Bravo Team are jealos of his promotion,but he was moved up by Wesker himself.Joseph is young,enthusiastic and very curious. STARS BRAVO TEAM ---------------- Name: ENRICO MARINI Bravo Team's leader, and Wesker's seond in comman for the STARS unit. Enrico feels threatened by the arrival of the Alpha Team,thinking that Chris and Barry may end up replcing him as #2 to Wesker.Nonetheless, Enrico is a deicated STARS operative and is always proud to lead the unit when Wesker lets him. SULLIVAN A quiet but very talented field scouting officer.Also is an expert in chemistry.He wonders why his chemical experience would be necessary in raccon City but quickly discounts his hesitancy since Wesker sought him to enlist in STARS. Inventory (6 spaces): Handgun (MULTI-CARD PLAY) Name: FOREST SPEYER Forest is a great sniper in addition to his duties as Bravo's vehicle specialist.He is a consummate professional, and his work earns him great respect from the other members.He instantly clicks with Chris,and it seems they'll end up good teammates. Inventory (8 spaces): Handgun (MULTI-CARD PLAY) III. - Enemies -------------------------------------------------------------------- Here is the list of enemies found in Resident Evil: Deadly Silence. You will encounter them both,in classic and updated fashion. Normal enemies: -------------------------------------------------------------------- Name: ZOMBIES The zombies are the standard Resident Evil enemy.They can cause mediocre damage and are slow. You can kill them with your handgun but a good shot with the shotgun from close range will also do the work. Classic Gameplay: Just shoot them with your handgun from distance. DS Gameplay: Aim for their heads especially when they try to bite you. Occurence: Mansion,Guardhouse,Laboratory Name: DOGS Dogs can cause mediocre damage and are quite fast. Take them out with your handgun or shotgun. Classic Gameplay: Shoot them with your handgun or shotgun. DS Gameplay: Stab their heads or swipe them when there are more of them. Occurence: Mansion,Guardhouse Name: CROWS Crows can be quite a nuissance when they're numerous. You can use your handgun or even the knife to kill them. They're weak so they shouldn't cause a lot of trouble. Classic Gameplay: Not a big deal. DS Gameplay: One hit and they're dead. Occurence: Mansion Name: HUNTERS Hunters remain absolutely deadly,although the gameplay mechanics are polished and allow for better precision when fighting enemies. Using the shotgun or the Magnum is advised. Classic Gameplay: USe shotgun from near distance or magnum from afar. DS Gameplay: Stab when they're about to hit you. Occurence: Mansion,Underground Name: SMALL SNAKES Just some small poisonous snakes that will bite you if you stand still for a while.Just avoid them. Classic Gameplay: Just run away from them. DS Gameplay: - Occurence: Guardhouse,Underground Name: SPIDERS The spiders can be dangerous since they can spit acid on you and cause posin,yet they're slow and rather rare. So they wont cause that much of a problem. When you kill them,many small spiders may emerge. Classic Gameplay: Use shotgun and flamethrower as Chris and shotgun and bazooka with flame rounds as Jill. DS Gameplay: - Name: SMALL SPIDERS The small spiders don't really do anything to you. They hit you but the damaged dealt is nearly zero. You can just walk over them in order to kill them. Classic Gameplay: Stomp.Period. DS Gameplay: - Occurence: Mansion,Guardhouse,Underground Name: NEPTUNE The name applies to the big sharks in the guardhouse area. There are only three of them and you can easily run past them without getting hit. Shooting at them is useless while the water is still there. After draining it you can kill them with yur knife since they wont be able to defend themselves anymore. Classic Gameplay: Not a big deal. DS Gameplay: - Name: CHIMERAS Those creatures can crawl on ceilings and swipe at your with their claws and deal a medium to big damage to you. You should position yourself a few feet away in order to be able to shoot at them. Classic Gameplay: Chris uses his shotgun or Magnum,Jill sticks to the flame rounds within her bazooka if possible. DS Gameplay: - Occurence: Mansion (REBIRTH MODE),Laboratory Boss enemies: -------------------------------------------------------------------- Name: GIANT SNAKE Also popularly known as "Yawn" this big snake will try to hit you whil crawling after you. Shotgun and bazooka are the only weapons that can deal aserios damage to this enemy since it has a big body. The first fight is optional,the second isn't.Both characters should aim for the head.Jill should use the acid rounds with her bazooka. Running is not really necessary when you have one or two healing items and enough firepower. Occurence: Mansion,Laboratory (REBIRTH MODE) Name: PLANT 42 For this enemy you only need firepower and simple tactics.Use your gun,fire a few shots and then run to a save spot in order to avoid the acid that is ejaculated by the plant. Chris uses teh shotgun whereas Jill can also use the flame rounds with her bazooka. Occurence: Guardhouse Name: GIANT SPIDER This spider is just like its' smaller counterparts.It has a much bigger range and energy though. When it spits poison it can cover a bigger area as well so you have t keep running. All stronger weapons from shotgun and above are advised. Occurence: Underground Name: TYRANT T-002 The first fight is quite simple. You can use any ranged weapon to bring this monster down.Using the shotgun is not advised since it's not really useful.The handgun on the other hand is ok with this enemy. When fighting the tyrant the second time you should use the Magnum to trigger the scene with Brad quickly.A single hit from the rocket launcher will be enought o kill this beast. Occurence: Laboratory IV. - Items -------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. - Weapons -------------------------------------------------------------------- KNIFE ----- Found: Your knife needs no inventory space. V. - Walkthrough -------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------- Before I start: Make yourself familiar with the controls. This guide is suited for players who are stuck or need guidance throughout the game. I wont tell you how to use your DS. In case you're not sure look up your instruction booklet or check the OPTIONS MENU of the game for control settings,blood color and microphone sensivity. -------------------------------------------------------------------- | I. - CHRIS REDFIELD | REBIRTH MODE | HARD | -------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. The Mansion -------------------------------------------------------------------- After you've watched the cutscenes you'll be in the mansions dining room. Move straight forward and use the other door to reach a corridior.In that corridor make Chris turn left walk down. You should see another cutscene.You can use the knife to kill the zombie now, yet I wouldn't recommend this to you right now. If you search Kenneths body, you can find TWO HANDGUN MAGAZINES though.Make your way back to the main hall and watch another cutscene.After the cutscene take Jills HANDGUN from the ground and equip it. You can also take the INK RIBBON from typewriter. Don't save your game yet though. Now use the middle stairs to go up to the second floor. Get right and use the door right next to the one you face, means the one further. It leads to another corridor where you should pick up the SMALL KEY and move forward. Get past the blood stains and enter the other door. Move forward and try to pick up the HANDGUN MAGAZINE. Your former comrade Forest will attack you. Kill him and take the magazine.Get all the way back to the main hall now and use the other door on the same side.Move forward and kill the zombie on the ground with your knife. The next zombie awaits you around the corner.It's head should blow up after 2-3 shots. The same applies to the other two zombies waiting around the next corner. Kill them and enter the only accessible door at the end of this corridor.Take the BOTANY BOOK and unlock the other door. Enter it. Kill the two zombies in front of you and use the nearby stairs to get down. You shouldn't have enough ammo to kill both of the zombies but you should be able to kill one. Just avoid the other one and enter the small storage room nearby. If you suffer from attacks you can also use the GREEN HERB from the ground. In that small storage use the chest to store a few things. You should drop your First Aid Spray for now and take out the HANDGUN MAGAZINES instead. Take the HERBICIDE and examine the other treasure box in that room. You have to turn the pointers of this chest into positions.At the end all circles must have the same color as their core. You always get a certain ammount of moves to accomplish this. You'll encounter many chests of this kind throughout the game,this is the first. Use your stylus to move the pointers and tip the center to confirm a move,in case you want to restart just tip the "RESET" button: Treasure box: 3 moves,6 circles Replace Yellow Core/Green Circle with Green Core/Yellow Circle Replace Blue Core/Pink Circle with Pink Core/Blue Circle Replace Red Core/Grey Circle with Grey Core/Red Circle Reward: FIRST AID SPRAY Again drop this Spray in your item chest and save your game if you want. Get back and head all the way back to the main hall.Don't forget there's a zombie outside waiting for you.In the main hall,enter the door on the opposite side. Kill the crow and the three zombies and push the statue forward until you can be pushed to drop to the other floor.Enter the next room,three other zombies and another crow await you.Descend the stairs.You'll be in a corridor again. This one leads to the rest room. Means you gotta ignore this door for now and kill the three dogs that jump in and the zombie that is playing dead.Use the door at the end of the corridor to reach the next room. Turn right and run down the corridor.Unlock the door and turn around to kill the three zombies that are coming.Run back and head to the door which lies behind a corner (northeast on your map).Two other zombies will be guarding this room. Try to dodge them in case you lack the ammo.You'll be in the plant room. Use the HERBICIDE on that machine to kill the plant that is guarding the items.The ammount of items is made up by 4 GREEN HERBS,2 RED HERBS and mostly important the ARMOR KEY.Mix the herbs to fill up your demands and take the key. When you get out you may face a knife battle,this happens randomly depending on your behaviour.Means how often you reenter a certain room.With the key get back to the previous corridor and unlock the other visible door,again you might encounter a knife battle here.Enter this room and unlock the drawer with your SMALL KEY.Take the SHOTGUN AMMO.There's also a HANDGUN MAGAZINE and even more important the BROKEN SHOTGUN.Don't take the shotgun yet as we lack the space and time to do it right now.Means you have to take the magazine and get back out.Get back to the corridor with the green ground.Go down and enter the door you've unlocked earlier. You should be in a familiar area.Kill the zombie inc ase you didn't do this earlier and also take the two magazines from Kenneths body if you missed those as well.Get into the ding room and make you to the second floor of the main hall.There will be the BLUE JEWEL and the WOODEN EMBLEM in the dining room,again don't take them.In the 2F main hall get into the L-shaped corridor and unlock the first door you come by.Get in and get around the corner. Here you'll now encounter Rebecca Chambers along with Richard Aiken if you did everything right.You now have to help Richard via artificial respiration.It's quite easy actually.You just have to make small blows into your Nintendo DS microphone.Only small and not too long blows.After 3-4 of them Richard should be able to talk to.He'll give you his radio and will tell you the time for the clock of the ding room.It's 6:15.Now that we've done this we can turn our attention to solving the puzzles.Remember the rest room on the first floor I've told you to avoid.We'll go there now. In the rest room, drop all of your unnecessary stuff like the shotgun Ammo and mixed herbs we collected earlier.Take the SWORD KEY from the bed which is a very important Chris-exclusive item and try to open the treasure box: Treasure box: 3 moves,5 circles Replace Red Core/Pink Circle with Pink Core/Red Circle Replace Green Core/Blue Circle with Yellow Core/Green Circle Replace Blue Core/Yellow Circle with Yellow Core/Blue Circle Reward: SHOTGUN AMMO Save your game and leave the room.We the Sword and Armor keys you should be able to unlock most of the door now.Get the corridor with green walls and unlock the door near the intersection.Take the HANDGUN MAGAZINE here and try to take the DIARY.The alleged writer of the diary will appear.Kill him and take the SHOTGUN AMMO.Get back out and head to the corridor with Kenneth.Unlock the door at the end of the corridor and get in.There should be a cupboard in the right corner of this room.Push it to reveal the MUSICAL NOTES.Take them and use them at the piano.Rebecca will bump in and ask you wheter you want her to practice for a while.Answer yes or no,the outcome will be the same.Now that Rebecca is practising we can go and solve some other puzzles.Get to the dining room and get the BLUE JEWEL from the ground.Get back to the green corridor and and enter the door in the intersection.Use the BLUE JEWEL here to get the WIND CREST.Get to the rest room chest and leave it there.Get to small storage and pick up the BROKEN SHOTGUN.Proceed to the 1F main hall.Unlock the brown door on the opposite side with your ARMOR KEY but don't go in yet.Get into the blue doors instead.If it's your first time here you'll encounter a knife fight.Push the stairs to get the 1F MANSION MAP.You can also push the small drawer to reveal another corridor. Kill the zombies here and get the INK RIBBON.Proceed to the other corridor.You should be able to drop your SWORD KEY here.Two dogs will jump in when you walk around.Kill them and push the second srwaer to reveal another HANDGUN MAGAZINE.Leave via the other door. Unlock the nearby door with the ARMOR KEY.The room is optional,it has 3 dogs guarding 5 GREEN HERBS.Another one is in this corridor as well.Proceed and enter the other door.There will be another HANDGUN MAGAZINE and a SMALL KEY in the bathroom.Beware of the zombie that is next to loo. OPTIONAL: With the small key you can go back to the main hall if you want.There you can get into the unlocked armor key door and use the key to unlock the drwaer which has some additional SHOTGUN AMMO along with a HANDGUN MAGAZINE.Again this is optinal.This room back there also features another door which leads to the room with the mirror.There you can use the SPECIAL KEY to unlock your alternative costume.There's also an INK RIBBON and 2 GREEN HERBS But beware,when going back out you'll be ambushed by a zombie knife fight.Again this is optional. Leave the bathroom and continue the path.Enter the door to the right. You'll be in a small room with another door.Enter this one to face 3 zombies.Kill them and take the SHOTGUN from the holding device. Insert the BROKEN SHOTGUN instead or you wont be able to leave. Get back to the corridor and enter the doors on the opposite side. Kill the two zombies that come your way and unlock the gray door. Enther and head to the small storage.Take the WIND CREST with you and go back to that corridor.Move forward and kill the remaining zombie.Enter the door in front of it.You'll engage in a knife battle. Kill the zombies and crows to find yourself in the picture room.The room has crows,yet they don't attack you if you don't use gunfire. In this room you have to push the buttons of pcitures according to the age of the person shown on the pciture.You've got to start with the youngest and move up to the oldest. The right oder is: The first on the front side. The third on the back side. The second on the back side. The fourth on the back side. The second on the front side. The first on the back side. And last the center picture on the back side. This will give you the STAR CREST.With both crests now go back to the corridor and enter the door behind the corner.You'll be outside. Imidately start aiming and shoot the dogs and crows that appear. Rund down the corridor and insetr the two crests you've got.Get back to the rest room corridor afterwards.Get up teh stairs to the second floor and take left.Unlock the nearby door with your ARMOR KEY.Get in and start shooting the zombie in front of you.Take the door right from your view.Take the INK RIBBON and the FILE in here and push the button at the picture to drain the water.Push the empty box now and then the cupboard to reveal more SHOTGUN AMMO.Get back out and use the opposite door.Theres more SHOTGUN AMMO in here and the LIGHTER along with a RED HERB.Take everything and get back to themain corridor.Run down and kill the last zombie in this corridor.Use the door behind it.You'll be in a room with a fireplace now.Use your LIGHTER to obtain the 2F MANSION