Roasted Chickpeas ----------------- (c) Tom Canich 2020-09-18 Ingredients: 2 14oz cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed 2T olive oil 1t salt 1/4t pepper 1/4t mustard powder 1/4t garlic powder 1/4t onion powder 1/4t smoked paprika 1/4t chile powder shake of cayenne 1. Preheat oven to 450F. 2. Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel and spread in an even layer on a cookie sheet. 3. Drizzle on oil. Distribute spices over the chickpeas. Mix to evenly coat. 4. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy on the outside. 5. Allow to cool completely. Keeps for a week or two in a sealed container. Comments to tom@canich.net. .
