inevitability of life [1] is upon us. But fear not if you lack health
insurance and cannot afford $95 or 1% of your income (whatever is higher)
since it is very easy to avoid paying the [DELETED-penalty-DELETED] tax:

It doesn't surprise me that a 2,700 page bill that no Congresscritter read

_Atlas Shrugged_ [6]) would have egregious loopholes in it.
