                                Test Launches II
                                        
Our neighbor is apparently testing fireworks again today [1]. Only this time,
it seems he wants to see how well they work during the day time. 

Um … 

While the audio portion of the fireworks is not diminished any, I think he's
going to be rather disapointed in the visual aspect of said fireworks.