MAP.There's also a GREEN HERB on the ground.Turn around and head for the L-shaped corridor.Unlock the green double doors with your ARMOR KEY and get in.Run down and examine the balance.You'll have to arrange the colored stones that they can keep a balance.Take out your stylus and arrange them like this: Left one: Red,Red,Green Right one: Blue,Yellow After doing this the drawer will be unlocked and you'll receive the SUN CREST.Go back out and turn right.Head to the corridor where Richard is lying dead,you can get a HANDGUN MAGAZINE if you search him. Get past him.Two zombies are waiting here inside.Kill them both (best is shotgun) and get into the intersection.Enter the door and collect the HANDGUN MAGAZINE from the cupboard in the corner.USe your LIGHTER to lighten up this place a little.Push the cupboard to reveal a small passage.Get in and get the SHOTGUN AMMO.Now were done with all the crests and extra items.One's left and this is where we have to get back to Rebecca.Make place in your inventory and head to the dining room.Take the WOODEN EMBLEM above the fireplace and head to Rebecca. She will be finished with rehearsing and will play the piano properly. This will open a secret passage.Get in and pick up the GOLDEN EMBLEM. The passage will close,use the WOODEN EMBLEM to fix this.Get back to the dining room and insert the GOLDEN EMBLEM where the other emblem used to be to activate the clock.Operate the clock and set it to 3:00 to reveal the SHIELD KEY.This is the key you need to get the remaining crest.Change the time 8:12 of the clock to get some SHOTGUN BULLETS. Get to the corridor where Richard lies dead.Get past him and use the small stairs in the next room.Use the SHIELD KEY on the red door to unlock it.Move forward to have the giant snake appear.You can either fight it or just get the MOON CREST.Fighting well need 6-8 shots from your shotgun.Otherwise just run from it and collect the MOON CREST from the back and the SHOTGUN AMMO from the barrel and get back out. If not you have to get the SERUM yourself.After you're fine again get to the corridor with the crests and insert your last crest.Save your game before you do this and take your shotgun with you along with your handgun.Proceed and you'll be in the garden storage.Push the small stairs and ascend them to get the CRANK.There's also a SMALL KEY on one of the barrels.Use the other doors to get out.You'll enconuter a knife battle in the courtyard.Kill the dog afterwards, the small are just there to any you.There are plenty of herbs.I would suggest leaving a few behind.They include 3 GREEN HERBS,2 RED HERBS and 2 BLUE HERBS.There's also a COURTYARD MAP down the intersection.You also may have to use your radio in case you've obtained it from Richard. Exit via the red double door to reach the pool.Follow the path to the left and use your CRANK on the device to drain the water.Descend the stairs and get up on the other side.Snakes will drop from the trees, they can cause poison status on you so avoid them.There's also a zombie on the ground,don't forget about him since he can cause the snakes to get you when you're stuck with him.Proceed and use the elevator to go down.Kill the three dogs and the little shark and move forward via the other red double doors.Three dogs and a crow will await you here.Kill them and pick up the 2 GREEN HERBS and 2 RED HERBS if you want.Proceed to the Guardhouse. 2. The Guardhouse -------------------------------------------------------------------- You'll be in the guarhouse now.There are 2 BLUE HERBS and a GREEN HERB in front of you along with a movable statue.Push the statue forward then into the corridor until you reach the intersection.Then push it down so it can cover the small hole on the ground.Enter the door on the right side to reach the guardhouse rest room.There's a FIRST AID SPRAY and HANDGUN MAGAZINE on the cupboard.Next to it is a treasure box: Treasure box: 4 moves,5 circles Replace Pink Core/Red Circle with Green Core/Pink Circle Replace Yellow Core/Green Circle with Red Core/Blue Circle Replace Green Core/Red Circle with Red Core/Green Circle Replace Blue Core/Yellow Circle with Yellow Core/Blue Circle Reward: SHOTGUN AMMO Save your game and exit.Enter the door on the opposite side(room 101. Kill the zombie on the ground and move forward.You'll see other three zombies munching another one lying dead on the ground.Kill them and search the drawer behind them for a SMALL KEY.You should have two small keys now,use one to unlock the drawer in this room and gain the SHOTGUN AMMO from it.Also take the important RED BOOK.Get into the bathroom and examine the bath to drain the water.After a small cutscene a zombie will pop up.Kill him and take the CONTROL ROOM KEY.Get back to the main corridor.You will encounter a knife battle here.Enter the two red double doors afterwards.Kill the spiders and take the INK RIBBON and HANDGUN MAGAZINE with you.Get back out and enter the door in the intersection.Kill the two zombies and enter the first door you reach.If you push the statue at the back you'll also reveal 3 GREEN HERBS.A kinfe battle will occur in this room.Kill the zombies and unlock the door to the chemical room if you want.You can getthe code from the room with the billiard table. The code is: 1,2,4,5 Proceed to the back corner and get the ROOM 102 KEY.Get it and get out fast since bees will come after you.Go to the rest room and leave your red book there.Only keep a gun and the CONTROL ROOM KEY and the SMALL KEY with you.I also suggest saving.Go to room 102 and unlock it,you will encounter a knife fight on your way back.Get in and kill the zombie and the spider.Use your SMALL KEY to gain another pack of SHOTGUN AMMO from the drawer.Take the FILE from the bed and the GUARDHOUSE MAP from the wall.Enter the bathroom for two zombies and a HANDGUN MAGAZINE.Get back out and push the cupboards aside so you can access the ladder.Descend it to reach the basement.Shoot the bee and start pushing the crates.You have to push them in order to cross the water around the first corner.The two last crates can easily be tossed into the water.The first one has to be pushed back first so you can get behind it and push it forward against the other side of the wall. Personal note: This one involves a bit of luck.I tell you this is the worst puzzle in this game which involves the use of the touch screen since it may cause a lot frustration.I really suggest saving after pushing those crates. You'll be poisonoed after turning the valve handle due to the muddy water which was inside.Turn around use the device on the opposite side.It will require a code based on the numbers 0-9.Each digit is used once and has to make up a certain ammount when put into order with the other digits.Use your stylus to input the following code: |---|---|---| |843|591|267| |---|---|---| This will unlock the door next to this room.Get into this room and collect the 2 HANDGUN MAGAZINES,2 SHOTGUN AMMO and the ROOM 103 KEY. Get back out and head for the double doors.There's also another small room with roots of the plant 42 which offers Chris another SMALL KEY. Take it if you can.Get back up and go to room 103 and unlock it with your key.Get back to the rest room and grab your RED BOOK.Go back to room 103.Enter the room and finish off the zombies in the knife fight. Proceed and unlock the drawer with your SMALL KEy to gain some INK RIBBON.Take the FILE from the bookshelf and insert the RED BOOK afterwards to reveal a door.Before you go in enter the bathroom for two zombies and a HANDGUN MAGAZINE.Now face the plant 42.If you told Rebecca to stay in the house or met her with Richard she will now appear and try to help you.If not,you'll just have to finish the plant off yourself.In case she appears you have to mix the V-JOLT to help Chris. Rebeccas part: Get into the chemical room and start mixing.You have to mix them in here,if you mix the wring the combination,the mixing will fail.Get the first EMPTY BOTTLE next to the tap.Fill it with WATER.Get the two EMPTY BOTTLES from the cupboards and fill them with UMB NO.2 and UMB NO.4 each.Now mix UMB NO.2 with water to receive NP-003.Fill in UMB NO.2 into the remaing bottle now and mix it with umb no.4 to gain YELLOW-6.Now mix your NP-003 with another UMB NO.4 to gain UMB NO.7. Combine your UMB NO.7 with your YELLOW-6 to get UMB NO.13.Now mix another NP-003 with UMB NO.2 and WATER, and combine it with your UMB NO.13 to gain UMB NO.16 aka the V-JOLT.Now take this and get down to the basement.Head to the room with the plantroot and use the V-JOLT at the root itself to make it crumble a bit.Exit the door afterwards to switch back to Chris. Start using your Handgun and shooting the plant while dodging its' acid spit from above.You should be able to take it out with 30 handgun bullets and few shotgun rounds.When the plant is dead get the HELMET KEY from the fireplace and exit.You'll run into Rebecca,depending of your course you might also receive the RADIO here.You can visit her in the chemical room and have her heal you if you want,you can also chat with her about Umbrella.Head for the rest room,while running into Wesker.Take your shotgun and ammo along with the HELMET KEY and get back to the mansion.On your way back you might encounter one or two knife battles so watch out for your health. 3. The Mansion Revisited -------------------------------------------------------------------- After you reach the mansion,the hunter enemy will be introduced to you.In case you have left Rebecca back,you should quickly go up and save her if you want her to survive.Kill the hunter with your shotgun and unlock the door nearby with your HELMET KEY.Get the first MO-DISK and MAGNUM AMMO here.The mo-disks are important if you want to save your teammate at the end of the game.You'll need all 3 of them to do this so watch out for these if you want to do so. Get to the nearby restroom and watch out for the two hunters in your way.Collect the stuff Wesker has left behind for you: FIRST AID SPRAY, HANDGUN MAGAZINE and SHOTGUN AMMO.Save your game and ascend the stairs nearby.You can kill the zombie and the two hunters from here without going up the other stairs.Well you have to lure them into position though.After you've done this run down the corridor and enter the room with the fireplace.Use your HELMET KEY on the red door and enter.Head to the corner and examine the old record player.Use your touchscreen and try to turn the record with so many rounds per minute hat the Code Veronica theme gets played properly.If you do this correctly the giant snake will appear again and attack Chris,leaving a big hole in the ground.Kill it with 5-6 shots from your shotgun and jump down the hole. Examine the grave.Take your stylus and try to match the blue points as fast as possible without hurting Chris.If you're quick enough the grave will reveal a secret ladder.Descend it to reach the basement.Move forward and kill the three zombies,turn right and head into the intersection to find some SHOTGUN AMMO and a FLAMETHROWER.You have to take it with you.If your inventory is full, YOU'RE STUCK!So don't forget to make space in your inventory before going down.Move into the next room and kill the 3 zombies that you encounter.Insert the FLAMETHROWER into the respective holding device next to the red door to unlock it.There are also 2 GREEN HERBS in this room.Get into the kitchen afterwards.Collect the last SMALL KEY and head for the door.A cutscene will occur with a zombie appearing afterwards.It is quite quick so kill it carefully with your shotgun. Turn around and head for the elevator,watch out for the zombie on the ground.Board the elevator and go up.Shoot the hunter next to you and the other one approaching from the other angle.There's also a GREEN HERB in this corridor.Enter the blue double doors at the end of the corridor. Use your SMALL KEY here to gain some MAGNUM BULLETS.Kill the three zombies and obtain the FILE between the bookshelves.There's an optional room which can be accessed by pulling out that sword from that door.Take out your stylus and start rubbing to remove it.If you enter you'll see a zombie falling down.It's not dead actually.Just take the HANDGUN MAGAZINE and INK RIBBON if you want.Avoid running around as three crows will burst in. Use the other door in that library to reach yet another room with books.A strange creature will be visible for a short period of time. Move forward and push the statue with the classical soldier head a little forward.Then push the button on the white statue to reveal a special surface on the ground at the nearby corner.Push the statue to this angle to reveal a secret desk.Take the FILE from the desk which is very important.Afetr you do this chimeras will appear,the first one being in this room.Get out to the corridor and use the door behind the elevator.It has 2 boxes of SHOTGUN AMMO and mostly important, the BATTERY.Take it and use the elevator to go down.You could also visit the other room for an optinal BLUE HERB,2 GREEN HERBS,three crawiling zombies and two bees.Either way,backin the kitchen use the other door where thezombie came in earlier.Enter the door and follow your path until you unlock the double doors.Go in and run past the two spiders.Kill the three hunters that come your way and head for the rest room.Two other hunters and zombies will block your way.Kill them and enter the rest room.Drop your battery and magnum ammo,keep the key and your shotgun and save your game.Get back out and ascend the stairs.Kill the crow and the two hunters with your shotgun and unlock the door next to the stairs with the HELMET KEY.It should be the last one to unlock.Enter this room and get the FILE,SHOTGUN AMMO and MAGNUM AMMO.Examine the three candles and blow into your microphone to blow them off.Make three subsequent blows to succeed.If you need too much time or don't make small breaks they'll be turned back on.When the light is off push the ladder under the deer head and ascend it.Pick up the RED JEWEL from its head.Now go back to the tiger statue with this and insert it to the other empty eye next to where the blue jewel is.Take the MAGNUM and make your way to the other rest room on the first floor.Leave this room and head for the dining room.Both ways will be blocked by eating zombies,kill one bunch and go to the main hall.Ignore the sleeping dogs here and proceed to the opposite side.Knife fight will occur,kill the zombies and move forward. You'll engage another knife fight,after killing those dogs ignore the spiders and quickly run to the next room.Leave this angle and move into the corridor where you can see the zombie,wait for him to come and shoot him.Then carefully walk down and wait around the corner with your shotgun the hunter to appear.When he comes shoot him.Another zombie will be waiting around the next corner as well.Head to the rest room nearby and take your BATTERY and CRANK.Leave the mansion and head for the courtyard,two dogs and a hunter await you on your way so equip your shotgun and start shooting when reach the corridor near the garden storage.Cross the pool and go down with the elevator,quickly head to the other elevator and insert your BATTERY to activate it.Use this elevator to go up and go to the pool again,use your CRANK to fill it with water again.Get back to the other elevator and use it to go down,a knife fight may occur on your way back.When you're down you gotta remember the FILE we got from the mansion library.It says the DOOM BOOK 1 is located in the guardhouse, means we've got to go there now instead of going to the underground. When you reach the guardhouse you'll notice that it is refilled with enemies,namely the two bees that fly around in the main corridor.Head into the rest room and leave the crannk,we wont need it again so discard it.Take your shotgun and a few herbs,save your game and get back out. Get to the plant 42 room now,you'll face two hunters and a bee in the first corridor,take them and proceed to the big hall room,other hunters will be waiting here but ignore them and visit the plant 42 room.You'll face another giant snake here,but this time in a knife battle. This battle is not too hard if you know when to hit the snake.You can hit it 2-3 times when it opens its mouth before preparing to attack.The critical point to hit the snake is when its about to attack,hit the snake when its head comes to your direction while it performs its attack.It will swing back a little and then attack you,you have to hit when its head is coming towards you and is a bit under the ceiling.Needs a bit practice but should be fine after a certain ammount of time.Do this properly to have the sanke fall down,you can perform up 4-5 hits then.Repeat this and after 20-25 slashes the snake should drop dead.Collect the BOOK OF DOOM 1 next to the snake afterwards.Examine it in your inventory and open it to find the EAGLE MEDAL.Head to the rest room and leave this medal in your chest. Take your shotgun and head for the underground now.Go to the courtyard first and then decent the ladder. 