                   Still ambivilent about network neutrality
                                        
I read up on net neutrality [1] on the Wikipedia [2] and while I learned
quite a bit that I didn't know (like “quality of service” is more prevalent
that I expected) it still didn't change my feelings towards the issue, but
it's still worth reading.
