Hello there.  This is just a simple guide describing certain obscurities and
listing every part, skill and unlockable.  More shall be added if requested
and/or the time comes.

3.  SPECS
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Level - Bomberman's Level.  The higher the number, the greater his 
maximum EP.

EXP (Experience Points) - Experience points earned from missions.  
Acquire a certain number to level up.

EP (Equip Points) - The maximum number of points available for equipping 
parts.  The combined value of any 4 parts cannot exceed this number.

Speed Spec - Bomberman's movement speed.  The higher the number, the faster 
he moves.

Bomb Spec - The number of bombs Bomberman can set simultaneously.  The 
higher the number, the more he can set.


Fire Spec - The length of the flames from Bomberman's bombs.  The higher 
higher the number, the longer the flames.

Attack Spec - The attack power of from Bomberman's bombs.  The higher the
number, the greater the damage to enemies.

Guard Spec - Bomberman's resistance to damage.  The greater the number, 
the less his life gauge decreases.

Hack Spec - Bomberman's hacking ability.  Used in a variety of situations,
such as doing a hack search for items on the top screen, or increasing the
effects of Life Packs and Time Packs.

5.  SKILLS
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

SP Skills: SP skills are special skills that require you to fill up an SP 
gauge before use. To fill the bar you need to destroy blocks or damage 
something (including yourself). Press the Y Button when the SP gauge is 
maxed out to activate the skill.

Dangerous Bomb (SP) 
Dangerous Helmet + Battle Booster
While active, your first bomb will be a Dangerous Bomb.

Strong Fire (SP)
Strong Helmet + Battle Booster
While active, bomb flames will penetrate through soft blocks.

Nitro (SP) 
Nitro Boots + Hacking Booster
While active, you will move around extremely fast.

No Damage (SP) 
Stealth Boots + Stealth Booster
While active, you will not take any damage.

Block Walk (SP) 
Block Boots + Stealth Booster
While active, you can walk through soft blocks.

Hover Jump
Hover Vest + Hover Boots
Press and hold the Y Button to hover in the air and avoid flames.  You will 
return to the ground after releasing the button or after remaining in the 
air for a certain amount of time.

Fire Shield
Shield
Press and hold the Y Button to draw a shield that blocks flames from the 
front.  Does not work against blue flames (Strong Fire).

Hyper Shield
Perfect Shield
Press and hold the Y Button to draw a stronger shield that blocks both 
regular flames and strong flames (Strong Fire).

Omni Barrier
Barrier Armor + Barrier Bangles
Press the Y Button to surround yourself in a barrier that blocks flames 
from every direction.

Detox
Detox Helmet or Detox Boots
Protects against poison viruses.

Sensor Vision 
Sensor Helmet or Sensor Bangles
Infrared sensor traps become visible.

Light
Light Helmet or Light Boots
Visual range in the dark increases.

Item Search
Search Goggles
Increases ability to locate items hidden within soft blocks.

Spikes
Grip Spikes
They have a strong grip on the surface which makes it more difficult to 
slip or fall down.

Speed+
At least 2 Speed type parts
Increases movement speed by 1.

Bomb+
At least 2 Bomb type parts
Increases number of bombs you can plant simultaneously by 1.

Fire+
At least 2 Fire type parts
Increases length of flames by 1.

Attack+
At least 2 Attack type parts
Increases flame attack power by 1.

Guard+
At least 2 Guard type parts
Increases defense by 1.

Hack+
At least 2 Hack type parts
Increases technical abilities like item hack searches and lighting up 
dark areas by 1.

Dash
Dash Boots
Press the B button to run.

Super Dash
Dash Boots + Turbo Booster
Press the B button to run faster.

Bomb Punch

Press the X Button to punch bombs in front of you.

Bomb Throw
Throwing Gloves
Press the A Button to lift bombs at your feet.  Release to throw.

Long Throw
Throwing Gloves + Wireless Helmet
Press the A button lift bombs at your feet with an added target cursor.
Release to throw.

Bomb Kick
Kick Boots
Allows you to kick bombs in front of you when you run into them.

Bomb Stop
Kick Boots + Wireless Helmet
Press the B Button to stop kicked bombs.

