It will be updated constantly to go with new moves and stuff. Contact using the e-mail in section 16 if you wish to send your strategy. **Juking** Juking is the art of doing jukes. Jukes are spins, plain old jukes, jumping, stiff arming, diving and, most importantly, timing it all correctly. With a running back you are going to want to have a good amount of agility if you plan on juking. You also want a very high carrying attribute because when you juke and then get hit you will often times fumble because juking decreases your carrying ability. With that in mind here are a few tips for juking in game. #-Don't juke when you are about to be tackled by a bunch of people. #-Don't juke yourself out of bounds inadvertently #-Your RB is your best Juker, remember that #-After an Int don't try to Juke, you will likely fumlbe the ball back #-Dive about 1 yard in front of your target #-Avoid fumbling with your QB by pressing analog down (v) and b to slide #-Dont juke before receiving a kick, wait until you have full posession #-Try to avoid fallen players, if you have to then jump 1/2 yard in front #-Juking slows you down, remember that when sprinting for a TD #-If you don't know how to time it, you are better off not juking You can use the practice Mode of the game to practice your Juking abilities. **Sliders** Settings that are changed to make the game play more like a real game or more towards a certain type of playing style are called sliders. I have compiled sliders from various sources and posted them here with credit. I hope you like them. Contac the author with problems with the sliders. To apply settings you simply go to the My NCAA section and edit the settings. After that you should save your profile. If you do it in game you will lose your campus challenge for the game and you will not have them saved for later. For this reason it is suggested you navigate to the settings from the initial screen. The order that the different peoples sliders are listed in is not because one is better than the other, they are in the order I got permission to add them to this FAQ. I do not favor any of these over others as of the writing of this version of the guide. ^^^ SN's Sliders ^^^^ created by Silent Nature silentnature @ this is to obscure a robot from contacting the emailaddress. hotmail.com SN's v1.4 Sliders 6-8 minutes per quarter This time, this version will include "range", you can select a number that will fit the best for your playing style. Heisman is very difficult though and beginners should try Varsity becuase most people will find JV far too ridicously easy, even people who have never played a football game before. If you find JV hard then it is suggested you play on EZPlay which is found under the settings mode and does not allow for credits to be earned. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ |S|E|C|T|I|O|N|1|3| +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ Pennants-Pennants and Trophies List Pennants are like Madden Cards except that they are only for teams not players. You can gain pennants in any of 3 ways. The first and most common way is by purchasing them from the pennant collection screen under 'My NCAA.' You use your campus challenge credits earned while playing to get pennants. Each pennant is 25 credits and they are distributed randomly. You can also gain pennants by progression in your EA Sports Bio. This comes through owning multiple EA Sports Bio enabled games and having a save on your memory card of them. It can also be increased based on playing time and through achievements made. The third way to get pennants is to enter codes in the password screen under the pennant collection. The codes that are known are posted below. You access the code screen by pressing Z+A while at the Pennant collection screen and then typing the code. To finalize the code press enter. If you have entered the code correctly you will be rewarded with the related pennant. Pennants come in different categories. The categories are, Stadiums, All Time Teams, Team Boosts, Game Cheats and Mascot Teams. You can use Team Boosts and Game Cheats in Game, however once you use a pennant you will lose the pennant. To use a pennant you need to pause the game (START) and go to Campus Challenge in the pause menu. Under the Campus Challenge options the first choice is Play Pennants press A and you will see the Team Boosts you can use. Press L or R to scroll through categories and get to Game Cheats. For Game Cheats you can see a little description of each cheat under the number and name. To go through the Game Cheats move your analog joystick or your d-pad left or right. If you want to use the pennant press A to play it and a warning screen will come up. This is your last chance to save the pennant for another game or for your collection, once you choose play pennant in the warning screen the pennant is played. When doing this remember that you will have to get the pennant randomly by password or credits. NOTE: It is thought that there is no way to get all the pennants using one way. You have to use EA Sports Bio (known) unless codes are found for stadiums. Codes cannot get you anything exclusively. Be prepared to use EA Sports Bio and Credits to finish off your collection as codes aren't everything. The only codes that might be exclusive are Thanks, For, Registering. The above section talks about how to get