I'm in a new office!

[Edvard is a bit stressed with moving to a new office. Then again, Edvard
always has the same reaction to everything.] [1]
 

The Ft. Lauderdale office of The Corporation has expanded and as a result,
we're in the process of playing “Musical Offices.” But unlike my just now
previous office [2], I have a view outside!

[Because of my seniority, I get the spectacular view. My fellow cow-orker
gets to view the wall behind me.] [3]
 

And for the next week or so, my fellow cow-orker and I will have the entirety
of the new expanded office space to ourselves.
