In the beginning of the game you are asked many questions that will lead you the final question that will make you personality. There are eight different final questions, each giving you different personalities. You original personality depends on only what you do in the final question and not the questions you answer to get to you final question. I feel like that is a common misconception. I will explain each one; I will give the results for each possible out come; and I will give the path one must follow to get to each final question. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* Layout *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* *--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--* FINAL QUESTION NAME: *--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--* Here will be a description. You climb out of your well and people are scared of you. A man challenges you; you must burn him by pressing "A" in his direction. From that point you have four paths, that give you four different personalities. They are as follows: Valiant: Leave the town, do not burn any one (except the first guy, of course). You might be able to get by with burning one extra, I burned the dog and got away with it before. Cowardly: After you burn the first guy, burn two or three, then leave, burn no one else. Helpless: Burn more than three people after that first guy, BUT DO NOT BURN THEM ALL! If you burn them all you will not get the Helpless personality so let at least one person live. Logical: Burn them all! Don't forget the guy hiding in the trees to the East (right). Why is this logical? No clue. Paths: Do you find life boring? Y N N Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Is the sun king of nature? Y N N Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Is victory earned in battle? Y N Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Prefer good equipment over allies? N N Y Y Y Y Y Y Is adventuring a hardship? Y Y N N Y Y Y Y Y Y Y *--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--* PONNY: *--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--* You're at a club or theater or something. You meet a man who is engaged to the dancer Ponny. He wants you to ask Ponny if she still loves him, she says no and wants you to tell the guy. Carefree: Just leave, don't talk to the guy after you talk to Ponny. In fact, you don't even need to talk to anyone save the guy at the door, just so you can get out. As long as you leave you will be fine. Weepy: When you talk to the man the second time he will ask you a question. Pretty much asking if she still loves him. If you say "Yes" you will get this. And you're also a liar. Solitary: Same as weepy, except say "No" in stead of "Yes." Naive: This is what you get for saying "Huh?" Path: Do you find life boring? Y N N N N Y Y N Y N Is the sun king of nature? Y N N N N Y Y N Y N Is victory earned in battle? Y N Y Y Y N Y Y N Y N Prefer good equipment over allies? N N Y Y N Y Y N Y N Is adventuring a hardship? Y Y N N N N Y Y N Y N *--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--* A GOOD QUESTION: *--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--* This has to do with the queen being quite mean. The king just follows into her trap, but that is not where the real action is; it is with the guy in the room on the right, he will ask you questions, you answers are what your personality depends on. (Not what the king asks.) Happy: Do what ever you want, as long you DO NOT TALK TO THE MAN IN THE ROOM TO THE RIGHT. If that is too hard for you, just leave. Lewd: When you talk to the man in the right room say you must say to do what the king says always. DO NOT DISAGREE WITH WHAT YOU ANSWERED EARLIER! For example, when you say do what the king says, DON'T SAY: No, that's not what I mean. Smart: Like Lewd but in stead of saying go with the king, say to do your own thang. And remember DO NOT DISAGREE WITH WHAT YOU ANSWERED EARLIER! Kindly: This is where you get to disagree with what you say. Do stuff like say do what the king says, then say otherwise, do this over and over until the man lets you go. Path: Do you find life boring? Y Y N Y N Y Y N N Y Is the sun king of nature? Y Y N Y Y N N Y Is victory earned in battle? N Y Y N Y N Y Y N N Y Prefer good equipment over allies? N N N Y Y N N Y Is adventuring a hardship? Y Y Y N Y N Y Y N N Y *--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--* DESERT: *--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--* You are placed in the desert and if you walk enough you meet two brothers. One is on the ground telling his brother to take the rest of the water because they don't have enough and he can't walk any ways. So the brother has got the age old question: "What do I do?" and he's asking you! You get three choices: Keep saying "No" to scroll through them and "Yes" to pick one. You must talk to him, and you must answer "Yes" eventually. After you answer talk to him again, then you return to the waterfall. Bully: Pick the idea that the guy on the ground said: Have the brother take the