4. The Underground -------------------------------------------------------------------- When you're down, enter the door right next to you.Pick up the FLAMETHROWER and enter one of the other two doors.Take the FIRST AID SPRAY and SHOTGUN AMMO near the engine.Enter the door at the back to reach another room.You'll find your teammmate Enrico in the back.After you've talked to him you can take the HANDGUN MAGAZINE from his body.Turn around and go back to face two hunters,kill them and take the HEXAGONALLY CRANK from the ground.Now head back for the room with the ladder.You'll face chimeras and a knife battle on your way back.The chimeras are very sensitive when it comes to fire.Take out your FLAMETHROWER and dispose of them.Insert the FLAMETHROWER back into its original position to unlock the door.When you're back, go down the corridor and use your HEXAGONALLY CRANK to create a path.Go in and examine the big boulder.Turn around and you'll see that the boulder will start moving.Quickly go for the red door in order to not get squished by it.After the boulder is gone search the corner for some MAGNUM AMMO,a hunter will interrupt you.Take everything along with another FLAMETHROWER from the device and get into the door that has been set free by the boulder. The big spider behaves just like its small counterparts.Only that the ratio of its poison spit is a lot greater.You can use your flamethrower her but I strongly suggest using the shotgun instead,the spider should be finsied after about 7-8 shots from it.Dispose of the webs at the door with your knife or flamethrower and enter.A very fast zombie will approach. Kill him and insert the FLAMETHROWER into that device behind him to unlock the door.Turn around and enter the other door in the corner.You'll be in the underground rest room.There's a lot of stuff in here.INK RIBBON,BLUE HERB and a FIRST AID SPRAY along with a treasure box: Treasure box: 4 moves,8 circles Replace Blue Core/Yellow Circle with Yellow Core/Red Circle Replace Red Core/Orange Circle with Orange Core/Blue Circle Replace Blue Core/Red Circle with Red Core/Blue Circle Replace Pink Core/Violet Circle with Violet Core/Pink Circle Reward: MAGNUM AMMO. Take the EAGLE MEDAL from your chest and save your game before you go on.Leave the room and head for the door behind the flamethrower.Go in and take the right path to find another boulder.Operate the devic at the left wall twice with your HEXAGONALLY CRANK to free another door.Again examine the boulder and turn around to have it start rolling. Quickly take shelter in the small alley you've created and wait for it to roll past you.It will free the place with the UNDERGROUND MAP and the second MO-DISK.Take them and enter the hidden room.A kinfe fight will occur.Kill the zombies and start pushing the statue towards the door. Push as much as forward, that it it a bit away from the door.Use your HEXAGONALLY CRANK twice on that device to free the statue from the wall. Push it on the special surface to release the BOOK OF DOOM 2.Examine it to gain the WOLF MEDAL.With both medals now,head back back and use the elevetor in this room to get back to the first floor.Up there insert the EAGLE MEDAL and WOLF MEDAL at the pool to drain the water.You can also take the 2 GREEN HERBS and 2 RED HERBS before going down.Enter the pool and use the elevator to reach the laboratory. 5. The Laboratory -------------------------------------------------------------------- A ladder around the corner is the only way to go on.Descend it it to B2.Go to your chest and discard the HEXAGONALLY CRANK completely.Take the handgun and the shotgun with ammo with you.Another treasure box is in this room: Treasure box: 6 moves,8 circles Replace Green Core/Yellow Circle with Violet Core/Pink Circle Replace Violet Core/Yellow Circle with Yellow Core/Violet Circle Replace Green Core/Pink Circle with Pink Core/Red Circle Replace Red Core/Green Circle with Green Core/Red Circle Replace Orange Core/Grey Circle with Blue Core/Orange Circle Replace Blue Core/Grey Circle with Grey Core/Blue Circle Reward: MAGNUM AMMO. Proceed to the next room.A knife fight with a lot of crows will occur. After you're finished kill the 5 zombies in this room and get the 2 GREEN HERBS if you need them.Get into the intersection and collect the last MO-DISK.Go down the nearby stairs and use thedouble doors you see.Three zombies will be on the ground.Kill them and use the door next to you.Another very quick zombie will approach.Kill it and take the two HANDGUN MAGAZINES from the small box.Turn the lights on and kill the other zombie on the ground.Examine the picture and take the FILE from the desk.The picture has words written in phoenician/mycenean letters or germanic runes.To understand them you have to push the cupboard and reveal another button.Push it to fill the room with blue light.The words will be shown in latin letters now.If you translate the script from the file you get the following word: MOLE This is the password we need for the computer.Leave this room and the corridor and get back to the main corridor.Move forward until you reach the next angle,kill the zombie in front of you and head for the other double doors in the corner.You'll reach the room with the computer. Save your game and get back out.It now depends on you if you want to save Jill or not.If thats the case get out and fight the knife battle. Enter the double doors in the corridor. Optional puzzle for obtaining the passcodes: Collect the SHOTGUN AMMO and RED HERB in this room.You have to push those two crates against the opposite wall so they can both cover the two holes on the ground.Then you have to push the small stairs between them and ascend them to enter the ventilation hole in order to reach the other room.Kill the 7 zombies on the ground and take the MAGNUM AMMO. Use one of your MO-DISKs to obtain PASSCODE NO.2.Leave this room and go the room you've unlocked via the computer earlier on.You'll encounter another knife battle when you enter,kill the zombies and insert another MO-DISK into that device to gain PASSCODE NO.1.You can also examine the dart board for a game.If you hit thrice the center you'll gain the "ORDERS"-FILE and soem MAGNUM MULLETS.Leave now and head for the engine room. In the engine room you'll face a big knife battle,a few zombies,a dog and a hunter are the make up.After you're done examine the device at the back while avoiding the chimeras.You have to connect two lines to restore this part of the elevators power.It's sometimes difficult to figure out but it can be done with trial and error. The solution to this one is: Connection between 7 and 5. Connection between 1 and 2. After the power is restored here use the other door to move to the next engine room. Optional puzzle for obtaining the passcode: Again use the last of your MO-DISKs here to gain PASSCODE NO.3. Move on until you reach the third engine.Here you'll have to solve another power restoration puzzle. The solution this time is: Connection between 1 and 7. Connection between 4 and 6. After you've successfully connected this one as well, the power for the elevator will be restored.Go back to the rest room and save.Go back out and operate the elevator.Depending on your decisions throughout the game, Rebecca will now appear or not.If she does you'll have to fight the Tyrant on the heliport.If not you're done after reaching the heliport.No matter what you decied you'll end up with Wesker in the Tyrant room.run from it ans shoot it with your shotgun or magnum.13 shots from the shotgun should be fine for the tyrant.After its down examine the device behind Weskers corpse to unlock the doors of this room.Leave then.If Rebecca is with you she'll run for the engine room to active the self-destruct system.You should go into the rest room and save your progress.Then head for the B1 level while killing the zombies and avoiding the chimeras. If Rebecca is with you she'll now activate the self-destruct system. That doesn't change your route at all unless you wantto save Jill. Optional route for saving Jill: Go to the double doors which are locked on B3 in that narrow corridor. Enter all the three passcodes you've gained to unlock these double doors. Get in and kill the 7 zombies that guard Jill's cell.Get in to meet with Jill.With here continue your way to B1. When you reach the room with the chest on B1.Discard all but your MAGNUM.Also take the remaining MAGNUM AMMO with you and 3 FIRST AID SPRAYS.Only three since you'll need space soon.Ascend the stairs now and enter the emergency exit doors.Brad will contact you via radio. Move forward and grad the BATTERY from the ground and insert it a little further next to the elevator to actiavte it.A cutscene will have monsters approaching towards you and Jill,she'll stay back and you'll have to go up alone.If Rebecca is with you she'll appear now as well and cover Jill,if that's the case a countdown will start now as well. If Rebecca is not with you,you'll just have to use the elevator and go up.Pick up the FLARE and use it to give Brad a sign he'll appear and take you with him along with Jill if you saved her. BUT if Rebeccas is with you: The Tyrant will appear after Brad has reached the heliport.Equip your MAGNUM and start shooting at it as much as you can.Heal yourself in case you get hurt.When the counter reaches about 1 minute Brad will drop the ROCKET LAUNCHER.Take it and blast the Tyrant away with it to end the game. Enter the room and move forward slowly.A few dogs will jump in.Kill them and push the small drawer around the corner to get a HANDGUN MAGAZINE from the ground.Enter the next room and pick up a GREEN HERB from the corner next to you.The grey door is locked so use the next one.In the bathroom drain the water from the bathtub and take another SMALL KEY. Get back out and use the double doors at the end of the corridor.Kill the two zombies in here and unlock the grey door.Don't enter it,instead enter the brown door a bit further.This room has crows waiting for you, yet they don't attack you if you don't use gunfire.In this room you have to push the buttons of pcitures according to the age of the person shown on the picture.You've got to start with the youngest and move up to the oldest. The right oder is: The first on the front side. The third on the back side. The second on the back side. The fourth on the back side. The second on the front side. The first on the back side. And last the center picture on the back side. Do this and claim the STAR CREST.Get back out and head forward into the corridor to find another door which leads to the outside.Kill the dog here and insetr your crest at the end of the end of the corridor into the respective device.Now enter the grey door in the previous corridor and go to the rest room.Leave your small key now and make sure you have space for two items in your inventory.Go to the main hall and then to the dining room.Search the fireplace for the WOODEN EMBLEM and head for Rebecca.She should be finished with playing now and will reveal a secret passage in that bar.Get in and grab the GOLDEN EMBLEM,relace it with the WOODEN EMBLEM and get back to the dining room.Insert the GOLDEN EMBLEM where the other one used to be to activate the old clock.Search the clock for the SHIELD KEY.Also get to the opposite side of the table and finally pick up the BLUE JEWEL before you go.Go the main hall and go up to the second floor via teh stairs.Get into the dining room from this floor and go all the way down to the rest room we met Rebecca earlier on.Leave your SHIELD KEY and take the HERBICIDE from the chest.Get back out and kill the three zombies that cross your way.Use the door at the end of this corridor to reach another corridor.Ignore the zombies in front of you and head left at once.Kill the zombie in this corridor quickly and enter the door he was facing with your SWORD KEY.You should be able to discard it afterwards.In this room take the HANDGUN MAGAZINE from the bed and search the drawer nearby for a FILE.A zombie will pop up,kill it and take the FILE along with the SHOTGUN AMMO he has revealed.Go back out and enter the door on the opposite side.Insert the BLUE JEWEL into the tiger statue and get the WIND CREST.Kill the other two zombies in this floor and enter the door on the other end of the corridor.Use the HERBICIDE in here to dispose of the plant which blocks the room.There 4 GREEN HERBS and 2 RED HERBS in here,mix them to fix your needs and pick up the ARMOR KEY behind the pool.Go back to the rest room and leave your crest and herbs.Take one SMALL KEY with you and get back out.There's another door in this corridor we haven't examined yet,unlock it with your ARMOR KEY and enter.Use the SMALL KEY to gain the SHOTGUN AMMO from the drawer.Another HANDGUN MAGAZINE and the BROKEN SHOTGUN will be on the cupboard as well.Take these items and leave.Go to the rest room again and leave the your shotgun ammo.Go to the main hall again. Unlock the brown door with your ARMOR KEY.Don't go in since you'll lack the inverntory space for the shotgun.Just unlock it and enter the other blue double doors.Go past the L-shaped corridor until you reach the next room.Unlock the brown door with your ARMOR KEY,you can go in it if you need healing items leater on,it has 6 GREEN HERBS and is guarded by three dogs or 3 zombies when you revisit the mansion. Anyway move to the end of the corridor and enter the door opposing the two double doors.Enter the next door in the small room you reach. Pick up the SHOTGUN from the device at the wall and insert the BROKEN SHOTGUN to block the mechanism.Head to the nearby rest room afterwards and leave your shotgun in the chest. Optional: You now can take a SMALL KEY and go to the room in the main hall you've unlocked earlier.There you'll find a HANDGUN MAGAZINE and SHOTGUN AMMO in the drawer.Kill the zombie in the corridor to enter the room with the mirror.Another zombie will be here along with 2 GREEN HERBS. It's not necessary to visit that place now,you can go there later on as well.As you leave the rest room use the nearby stairs to ascend to the second floor.Unlock the door in the corridor with your ARMOR KEY and get in.Kill the zombie in front of you and enter the right door. Take the INK RIBBON from the back on the wall and a FILE from the desk. Examine the specimens to find a button,push it to drain the water of the water tank.Push it away and then push the cupboard into the corner to reveal some SHOTGUN AMMO.Take it and get into the room on the opposite side.Take the SHOTGUN AMMO and the RED HERB near the beds and the LIGHTER from the small cupboard.Get back to the main corridor and go down to find another zombie.Kill it and enter the door behind it. Use the lighter at the fireplace to get the 2F MANSION MAP.There's also another GREEN HERB in here.Leave this room and go back to the corridor.Use the other accessible door to enter the other corridor. Unlock the green double doors with your ARMOR KEY.In this room push the two classical statues over the two holes.Then push the red button to unlock the cupboard at the back.Pick up the SUN CREST and leave. Get back into the corridor and unlock the other locked door in this corridor.You should finally be able to drop your ARMOR KEY.Enter to find your teammate Richard Aiken dead in this room. In order to find Richard alive you have to go into this room without meeting Rebecca earlier.See flowchart above for more information. Search Richard twice to get a HANDGUN MAGAZINE.There are also 2 GREEN HERBS in here.Enter the next room and go up the small stairs.Unlock the red door with your SHIELD KEY and drop it.Don't go in yet.Kill the zombie instead and enter the door in the corridor he came from. Take the HANDGUN MAGAZINE from the cupboard and light up the candles with your LIGHTER.Push the cupboard away to reveal a passage with the SHOTGUN AMMO.Now go back to the rest room and drop your crest and shotgun ammo.Also discard your LIGHTER completely since it's useless from now on.Save your game and go to Richard again.Enter the red door you've unlocked before to face the snake.Just run from it and take the MOON CREST from the back.Take the SHOTGUN AMMO as well when you go. A SMALL KEY will be on a barrel as well.Go outside to find 3 GREEN HERBS,2 RED HERBS and 2 BLUE HERBS.Kill the three dogs and take the 1F COURTYARD MAP.Enter the red double doors and go for the device nextto the pool.Use the CRANK to drain the water.Cross the path afterwards and ascend the ladders to the other side.Be careful since snakes drop from above.Move until you reach the elevator.Go down to fight three dogs.Enter the other set of double doors to find yourself in a narrow corridor with 2 GREEN & 2 BLUE HERBS next to you.Kill the 3 dogs to reach the door at the end.It leds to the guardhouse. 