Yesterday [1] I mentioned my skepticism of TamPogo [2] because of two
reasons:

  1. I can't locate any reliable information about the company;
  2. I can't even browse their store since it wasn't open yet.

The store's “Grand Opening” is supposed to be July 15^th. According to the
calendar, today is July 15^th. And by 4:30pm I would have expected the store
to be open.

Ooh look! [3] “Coming Soon. Grand Opening July 15.”

Or is it the case that I have to sign up to shop?

The store has actually opened [4]!

I've received some strong feedback on this entry for basically making
snarkish remarks on a site that hasn't even opened yet. And yes, I admit,
this was a cheap shot, given that the Computer Industry has an extensive
history of late products.

Why, hello, Mr. Kettle [5]. Nice to meet you [6]. That's some mighty fine
crow [7] you have there.

Tasty crow aside, I've also had to make major editing changes to yesterday's
entry [8] due to some changes TamPogo has made over the past 24 hours.
