These provide a +5 bonus to your stats when you revert a LV99 character in the 
Options menu back to LV1. The bonus is applied as soon as you level up.

Note: You'll need to clear the Empurrium of items first to get the "Donation"
option to appear in the shop. For this you will need about 500,000GP. It is 
easy to earn money by clearing "Cursed!" in Campaign Mode or "The Fallen 
Angel" under Bonus Quests for about 15000GP each. Just spam FLARE and you'll 
win in 5-10s.