Mine Bomb
Mine Changer
First bomb becomes a mine.  Bomb will detonate when someone walks over it.

Powerful Bomb
Power Changer
Length of flames and power of first bomb are maxed out.

Heavy Bomb
Heavy Changer
Its weight ensures it does not move on conveyor belts.  Cannot be kicked
either.

Line Bomb
Line Bands
Pres the A button when a bomb is set at your feet to set all possible bombs 
at once.

Missile Bomb
Wireless Helmet + Missile Bands
Target area with can be selected with the +Control Pad while holding down 
the A Button.  Bomb will home in on the cursor.

Radio Bomb
Radio Bands
Bombs can be moved with the +Control Pad while holding down the A Button.

Remote Bomb
Remote Bands
Press the A Button to set a Remote Bomb, then the X Button to detonate it.

Bounce Bomb
Bounce Bangles
Bombs bounce off walls when kicked.  When thrown, bombs will continue to 
roll after landing.

Delay Burn
Delay Bands or Hard Armor
Increases the time it takes bombs to explode.

Quick Burn
Quick Bangles or Nitro Boots
Decreases time it takes bombs to explode.

Boomerang
Boomerang
Press the X Button to throw a boomerang.  Stuns enemies by temporarily 
freezing their virus program.  (Cannot go through soft bricks)

Shock Pulse
Beat Shooter
Press the X Button to fire a pulse beam.  Stuns enemies by temporarily 
freezing their virus program.  (Cannot go through soft bricks)

Shock Wave
Wave Cannon
Press the X Button to fire a wave beam.  Stuns enemies by temporarily 
freezing their virus program.  (Can go through soft bricks)

Shock Laser
Laser Gun
Press the X Button to fire a laser beam.  Stuns enemies by temporarily 
freezing their virus program.  (Can destroy soft bricks)

Star Bomber
Magic Hat, Cape, Cane, + Shoes
The world-famous master Magician.  Permanently in Block Walk status, he 
uses his magic to effortlessly slip through soft blocks

Captain Bomber
Pirate Hat, Coat, Hook, + Boots
The mysterious pirate who sails the Bomberman seas.  Permanently in Nitro 
status, ensuring he can blast through maps with ease.

Cute Pink
Cute Heart, Suit, Ribbon, + Skirt
That little girl is Cute Pink.  Press the B button and she'll swing her 
ribbon around with a yell, knocking out enemies and breaking soft bricks.
But she really just wants to be friends.

Bomberman Max
Maximum Helmet, Suit, Hands, + Boots
The legendary Bomberman who is said to have single-handedly once saved the 
planet from destruction.  All specs are maxed out.

7.  OTHER NOTES

Your Score grade is determined by increments of 5,000.  So if 29,615 is a B+
for a certain stage, 25,001-29,999 is a B+, 30,000-34,999 is an A-, 
35,001-39,999 is an A, 40,000-44,999 is an S, and so forth.  If 38,298 is an
S for another stage, then 35,001-39,999 is an S, 30,000-34,999 is an A, 
25,001-29,999 is an A-, and so forth.

When completing a stage with full life, you are awarded 10,000 points
(Life Bonus).

The Time Bonus is affected by how fast you complete a stage AND by either 
your Hack spec, other spec or parts(in some way).

To get an S Rank in Score, you generally want to be +-10 seconds within the 
S Rank in Time.

Destroying soft bricks, getting packs (power-ups), destroying enemies, 
opening doors, going through teleport pads, and getting a Life Pack when at 
full health, will all increase your score.

Killing more than one enemy at once using the same chain of bombs/flames will
grant you a score multiplier by how many enemies you have killed.  For 
example, if you kill 3 enemies at once, with each enemy worth 300 points, 
you will receive 1500(300 + 300 + 300 * 3) points.  If you kill 2 enemies at 
once, with each enemy worth 100 points, you will receive 300 100 + 100 * 2) 
points.  The multiplier is applied to the enemy who dies last (is hit last)
's point worth.

Star (Magician) Bomber and Cute Pink can be used to get the majority of 
S ranks of all total stages.
