                               Scaring 'da birds
                                        
It's been seven years [1] since last I attended a Fourth of July party with
my friend C, and once again, I'm at his house to help scare the local bird
population [2]. Fortunately this time, there was no big boom [3], but as a
precaution, C moved the festivities to the back yard, next to the pool.