2. The Guardhouse -------------------------------------------------------------------- When you reach the guardhouse,push the small statue in front of you and then try to reach the intersection of the corrior.Then push it over the small hole.Turn around and enter the first room,the rest room. Leave the crank in the chest and take a SMALL KEY with you.There's also a HANDGUN MAGAZINE and FIRST AID SPRAY in that cupboard next to the typewriter.You should also save your game here.Leave this room and enter room 101,the room on the opposite side.Get into the bathroom and drain the water to reveal the CONTROL ROOM KEY.Take it and get back out. Kill the two zombies in here and unlock the drawer with a SMALL KEY. Take the RED BOOK from the bed and another SMALL KEY next to the cupboard.Head back to the main corridor afterwards.Now go for the two double doors.Either kill or ignore the two spiders and take the HANDGUN MAGAZINE and INK RIBBON from the table and the barrel.Leave the book in your chest but keep the control room key.Now enter the intersection and enter the door it contains.In the next room,move forward and around the first corner until you reach a door and enter.Search the back of this room for the ROOM 102 KEY.Take it and head back to the corridor. Go to the room 102 door and unlock it with your key.There's a statue next to it.Push it to reveal 3 GREEN HERBS.Enter room 102 and search the bathroom for a HANDGUN MAGAZINE which is guarded by a zombie.The rest of the room has another drawer you should unlock with a SMALL KEY. Take the SHOTGUN AMMO,the GUARDHOUSE MAP and the FILE from the bed. Push the two cupboards in this room to reveal a ladder.Descend it.Push the crated to form a bridge around the second corner: |----------| | | | | | |-------------------------------------------------| | |-------| | | |---| | | | | | 1 | | | | |-------| |-------| | | | | | |-------------------------------------------->| 2 | | |-------| |---------------------------------------| | | | \/ | | |-------| | | | | | 3 | | |-------| |-----------| | | | \/ | |::::::::| WATRER DRAIN After you cross the bridge you'll find 2 GREEN HERBS.Walk down the corridor with the water and enter the two double doors.In the next room take the right path until you reach the two doors on the other side.Unlock the left door with your CONTROL ROOM KEY.It's no use facing the little sharks,just ignore them.In the control room,use the device to drain the water.Then push the button on the wall next to the door to unlock the room next to the one you're currently in.Enter this room and take the 2 HANDGUN MAGAZINES along with 2 SHOTGUN AMMO boxes and mostly important the ROOM 103 KEY.Go all the way back to the big room where found the room 102 key now.You should visit the other small room on your way back.It has a SMALL KEY next to the plant root.After you're back up unlock room 103 with your ROOM 103 KEY.Enter the bathroom for a HANDGUN MAGAZINE and a zombie.This room also has a drawer with INK RIBBON in it if you use your SMALL KEY. There's also a row of books you should examine.Read the FILE and go back to the rest room.Take the shogun and the RED BOOK.Go to room 103 and insert the RED BOOK into the row of books.The mechanism will reveal a door behind the cupbaord.Get in to face the Plant 42.If Rebecca stayed behind you'll have to fight this thing completely on your own.In this case just shoot it with your guns while always changing positions and avoiding its acid spit.If Rebecca followed you she'll appear now.Go first to the chemical room and use the panel to unlock it. The code is: 1,2,4,5 Rebeccas part: Get into the chemical room and start mixing.You have to mix them in here,if you mix the wrong the combination,the mixing will fail.Get the first EMPTY BOTTLE next to the tap.Fill it with WATER.Get the two EMPTY BOTTLES from the cupboards and fill them with UMB NO.2 and UMB NO.4 each.Now mix UMB NO.2 with water to receive NP-003.Fill in UMB NO.2 into the remaing bottle now and mix it with umb no.4 to gain YELLOW-6.Now mix your NP-003 with another UMB NO.4 to gain UMB NO.7. Combine your UMB NO.7 with your YELLOW-6 to get UMB NO.13.Now mix another NP-003 with UMB NO.2 and WATER, and combine it with your UMB NO.13 to gain UMB NO.16 aka the V-JOLT.Now take this and get down to the basement.Head to the room with the plantroot and use the V-JOLT at the root itself to make it crumble a bit.Exit the door afterwards to switch back to Chris. When you're done with the plant,take the HELMET KEY from the fireplace. Go to your rest room and save.With the helmet key in your inventory now leave the guardhouse and go back to the mansion. 3. The Mansion Revisited -------------------------------------------------------------------- After you've reached the mansion,you'll be introduced to the first hunter enemy.Take out your shotgun and blast it with two shots.Enter the grey door and head for the rest room.Wesker has left back a few items for you,a FIRST AID SPRAY,HANDGUN MAGAZINE and SHOTGUN AMMO. Leave the handgun and ammo in the chest and go back to the corridor you'v just faced the first hunter.Unlock it with your HELMET KEY and enter.Turn the lights on and take the BOOK OF DOOM 1 and MAGNUM AMMO. Go to the rest room and leave this stuff in you chest,take out the handgun and ammo instead.Leave the rest room and go up the stairs. Kill the two hunters and enter the door at the end of the corridor.In this room with the fireplace unlock the red door with your HELMET KEY. Enter this big room and examine the piano in the corner to trigger the second encounter with the giant snake.Aim for its head with your shotgun and shoot 6-8 times to kill it.Since it has left behind a hole you should examine it and jump it down.Search the grave down there to reveal another ladder.Descend the ladder to the basement.Kill the two zombies here and pick up the SHOTGUN AMMO.Enter the door and move foward to the kitchen door.You can also kill the two zombies to free 2 GREEN HERBS.Unlock the door to the kitchen and enter.Move forward to trigger a cutscene.A zombie will appear,be careful since it's quite strong.Take the SMALL KEY from the kicthen and go for the elevator. Watch out for the zombie on the ground and board the elevator.Use it to go up to the second floor.Kill the three zombies and enter the blue double doors.Here kill two other zombies and use your last SMALL KEY to gain MAGNUM AMMO from the drawer.Pushing the cupboard is optional and will only reveal INK RIBBON and a HANDGUN MAGAZINE in the other room. Take the FILE bewteen the books and enter the other door at the back. Shove the statue into the corner to reveal a desk with your first MO-DISK.Go back to the elevator and enter the door behind it.Take the two boxes of SHOTGUN AMMO and the BATTERY.There's also another door nearby which is optional and has three zombies and 2 GREEN HERBS and a BLUE HERB.Use the elevator to go down again.Use the door the zombie had unlocked earlier and go all the way back up to the first floor. Unlock the double doors to find yourself in a familiar area.Kill the two hunters from this distance and go to the nearby rest room.There will be more hunters in your way.Leave your mo disk and battery in the chest and ascend the ladders nearby.Kill the two hunters ans unlock the door next to you with the HELMET KEY.Enter and take the FILE from table along withe SHOTGUN AMMO and MAGNUM AMMO.Push the stairs and turn the lights off to reveal the RED JEWEL.Take it and go to the tiger statue room to gain the MAGNUM.Save your game and go all the way back to the Courtyard Basement.Insert your BATTERY next to the second elevator to activate it.Use it to go up and go to the pool again.Use your CRANK to fill up the water again.Discard the crank and go down.You now should be able to access the Underground. 4. The Underground -------------------------------------------------------------------- Enter the door next to the ladder and take the FLAMETHROWER from the holder.Take the left path and search for a FIRST AID SPRAY and some SHOTGUN AMMO in the next room.Enter the remaining door and follow the path to reach Enrico.After the cutscene you can search Enrico for a HANDGUN MAGAZINE.Turn around and go back to face two hunters.Kill them with your flamethrower.Pick up the HEXAGONALLY CRANK on your way out.Go all the way back to the ladder while killing all the hunters in your way with the flamethrower.Insetr it back into the holder to unlock the door,or else you wont be able to leave.Back in the room with the ladder,follow the path and use your HEXAGONALLY CRANK to free the way to the door.Enter and head for the big boulder. Turn around and run for the door when it starts moving.Examine the corner it has revealed for some MAGNUM AMMO.Also take the second FLAMETHROWER from the holder and kill the hunter that appears.Enter the doorin the passage the boulder has revealed and face the big spider. Kill it with 5-7 shots from your shotgun.Use your knife or flamethrower to free the other door from the webs.Enter the door and insert your FLAMETHROWER into the respective holder to unlock the door.Turn around and enter the rest room at the other end.The room boasts a BLUE HERB, INK RIBBON and a FIRST AID SPRAY.Save your game and get back out.Small snakes will drop the ceiling so just run for the door you've just unlocked.In the next room take the right path and use your HEXAGONALLY CRANK thrice this time to create a passage and reveal another small room to the left.Examine the boulder again and take shelter in that small roum when it starts moving.Take the B1 COURTYARD MAP and the MO-DISK from the corner it has freed and enter the door in that small room.Start pushing the small statue in this room towards the door. Push as much as forward, that it it a bit away from the door.Use your HEXAGONALLY CRANK twice on that device to free the statue from the wall. Push it on the special surface to release the BOOK OF DOOM 2.Examine it to gain the WOLF MEDAL.No with both medals in your inventory,head for the elevator in this basement and use it to go up.On the first floor you can pick up the 2 GREEN HERBS and 2 BLUE HERBS for some herb combinations.Use your two medals at the pool to reveal a secret elevator. Use it to reach the laboratory. 5. The Laboratory -------------------------------------------------------------------- Descend the ladder and use the chest.Discard the crank and take out your handgun with ammo.Enter the next room and kill the three zombies. Take the 2 GREEN HERBS if you want and the last MO-DISK in the nearby corridor.Go down the stairs and enter the grey double doors you see. In this corridor enter again the first door you see next to you.Take the two HANDGUN MAGAZINES from the small box.Turn the lights on and take the GREEN HERB from the ground.Examine the picture and take the FILE from the desk.The picture has words written in phoenician/mycenean letters or germanic runes.To understand them you have to push the cupboard and reveal another button.Push it to fill the room with blue light.The words will be shown in latin letters now.If you translate the script from the file you get the following word: MOLE This is the password we need for the computer.Leave this room and the corridor and get back to the main corridor.Move forward until you reach the next angle and head for the other double doors in the corner.You'll reach the room with the computer.Take the SLIDES from the ground and operate the pc.Operate the computer and type in the following: Login: John Password: Ada Then choose B2,the pc will prompt for another password.It's the one from the file: MOLE Do this to unlock the conference room on B2 which is essential.You can also unlock the room on B3 if you want to save Jill.This is optinal though.After you're finished go all the way up to where we found the last mo-disk.Enter and search the cupboard next to the door for a FILE. Then examine the small device on the opposite side to reveal a button. Push the button to reveal the LAB KEY.Take this key and go down to B3.You have to use it on the double doors on the opposite side of this corridor. Get in and kill the threee zombies that block your way and use the door the corridor leads to to reach the laboratory rest room. There's again a lot of stuff in here:INK RIBBON,MAGNUM AMMO,GREEN HERB and a BLUE HERB. Save your game and get back out.It now depends on you if you want to save Jill or not.If thats the case get out and enter the double doors in the corridor. Optional puzzle for obtaining the passcodes: Collect the SHOTGUN AMMO and RED HERB in this room.You have to push those two crates against the opposite wall so they can both cover the two holes on the ground.Then you have to push the small stairs between them and ascend them to enter the ventilation hole in order to reach the other room.Take the MAGNUM AMMO and use one of your MO-DISKs to obtain PASSCODE NO.2.Leave this room and go the room you've unlocked via the computer earlier on.Here you'll have to kill 4 zombies and insert another MO-DISK into that device to gain PASSCODE NO.1.There's also a FILE in the wall you should take before moving on to the engine room. Take the right path and head for the device.Just activate it and move on while ruinning from the three chimeras in here.The next engine room features three other chimeras and another passcode device. Optional puzzle for obtaining the passcode: Again use the last of your MO-DISKs here to gain PASSCODE NO.3. Move on until you reach the last engine room.Here operate another device to fully restore the power for the elevator.Now go back to the rest room and take out the weapon of your choice.Save your game and operate the elevator.Depending on your decisions throughout the game, Rebecca will now appear or not.If she does you'll have to fight the Tyrant on the heliport.If not you're done after reaching the heliport.No matter what you decied you'll end up with Wesker in the Tyrant room.run from it ans shoot it with your shotgun or magnum.13 shots from the shotgun should be fine for the tyrant.After its down examine the device behind Weskers corpse to unlock the doors of this room.Leave then.If Rebecca is with you she'll run for the engine room to active the self-destruct system.You should go into the rest room and save your progress.Then head for the B1 level while killing the zombies and avoiding the chimeras. If Rebecca is with you she'll now activate the self-destruct system. That doesn't change your route at all unless you wantto save Jill. Optional route for saving Jill: Go to the double doors which are locked on B3 in that narrow corridor. Enter all the three passcodes you've gained to unlock these double doors. Enter the doors to reach a long and empty corridor.Just move until you reach the cell to free Jill. When you reach the room with the chest on B1.Discard all but your MAGNUM.Also take the remaining MAGNUM AMMO with you and 3 FIRST AID SPRAYS.Only three since you'll need space soon.Ascend the stairs now and enter the emergency exit doors.Brad will contact you via radio. Move forward and grad the BATTERY from the ground and insert it a little further next to the elevator to actiavte it.A cutscene will have monsters approaching towards you and Jill,she'll stay back and you'll have to go up alone.If Rebecca is with you she'll appear now as well and cover Jill,if that's the case a countdown will start now as well. If Rebecca is not with you,you'll just have to use the elevator and go up.Pick up the FLARE and use it to give Brad a sign he'll appear and take you with him along with Jill if you saved her. BUT if Rebeccas is with you: The Tyrant will appear after Brad has reached the heliport.Equip your MAGNUM and start shooting at it as much as you can.Heal yourself in case you get hurt.When the counter reaches about 1 minute Brad will drop the ROCKET LAUNCHER.Take it and blast the Tyrant away with it to end the game.You'll also gain one of the 4 possible endings which are the same as for the Rebirth Mode. -------------------------------------------------------------------- | III. - JILL VALENTINE | REBIRTH MODE | NORMAL | -------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. The Mansion -------------------------------------------------------------------- After you reach the dining room Barry will go ahead.Follow him until you reach the fireplace with the blood.After he has talked to you,you should use the door near him. Useless Secret: You can also go back to Wesker.Then after you're back in the dining room you should again try to visit him.Barry will prevent you from doing it.Then you can go to the clock and watch a cutscene with the zombie coming in.If you dothis,Kenneths body will be much more munched and he wont have the two handgun magazines in his body. The passage will be blocked,insert the WOODEN EMBLEM to reopen it.Go back to the red corridor and backtrack to the dining room door.Don't go in but enter the door on the opposite side.Here enter the door in that small passage.Insert your BLUE JEWEL in that tiger statue to gain the WIND CREST,take it and go back to the dining room.Insert the GOLDEN EMBLEM where the wooden one was to activate the clock.Operate it and set it to 3:00 to reveal the SHIELD KEY.You can also set it to 8:12 to gain some SHOTGUN BULLETS.Now go to the main hall and enter the blue double doors on the other side.Kill the two zombies in that knife fight and push the small stairs to gain the 1F MANSION MAP from the statue.Push the small drawer to reveal a small passage.Kill the two zombies and claim teh INK RIBBON from the cupboard.Unlock