Select : When in a level it will show you information about,

Note: You get a special move every time you beat a boss the

- Super Body Slam -
===================

 Same as the body slam , but much more powerful. Press A Button 
to jump, and at the top of the jump press R Button to slam them 
to the ground with killer force.

- Double Jump -
=============== 

Press the A Button  at the top of the first jump press A Button 
again to jump in the area. This is used to get to destination's 
you otherwise wouldn't of been able to get to and also get hard 
to reach boxes.

- Tornado Spin -
================

 The tornado spins means total destruction for most enemies. It 
last longer than a regular spin and helps crash extend the length 
of a jump or double jump. Press the B Button three times in rapid 
succession to perform the tornado spin.

- Turbo Run -
============= 

If you think its impossible to beat the relic score well think 
not because pressing the L Button with this will boost your speed 
so you can get those relics. You will not have good control 
compared to  if you don't use it which means you'll have to jump 
faster and think of what to do faster.

This is an item guide to help you know what your hitting and 
getting and if its good or bad.

- Wumpa Fruit -
================

Bandicoots Luuuuuuuuuuuv Wumpa Fruit. They are  mixed between 
oranges and apples with an orang-ish color. Collect 100 of these 
sweet fruits to get an extra life. They can be found in crates 
or just lying on the floor.

- Aku Aku  -
============
 Release the Aku Aku  spirit from his crate. He will protect crash 
from enemies. Collect one mask for one hit point, two mask for 
two hit points and three mask for a temporary invincibility.

This is you everyday , garden verity box. Crack this open to get 
some wumpa fruit.

- Spring box -
===============

 Always  a good way to hit other crates or get to high areas. 
They keep giving fruit every time you jump on them until it breaks  
open. Do not spin them because the will spin the wumpa fruit with 
them leaving you with nothing.

- Mystery Crate - 
=================

You never know what your going to find , its a mystery to your 
surprise. You may find some Wumpa fruit which is more likely or 
you might even find an extra guy.

- Aku Aku Crate -
=================

 Break these to open spirit. He will protect crash for enemies. 
Collect one mask for one hit point, two mask for two hit points 
and three mask for a temporary invincibility.

- Checkpoint Crate - 
====================

Busting these crates will release words saying "Checkpoint"  
this will allow you to come back to this point when you die.

- Nitro Switch Block -
======================

 Smacking these will activate every nitro which is a good thing 
if your going for all the boxes in a level.

- Bouncy Crate - 
=================

 Jump on them to jump higher but if you spin them they will break.

- Bouncy Box -

Same as bouncy crate but can not be broken if you jump on it.

- Steel Crate - 
===============

Stronger than your every day crate. Body slamming is the only 
was to break them open.

- Time Box -
============

 Found only in time trial mode. Whatever number it says on the 
crate is the seconds the timer stops. These are essential to get 
a good score in time trial mode.

a bomb in his head for some reason. Watch out for him in one of 
the boss missions.

- Gems -

 In every level there are at least one different gem. The gem 
in every level is always crystal white color. You get the gem 
if you get every box in a level. In some levels there are special 
gems that are colored in these require special means of getting.

- Levels -

 There are a total of 24 levels in the game. Four of them being 
boss level and the other regular levels. There are 4 different 
boards with  5 levels in each you can play any level you want 
if its in the board.

- Crystals - 
============ 

All levels have them and you need them to save the world. They 
are almost always found at the end of a stage and they are a pink 
and a purple mix color. You have to get these to complete the 
levels.

So the story begins................On a mysterious space 
station orbiting the earth high above the earth.......
 Uka uKA : Cortex , remind me  why I keep you around? You falied 
to many times.
Cortex : Uka Uka! forgive me .......I've been wasting all these 
years trying to vanish that brainless Bandicoot! He is of no 
importance to us.............. we want to take over the world!
Uka Uka : I've heard it all before, little scientist what is the 
difference now?
Cortex : Trust me UKA, I have a little plan to bring earth's puny 
inhabitants down to size..........and so crash begins his trail 
to find that cortex shrunk the earth to a peanut and he has to 
collect crystals once again to save it!

