Two ways of looking at planning action.
(both sailing)

1. It is complex.  The plan and then action is
like sailing into the wind.  The dialecs are
jumping into new ones, and that is like tacking into
the wind.  You can go a direction, but repeatedly coming
at it from one of twod sides. [0]

2. "mow the lawn" ...
The plan is so obvious you are sailing downwind directly
in the direction you want to go.