the other door in this room and proceed.Two dogs will jump in as you walk.Kill them and push the second drawer at the wall for a HANDGUN MAGAZINE.The next room has a GREEN HERB next to where you enter.Move forward until you reach the double doors.You can also enter the bathroom on your way for a HANDGUN MAGAZINE and a zombie.Take out the three zombies here and enter the door at the corner.Kill the zombies and crows in this knife battle and push the buttons under the picres in the following order. The right oder is: The first on the front side. The third on the back side. The second on the back side. The fourth on the back side. The second on the front side. The first on the back side. And last the center picture on the back side. The order is from the youngest to the oldest.Get the STAR CREST and leave. Move forward and enter the door to get outside.Kill the crow and the dog and run down to find a device.Insert the two crest you got and get back inside.Unlock the grey door and enter.Kill the two zombies and enter the rest room near the stairs,there's also a GREEN HERB on the ground for you. Take the HERBICIDE from this room and unlock the treasure box: Treasure box: 3 moves,5 circles Replace Green Core/Yellow Circle with Red Core/Green Circle Replace Yellow Core/Red Circle with Red Core/Yellow Circle Replace Blue Core/Pink Circle with Pink Core/Blue Circle Reward: RED HERB Leave and go all the way back to the main hall.You'll bump into Barry. He'll give you the ACID ROUNDS for the bazooka.Take them and go for the room which leads to the tiger statue.In this room enter the only remaining room at the back.Use your HERBICIDE on that machine to kill that plant.You'll free 4 GREEN HERBS and 2 RED HERBS in here and mostly important the ARMOR KEY.Leave and enter the room next to this one where the dogs jumped in earlier.Unlock the door you see with the ARMOR KEY and grab the HANDGUN MAGAZINE,SHOTGUN AMMO and BROKEN SHOTGUN from this small storage room.Go to the main hall and unlock the grey door,again with the ARMOR KEY.Take the HANDGUN MAGAZINE and the SHOTGUN AMMO from the drawer.Watch out for the zombie.The room that lies behind this one is optional and holds INK RIBBON and 2 GREEN HERBS along with a zombie. If you go in you'll face a knife battle on your way out.After you're done ascend the stairs to the second floor and use the door on the right which is near the front.Move forward to reach the balcony with your fallen comrade Forest.Examine him and he'll attack you.Take him out and take his BAZOOKA.Go back to the main hall afterwards and use the double doors on the same side.Kill the 4 zombies in here(one is on the ground) and unlock the first door on your way with the ARMOR KEY.Enter to find 2 GREEN HERBS and Richard Aiken.You'll have to perform CPR on him.Make short blows into your microphone to revive.Succeeding in doing this will give you the time for the dining room and the radio,yet it wont affect your game in other way at all.Search Richard twice for a HANDGUN MAGAZINE and leave this room via the door you've just entered.Back in the corridor, move forward and unlock the green double doors with your ARMOR KEY.Get in and examine the balance.Place the stones in the following order: Left one: Green,Yellow Right one: Blue,Red,Green Take the SUN CREST and leave.And move forward until you reach the door at the end of this corner.Enter and take the BOTANY BOOK.Unlock the other door and enter.Kill the two zombies here and descend the stairs.Go to the rest room and leave your bazooka stuff.Leave and use the grey door.In this corridor now use the double doors.In this corridor now you can go back a little and unlock the brown metaldoor with your ARMOR KEY.It's optional and has three dogs guarding 6 GREEN HERBS.Our main focus is actually the door on the opposite side.Enter to reach a small room. Enter the next door as well and make sure you got the BROKEN SHOTGUN with you.Take out the three zombies and grad the SHOTGUN from the holder. Insert the BROKEN SHOTGUN instead to block the mechanism.Go back to the corridor with the rest room and ascend the stairs.Unlock the door in the center of this corridor with your ARMOR KEY and discard it.Enter this small room and take the right door.Take the FILE from the desk and examine the frame for a button.Push it to drain the water from the tank.Push the tank and then cupboard to reveal some EXPLOSIVE ROUNDS.There's also some INK RIBBON next to the cupboard.Leave and enter the door on the opposite side.There are a RED HERB and HANDGUN MAGAZINE next to the beds.And a LIGHTER on that small cupboard.Take it and go back to the main corridor. Go down to find another zombie and a blue door.Enter and use the LIGHTER on teh FIREPLACE to get the 2F MANSION MAP.There's also a GREEN HERB.Now go to the room with Richard,you have to use the door in that small corridor to do so.Enter the door behind his corpse to find two zombies.Kill them and use the door in the right corridor.Take the INK RIBBON from the table, the HANDGUN MAGAZINE from the cupboard and light up the candles with your LIGHTER.Push the otehr cupbaord to reveal a small room with ACID ROUNDS. Now go back to the rest room and drop the bazooka stuff.Also discard the LIGHTER.Now go to room that lies behind the one with Richard and unlock the red door ahead with the SHIELD KEY.Enter and move forward to face the snake.I suggest running from it.If you're good you can run from it without getting hit even once.Grab the MOON CREST from the back and the SHOTGUN AMMO from one of the barrels and leave.If you met Barry before he'll bring you back to the rest room if you're poisoned.If not you have to do this on your own.If you don't get hit at all you're fine.Now you should have all of the four crests.Go to the device and insert them to reach the small storage. You should have the handgun and shotgun with you.Push the small stairs to gain the CRANK and enter the rusty doors.Kill the zombies and crows in that knife fight.You'll be outside now,with a lot of small spiders at your feet.Don't let them bother you and kill the dog that is approaching. There are plenty of herbs in here,2 RED HERBS,2 BLUE HERBS and 3 GREEN HERBS.There's also the 1F COURTYARD MAP in that small corridor.Use the rusty double doors to reach the pool.Use the CRANK on that device nearby to drain the water.Cross the path and ascend the ladder on the other side.Move forward while avoiding the small snakes that drop from the trees,there's also a zombie on the ground.Use the elevator to go down.Kill the two dogs here along with the little shark.Enter the next set of double doors to face two other dogs and a crow.Next to the etrance there'll be 2 GREEN HERBS and 2 GREEN HERBS.Enter the door at the end of this long corridor to finally reach the Guardhouse. 2. The Guardhouse -------------------------------------------------------------------- This corridor has a small hole in one of its intersections.Push the small statue in front of you a little forward and then into the corridor until you can cover the hole with it.From now on the statue will be there.You can 2 BLUE HERBS and a GREEN HERB from the first corner as well. Enter the first room to the left,room 101.Kill the zombie on the ground and the three other zombies further.Take the RED BOOK from the bed and the SHOTGUN AMMO from the drawer.Enter the bathroom and exmaine the bathtub to drain the water.The lights will be switched off and a zombie will appear afterwards,do not let the small spiders disturb you at all.Kill it and grab the CONTROL ROOM KEY from the empty bathtub.Exit to the corridor to fight a knife battle and then enter the room on the opposite side.Leave your crank in the chest and most if not all of your unnecessary healing items.Keep the RED BOOK and the CONTROL ROOM KEY.Also leave the EXPLOSIVE ROUNDS and the FIRST AID SPRAY that can be found in here. from the cupboard and unlock the treasure box: Treasure box: 4 moves,6 circles Replace Pink Core/Red Circle with Red Core/Yellow Circle Replace Pink Core/Yellow Circle with Yellow Core/Pink Circle Replace Blue Core/Grey Circle with Green Core/Blue Circle Replace Green Core/Grey Circle with Grey Core/Green Circle Reward: SHOTGUN AMMO Save if you want and leave this room.You can enter the red double doors for INK RIBBON and a HANDGUN MAGAZINE.You can also retrieve the code for the chemical room,but this is optional.The room is also guraded by two spiders.It means now you have to use the remaining door near where you placed the statue.Move forward and enter the first door you come across.Kill those zombies in that tricky knife battle and unlock the door to the chemical room. The code is: 3,4,5 Move further and gad the ROOM 102 KEY.Exit back to the corridor after you're done.You can push the small statue to reaveal 3 GREEN HERBS on your way to room 102,use your ROOM 102 KEY to unlock it and enter.Kill the zombie and the spider and pick up the FILE from the bed.There's also the GUARDHOUSE MAP at the wall and SHOTGUN AMMO in the drawer.Another HANDGUN MAGAZINE is inside the bathroom but it is behind two zombies. Push the two cupboards a little to reveal a hidden ladder.Descend it. Now go all the way backt o where we found the room 102 key and unlock room 103.Kill those 3 zombies in that kinfe battle and enter the bathroom and take the FLAME ROUNDS after you've killed the two zombies. Leave and unlock the drawer for some INK RIBBON.Take the FILE from the bookshelf and insert the RED BOOK.A door will be revealed,enter to face the PLANT 42.You can either fight it yourself or go for the V-JOLT. I suggest doing this on your own.Just take out your bazooka and kill it with a few flame rounds.Barry will do the rest for you.After you're done take the HELMET KEY from the fireplace and leave and head for the rest room,you will run into Wesker on your way back.Take the shotgun along with ammo with you and go back to the mansion.You'll run into a few knife battles on your way back.If you got the radio from Brad you'll also receive a transmission,if not you'll find it on your way back. 3. The Mansion Revisited -------------------------------------------------------------------- Take out the hunter after the cutscene and unlock the brown door with the HELMET KEY.Examine the desk to turn the light on.Take the MAGNUM AMMO and the first MO-DISK.Head for the nearby rest room afterwards.Two hunters will be in your way so watch out.Barry has left some stuff for you: FIRST AID SPRAY,ACID ROUNDS and SHOTGUN AMMO.Grab the bazooka with some rounds and save your game.Ascend the stairs nearby and kill the two hunters and the zombie.Enter the blue door and unlock the red door with your HELMET KEY.Inthis big room search the corner for the redcord player.Turn the record as fast as possible so that the Code Veronica theme can be heard properly.If you do so correctly the giant snake will appear for the second time.Just kill it off with 15 shots from your bazooka or shotgun.Search the hole to have Barry appear.He'll let you down with his rope.After you're down the hole he'll let it drop. He'll tell you to wait.Depending on your decision Barry may die at the end of this game or not. It's quite simple: If you wait for Barry to get the rope he'll meet you in the Underground and it will be possible for him to survive.If not he'll die at the end. I'll cover the first one since it's easier for now.Wait for Barry to come back.After you've talked to him and got the CODE from him get back down.Search the grave and start pushingthe blue buttons with your stlyus to reveal a path under the grave.Descend the ladder to the B1 floor.Pick up the SHOTGUN AMMO as well as the FLAMETHROWER.As Jill you now got two possibilities: You can move on and insert the flamethrower next to the kitchen door. This will make it easier for now. OR You can go back to the room with the fireplace and insert the flamethrower in there instead.This will unlock the red door which gets blocekd by the mechanism.Then you can go back all the way to the west wing and unlock the door with the code Barry gave you.This will make it easier later on. I'll cover the latter.Take your flamethrower and head back up to the second floor.Insert the FLAMETHROWER in the room with the fireplace to unlock the door.In the next room descend the stairs since the route via the first floor is much easier to handle.Go through the grey door and then through the double doors.You'll see a zombie,kill it and proceed a little.Aim for another zombie.When you reach the next angle a hunter will appear.Kill it and enter the next room.Run and ignore the spiders. Kill the two dogs in the main hall and enter the dining room.Here just go for the next room,you can take out one of the zombies on your way, since it might block it.Head for the rest room.On your way you'll face two spiders,three hunters and two zombies.Make sure you have the helmet key with you and ascend the stairs.Kill the two hunters and the crow with the shotgun and unlock the room next to the stairs with the HELMET KEY.Discard it and enter.Take the FILE from the ground,the SHOTGUN AMMO and MAGNUM AMMO from the shelf and blowout the candles on the table. Make three short and constant blows to reveal the red jewel.Push the small stairs a little and ascend to claim the RED JEWEL.With this,now go back to the tiger statue room and insert it to get the MAGNUM.Leave your magnum stuff in the chest and keep the shotgun and the bazooka with the explosive rounds if you have any.Ascend the stairs again and unlock the door with the code barry gave you earlier.Proceed until you reach the last corner,three zombies will be crawling in there.Kill them and take the 2 GREEN HERBS and a BLUE HERB if you want.Proceed and kill anothe rzombie on the ground.Wait for the hunter and kill it.Then enter the door behind it.Take the two boxes of EXPLOSIVE ROUNDS and mostly important the BATTERY.Leave and head for the blue double doors.Another hunter will be there so just blast it with your shotgun/bazooka.There's also a GREEN HERB near where he stood.Enter the room and get the MAGNUM AMMO from the drawer.A zombie will appraoch.Blast him and the other two zombies in this room.This is optional but you can examine the sword to open that door.Just rub the sword until it gets torn off.Inside you'll find a zombie which isn't dead,INK RIBBON and a HANDGUN MAGAZINE.Leave and take the FILE in the library.Enter the other door to see a small cutscene with a chimera.Push the small statue into the corner to reveal a secret desk.Take the FILE from the desk and try to leave.The chimera will appear now.Kill it and leave.On your way back you'll run into another chimera. Now that you've got the battery you have to go to the courtyard and insert it to the second elevator.To do this just go all the way back to the first rest room and take the CRANK with you.Go all the way to the Courtyard 1F and inserthe they BATTERY into the elevator,you might run into different knife battles in the process.Board the elevator and go up.Go back to the pool and use your CRANK one last time to fill the pool with water again. Use the other activated elevator now to go back down.As you can see the path for the underground area will be open,yet you still have to gain the first medal.As the file from the library says you have to go back to the guardhouse now.When you reach the guardhouse it'll have another background music.New enemies will be in here as well.The first will be a bee.On your way to the plant 42 room you'll run into all in all five hunters.When you reach the plant 42 room the battle with the snake will begin,this time it'll be a knife fight.After you're done take the BOOK OF DOOM 1 in ths room and open it to reveal the EAGLE MEDAL.Leave this medal and the crank in the chest and head for the underground level. 