Level 1 : Jungle Jam
+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+

	This is a very basic level just your jump up and over and 
beat the level.
So here's the low down. Smash the first few boxes in front of 
you , you will now spin to the lizard . Go up the small hill to 
collect some fruit and than spin away the lizard. You will now 
encounter one of those purple plants jump forward into them and 
than spin dash to kill them. Jump down over the water fall and 
than back up to meet a lizard. Jump over the next waterfall to 
find the first checkpoint jump on it and proceed . Jump in between 
the two boxes to collect some fruit , up the steps and you'll 
be in the bonus stage.
After the bonus stage jump over the waterfall and hit another 
checkpoint box and the uka uka above it. 

	Go up the three stirs and kill the purple plant on the top 
of it and go back down. Now jump over the little gap and than 
fall on the boxes near the waterfall to hit get the extra life. 
Go a little bit further to go to the end of the stage. You think 
your good .......... well that's nothing.

Level 2 - Shipwrecked
+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+

	This is your first under water adventure which is not hard 
at all. Hit the five boxes in front of you and watch out for the 
blowfish(NOTE: YOU CANNOT HIT THE BLOWFISH WHEN IT'S BIG). Go 
down a little and avoid the mine now you will have to go down 
a lot avoiding three blowfish on each size. You'll get your first 
check point here. Smash the few boxes in front of you and avoid 
the shark and mine in front of you. Smash the four boxes in front 
of you and swerve away from the mine. You'll now have to go down 
while avoiding eels which snaping out and are very long. 

	Avoid all three of them and watch out for the blowfish at 
the end. Now hit the checkpoint to the right of you, and advance 
all the way to the end just spin the sharks  away that are in 
your way. The next set of boxes have an extra life so hit it to 
get another life. Now you'll be heading up avoiding the eels 
snapping at you. You'll see a shark which you should spin away 
and a mine you should avoid . After that enter the green pipe 
to end the level.

Level 3 : Temple of Boom
+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+

Enter the level and start to spin off the purple plants in front 
of you and the lonely lizard. Avoid the TNT box if you can while  
getting the boxes. Jump onto the steel boxes hopefully you won't 
fall down onto the spikes. Jump on the box with the arrow to jump 
up and hit the first checkpoint. Again jump on the 3 platforms 
avoiding the spikes under the platforms at the end of it you'll 
see the bonus. When you are done with the bonus hit the purple 
plant  in front of you and jump on the three platforms. There 
will be three  boxes going down don't worry if you miss them you 
will not die.
	 When your done with the 3 boxes hit the checkpoint and go 
a little forward and a bird will dive at you jump over it or jump 
on it to kill it. You will now be able to go on a platform elevator 
go on and to the left is an extra life but a lizard on the platform 
with it so if you want to risk your life to get it go ahead. Now 
continuing  to the right avoid the diving bird. Collect the Uka 
Uka with the five boxes and a extra life. You will now get another 
checkpoint and another Uka Uka. You will now be in a part of the 
level with lava flowing jump on the platforms killing the purple  
plants on them. There are nine platforms keep jump to the end 
of them to complete the level.

Level 4 : Frostbite Cavern
+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+

	The hardest level so far. It is your first encounter with 
a  snow level and if you are on ice you will experience different 
maneuvers than if you were on solid ground .Start and jump over 
the few nitro boxes. You will now land on ice , be careful because 
you will slip more than normal. Jump to the next icy platform 
and the next to land on some snow. Seals will now roll down the 
hill jump on them or jump over them to avoid. You'll now see an 
arrow pointing down jump down to land in a pit which a bear will 
start chasing you but lucky you have your trusty friend to help 
you escape . Get the checkpoint  from where you start and avoid 
the traps to the left of you. Switch to the left wall to avoid 
the penguin and collect the fruit to the right wall. Stay to the 
right wall until you collect three boxes in a row. 

	When you do that switch the  left wall and than right and 
repeat until your at the next checkpoint. Avoid the penguins to 
the left of you and the nitro boxes. Watch out for the electric 
gate on the right of you and than the penguins on the left wall 
stay to the right. You'll see another checkpoint and  two 
electric gates so stay in the middle. Collect the box on the right 
side and avoid some penguins which dodge to the right side so 
stay to the left side. You'll now encounter some nitro boxes and 
a electric gate on the left side and than to the right , jump 
over the nitro boxes and you'll be out of the cave. When you fall 
down you will hit a checkpoint. Jump on the ice and jump  ASAP 
over the nitro fall down to another ice platform and spin dash 
the penguin out of the way to jump to another snowy platform. 
There will be a seal coming down so jump over it and you'll see 
the bonus. Fall down onto a ice patch and you'll see some nitro 
boxes and a green box with a ! on it hit it to make all the nitro 
boxes explode. Jump up and avoid the few white seals and you'll 
be at the end of the level

