Do whatever you want with this faq,I'm just putting it up so that people who want to know more combos for martial masters get their fill. Well, kendrick c beat me to the game faq, so I'll just create one for combos and either let him append it to his faq or submit it separately. Ok, I'll go ahead and copyright it just in case any of you out there end up making millions of dollars by selling this thing or using it without my knowledge ;) ©2002 by gaira, aka rob masten. I'm not interested in the formal stuff, so I'll get straight down to the reason I wrote this thing: combos, combos, combos. And martial masters is not combo un-friendly, by any means. Once you get the idea of how the mm engine works, you'll be creating your own custom combos in no time. My current favorite and highest count is a 51 hit combo with saojin that does over 65% damage, and damage-scaling can be quite excessive once the hits start to tack on. Note: Because kendrick c has already posted a general faq for the game I will not be covering any information about the characters, nor will I list special/super moves or their names. I will just put some of the combo variations that I know at this time down for each character assuming that you, the reader, already know the basics of the game. B. Updates 4-17-2002: v1.0--first edition of the faq, only half of the characters have combo listings right now C. Movelist notation moves will abbreviated as follows (this should seem real familiar if you've ever read ANY fighting game faq before): u=up d=down f=forward b=backward j=jumping a,b,c,d=the corresponding button p=punch k=kick ab=both buttons at the same time f+a=joystick forward and a button, etc. qcf=quarter circle forward qcb=quarter circle backward dp=dragon punch bdp=backward dragon punch hcf=half circle forward hcb=half circle backward D. Combo listings by character As you may notice, characters are not in alphabetic order, instead they are listing based on how many combos I know for that character ^_^. however, all combos are and will always be confirmed by me before they are posted.