4. Take the FIRST AID SPRAY,INK RIBBON and BLUE HERB and leave them in your item chest.Take out the EAGLE MEDAL and save your game.Finally unlock the treasure box before you leave: Treasure box: 5 moves,6 circles Replace Pink Core/Red Circle with Grey Core/Blue Circle Replace Red Core/Grey Circle with Grey Core/Red Circle Replace Blue Core/Green Circle with Yellow Core/Pink Circle Replace Pink Core/Blue Circle with Blue Core/Pink Circle Replace Green Core/Yellow Circle with Yellow Core/Green Circle Reward: EXPLOSIVE ROUNDS Leave the rest room and us ethe door on the other end of the corridor. Enter and head right to see another boulder.Use the HEXAGONALLY CRANK thrice to reveal a secret door.Search the boulder and head for this small passage when it starts rolling.The path will be free and will free the B1 COURTYARD MAP and the second MO-DISK.Enter the small in the revealed passage to engage a kinfe battle with 4 zombies.After you're done push the statue atthe wall near the door.Then use the HEXAGONALLY CRANK twice to free the statue from the wall.Then push it onto the colored ground surace to reveal the BOOK OF DOOM 2.Examine it in your inventory and open it to find the WOLF MEDAL.With both medals use the elevator to go up to the first floor.Here you'll find 2 GREEN HERBS and 2 RED HERBS. Insetr both of your medals at the pool to reveal the elevator to the lab. Enter the pool and use the elevator to go down. 5. The Laboratory -------------------------------------------------------------------- Descend the ladder and discard the crank in the chest.Take out all of your MO-DISKs instead.Another treasure box will be in here: Treasure box: 4 moves,6 circles Replace Green Core/Yellow Circle with Grey Core/Green Circle Replace Red Core/Grey Circle with Yellow Core/Red Circle Replace Grey Core/Yellow Circle with Yellow Core/Grey Circle Replace Pink Core/Blue Circle with Blue Core/Pink Circle Reward: MAGNUM AMMO Leave this room to face a big bunch of crows.This room will have four other zombies after the fight.There's the last MO-DISK next to the telephone and 2 GREEN HERBS next to the stairs.Descend the stairs end enter the two double doors.Kill the three zombies on the ground in this corridor and enter the first door you reach.A quick zombie will approach.Kill it and dispose of anotehr zombie on the ground in the next camera angle.Take the FILE from the desk,the GREEN HERB in front of the picture and the 2 HANDGUN MAGAZINES.Push the cupboard to reveal a button.Push the button to fill the room with a blue ray.Read the file and decipher the characters with the picture.The word is: MOLE Go back to the corridor and then to the main corridor.Head forward until you reach the double doors to the control room.Kill the fast zombie and take the SLIDES from the ground.Operate the computer and input: Login: John Password: Ada Then unlock B2 with the password MOLE.You should also unlock B3 in case you want to save Chris later on.Leave and go back up to B2.Enter the double doors you've just unlocked.Kill the bee and insert the SLIDES into the device at the front.Also pick up the FILE from the cupboard. Operate the small panel next to the table to reveal a row of switches. Optional puzzle for obtaining the passcodes: Collect the SHOTGUN AMMO and RED HERB in this room.You have to push those two crates against the opposite wall so they can both cover the two holes on the ground.Then you have to push the small stairs between them and ascend them to enter the ventilation hole in order to reach the other room.Kill the 7 zombies on the ground and take the MAGNUM AMMO. Use one of your MO-DISKs to obtain PASSCODE NO.2.Leave this room and go the room you've unlocked via the computer earlier on.You'll encounter another knife battle when you enter,kill the zombies and insert another MO-DISK into that device to gain PASSCODE NO.1.There's also some INK RIBBON on the boxes.You can also examine the dart board for a game.If you hit thrice the center you'll gain the "ORDERS"-FILE and soem MAGNUM MULLETS. Leave this room and head for the engine room near the rest room. In the engine room you'll face a big knife battle,four zombies,a dog and a hunter are the make up.After you're done examine the device at the back while avoiding the chimeras.You have to connect two lines to restore this part of the elevators power.It's sometimes difficult to figure out but it can be done with trial and error. The solution to this one is: Connection between 2 and 3. Connection between 4 and 5. After the power is restored here use the other door to move to the next engine room. Optional puzzle for obtaining the passcode: Again use the last of your MO-DISKs here to gain PASSCODE NO.3. Move on until you reach the third engine.Here you'll have to solve another power restoration puzzle. The solution this time is: Connection between 5 and 3. Connection between 3 and 2. After you've successfully connected this one as well, the power for the elevator will be restored.Go back to the rest room and save.Go back out and operate the elevator.Depending on your decisions throughout the game, Barry will now appear or not.If he does you might have to fight the Tyrant on the heliport.If not you're done after reaching the heliport.Depending on your decisions throught the game you'll end up in the tyrant with either Wesker or Barry.Either of them will set free the tyrant.Wesker gets killed/Barry gets knocked out.Run from this thing and shoot it with your bazooka.The tyrant should drop after about 10 shots. If Barry is with you go to him to wake him up and leave.If Wesker died in this room take the MASTER KEY from him and use the device to unlock the door.After you're back the self-destruct system will be actiavted if you're with Barry.If not nothing will happen and you just have to go back to B1.You can still go to Chris to save him if you want a better ending. Optional route for saving Chris: Go to the double doors which are locked on B3 in that narrow corridor. Enter all the three passcodes you've gained to unlock these double doors. Get in and kill the 7 zombies that guard Chris' cell.Get in to meet with Chris.After you've freed him continue your way up to B1. When you reach the room with the chest on B1 Chris will appear if you saved him.Discard all but your MAGNUM.Also take the remaining MAGNUM AMMO with you and 5 FIRST AID SPRAYS.Only five since you'll need space soon.Also keep the MASTER KEY.Ascend the stairs now and enter the emergency exit doors or unlock them with your MASTER KEY,Barry should appear here as well if he's to survive.Brad will contact you via radio. Move forward and grad the BATTERY from the ground and insert it a little further next to the elevator to actiavte it.A cutscene will have monsters approaching towards your party,Chris and/or Barry will stay back and fight them in case you saved them. If Barry is not with you,you'll just have to use the elevator and go up.Pick up the FLARE and use it to give Brad a sign he'll appear and take you with him along with Chris if you saved him. BUT if Barry is with you: The Tyrant will appear after Brad has reached the heliport.Equip your MAGNUM and start shooting at it as much as you can.Heal yourself in case you get hurt.When the counter reaches about 1 minute Brad will drop the ROCKET LAUNCHER.Take it and blast the Tyrant away with it to end the game. Grab the BOTANY BOOK from the small library and unlock the other door to reach another corridor.Kill another bunch of zombies and descend the stairs to the first floor.Kill the zombie here and pick up the GREEN HERB from the ground.Enter the rest room to find your first chest.Leave your spray in there and grab the 2 HANDGUN MAGAZINES.Go all the way to the main hall and enter the door on the opposite side. You may run into Barry here,he'll give some ACID ROUNDS in that case. The second floor of the dining room has two zombies.Kill them and push the staute to the small gap so it can be pushed to drop to the first floor.Enter the next room and kill the two zombies,descend the stairs afterwards.There are three zombies in here.You should kill as many as possible,if you lack the ammo enter the rest room and grab the bazooka from your chest.There's also some INK RIBBON in here.Move forward and enter the next room.Kill the zombie in front of you and move forward. You'll be in the room with a pool and a plant in it.Use your HERBICIDE on that device to dispose of it.Take the ARMOR KEY and the 2 RED HERBS and 4 GREEN HERBS.With your mixed herbs go back to the rest room and unlock the locked door on your way back with your ARMOR KEY.Take the HANDGUN MAGAZINE and BROKEN SHOTGUN from the shelf and the SHOTGUN AMMO from the drawer.Leave your mixed herbs in the chest and go back to the room with the green walls.Turn right and enter unlock the door at the wall.Enter and take the HANDGUN MAGAZINE from the bed.Examine the diary to have a zombie appear.Kill it and take the FILE and the SHOTGUN AMMO it reaveals.Leave and unlock the door at the end of this corridor.Enter and go to the dining room.Take the BLUE JEWEL from the ground and the WOODEN EMBLEM from above the fireplace.Go back to the corridor and unlock the door at the end next to the double doors.Enter to reach the piano room.Search the back corner for a cupboard.Push it to reveal the MUSICAL NOTES.Take them and use them at the piano to reveala s ecret passage.Get in and take the GOLDEN EMBLEM.The passage will close again.Insert the WOODEN EMBLEM to reopen it.Go to the dining room again and place the GOLDEN EMBLEM in wheer the wooden one was.This will activate the clock and give you the SHIELD KEY.Go to the main hall and unlock the blue door with your ARMOR KEY.These rooms are optional but have a lot of stuff ready for you.The first one has a HANDGUN MAGAZINE and SHOTGUN AMMO in the drawer behind a zombie.The second one has 2 GREEN HERBS and INK RIBBON and a crawling zombie.Go to the main hall and go to the second floor.Enter the right corridor and unlock the first door you come across with your ARMOR KEY.Enter to find 2 GREEN HERBS and your injured comrade Richard. You'll have the choice now to go to the rest room in the west wing and take the SERUM for Richard.If you don't bring it to him or pick it up but don't bring it to him in time you wont get the RADIO from him but later when you revisit the mansion.Other than that there's no real difference to it. I suggest bringing him the serum though so go down to the first floor and head for the room with the green walls.Enter the door in the small corridor opposing the door at the wall to find the tiger statue.Insert your BLUE JEWEL to gain the WIND CREST.Go to the rest room and leave this crest in your chest.Grab the SERUM and go back to Richard.You'll get the RADIO from him.Search him twice to get a HANDGUN MAGAZINE.Go back to the corridor and unlock the blue double doors with your ARMOR KEY.Enter and push the two statues over the holes to cover them.Push the red button to unlock the drawer and take the SUN CREST.Take it and go to the first floor of the main hall.Enter the blue double doors.Push the small stairs to gain the 1F MANSION MAP.You can also push the drawer to reveal a small corridor with a zombie and some INK RIBBON.Unlock the door in this room to find another corridor.Move forward to have two dogs jump in,kill them and push the second drawer around the corner to find a HANDGUN MAGAZINE.Enter the next room to find a GREEN HERB and another door next to you which can be unlocked again with the ARMOR KEY.It's optional and has 3 dogs guarding 6 GREEN HERBS.Go past the second door since it's useless and empty in Jills game.Go to the double doors and enter.Kill the two zombies here and and enter the door around the corner. You'll be outside.Take out the dog and insert your SUN CREST in here. Go back inside and enter the door at the corner.Here you have to push the buttons under the pictures in the order of younger to older age. The right oder is: The first on the front side. The third on the back side. The second on the back side. The fourth on the back side. The second on the front side. The first on the back side. And last the center picture on the back side. You'll get the STAR CREST.You should insert this outside as well.Now unlock the grey door in this corridor and enter.Ascend the stairs and unlock the door in middle of the corridor to reach a very small room. Enter the rigth door and search the desk for a FILE.Examine the frame next to teh desk to drain the water in the tank.Push the tank first and then the cupboard to reveal some EXPLOSIVE ROUNDS.There's also some INK RIBBON in the bag next to them.Enter the door on the opposite side to find a LIGHTER on the shelf and a RED HERB and HANGUN MAGAZINE next to the beds.Leave and exit to the main corridor and head for the door around the corner.Enter to find a fireplace.Light it with your LIGHTER and take the 2F MANSION MAP.Now head for the place where you found Richard earlier. Enter the door behind him and quickly ascend the small stairs to avoid the zombie.Kill it and enter the door in that corridor he was in.Grab the INK RIBBON from the table and the HANDGUN MAGAZINE from the corner.Use your LIGHTER to light up the candle and then push away the cupboard to reveal a passage with some ACID ROUNDS.Leave and unlock the door behind the stairs with your SHIELD KEY.You'll face the giant snake here.I suggest just running from it and taking the MOON CREST from the back.Also grab the SHOTGUN AMMO on your way out.If you don't get hityour fine,if you do Barry will pop and take you to the rest room. Either way you know should have all four crest in your possesion.Insert them all into the device to unlock the door.Since you haven't gotten the shotgun yet you should take out the BROKEN SHOTGUN from the chest and enter the room which leads to the bathroom.Enter the door opposing the double doors to find a small room.Enter the next room to find the SHOTGUN in a holder.Take it and insert the BROKEN SHOTGUN instead to block the deadly mechanism.Now you can leave and head to the garden storage outside the mansion.Push the small stairs near the wall to get the CRANK from the shelf.Leave to find 2 RED HERBS and 3 GREEN HERBS outside and 2 BLUE HERBS a little further.Kill the two dogs and receive a transmission from Brad if you got the radio from Richard.You should also take the 1F COURTYARD MAP from the corridor.Enter the red double doors when you're done and drain the water with your CRANK via the device next to the pool.Cross the path and head for the elevator while avoiding the small snakes that drop from the trees above your character.When you're down kill the two dogs and enter the another set of red double doors.This corridor has again two dogs,dispose of them and take the 2 GREEN HERBS and 2 BLUE HERBS. Enter the door at the end to reach the guardhouse. 2. The Guardhouse -------------------------------------------------------------------- Push the small statue in fromt of you into the corridor.You should be able to cover the hole in this way.Enter room 101 to find two zombies. Kill them and take the SHOTGUN AMMO from the drawer.Enter the bathroom and drain the water from the tub to find the CONTROL ROOM KEY.Leave and enter the room on the other side,the rest room.Here you should take the FIRST AID SPRAY and EXPLOSIVE ROUNDS from teh shelf and save your game. Leave and enter the red double doors.This room is optional but has a HANDGUN CLIP and INK RIBBON.You can also search the pool table for the code for the chemicals room.Leave and enter the door behind the statue you placed earlier.In the next room enter the first door you come across. Unlock the chemicals room with the code. The code is: 3,4,5 Search the back of this room to find a bee nest and the ROOM 102 KEY. Take it and get back out.Unlock the next door with your ROOM 102 KEY and enter,you can also push the statue a little further to find 3 GREEN HERBS.Enter room 102 and take teh SHOTGUN AMMO from the drawer along with that FILE from the bed and the GUARDHOUSE MAP from the wall as well. The bathroom only has a zombie and a HANDGUN MAGAZINE.Push the two cupboards aside to reveal a ladder.Descend the ladder and push the three crated to form a bridge.You can cross the water in this way: |----------| | | | | | |-------------------------------------------------| | |-------| | | |---| | | | | | 1 | | | | |-------| |-------| | | | | | |-------------------------------------------->| 2 | | |-------| |---------------------------------------| | | | \/ | | |-------| | | | | | 3 | | |-------| |-----------| | | | \/ | |::::::::| WATRER DRAIN There are 2 GREEN HERBS on the other side.Enter the double doors to reach the big room filled with water.Take the right path and head for the doors on the opposite side.Sharks will appear,you should just ignore them and unlock the left door with your CONTROL ROOM KEY.Enter and pull the lever to drain the water,then push the button at the wall to unlock the next to the one you're in.Enter this room to find 2 boxes of SHOTGUN AMMO,2 HANDGUN MAGAZINES and the ROOM 103 KEY.With this key go back where you found the room 102 key and unlock room 103 with this one.The bathroom has a zombie and some FLAME ROUNDS.The drawer has INK RIBBON and the bookshelf a white book which is a FILE.Take it and insetr your empty RED BOOK instead to reveal a door.Enter to face the plant 42.There are two things you can do now,either face it completely on your own and using the V-JOLT,or shootit and wait for Barry to save you.I suggest doing the first,it means you have to leave via the double doors and head for the chemicals room. Mixing the V-Jolt: Get into the chemical room and start mixing.You have to mix them in here,if you mix the wrong the combination,the mixing will fail.Get the first EMPTY BOTTLE next to the tap.Fill it with WATER.Get the two EMPTY BOTTLES from the cupboards and fill them with UMB NO.2 and UMB NO.4 each.Now mix UMB NO.2 with water to receive NP-003.Fill in UMB NO.2 into the remaing bottle now and mix it with umb no.4 to gain YELLOW-6.Now mix your NP-003 with another UMB NO.4 to gain UMB NO.7. Combine your UMB NO.7 with your YELLOW-6 to get UMB NO.13.Now mix another NP-003 with UMB NO.2 and WATER, and combine it with your UMB NO.13 to gain UMB NO.16 aka the V-JOLT.Now take this and get down to the basement.Head to the room with the plantroot and use the V-JOLT at the root itself to make it crumble a bit.Now go all the way back up to the plant to kill it off. After