                 A light delay in my investigative reporting …
                                        
I was unable to call the Public Service Commission [1] today as I needed to
help light a T1 that was supposed to light last week but was delayed until
today, and to help light a Metro Ethernet circuit that we were expecting to
light up sometime during the next Ice Age (The Monopolistic Phone Company
sure keeps us on our toes). 

Perhaps tomrrow …
