                                Outtage, Part II
                                        
I'm looking over the data collected by my program [1] and so far, it looks
like I'm experiencing about two to three outtages an hour, for an average of
17 seconds per outtage. It looks like there's a pattern going, but I won't
know more until I do some actual processing on the data.
