Ouch. 

I hurt. 

The Kids have boffers, practice swords made of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) pipe,
padding and duct tape which they made with help from a friend of Spring [1]'s
who's in the SCA (Society of Creative Anachronism) [2]. 

When I got home yesterday, they were outside practicing sword fighting and
asked if I wanted to try it out. 

I admit it was fun, but all the running, lunging and swinging has left me
rather sore.