Level 5 :  Just in slime
+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+

Get the boxes in front of you until you come to the bonus stage. 
Complete the bonus stage . When your out of the tunnel jump in 
between the boxes an collect the fruit. There will be a couple 
TNT boxes avoid them and than duck under a shaft(Right Shoulder 
Button). Hit the check point in front of you and go under the 
red poles but watch out for the mouse. Get out of it and jump 
over the three nitro boxes, You will now enter another tunnel . 
There will only be a couple of mouse's  just avoid it and than 
get out. There will be four boxes right out of the tunnel collect 
the fruit inside. Now duck and avoid the seven or so red pipes. 
Hit the checkpoint now and hit the boxes but not to hard to avoid 
the TNT  from going off there also is an Uka Uka box next to it. 

	You'll now see a robot thing spin dash into it and than jump 
over the six TNT boxes. Hit the steel arrow box to jump up and 
hit the green ! to make all the nitro boxes explode. Keep jumping 
from box to box until you reach another tunnel and a check point. 
There will only be two enemies so nothing to worry about until 
you get out of the tunnel. Duck under the shaft when you get out 
of the tunnel. You will now be at the end of the level.

Boss 1 : Dingo-Dile
+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+

Tips : Avoid the falling rocks above and when they hit dingo spin 
dash him three times to kill him.You cannot hit him three times 
in a row . Avoid the vortex he is in because you cna not spin 
dash into it or you will get hurt. Sharks will come after you 
hit him once just spin dash into them. When you complete this 
you will open up 5 new levels/

Level 6 : Snow Crash
+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+

Start of jumping from platform to platform on the second one is 
a seal and a penguin which you should just spin dash into. Keep 
jumping until you reach the part where logs will try and fall 
on you. Just avoid each one at a time to be extra safe. There 
is a penguin in between the second one so just spin dash into 
it. Jump on the steel box with the arrow  and hit the box above 
it. Now when you enter the cave here is a little trick I picked 
up on. Whenever you see a electric gate there is always one on 
the opposite side of it. If you encounter penguins always dodge 
to the  right side.

	 All you have to worry about is the nitro boxes which tend 
to be in the middle and the bombs which don't kill you but slow 
you up. Remember this is only for this level not the other snow 
levels. When you are out of the cave just pass the few platforms 
and your done with the level.

Level 7 : Rocket Racket
+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+

A very fun level if I ever heard of one. There is no walkthrough 
for this level because you just shoot at will .So I am just going 
to give you a brief  hints and tips guide

Hints & Tips: You fire with the A button and one or two shots 
will shoot down the flying boats that  shoot out those black 
bombs. If you are in heavy fire use the  R shoulder button to 
dash right and the L shoulder button to dash left this will avoid 
a lot of fire and keep you from getting shot down. 

There are boxes in this level just as all of the levels just hit 
it with the fire button. 
To make the blimps go down just keep firing at the cortex sign.

Level 8 : Just Hangin
+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+

	You will start in the tunnel no enemies just keep jumping 
and avoiding the TNT boxes. You will enter a new tunnel and just 
before it is a bonus stage. Collect the Uka Uka mask and jump 
up to hang on rails, at the end is an extra life. Jump out of 
the tunnel on to some sort of battery and on the second is a check 
point. Jump up again to land on the blue rails. At the end is 
a flamethrower guy so watch out for his fire. Go into the next 
tunnel to get to another checkpoint.

	 Grab the railing up above and watch for the flamethrower 
guy. Keep going and detonate the TNT box when it explodes watch 
out because the nitro will explode. This will let you pass under 
that spiky guy on the railing. You'll enter another tunnel which 
is very short so you'll be out of there that and to the next 
checkpoint. There will be red pipes and mice under them so press 
the left shoulder button to dash into them. Just keep nailing 
them with your foot to avoid them. You have now complete the 
level.

Level 9 : Shark Attack
+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+

	When you begin this level hit the two sharks in front of 
you and avoid the mine. Go down to the part with a couple of sharks 
and spin dash into them. You will now be in an open area and will 
reach the check point. You will now encounter two blow fish hit 
them when there not inflated to kill them. You will now go down 
and kill 3  sharks on the way down. Watch out for the mine when 
you kill the sharks you'll now enter a part of the level with 
tons of jellyfish  you can not spin dash into them or you will 
die. After that you will see another checkpoint and some boxes 
to smash open you will a gain see some jellyfish but this time 
they will be on top of you and coming for you so just avoid them 
as best as you can or you will die. Now go down  to see a shark 
and a nitro box .

