Information:
tcpgate is a server that listens on a TCP port and when connection is established, it proxies the connection to a different host port that is specified in the configuration file. It's great for reading news from a server that will not allow you to connect from where you are. You need an account on a UNIX machine that is allowed to connect to the news server.