credits to buy pennants. Refer to that if you are unsure about something. For a list of all the pennants Look in this Section. ###Next Version will include A complete table with all pennats## For now this list compiled by users of the Message Boards should do just fine. The following people have sent an email to the contact given and asked for credit for finding the codes. If you found a code and didn't get credit just e-mail me, Andrew and I will try to give you the credit you deserve. Five0s, Canes87, AF Falcons85, radlove, Easy Reader, nasty nova, DeKalb Gibson, vhfreak. List compiled by Five0s. Note that people it is thought by some that there are no more codes left to find. All of these are confirmd and if they do not work for you then try them again because they have been tested. Do not e-mail if you are having a problem with a code, because there are no problems. E-mails regarding that will be ignored. ------------------------ All-Time Teams: 35/48 ------------------------ Big Orange - Tennessee Orange Crush - Syracuse Wahoos - Virginia Hook Em - Texas Boomer - Oklahoma War Eagle - Auburn Hunker Down - Georgia Roll Tide - Alabama Go Big Red - Nebraska Geaux Tigers - LSU Go Blue - Michigan Victory - Kansas State Hail State - Mississippi State Rah Rah - North Carolina We Are - Penn State U Rah Rah - Wisconsin Death Valley - Clemson Bow Down - Washington Go Pokes - Oklahoma State Gig Em - Texas A&M Golden Domer - Notre Dame Fight On - USC Trojans Lets Go Pitt - Pittsburgh Fumble - 2003 All-Americans Glory - Colorado Boiler Up - Purdue Quack Attack - Oregon Mighty - UCLA Tech Triumph - Virginia Tech On Iowa - Iowa Uprising - Florida State Great to Be - Florida Woopigsooie - Arkansas Killer Nuts - Ohio State Raising Cane - Miami ---------------------- Team Boosts: 3/197 ---------------------- Fight - Texas Tech Sic Em – Baylor Oskee Wow - Illinois ----------------------- Mascot Teams: 15/70 ----------------------- Go Cats - Northwestern Go Green - Michigan State Mizzou Rah - Mizzou Rah Rah Rah - Minnesota Bear Down - Arizona Go Pack - NC State Rock Chalk - Kansas Hotty Totty - Ole Miss Hail WV - West Virginia Red and Gold - Iowa State All Hail - Washington State Ramblinwreck - Georgia Tech On On UK - Kentucky Go Carolina - South Carolina Go Deacs Go - Wake Forest ---------------------- Game Cheats: 13/31 ---------------------- Tiburon - Crossed the Line EA Sports - Cuffed Thanks - 1st and 15 For - Blink Registering - Boing NCAA - Stiffed Football - Take your Time 2005 - Thread the Needle Home Field - Molasses Blitz - What a Hit Hike - Jumbalaya Elite 11 - QB Dud With EA - Butter Fingers ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ |S|E|C|T|I|O|N|1|5| +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ Create-A-Player: CAP Walkthrough This is not complete and players that need to be added to teams will be added later. --Information--- # First, Last name | School | _____________________ | / | Year Position | | | \ | Player as --------------------- | currently configured | First Name: Enter First Name | Last Name: Enter Last Name | Home State: Select State | Hometown: Select from list | Team: default to favorite team | Position: Scroll Through positions| willl show closeups Number-Select from Availabe #'s \of each part of equipment Year-Choose Year, RS means Redshirt| when those are being Hand: scroll; left or right / selected Continue {to next set of Q's) | | | Shows this on all parts --Appearance-- Height- Choose Player Height parameter are 5'5" to 7'0" Weight- **Note that Height and Weight influence max ratings** Weight Influences: Speed (greatly), agilitiy (slightly), Acceleration (greatly), Jumping (greatly), stamina (greatly), strength (greatly) Height Influences: Agility (greatly) Skin-Choose from Light, Medium, or dark Hair Color-Blonde,red,grey,black,brown,light brown, Hair Style-Fade (1,2), Buzzcut (1,2), Close Crop, Afro, Flat Top, Corn Rows, Mullet, Dreadlocks, Bald (1,2), Balding (1,2) Face-24 different faces per skin color Face Shape-Choose any of 16 face shapes Body Size- 10 Levels of body size on a bar Muscles-10 levels of muscles on a bar Stamina Threshold for Weight when 6'0 tall, to still get CAP max of 95 stamina allowed make your player 270 pounds Equipment Helmet-Adams, Schutt, Normal or Revolution (totally different) Facemasks- Suggested Facemaks for each position (Normal facemasks) 1-bar Kicker 2-bar (thin) Kicker, Punter 2-bar QB,RB,SS,WR,CB,FS 3-bar RB,SS ,CB,WR,FS Half Cage: OT, OG, DT, DE, C Full Cage 1: FB, DE, OT, TE, MLB, OLB, DT, Full Cage 2: FB, DE, MLB, OLB, TE, SS 2 Bar RB: RB, CB, FS, 3 Bar QB: QB, 3 Bar RB 1: RB, FS,CB, WR 3 Bar RB 2: RB, CB (above are for Schutt, Adams and Normal Helmets) Suggested Facemasks for Revolution Helmet RevoG3BDU: K, P, QB, WR RevoG2EG: TE, FB, MLB, OLD, DT, DE, OT, C, OG RevoG2B: RB, CB, SS, FS Face Protector: Cold Only or None (it is like a hood) Visor: None, Clear, Dark, Orange Eye Paint: None, Normal (black eyepaint) Nasal Strip: None or Normal (white strip on nose) Mouthpiece: None or Normal (Big White Mouthpiece) Neck Pad: None, Extended, Neck Roll ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ |S|E|C|T|I|O|N|1|6| +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ Other-Legal, e-mails received, and other topics not covered in sections 1-15 This FAQ is protected by a legal copyright meaning you may not use it on your site.