	 You will now see a some blow fish just avoid them because 
if you spin into them you might hit the mine which will kill you. 
You will a box followed by a checkpoint on the ground. Now you 
will be in an area with jelly fish if you   can go below them 
and hit the nitro box if your going for the boxes. If you missed 
boxes than just finish the level and don't take a chance. You 
will now see two mines go under them and there will be an extra 
life. Go up and spin dash the green eels to go all the way up 
to the top. Now you will see a green pipe go in it to beat the 
level.

Level 10 : Ruined
+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+

	You'll start of by seeing a lizard it cannot be killed by 
just spin dashing into it but you have to kick it using the left 
shoulder button. Jump on the platform / elevator . Hit the few 
boxes when you come up and hit the lizard also. Now jump on the 
platform that moves to the side. When you see another platform 
coming up jump on it , it will bring you to the bottom. Now go 
on the platform going diagonally. Then jump to the next one  which 
will bring you back to solid land and a check point. Hit the 
lizard as soon as you get there . Hit the boxes. Keep going 
straight until you come on some more boxes. You will now see 
another platform jum on it and ride it all the way to a platform 
with  a lizard on it.  Kill, the lizard and jump up the stair 
case. 

	A platform will now bring you down. Jump down and as soon 
as possible duck down to avoid the nitro boxes. There will be 
another platform going to the left jump on it and ride it again. 
You'll now see a lizard and a box  hit the box and maybe you might 
get an extra life. Watch out for the diving bird. Jump over the 
nitro and  hit the aku aku box. There will now be a waterfall 
in the background just jump from platform to platform. The second 
platform a bird will attack so watch out. 

	You'll now reach another checkpoint. Hit the TNT to break 
the boxes and block the path away from you you'll now see three 
lizard killing them all and now go on the steel arrow box to jump 
on a rising platform .Hit the nitro ! on the way up so you can 
continue you'll see a purple lizard right there kill it , You 
can now access the bonus level . Kill the walking lizard  go down 
to another platform and watch out for the bird. Keep walking to 
the end of the edge,  for a platform that goes diagonally. watch 
out for the bird coming for you. Go on a little platform that 
doesn't move and jump to the right for another platform. You will 
now land on a platform with a lizard. Jump to the next platform 
and than down to get to the end of the level.

Boss 2 N. Gin

Tips / Hints: All you have to do is fire your bullets into the 
two firing rockets and the upper shaft. When he firs hes bombs 
just press either shoulder button to avoid fire. N. Gin will go 
back and forth and up and down so practice a few times. You should 
beat him by at  most the  third time..

Level 11 - Snow Joe

	Start and jump over the few nitro boxes. You will now land 
on ice , be careful because you will slip more than normal. Jump 
to the next icy platform and the next to land on some snow. Seals 
will now roll down the hill jump on them or jump over them to 
avoid. You'll now see an arrow pointing down jump down to land 
in a pit which a bear will start chasing you but lucky you have 
your trusty friend to help you escape . Get the checkpoint  from 
where you start and avoid the traps to the left of you. Switch 
to the left wall to avoid the penguin and collect the fruit to 
the right wall. Stay to the right wall until you collect three 
boxes in a row. 

	When you do that switch the  left wall and than right and 
repeat until your at the next checkpoint. Avoid the penguins to 
the left of you and the nitro boxes. Watch out for the electric 
gate on the right of you and than the penguins on the left wall 
stay to the right. You'll see another checkpoint and  two 
electric gates so stay in the middle. Collect the box on the right 
side and avoid some penguins which dodge to the right side so 
stay to the left side. You'll now encounter some nitro boxes and 
a electric gate on the left side and than to the right , jump 
over the nitro boxes and you'll be out of the cave. When you fall 
down you will hit a checkpoint. Jump on the ice and jump  ASAP 
over the nitro fall down to another ice platform and spin dash 
the penguin out of the way to jump to another snowy platform. 
There will be a seal coming down so jump over it and you'll see 
the bonus. Fall down onto a ice patch and you'll see some nitro 
boxes and a green box with a ! on it hit it to make all the nitro 
boxes explode. Jump up and avoid the few white seals and you'll 
be at the end of the level

