Our most learned academics remain stumped as to why anyone would install blinds on such a massive light source. It kind of defeats the purpose. ---------------------- No. 26 - Watch Battery ---------------------- Place found: Tree Branch Trail Size: 1x1 ....Research Notes.... This adorable little power source should not, under any circumstances, be ingested, no matter how hunger you are and how much it looks like candy. ----------------------- No. 27 - D-Cell Battery ----------------------- Place found: Chomp Ruins Size: 1.5x1.5 ....Research Notes.... All readings indicate that this cylinder harbors a huge amount of latent power. We have attempted to access it, but a vigorous stick-poking met with failure. -------------------- No. 28 - Car Battery -------------------- Place found: Drybake Desert (Secret Door) Size: 2x2 ....Research Notes.... Inside this device sleeps a power no Toad could hope to control. In fact, you'd probably better step back a bit. Maybe a little farther. ======================== Second Floor - Left Door ======================== ---------------------- No. 29 - Billiard Ball ---------------------- Place found: Strike Lake Size: 1x1 ....Research Notes.... For the love of Toad, what does it MEAN?! ---------------------- No. 30 - Curling Stone ---------------------- Place found: Ice Flow Size: 1.5x1.5 ....Research Notes.... The wonders of nature are endless and often really weird. --------------------- No. 31 - Bowling Ball --------------------- Place found: The Bafflewood Size: 2x2 ....Research Notes.... Whether this orb was designed for battle or merely construction, one thing is clear: the engineers who piloted it from the three Toad holes were brave. --------------- No. 32 - Trophy --------------- Place found: The Bafflewood Size: 2x2 ....Research Notes.... While most Toad breakfast scientists agree that this gargantuan machine is a toaster, none have had success with the bread-insertion procedure. ------------------- No. 36 - Hair Dryer ------------------- Place found: Ice Flow (Secret Door) Size: 1.5x1.5 ....Research Notes.... This large-scale rewarmer was likely utilized by primitive caterers, though it proved rather ineffective in both our quiche and chili-dog tests. ------------- No. 37 - Oven ------------- Place found: The Enigmansion Size: 2x2 ....Research Notes.... For a supposedly high-end home feature, this sauna is sorely lacking in seating, fancy perfumed steam waters and, most importantly, a temperature control. ------------------------- No. 38 - Magnifying Glass ------------------------- Place found: Sandshifter Ruins Size: 1x1 ....Research Notes.... A leading Toad physicist burned basically everything in the lab before discovering that this thing worked as a magnification device. ---------------- No. 39 - Matches ---------------- Place found: Hither Thither Hill (Secret Door) Size: 1.5x1.5 ....Research Notes.... Under no circumstances should these sticks be rubbed against their own packaging. You just need to trust the management on this one. ---------------- No. 40 - Lighter ---------------- Place found: Sandshifter Ruins (Secret Door) Size: 2x2 ....Research Notes.... Once thought to be a transportation pod for northern Toads, this thing has since proven to be a very effective storage unit for management's lunch. ------------- No. 44 - Soda ------------- Place found: Drybake Desert Size: 1x1 ....Research Notes.... Apparently, whatever mad scientist created this thing thought it would be funny to load liquid into a highly pressurized container. Ha ha. ------------------- No. 45 - Squirt Gun ------------------- Place found: Goomba Fortress (Secret Door) Size: 1.5x1.5 ....Research Notes.... But load it with water, and it becomes more terrifying than you can imagine. --------------------- No. 46 - Rubber Ducky --------------------- Place found: Jungle Rapids Size: 2x2 ....Research Notes.... There's been some speculation that this enormous synthetic duck suggests a past when Toads rode on birds, but this theory has been roundly ridiculed. ======================= Third Floor - Left Door ======================= -------------------- No. 47 - Powder Puff -------------------- Place found: Shy Guy Jungle Size: 1x1 ....Research Notes.... It's also crucial for battling nap attacks. ------------ No. 51 - Bed ------------ Place found: Water's Edge Way (Secret Door) Size: 1.5x1.5 ....Research Notes.... While this thing resembles a common bed, it makes the typical paper bed of management's childhood look like a crumpled-up piece of used paper towel. ---------------------- No. 52 - Luxurious Bed ---------------------- Place found: Long Fall Falls (Secret Door) Size: 2x2 ....Research Notes.... This thing cannot be a bed. It has some bed-like characteristics, but there's no way--it's too nice. If you slept in that, you'd dream of that exact same bed. ====================== Top Floor - Right Door ====================== ------------- No. 53 - Tape ------------- Place found: Tree Branch Trail (Secret Door) Size: 1x1 ....Research Notes.... A variation of this thing has long been used by Toad security forces to restrain ne'er-do-wells. It should not be used on your little brother. I MEAN IT! ------------------ No. 54 - Thumbtack ------------------ Place found: Warm Fuzzy Plains (Secret Door) Size: 1.5x1.5 ....Research Notes.... It's not uncommon for the younger generation of Toads to get paper piercings, but in general, they don't use something that affixes them to a wall. ---------------- No. 55 - Stapler ---------------- Place found: The Enigmansion Size: 2x2 ....Research Notes.... Every scientist was stuck to this thing. --------------------- No. 58 - Pocket Watch --------------------- Place found: Whitecap Beach Size: 2x2 ....Research Notes.... This portable party machine requires two Toads to transport, but it's well worth the effort if one wishes to rock anytime and anywhere. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Unlockables ~~~~~~~~~~~ ----------------------------- All Battle Stickers Collected ----------------------------- If you manage to find all the Battle Stickers, talk to the Green Toad who runs the Museum. He'll open up a new room at the back of the Museum that contains a viewer that looks like those touristy pay-to-view binoculars you always seem to find on vacations and trips to the zoo. Oddly enough, that's exactly what it is. Pay one coin and you'll get a very short period of time to watch all the enemies in the game frolick in their natural habitat, doing what they like best - beating up Mario. Or at least a cardboard cutout on a stick that looks like Mario. Just keep pressing 'A' to scroll through the enemies one at a time, and with any luck you'll reach the one you were looking for before it spontaneously shuts down. You didn't think one coin would buy you a lot of time on the binoculars did you? Let someone else take their turn! ---------------------------- All Thing Stickers Collected ---------------------------- Once you collect all the Thing Stickers, talk to the Green Toad who runs the Museum. He'll open up a new room at the back of the Museum that contains a big red curtain, four giant speakers, and a really comfortable sofa to kick back back on and relax to the background music from the game. (Note: the sofa will only fit Mario. Go find your own.) As you scroll through the playlist, an image from the level or cutscene that matches the song currently being played will display on the screen that was hidden behind the curtain, which is a rather nice touch. However, there is no back button on this music player, which means that you'll be stuck listening to whichever song comes next when the playlist automatically continues at the end of the tune... Prepare to do a lot of button mashing to reach the song you want to play, and hope you don't accidentally skip it or you'll have to start from the beginning again. But at least it's free, right?! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Disclaimers and Legal ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Paper Mario Sticker Star and the vast bulk of the text found within this guide belongs to Nintendo and Intelligent Systems.