you've take it out you should take the HELMET KEY from the fireplace and leave.You will run into Wesker on your way out.With the key in your posession go all the way back to the mansion now. 3. The Mansion Revisited -------------------------------------------------------------------- You'll face the first hunter when you reach the mansion.Kill it with your shotgun and unlock the door next to the grey one.Enter and search the desk to turn the light on.Take the MAGNUM AMMO and the BOOK OF DOOM 1.Search it to find the EAGLE MEDAL.Go to the nearby rest room and leave this in your chest.Barry has left back some stuff for you like a FIRST AID SPRAY,some SHOTGUN AMMO and ACID ROUNDS.Save your game and leave.Ascend teh stairs outside and kill the hunters.Enter the room with the fireplace and unlock the red door with your HELMET KEY.Enter this room and search the piano to have the giant snake appear for the second time.Kill it and search the hole and Barry will appear.When he drops the rope wait for him or he wont survive this scenario. He'll give the CODE when he's back.With this you can go to the panel door in the other wing.Don't do this and just jump down the hole again. Search the grave to reveal a secret ladder.Descend it to reach the B1 floor.Kill the two zombies here and take the SHOTGUN AMMO from the ground.Enter the next room to find another couple of zombies in front of 2 GREEN HERBS.Unlock the kitchen door and enter.Move forward to make a zombie appear.Kill it and turn right.Go to the elevator and kill the zombie on the ground.Use the elevator o go up to the second floor. Kill the three zombies here and take the GREEN HERB if you want.Enter the door behind the elevator to find 2 boxes of EXPLOSIVE ROUNDS and the BATTERY.The other room behind the elevator is optional and only has 3 zombies with 2 GREEN HERBS and a BLUE HERB.Enter the blue double doors now.Kill the two zombies in here to find a FILE and some MAGNUM AMMO in the drawer.You can push the cupboard a little further to reveal a door.Enter to find some INK RIBBON and HANDGUN MAGAZINE.Enter the room behind the books to find another small library.Push the small statue into the corner to reveal a desk with the first MO-DISK.Leave and go down to B1 again.Enter the door the zombie came in from earlier and follow the path to the double doors.Unlock them and enter.Shoot the two hunters and enter the corridor which leads to the tiger statue.Kill the hunter here and go to the rest room.Two hunters will be in your way.Leave the battery and leave.Ascend the stairs and kill the hunter here.Unlock the door next to where he was with your HELMET KEY.Take the FILE from the table along with the SHOTGUN AMMO and MAGNUM AMMO nearby.Push the stairs against the deer head and turn the lights off to make the RED JEWEL visible. Take it and insetr it into the tiger statue to receive the MAGNUM.Stay on this floor now and head for the rest room in the other wing.You'll face some spiders and a hunter on your way back so be prepared.You should keep your shotgun.You need the battery and the crank for the underground. Take this items and go outside.Another hunter will be here as well.Go to the Courtyard B1 and insert your BATTERY into the second elevator to activate it.Use it to go up and use yur CRANK again to fill the pool with water again.Then use he second elevator to reach B1 again.The ladder to the underground should be free now. 4. Go to the room with ladder,3 hunters will be in your way.Use the HEXAGONALLY CRANK to free the path behind the typewriter.Enter and search the big boulder.When it starts rolling quickly take shelter near the door.It will reveal some FLAME ROUNDS.A hunter will enter when you try to pick them up.Enter the door in the oassage the boulder has revealed to face the big spider.Just use your shotgun to kill it off. Grab the INK RIBBON and use your knife to get rid of the webs from the door.Enter and takeleft to reach the rest room.Here you'll find another chest along with some INK RIBBON,a BLUE HERB and a FIRST AID SPRAY.Save your game and take the EAGLE MEDAL from your chest.Leave and enter the door at the other end of the corridor.In the next room take right to reach another boulder.Use your HEXAGONALLY CRANK thrice to free another door.Search the boulder to have it start rolling and take shelter in that small passage you've just freed.The boulder will free the B1 COURTYARD MAP and the second MO-DISK.Take the stuff and enter the small room you freed.Push the small statue near the door and use your HEXAGONALLY CRANK twice to free the statue from it. Push it onto the colored ground to reveal the BOOK OF DOOM 2.Search it to find the WOLF MEDAL.With both medals in your posession now use the elevator to reach the pool.Here you'll find 2 GREEN HERBS and 2 BLUE HERBS.But mostly important is that you insert the EAGLE MEDAL and WOLF MEDAL into that pool to reveal a secret elevator.Use this elevator to reach the Laboratory. 5. The Laboratory -------------------------------------------------------------------- Go down the ladder to B2.Leave all of your cranks in the chest since they've become useless now.Take your handgun and shotgun and move on. Kill the two zombies in here and grabthe 2 GREEN HERBS from the ground. Next to the telephone in the corridor you'll also find the last MO-DISK. Descend the stairs and enter the double doors next to you.Then again enter the first door you come across.Take the FILE from the desk,the GREEN HERB in front of the picture and the 2 HANDGUN MAGAZINES.Push the cupboard to reveal a button.Push the button to fill the room with a blue ray.Read the file and decipher the characters with the picture.The word is: MOLE Go back to the corridor and then to the main corridor.Head forward until you reach the double doors to the control room.Take the SLIDES from the ground and input the followinginto the pc: Login: John Password: Ada Then unlock B2 with the password MOLE.You should also unlock B3 in case you want to save Chris later on.Leave and go back up to B2.Enter the double doors you've just unlocked.Insert the SLIDES into the device at the front.Also pick up the FILE from the cupboard. Operate the small panel next to the table to reveal a switch,push it to reveal the LAB KEY.Take it and go down to B3.Unlock the other double doors on the opposite side of this room with your LAB KEY and enter.Kill the three zombies and enter the door the corridor leads to.It's the last rest room.As always the rest room has a lot of useful stuff for you like the INK RIBBON and FLAME ROUNDS on the shelf and the GREEN HERB and BLUE HERB on the ground.Save your game and get back out.It now depends on you if you want to save Chris or not.If thats the case get out and enter the double doors in the corridor. Optional puzzle for obtaining the passcodes: Collect the SHOTGUN AMMO and RED HERB in this room.You have to push those two crates against the opposite wall so they can both cover the two holes on the ground.Then you have to push the small stairs between them and ascend them to enter the ventilation hole in order to reach the other room.Grab the MAGNUM AMMO and use one of your MO-DISKs to obtain PASSCODE NO.2.Leave this room and go the room you've unlocked via the computer earlier on.You'll run into 4 zombies,kill the zombies and insert another MO-DISK into that device to gain PASSCODE NO.1.There's also some INK RIBBON on the boxes and a FILE.Leave this room and head for the engine room near the rest room. Kill the 2 chimeras and operate that device.Enter the next room to find another bunch of three chimeras and the last device for the passcodes. Insert your last MO-DISK to receive the PASSCODE NO.3.Enter the last engine room and actiave the elevator.Now go back to your rest room and take the best weapons with you.Also save yoru game before you go to the elevator.Depending on your decisions throughout the game, Barry will now appear or not.If he does you might have to fight the Tyrant on the heliport.If not you're done after reaching the heliport.Depending on your decisions throught the game you'll end up in the tyrant with either Wesker or Barry.Either of them will set free the tyrant.Wesker gets killed/Barry gets knocked out.Run from this thing and shoot it with your bazooka.The tyrant should drop after about 10 shots. If Barry is with you go to him to wake him up and leave.If Wesker died in this room take the MASTER KEY from him and use the device to unlock the door.After you're back the self-destruct system will be actiavted if you're with Barry.If not nothing will happen and you just have to go back to B1.You can still go to Chris to save him if you want a better ending. Optional route for saving Chris: Go to the double doors which are locked on B3 in that narrow corridor. Enter all the three passcodes you've gained to unlock these double doors. Just follow the path to reach Chris.When you're done follow the path to the B1 floor. When you reach the room with the chest on B1 Chris will appear if you saved him.Discard all but your MAGNUM.Also take the remaining MAGNUM AMMO with you and 5 FIRST AID SPRAYS.Only five since you'll need space soon.Also keep the MASTER KEY.Ascend the stairs now and enter the emergency exit doors or unlock them with your MASTER KEY,Barry should appear here as well if he's to survive.Brad will contact you via radio. Move forward and grad the BATTERY from the ground and insert it a little further next to the elevator to actiavte it.A cutscene will have monsters approaching towards your party,Chris and/or Barry will stay back and fight them in case you saved them. If Barry is not with you,you'll just have to use the elevator and go up.Pick up the FLARE and use it to give Brad a sign he'll appear and take you with him along with Chris if you saved him. BUT if Barry is with you: The Tyrant will appear after Brad has reached the heliport.Equip your MAGNUM and start shooting at it as much as you can.Heal yourself in case you get hurt.When the counter reaches about 1 minute Brad will drop the ROCKET LAUNCHER.Take it and blast the Tyrant away with it to end the game. Depending on your actions you'll get one of the 4 possible endings which are the same as for the Rebirth Mode. -------------------------------------------------------------------- | V. - MASTER OF KNIFING | -------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Introduction -------------------------------------------------------------------- Welcome to the Master Of Knifing - Minigame section.You have to beat the main game once with any character to unlock this minigame.It must be a Rebirth Mode scenario.In this mode you use your stylus/finger to swipe or touch the touchscreen in order to use the knife to kill your enemies. |-----------------------| |-----------------------| | | | | | | | | | | | | | * | | | | TOCH TO STAB | | *---------------* | | | | TOCH and HOLD TO SWIPE| | | | | | | | | |-----------------------| |-----------------------| Stabbing: Best for critical Swpining: Best for hitting and multiple hits. multiple enemies. This works just like the knife battles in the main game.Like in the main game you can play either as Chris or Jill and the difficulty is distributed like in the main game as well.You face different enemies in five different stages.You win if you simply win all those stages in a single row.This minigame(especially as Chris) is new and unique to the Resident Evil series and willr equire some practice. ENEMIES: -------- There are not as many enemies in this minigame as in the original game since most of them don't really fit in this mode. Zombies: The zombies are the most common enemies in this game.They grab you and spit poison at you just like in the main game.You can simply kill them by stabbing them or swiping them like 3-4 times.You can also blow into your microphone when they spit,this will get you a regular hit and you don't receive any damage at all. CRITICAL HIT - GRAB: Stab them when they raise their arms. CRITICAL HIT - SPIT: Swipe their faces when have their heads dropping. Dogs: Dogs are not hard but tricky.There's only one way to kill them,namely performing a critical hit when they jump at you. CRITICAL HIT: Swipe from top to bottom when they jump at you. Hunters: Hunters are the most deadly enemies in this minigame.They perform two types of attacks similiar to the zombies.The first one is a simple swipe at your character and the second is a long jump from big distance.The latter happens seldomly though(only in stage 2 if ever). CRITICAL HIT - SWIPE: Just stab them when they raise one of their arms. CRITICAL HIT - JUMP: Swipe from bottom to top when they're about to reach you. Crows: The easiest enemy.One hit kills them.A critical hit is optional. CRITICAL HIT: Swipe or stab them when they start picking. BOSS ENEMIES: ------------- All stages apart from stage 4 have a boss fight.You complete the stage after killing those. Boss Stage 1 - Naked Zombie: It's a very strong zombie.Just use the tactic for the normal zombies from above. Boss Stage 2 - Hunter: Again a normal hunter which is much stronger.You'll have to perform 3-4 critical hits to kill it. Boss Stage 3 - Forest Zombie: Works just like the Naked Zombie. Boss Stage 5 - Giant Snake: This one is hard.You can stab this snake 2-3 when it opens its mouth for a seconds.You should swipe from bottom to top when it trys to grab you.This will knock it for a while and will give you the chance to perform like 10 hits on it.This fight is different for Chris and Jill,i will go into detail in the respective sections. SYSTEM: ------- There are a few minor differences for Chris and Jill.All in all Chris' game is much more harder but not really rewarding if you just want to to unlock Wesker for Multi-Card-Play.To gain Wesker you have to receive a B-Ranking after finishing this mode.This is determined by several factors,namely how big the combos you performed were,how much damage you received and how good your accuracy was. A Ranking: over 500 000 pts B Ranking: over 250 000 pts C Ranking: under 250 000 pts In order to unlock Wesker you have to get the B-ranking and finish this mode as well. 2. Chris Redfield (HARD) -------------------------------------------------------------------- STAGE 1 - PAINTING ROOM: You'll face a big bunch of zombies,11 to be exact.Use critical hits and swipes to kill them.The boss will appear afterwards. Boss - Naked Zombie: Kill it with critical hits and stabs. Difficulty: 2 out of 5 STAGE 2 - MANSION CORRIDOR: This one will sratr off with 3 crows and a zombie.Four other zombies and a crow will follow.Then two sets of two crows and 6 zombies.After these are down 2 other crows and zombies will appear.The final bunch will be 4 zombies. Boss - Hunter: Perform 4 critical hits to kill this one. Difficulty: 3 out of 5 STAGE 3 - GARDEN: You'll face 3 crows and a zombie.A hunter and a zombie will follow. Unlike Jills game you have to hit the hunter first and then the zombie not both atthe same time.Another crow and zombie will follow.Then a crow,a zombie and hunter will appear.Kill the zombie first this time, then take care of the hunter and the crow.This will trigger 3 zombies and then 2 crows. Boss - Forest Zombie: Use the same tactic as for the naked zombie. Difficulty: 4 out of 5 STAGE 4 - COURTYARD: This one is really hard,you'll immidiately face two hunters at the same time.Swipe your screen to wipe them both out from your screen and make a third and fourth hunter appear.A zombie/dog team will appear and attack at the same time.Again swipe your screen to kill them both.Then another dog and hunter will appear.The 2 zombies and 3 hunters will appear subsequently.Kill them to have another dog appear.Kill this one as well to trigger the last two zombies.Then a big row of dogs will follow which can be deadly.Just swipe them,one after another quickly to win this scenario.This is hard since you'll face 10 dogs.You will need a lot of tries to accomplish this. Difficulty: 5 out of 5 FINAL STAGE - GUARDHOUSE: The final stage consits of the giant snake and an unlimited ammount of crows.It means you have to concentrate on the snake while swiping away those crows as well.You should use swiped from bottom to top since other stabs and swipes might be blocked by the snakes face.You can hit the snake 2-3 times when it opens its mouth.Swipe it when it rises and trys to hit you.If you hit it right it'll be knocked out and will give you the chance to stabb it 10-15 times.Hit the snake about 50 times to knock it out.It wont die though.From now on it'll start performing triple attacks at Chris.Stab it thrice to knock it out in these cases. Hit it again like 15 times to trigger the last part of the battle. The snake will get angry and will try to eat Chris.Here you'll have to hit the snake only once in the right moment.If you don't it's an instant kill.If you do it right the snake will die and the fight will be over. Difficulty: 6 out of 5 3. Jill Valentine (NORMAL) -------------------------------------------------------------------- STAGE 1 - PAINTING ROOM: You'll face 8 zombies,one will more or less follow after another.Try to perform combos and critical