                    Corporation to Bob of Technical Support
                                        
“Hello, Bob of Technical Support [1]. How may I help you?”

“Yeah, I can't log into The Corporate Overlord Corporation web site and I
think I need it reset.”

“Again?”

“Sigh. Yes. [2] I didn't change the password after ten days and—”

“That should still work.”

“What?”

“Yes, that obviously weak and ill considered password [3] we are forced to
force upon you should still work.”

“But when … oh … ”

“Yes?”

“That's a one, not a lower-case ‘L’, and that's a dollar sign, not an
uppercase ‘S.’ Stupid font … this is a clear case of PEBKAC [4]. I'm sorry to
bother you.”

“Okay then, I shall log it as an ID10T [5] error then … ”

“Thank you.”