water and leave him there. Fearless/Reckless: Pick the idea of leaving the water with the guy on the ground and having the other guy walk without water. Macho: Tell him to take his brother with him even though he says not to. Path: Do you find life boring? N Y N Y Y Y Y Y Is the sun king of nature? Y Y N Y Y Y Y Is victory earned in battle? N Y Y N Y N Y Y Y Y Prefer good equipment over allies? Y N Y N Y Y Y Y Y Is adventuring a hardship? Y Y Y N Y N Y Y Y Y *--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--* TEST OF COURAGE: *--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--* You start on a tower. People are lining up to jump off the top. You could join them or not. There is a few things you can do here, but no matter what you do you can only end up with two different outcomes: Lonesome: Chicken out. Just leave through the stairs to the south (down). Romantic: Jump. Simple, eh? Just walk of the top of the screen. Path: Do you find life boring? Y N Y Y N Y Y Y Is the sun king of nature? Y N Y Y N Y Y Y Is victory earned in battle? Y Y Y N Y Y Y Prefer good equipment over allies? N Y N Y Y Y Is adventuring a hardship? Y Y N Y Y N Y Y Y *--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--* BOULDER PUSH: *--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--* You find yourself in a forest. You can talk to a man who tells you that to leave, go west (left). He also asks that if you see a boulder, push it back to him. You must go west (left) and you will find a boulder. He will give you money for getting him the boulder, but you don't get to keep it once the real game starts. Lazy: If you just leave or push the boulder to the man just once you get this personality. Diligent: This takes some time to do: you must push the boulder to the man more than five times (thats six or more) Vain: You must push the boulder back to the man more than once before you leave, but you can not push it over more than five times; so you don't get Diligent. Path: Do you find life boring? Y N N N N Y Y Y Is the sun king of nature? Y N N Y Y Y N Y Y Y Is victory earned in battle? Y N Y Y Y N Y Y Y Prefer good equipment over allies? N N Y Y N Y Y Y Is adventuring a hardship? Y Y N N N N Y Y Y *--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--* SIGN MAZE: *--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--* You are in a cave, you head north (up) to find a sign. Every thing you do matters (that is a hyperbole). Selfish: The first sign say to go west (left). If you go east (right), you will fall in a hole and be a Selfish person. Defiant: If you listen to the first sign you will find a few more. If you don't do what they say you will win the Defiant status. Foolish: If you listen to all the signs you will see some treasure. If you get too close you will fall in a hole and the waterfall will call you Foolish. Stubborn: After following all the signs and not going for the treasure, you will come across a poor gal stuck under a rock. Just keep on going right up the stairs, don't help her. Honest: This is what you get if you push the rock off of that poor gal. I don't understand why it is called Honest, I think "helpful" would have been better, but if the waterfall says your Honest, by gone you're Honest! Path: Do you find life boring? Y N N N N Y Y N Y Y Is the sun king of nature? Y N N N N Y Y N Y Y Is victory earned in battle? Y N Y Y Y N Y Y N Y Y Prefer good equipment over allies? N N Y Y N Y Y N Y Y Is adventuring a hardship? Y Y N N N N Y Y N Y Y *--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--* PURSE CON: *--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--*--* An old man and his son are talking. The son wants some food but the old man left his purse at home (manly-man, eh?) He was going to get it but the child complains that he is too slow so, of course, they ask you to do it. Sounds like a test to see how helpful you are, eh? WRONG! When you get to his house and get the purse then, once you got it, you get arrested for stealing! They take you to the guy at the church and get asked questions. Timid: Run, get away from these evil people: DO NOT GET THE PURSE! Vain: Just go along with the con. Say you took it on your own free will, and stuff like that; plead guilty. Scheming/Alert: Once you start getting asked questions, tell them you were tricked. Then say you can point out who tricked you. That's it! If you find an error in my paper here, please E-Mail me at Link7037@yahoo.com. I'm also looking for other first questions; those five are the only ones I could find. If you happen to know of others please E-Mail me. Also, if you wish to see a whole map of the questions, what questions they come from, what questions they lead to, it is quite confusing that is why it is not included in this, please E-Mail me and I will get back you. It might take me some time 'cause I don't check my mail every day. You may also E-Mail me with comments. One last thing: If you find this FAQ on any other site than GameFAQs.com please E-Mail me. IF YOU E-MAIL ME, PUT "DW3" IN THE SUBJECT. Thank you.
