The avdbtools package is a collection of utilities to convert government distributed databases into a format usable by various aviation related applications. At this time, the package supports the National Flight Data Center (NFDC) airport/navaid database as input, and can generate output for use with fplan ("nav" format), and ICAO Map (world file format). Includes user's guide and man page written in portable SGML format.
