New features in HeNCE 1.4:

* rudimentary support for pvm 3.  No new features, though.  Minimal testing.
  HeNCE 1.4 can be built for either pvm2.4.x or pvm3.x.  Default is pvm2.4.x.

* Works in more environments:

  + SGI
  + Ultrix 4.3 with Motif
