Gcombust is a GTK+ front-end for mkisofs/cdrecord, written in C.
The program has support for controlling the directory (root) structure and size of an image without copying files/symlinking or writing 10 lines of arguments. It can also maximize the disk by hinting at which directories and files should be used.