Level 12 - Ace Of Space

	Begin The level Breaking the boxes in front of you. Keep 
going and you will now encounter some TNT crates with a n extra 
life. What you have to do here is.......... Hit the first two 
boxes on the bottom , this will trigger the top TNT jump over 
it quickly and break the extra life box with a mystery box to 
get some wumpa fruit. Jump up the platform and reach the Laser 
bar. Jump over it gently . You'll now be facing a big gap  run 
back to the end of the laser  bar and jump while gaining max 
speed .  Collect the wumpa fruit on the platform and hit the two 
crates but watch out for the TNT at the top of the boxes. Now 
you will now have to  time the way you do the next part. A guy 
in a floating ship will send laser down , you have to time the 
way you run under him or you will be toast for sure. 

	Wait until he's at the end of the platform and uses the laser 
than run as fast as you can past him to get past him. When your 
past him jump over the miniature gap to the next platform. Jump 
Down a few platforms collecting the wumpa fruit on the way down.  
Now the next part will make you very frustrated . There are little 
circle platforms that you can jump on when they are green but 
when they are red they turn over so you can not  land on them. 
In this case there is only one platform to worry about  so not 
much of a problem. Jump when it just has turned over because by 
time you reach the platform it will just have turned green which 
means you can jump over the gap easier. Hit the four crates in 
front of you now and gains some wumpa fruit. Now a spike strip 
will be in front of you. They are tricky because ever 3 seconds 
spikes pop open to stab and kill you.  You can only kill them 
when the spikes are not out in the air or you could just jump 
over them. You will now encounter your first check point hit it . 
Now another one of the turn off switches so par attention when 
it's red and green. Again there is only one platform to worry 
about but don't jump to far to the next platform because the open 
and close spike strips will be on the end of the platform. Jump 
over  first and than follow with the second . 


    When done with that you will see four crates in front of you. 
One of them is a TNT so don't hit it just avoid it and get the 
other three. Jump down and find a laser bar followed by a guy 
in the space ship . So jump over the laser bar but don't go to 
far and get hit by the laser.  When done with the laser bar run 
past the space ship guy after that you will now need to land on 
the switch off platforms but this time there are two. When you 
reach the first one the next one is red so when you see the 
platform flickering green jump or when yours is flicking red jump 
to the next circle platform than to the next platform. Than go 
to the next platform and hit the tnt box if your going for all 
the boxes.   Watch out for the three spike strips up ahead. Now 
you will be on a platform dragging you to the left and than jump 
over the crates . Jump over the platform box and than watch out 
for the spike strips in front of you.  


     You will now reach you second checkpoint  Now keep jump to 
the left and you will now be dragging you on a convey belt. Now 
there will be a BIG gap jump over the gap and than be ready because 
the next convey belt will drag you trying to push you down the 
pit and die. So be ready to run fats to the right. Now there will 
be three nitro crates jump over them to reach a platform with 
some spike strips. Now jump over to the next convey belt and don't 
hit the boxes in front of you because there TNT crates. You will 
now reach yet another checkpoint. Be ready to jump over a big 
gap and than convey belt that will send you speeding to a spike 
strip so jump pas soon as possible.  Jump over to the next 
platform and par of convey belts. Jump over the Laser Bar and 
than hit the green platform in between the next convey platform. 
You will now jump over to the next convey belt with another space 
ship guy.  The bonus stage will be right in front of you now sop 
go in it at will. Jump and hit the next two crates in front of 
you for some wumpa fruit. Jump over the laser bar in front of 
you to see a circle switch platform. Remember to time the jump 
and remember jump right before it turns green. You will now land 
on a bouncy  crate in  between another circle switch off platform.  
When you land on solid ground there will be another spike strip 
in front off you so just avoid it. There ill now be four boxes 
in front of you ,  a bouncy crate with wumpa fruit , a mystery 
boxes  and an extra life box   TNT box to avoid.  Jump up to the 
next platform with the spike strip . Jump up the Metal boxes using 
your double jump and than fall off to the next platform. Pass 
the next laser bars and the spike strips in between. You will 
now be at the end of the level.

Level 13 - Sunken City

This board is water one so make sure you know how to do them. 
Start off  by getting the first box which is right in front of 
you. You will now see eight boxes and a TNT crate in front of 
you but watch out for the blowfish. Start off at the bottom and 
work your way up by avoiding the blowfish