hits since this level is easy. Boss - Naked Zombie: Can be killed with ease. Difficulty: 1 out of 5 STAGE 2 - MANSION CORRIDOR: This time you'll have to use the swiping for sure.Use this technique to kill the three sets of 2 crows and 1 zombie.After that a set with 2 zombies and a single crow will follow.Then there'll be a final blow of 4 zombies before you face the hunter. Boss - Hunter: Just make 3 critical hits to kill it. Difficulty: 2 out of 5 STAGE 3 - GARDEN: This one starts off quite easy.You face 2 crows and a zombie.But a tricky combination of a zombie and a hunter will follow,means you have to swipe from right to left to kill them.After you've done this 3 zombies and 2 crows will follow in short periods.A single hunter will close this set.Two other zombies and crows will follow until you face Forest. Boss - Forest Zombie: Use the same tactic as for the naked zombie. Difficulty: 3 out of 5 STAGE 4 - COURTYARD: This one will start with a hunter,killing him will trigger 2 other hunters.Then a zombie will burst in,killing it will trigger yet another hunter.Make sure you kill them in time since another zombie will appear.Then again two zombie/hunter teams will appear.Killing those will trigger a double zombie team.Killing those will trigger the final bunch of dogs. Boss - Bunch of dogs: Not really a boss fight but can be still hard. Make sure you hit them when they jump.They wont jump at the same time so prepare for 3 dogs and touch screen swipes. Difficulty: 4 out of 5 FINAL STAGE - GUARDHOUSE: The final stage has the giant snake as a boss for Jill.No other enemies. Just concentrate on it.It will open its mouth for a short period of time and will give you the opportunity to hit it 2-3 times.The snake will rise and try to hit you.This is the time to swipe from bottom to top to knock it out for a while.Doing this properly will give you the chance to stab it 10-15 times.Afetr about 50 hits the snake will drop. But it wont be dead,it will stand up again and will perform a triple attack at you.You just have to stab it thrice in a sequence to knock it out a last time.Then just stab it a few more times to kill it. Difficulty: 4 out of 5 -------------------------------------------------------------------- | VI. - MULTI-CARD-PLAY | -------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Introduction -------------------------------------------------------------------- The Multi-Card Play is the most exclusive game mode in Deadly Silence. In order to play this you'll need another DS/DS Lite and another Deadly Silence game of the same region.The mode allows you to play as one of the 9 STARS Members which are the following: Chris Redfield: Good with handguns. Barry Burton: Skilled magnum user. Albert Wesker: Master of firearms. Forest Speyer: Good with heavy weapons. Enrico Marini: Above average stats. Jill Valentine: Large Item capacity. Rebecca Chambers: Great at first aid. Kenneth J. Sullivan: Masterful knife expert. Richard Aiken: Crack shot with shotgun. All characters have 6 item slots with the exceptions of Jill and Forest who have 8 each. Jill and Chris are unlocked from teh start.The rest has to be unlocked by completing the maingame in various modes. The battle mode features 3 levels with two modes. The modes are as followed: Versus: Defeating yellow enemies makes the enemies of your opponent stronger. Defeating purple enemies will prevent your opponent from running for a short period of time. Only one person can take items from blue boxes. Each player faces the same enemies which have their own life bar,means if Player 1 kills enemny A,this enemy is still alive for Player 2. Co-op: All players share the same life bar. All enemies sharethe same life bar,means if Player 1 kills enemy A this enemy is also dead in the other players game. When you're in the same room with all of your allies your weapon icon gets a red alingment which results in an attack bonus. You can leave items in the chest to have others pick them up, you can pass items to other players in that way. Only one person can take items from blue boxes. Other tips: -In this part of the FAQ i will mostly refer to one player,in co-op you should stick together though -In order to finish a level in Versus Mode you have to survive -In order to finish a level in Co-Op Mode all players have to survive 2. The Mansion -------------------------------------------------------------------- Starting ietm: Handgun (both modes) Versus Mode: ------------ You'll start in the garden storage.Use the small stairs to obtain two sets of HANDGUN MAGAZINES and move on to the house.Kill the dog and enter the house.Kill the purple zombie and enter the room with the paintings to face a knife battle with three zombies. Move forward and ignore the four crows inside. Take the SWORD KEY at the end and leave. On your way back teh crows will attack and a zombie will by lying around the corner so be careful. Enter the door on the opposite side and take the two HANDGUN MAGAZINES. Enter the door next to this room and kill the three zombies.A GREEN HERB is next to the stairs. Enter the next room and examine the chest for a HANDGUN MAGAZINE and 2 GREEN HERBS.Go back to the corridor with teh double doors and unlock the door with your key.Enter the door in front of you and proceed.A zombie and a red forest zombie will be waiting. Avoid them and take the SHOTGUN.Leavea nd kill the zombie on your way to the bathroom. Enter the bathroom to face another knife battle. Kill the 3 zombies and take the SHOTGUN AMMO.On your way to outside you'll face another zombie. Kill it and the two dogs outside to reveal two boxes of SHOTGUN AMMO. Go to the corridor with the dogs now to face another knife battle with two zombies and a dog. There otehr two dogs after the knife battle in this room. You can still push the small cupbaord to reveal a HANDGUN MAGAZINE. Enter the enxt room to find the small stairs which lead to a FIRST AID SPRAY. You cana lso visit the small corridor with tow zombies to find some SHOTGUN AMMO. Enter the main hall to face the tyrant.35 Handgun bullets or 20 shotgun bullets shoudl do the work. There's also a FIRST AID SPRAY nearby. After you've killed the tyrant. Just leav through the main entrance to finish this level. Co-Op Mode: ----------- You and your partner shoudl take the two HANDGUN MAGAZINES and leave. Take out the two dogs and enter the mansion to face tw other zombies. Kill them and enter the room with the paintings. Run for the end of the room and take the SWORD KEY. You can eitehr take out the hunter or just run from it. Enter the door on the opposite side to get two HANDGUN MAGAZINES.Enter the room next to this one and kill the 3 zombies.The blue chest has a BAZOOKA. Enter the storage room and examine the chest for a FIRST AID SPRAY. Leave and head for the double doors outside. Unlock them with your key and enter.Kill the zombie nearby and enter the door in front of you. Move forward to face two zombies and a red forest zombie. Kill them with your bazooka and pick up the SHOTGUN and the SHOTGUN AMMO from the ground. Leave and head for the bathroom to find another HANDGUN MAGAZINE.Leave and proceed to face another red zombie. Kill it and head outside for two dogs. Kill them and pick up the two boxes of SHOTGUN AMMO.Head abck and go for the main hall. You'll face a knife battle with two zombies and a dog in the next corridor. There are other two dogs in this corridor after the battle. An ordinary and a red one. You can also push the small cupbaord for another HANDGUN MAGAZINE.In the next room you can push the small stairs for yet another HANDGUN MAGAZINE. Enter the small corridor nearby for two zombies and some SHOTGUN AMMO. Enter the main hall to face the tyrant. You can open the blue chest for a FIRST AID SPRAY. After you've killed the tyrant leave via the entrance door to finish this level. 3. The Guardhouse -------------------------------------------------------------------- Starting ietm: Handgun (both modes) Versus Mode: ------------ Open the chest to find a HANDGUN MAGAZINE and some MAGNUM BULLETS. The corridor has 3 BLUE HERBS in case you get poisoned. Leave and enter the red double doors. Kill the two spiders and pick up a HANDGUN MAGAZINE from the barrel and a FIRST AID SPRAY from the table. The other tables have some MAGNUM BULLETS and a MAGNUM.Examine the pool table for the code,it is: 2,1,5 Leave and head into the intersection,you might want to push the statue over the hole. In the next room you'll face a knife battle with two zombies and a hunter.Three hunters will still be in this room afterwards. Two regular ones and a yellow one. Move forward to find a statue with 3 GREEN HERBS. Enter room 102 and then the bathroom. Kill the hunter and pick up the SMALL KEY. Leave and kill the hunter in this room. Use your key to unlock the drawer for some MAGNUM BULLETS. Take the RED BOOK from the bed and leave. Back in the corridor enter the other door. Enter the code to the nearby door to unlock it. Kill the spider and take the BAZOOKA from the blue chest. Leave and run to the corner with the bees to gain another SMALL KEY. Run around the stone tablet 5 times to unlock room 103. Enter the bathroom to find a hunter. Kill it and pick up the RED HERB. Leave it and kill another hunter in this room. Use your key on the drawer to gain some MAGNUM BULLETS. Insert the RED BOOK into the bookshelf to unlock the door.You'll face the big spider. 15 magnum bullets should do it. When it's dead take the MASTER KEY from the fireplace and head for the exit.A few bees may appear on your way out,just ignore them. Co-Op Mode: ----------- The chest has 2 HANDGUN MAGAZINES and 2 boxes of MAGNUM AMMO. Distribute the ammo and leave.The corridor has 3 BLUE HERBS in case you get poisoned. Leave and enter the red double doors. Kill the two spiders and pick up a HANDGUN MAGAZINE from the barrel and a FIRST AID SPRAY from the table. The other tables have some MAGNUM BULLETS and a MAGNUM. Leave and head into the intersection.In the next room you'll face a knife battle with three zombies.Three hunters will still be in this room afterwards.Move forward to find a statue with 3 GREEN HERBS.Enter room 102 and then the bathroom. Kill the red hunter and pick up the SMALL KEY. Leave and kill the hunter in this room.Use your key to unlock the drawer for some MAGNUM BULLETS.Back in the corridor enter the other door.Run around the stone tablet to unlock room 103.Enter the chemicals room and pick up the ROOM 103 KEY from the shelf,the HANDGUN MAGAZINE from teh faucet and the BAZOOKA form the blue chest.Leave and collect the SMALL KEY from the beehive.Enter room 103 and kill three zombies in that knifer battle. Unlock the drawer with your SMALL KEY for some MAGNUM BULLETS,be carefull though since another hunter awaits around the corner.Enter the bathroom to find another red hunter that guards a RED HERB.Leave and head to where the stone tablet is.Unlock the double doors with your ROOM 103 KEY. All players have to do this in order to unlock the door.When you're done with the spider get the MASTER KEY from the dry fireplace and head for the exit.A few bees will appear on your way out.Just ignore them. 4. The Laboratory -------------------------------------------------------------------- Starting ietm: Shotgun (VERSUS MODE) None (CO-OP MODE) Versus Mode: ------------ You'll start off in the cell.There's a GREEN HERB and some SHOTGUN AMMO.Leave athe cell to find some more SHOTGUN AMMO in the next corridor. Proceed to encounter a yellow and a regular zombie.Kill them and enter the first door you come across.You'll encounter a knife battle where a zombie will try to spit on you.Kill the three zombies and the other two zombies in this room and take the MASTER KEY from the shelf along with the MAGNUM near the disk reader and the MAGNUM AMMO from the wall.Leave and enter the other door in the corridor.Kill the dog and light up the room to find some MAGNUM AMMO on the desk and SHOTGUN AMMO next to the picture in the corner.Leave and unlock the double doors with your key.Enter and head forward until you reach some other double doors.Aim up since a hunter will jump at you.Kill it and pick up the RED HERB from the ground along with POWER ROOM KEY from one of the tables.Leave and head for the other double doors in the corridor.A hunter will be in your way.Use your key to unlock the door and enter.Enter the next doors you come across and push the stuff into place to enter the ventialtion hole.Kill the hunter and examine the treasure box: Treasure box: 3 moves,5 circles Replace Green Core/Yellow Circle with Red Core/Green Circle Replace Red Core/Yellow Circle with Yellow Core/Red Circle Replace Blue Core/Pink Circle with Pink Core/Blue Circle Reward: ROCKET LAUNCHER Leave and head for the othe corridor again.Kill the hunter and enter the restroom for a GREEN HERB near the typewriter and some MAGNUM AMMO in the chest.Proceed to the engine room to encounter 2 hunters and a zombie in a knife battle. Avoid the chimeras in this room and just activate the device in one of the corners.Enter the next engine room and pick up the MAGNUM AMMO from the disk reader.Enter the last engine room to face the tyrant.Just use 2-3 shots from the rocket launcher to kill it.Then activate the elevator and leave.On your way to the elevator you'll be bothered with crows,zombies,dogs a hunter and a spider.You should have enough time and ammo to take them out anyway.After you've activated the elevator and have entered it the level ends. Co-Op Mode: ----------- All of your chars start off with no item at all.Pick up the GREEN HERB from the cell and leave.The player that gets the BAZOOKA from the treasure box must pave the way for the other players until they find another weapon.Proceed and kill the two zombies.Enter the first door you come across and enter to encounter a knife battle with three zombies.Another two zombies will still be in the room afterwards.There is anotehr treasure box with the MAGNUM another player should pick up as well as two boxes of GRENADE ROUNDS.Leave and enter the next door. Kill the red dog and light up the room to find two boxes of MAGNUM AMMO.Leave and prcoeed through the double doors.Move forward until you reach the next double doors and enter.Kill the hunter that jumps at you and pick up the GRENADE ROUNDS near the pc and teh RED HERB from the ground.And mostly important the POWER ROOM KEY from one of teh tables.Leave and move forward,kill the red hunter and unlock the double doors in the corner with your key.Enter the corridor and enter the next double doors you come across.Then,just use the small stairs to enter the ventilation hole.Kill the hunter,pick up the MAGNUM AMMO and leave.Head back to that corridor and move forward to find another hunter.Kill it and enter the rest room to find a GREEN HERB and some MAGNUM AMMO in the chest.Head for the engine room now.A hunter and a zombie will attack at the same time in this knife battle.Another hunter will follow.Ignore the chimeras and operate the device in one of the corners.Proceed to the next room and pick up the RED HERB from the disk reader.Enter the last engine room to face the tyrant. Shoot him with whatever you have until he drops,all of your allies should be in the room in that case.When he's down operate the device to activate the elevator.Now head all the way back to the elevator. On your way to the elevator you'll be bothered with crows,zombies,dogs a hunter and a spider.You should have enough time and ammo to take them out anyway.After you've activated the elevator and have entered it the level ends. VI. - Secrets -------------------------------------------------------------------- UNLOCK UNLIMITED ROCKET LAUNCHER: Beat any scenario in under 3 hours.Save your game afterwards.If you start from this save the Rocket Launcher will be in your inventory with unlimited ammo. UNLOCK MASTER OF KNIFING MINIGAME: Beat the game once. UNLOCK SPECIAL KEY: Beat any scenario and save your game.If you load your game from this save you'll have the special key in your inventory.You have to save your comrades in your first game as well to getthis key.You have to get the armor key first before you can use it.Unlock the blue door with the armor key in the main hall and then use the special key further back in the room with the big mirror.You'll be in a room with a lot of clothes.Search them to find a costume for your character, be it Jill or Chris. Classic Mode: Chris gets his classic outfit from the original. Jill does the same. Rebirth Mode: Chris can choose between the classic one and a new Ninja Suit. Jill can choose between the classic one and a new sexy policewoman one. PLAY EASY MODE IN MAINGAME: Select new game and then hold the d-pad right until Rebirth or Classic Mode turn green.This doubles the ammount of ammo and makes enemies weaker. You don't get any reward for finishing a scenario though. A:Not really.Zombies never follow you into another room, not do they get transported in any way.It's just that you'll engage knife battles when you reenter or backtrack throughout the game.After killing the foes,the rooms will be as usual,empty.
